Abstract

The last few years Indigo phenomenon in Indonesia began much raised by themass-media and invited various positive and negative opinions. Some people inPekanbaru still do not know about indigo phenomenon. Some Indigo children can seethe spirits that are not caught by the sense of sight. Ability that makes an indigoreceived and considered strange refusal of the people around him. Experiences likethese can form self-concept in an indigo. This study aims to determine the experience ofcommunication, self-image, self-esteem and the factors that influence the formation ofself-concept an indigo in Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach to them.Subjects in this study amounted to 6 persons, consisting of 3 persons of indigodetermined through purposive sampling techniques, 1 person by significant other and 2persons by reference group. Data collected trough observation, interview, anddocumentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman.Technique of validating data trough the extension of partcipation and triangulation.The results of this study indicate that the communication experience an indigo inPekanbaru form a pleasant communication (positive) such as; a sense of pride and canhelp any other person with their ability, acceptance and friendship, more attention fromthe family, especially the parents, and the unpleasant communication (negative) suchas; verbal abuse. This self-image is positive even thought they are seen as negativebecause of the advantages they have no sense. Self-esteem of an indigo quite high eventhough many felt insulted but it does not affect them. Until the factors that affect selfconceptof an indigo namely the family and closest friends, which can form thecharacter of an indigo.Keywords: Experience Communications, Self-Concept, Indigo, Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Integrated Administrative Services District of the authority of the public service in the district of which the management of the request to the stage of publication of documents done in one place. One place here means simply through a table or counter service. The problem is how to optimize the role of the Integrated Administrative Services Sub-district to improve the quality of public services in accordance with the expectations of society as a customer in order to realize the Good Local Government, to review the case in Indragiri Hulu. As a service center, in the sense that the future sub-districts are expected to provide services to the community proportionally based on the criteria and sub-district scale in the field of licensing and non-licensing. The purpose of this study was to determine the assignment of authority district head in Subdistrict Administrative Services Integrated especially in Sub Sand Turtle Indragiri Hulu Year 2013. In this study, the concept used refers to the Minister of Home Affairs No. 4 of 2010 on Guidelines for Integrated Administrative Services Sub-district. This study used a descriptive study using a qualitative method approach. In the data collection techniques researchers used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the task of the authority of the district head Subdistrict Administrative Services Integrated especially in Sub Sand Turtle Indragiri Hulu Year 2013 has been carried out quite well. For facilities that are expected to carry out the operations, both in quality and quantity, especially computer and printer facilities to support services in the District Patents Sand Turtle. To supervise and control of the executive apparatus, so as to implement, utilize effectively working hours. By way of enforcing labor discipline while providing sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations.Keywords: Authority, Care, Integrated Administration

Abstract

Research aim is to find out how about the promotion (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations) for achieve the room and to find out the consumer’ interest about (interest transactional, referential interest, interest prehensile and exploratory interest).The population of this research is the consumers of Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru. with sampling of 100 people using the formula Slovin. Search procedures performed by accidental sampling of respondents. The research data in the form of primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument, data analysis used is by using statistical analysis with SPSS.The result concluded that the result of the respondents responses about promotion in the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru Based on the results of research by the authors took a conclusion influence of promotion (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and immediately marketing) against the consumer interest (transactional interest, referential interest, prehensile interest and exploratory interest) on Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru in the category of agree while the rsults of resondents responses about the interest of consumers in the category of interested expression.through test partial to found the result showed that promotion variable positive influential towards interest consumers buy in the Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru.Keywords: promotion, consumers interest

Abstract

A wave of immigration occurred again in the 20th century. Total global flow of immigrants was massive re-occur after the occurrence of discomfort in the birthplace or place of origin of conflict such as the inability to live a life problem, a civil war, a cease-state, as well as the seizure of territory. Recorded until the current number of immigrants coming to Europe has broken 1 million people, while for immigrants who crossed Indonesia to seek asylum to Australia and Cristmast Island has reached a hundred thousand people. Most of them are citizens of the Muslim majority in the country of origin. The number of immigrants who were arrested in the city of Pekanbaru also highlighted for the attention of the Government.For year 2014 total of immigrants in the city of Pekanbaru reached 299. The role of institutional accommodate Illegal Immigrants become very necessary thing to handle, administer, and maintain their rights to get what they expect. Agencies in the city like Rudenim, Immigration Office, and Kemenkumham and foreign agencies such as IOM and UNHCR become an indispensable institution. who need protection to live and settle. Fear the Illegal Immigrants to return the country of origin makes them not want to come back kenegara origin so that it takes the role of institutions related Illegal Immigrants. Justice must be obtained by the two aspects, namely the institutions involved as well as the illegal immigrants who are victims. Abstract

Supervision is very important in all work, especially in government, lack of sovervisions is a phenomenon that is polemical and losses for varios parties, this phenomenon also occurs Karimun, where supervision of the Department of Mines and Energy Against Granite Mining less than the maxumum. Because there are many mining activities are carried out not in accordance with the provisions in force at the time get a mining license in the District of Karimun. Granite.The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of supervision conducted by the government of Karimun Regency on granite mining business and knowing the obstacles that cause lack of oversight conducted by the Department of mines and Energy Informants in this study is the Head of Mining and Energy Karimun, Legislators Karimun Regency, Head of Supervision and Control, Menagers Operations PT Kawasan Dynamics Harmonitama, Secretary of the Environment Agency Karimun and society, Data Collection Techniques with interviews to determine the extent of oversight Against Mining and Energy Mining Granite. Qualitative data analysis technique that is performed on the data, in this case the qualitative data in the form of information, a description in the form of prose language other then linked to the data to obtain clarity on the truth.Results from this study, Monitoring the Department of Mines and Energy Karimun against the mining of granite have been implemented in accordance with existing conduct surveillance, then the next factor less accuracy officer at the time oversight and lack of firmness sanctions applied so as not to make the miners fear or deterrent.Keywords : Control, the Department of Mines and Energy, Business

Abstract

The research present describe about quality of staff in Bengkalis Hospital (study case service of patient to Arifin Ahmad Hospital Pekanabru). Hospital are public place for in healthy. Hospital in Bengkalis have a B type and now service of patient in Bengkalis Hospital cannot optimally because the increase of disease in society. The hospital that have a type A in Pekanbaru are Arifin Ahmad Hospital.The research use the methode are qualitative methodes that analyze problem research by describe the subject and object conditions based on real fact. This research use location in Bengkalis Regency and researcher collect data from books, government regulation, jurnal, mass media, website and deep interview with informan likes docter specialist, docter, patient and nurse in Bengkalis Hospital.The conclusion of this research are the quality of staff in Hospital (study case service of patient to Arifin Ahmad Hospital Pekanabru) are held base on standart operational procedure likes quality of staff, time services, and the paid for patient. And factors that influence the quality of staff in Bengkalis Hospital are communication between staff, human resources and medical tools that the Bengkalis Hospital mines.Keywords: quality, staff, hospital and service.

Abstract

This research analyzes the factors of increase of Indonesia nutmeg export to European Union. The Export obstructed by quality standards of nutmeg in 2010-2011, whiches Indonesia received 21 notification from Indonesian Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (INRASFF), based on notification from European Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (EU -RASFF). In case, the export obstructed causd by detection of nutmeg containing aflatoxin or fungus that are concern for health. This research applying descriptive qualitative methods and library research. The author used international cooperation theori by K.J. Holsti with the level of the nation-state analysis with liberalism perspective. The sources of this research are from of journals, books, publications, articles and internet.This study focused on Indonesian government efforts to increase exports of nutmeg to global market, especially to the EU market. The effort is Trade Support Programme II (TSP II) cooperate with European Union in October 2011 util October 2015. The purpose of TSP II cooperation for aid repair coordination and transparency of trade policies related to increased exports and repair quality suitability export products, including agricultural products such as nutmeg. The results of this study is, increasing exsport indonesia proved the value of EU imports in 2013 worth US $ 32.15 million, and in April 2015 increased by 20.7% to US$ 86,096 million. Abstract

Banks were the financial institutions that play an important role in improving the economy of a country. Increasing competition among banks in practice many banks are less careful or deviate from the rules applicable. Elements that should receive particular attention is the financial performance of the bank. To assess the financial performance of one of them through the bank's financial statements. The financial statements also the media information about the health of the banking performance. To assess the soundness of banks in Indonesia, Bank Indonesia as the central bank has an important role in the national banking system in healthy banks, in order to achieve stability in the financial system of the bank.This research is descriptive quantitative research with the aim to identify and analyze the financial performance of the three (3) Bank Owned central government by using methods RGEC. The method of measuring the financial performance using ratios as indicators of NPL, IER, LDR, NPM, ROA and CAR on bank financial statements as primary data.Results of research conducted average yield ratio and placement of components ratings show PT. namely PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, the Year 2012 is categorized as "Very Healthy" (PK-1), in 2013 predicated "Very Healthy" (PK-1), 2014 is categorized as "Very Healthy" (PK-1), PT. Abstract

Financial performance evaluation of activities is very important for the company. Methods used to measure the financial performance of any of them is a Du Pont System. Du Pont System is Methode for measuring financial performance involving some of the ratio,there are the ratio of profitability and the ratio of activity. The purpose of this research to know the company financial PT. Buana Finance Tbk, PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk and PT. Clipan Finance Tbk by using Du Pont System method in trend analysis. The result showed that the performance of PT. Buana Finance Tbk, seen in ROE and ROI tended to decline during the period 2009-2013.But PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk and PT. Clipan Finance Tbk experience fluctuation. ROE who fluctuating is caused by several things , among them is inefficiency in the total cost increases and not balanced with the EAT , NPM that fluctuating for five years. Infesiensi also occurred in total assets , which increased by that is not balanced with the value of sales , resulting in TATO fluctuative. Companies should make improvements at the level of sales and total assets, also do efficiency in expense and debt.Keyword: Trend Analysis, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE)
