Abstract

This research describe the motivation Indonesia implemented highly sensitive list track programs for export of agriculture product from Indonesia to Tiongkok in 2007-2014. This program was implemented when Indonesia and Tiongkok Governments was deal about ASEAN-China Free Trade Area. ACFTA are agreement that have purpose to make free trade between Tiongkok and ASEAN state.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the role of international organization for migration in antisipated human trafficking in Indonesia. The theories applied in this research are neo liberalism perspective with comparative advantage theory.The conclusion of the research about the motivation Indonesia implemented highly sensitive list track programs for export of agriculture product from Indonesia to Tiongkok are because implementation tariff for export of agriculture product from Indonesia to Tiongkok. In order that, when ACFTA was implemented the tariff export of agriculture product from Indonesia to Tiongkok can be decrease to 5 until 0%.Key words: motivation, program, track and export.

Abstract

This research will explain about Indonesia interest joined with IRENA ( International Renewable Energy Agency). Nowadays energy condition is so far from standart of energy endurance. Indonesia energy needs still dominated by fossil energy. In 2013, Fossil Energy produces 93,4% of energy consumtion, 5,7% by renewable energy. 7% oil, 20,1% gas, 24,5% from coal. With Indonesia energy endurance and global market that affected domestic energy condition, Indonesia need to comply the national interest about energy endurance an as an active role actor in international relation.This research using realism perspective from international relation study with supporting theory is the national interest from Morgenthau. This research using nation-state as analysis level that analize Indonesia policy about its relation between other state. This research is based on fact, data, argument and theoretical analize with qualitative-explanative method.This research answering the question about hypotesys that Indonesia interest is developing renewable energy, human resource empowerment, exploration, exploitation, and managing resource of renewable energy, and Indonesia count on investment excalation of renewable energy sector.Accomplishing this interest Indonesia takes a policy to joined IRENA, because IRENA facilitate every member state that joined IRENA in renewable energy sector.Keyword: Energy Endurance, Fossil Energy Crissis , IRENA, National Interest, Renewable Energy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance of the Production Department Palm Oil Factory PT. Rohul Sawit Industri. Providing incentives as the independent variable (X) has been formulated that is seen from the aspect of accuracy, feasibility Aspects / equity and financing aspects. While the employee's performance as the dependent variable (Y). This study was conducted on all employees of the Production Department Palm Oil Factory PT. Rohul Sawit Industri as many as 65 peoples.Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS.The results showed that the hypothesis testing results thitung 11.205 t test> t table 1,998. This shows that the incentive effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect of incentives on employee performance of the Production Department Palm Oil Factory PT. Rohul Sawit Industri is 66.6%Keywords: Incentives, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Radio is an institution electronic media beside television which still exist from competition with other media type, such as competition or promotion of product. The determination of the music genre as a characteristic of a radio because music is the lifeblood of a radio, then in order to maintain the existence and survival of a companies, it should takes good management regulation to reach the goals of the enterprise agencies. Fresh Radio 94.3 FM is one ofradio with new management and different style to the other radio. Fresh Radio 94.3 FM properly managed by Music Director, , so that the songs are set according to the segmentation, in accordance with the atmosphere, where it captures the audience radio class A and B, the middle and upper.This research used qualitative method. The technique of collection data in this study used interviews. The location of this research was in Radio Fresh 94, 3 Fm, Pekanbaru. The writer had 3 informant for this research, they are the Music Director, Program Director and Station Manager of Radio Fresh 94, 3 FmPekanbaru. The researcher took an informantsby using purposive sampling technique. The researcher used interactive and analytical methods for checking the validity of the data, then, researchers used data triangulation technique.The result of this reseacrh shows that planning 94.3 Fm Radio Fresh Pekanbaru include determining segmentation, then create music programs, and determine the genre of music as a characteristic of the radio itself. Organizing conducted regulate processes including scheduling program that is formed with the aim of creating an image format radio station Fresh 94, 3 Fm Pekanbaru. Directing the work done in coordination between the Program Director and Music Director in making a music program, but in fact frequent breakdowns caused their employees (staff) incorrectly translates the command from the leadership. Radio Fresh 94,3Fm Pekanbaru have two kind of evaluation namely the evaluation of the monitoring is to evaluate existing programs, and evaluation of impact, how the results and impact of programs already established.Keyword : Radio, Management, Music Director

Abstract

Growth and development of an area of town is not always a positive affect. High population growth resulted in increased population density and an increased in the density of buildings for residential as well as an increased need of infrastructure to carry out activities in an effort to make ends meet. The increase in space requirements is almost always coupled with the growth and development of slums and squatter settlements in a region.Tassel coastal districts is one district that has slums, the residential area is located in one of the villages Meranti Pandak subdistrict coastal fringe. Villages that cannot escape the problem of untidiness. If it is left without treatment improvements will expand the existing slums. Efforts taken by the government to address this is through the implementation of the restructuring program of slums that have been implemented since the first approach taken by various coastal fringe districts, including mutual cooperation program of activities that include physical, environmental, and infrastructure there.One of the government programs in addressing the slum is a slum arrange evenly and thorough quality improvement in a very seedy area.This study aims to determine how much oversight arrangement slum districts on the fringe of society in the coastal city of Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research was conducted in the Simpang Baru District TampanPekanbaru aims to, which is : determine the characteristics of students drinkersbooze at the Simpang Baru District Tampan Pekanbaru. To know that whatever bethe causes of or it what the background of students do the activites of liquor. Thisresearch is Discrictive Qualitative residents and the seller alqoholic drimkstudents who duing activities of drinking alcohol. The techniques who used isSnowball Sampling is a determination sampels start from the number of small tobe. So sample used a technique Obsevations, the Decumentation, and in depthinterviews with using guidelines interviews in analyzing the data research resultson the use of the analysis Qualitative and in writing outlined in the descriptive.The results of this research can be countuded that the background of the studentsdrinking alcohol is the influence of the family environment and the influence offriends.The keyword : the profile of students, drink alcohol.

Abstract

The factor of Infrant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia made goverment to make The Giving Birth Guarantee program (Jampersal) for the pregnant lady. The purpose of this research is to know The quality service of The Giving Birth Guarantee program (Jampersal)successful service in RSUD PorseaKabupaten Toba Samosir and the factors that influence the quality service ofThe Giving Birth Guarantee program (Jampersal)) in RSUD Porsea Kabupaten Toba Samosir.The theory concept that used is by Parasuraman et al, which is consist of five indicators; Reability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, and Tangibles. This research used qualitative research method. The needed data was collecting throughinterview,observationand documentation. The informants of this research were Director of RSUD Porsea, The Chief of Service sector in RSUD Porsea, Medic team, nurses and staffs in RSUD Porsea, patients in RSUD Porsea. The technic of data analysis used was descriptive qualitative.The result of this research showed that the service of the Giving Birth Guarantee program (Jampersal) in RSUD Porsea Kabupaten Toba Samosir was good because patient who used the Giving Birth Guarantee program (Jampersal) in RSUD Porsea feel that four of five indicators have already done well, which are Reability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, meanwhile for Tangibles needed to fix, and there were factors which influence the quality of service of the Giving Birth Guarantee program (Jampersal), they were Human Resources, Leadership and budget.Key word: Health Service, Program, Jaminan Persalinan (Jampersal)

Abstract

Research is a method to description about city park management. City park is space the civil society’s necessary in the city as a place to get comfortability and the function of city park as a aesthetic for the city. According to directly observation. The problem is less attention from the government to complement garden’s facility and garden’s maintanance isn’t optimal. Research’s objective is to knowing and analysis Dharma Wanita city park management by departmen of cleanliness and the park in the Pekanbaruand to knowing and analysis hampered factor of Dharma Wanita city park management by cleanliness and the park in the Pekanbaru.The theory is used management that starts from the planning, the organizing, the actuacting and the controlling. The research is used kualitatif method with descriptive data. To get the data, the researcer uses interview, observation, and documentation. The key informan as a infomation source and data analysis.The research gets conclusion that management in departmen of cleanliness and the park management in maintenance city park instead of the planning, the organizing, the actuacting and the controlling. And then hampered factor of Dharma Wanita city park management by departmen of cleanliness and the park in the Pekanbaru in maintenance in city park instead of the budget factor that isn’t enough to completes the city park facility or revitalization. Abstract

Democracy is commonly discussed and often debated. Talk of democracy hasexisted since 2500 years ago in Greece , in the city of Athens . Many countries in theworld with democratic systems , including Indonesia, the largest Muslim country in theworld . This research will raise the idea of democracy offered by a politician andMuslim intellectuals , Muhammad Natsir . Natsir reject the spirit of modern democracybackgrounds Western secular culture . Because Natsir considers it is not in accordancewith the guidance and teachings of Islam . The purpose of this study are : First , analyzeand explain about democracy in the political thought of Muhammad Natsir (1945-1950). Second , the view expressed by Muhammad Natsir on Election (voting ) .The method used in this research is qualitative research analysis model isdescriptive. By collecting and interpreting the data and then analyze and examine itmore clearly as factors related to the phenomenon under investigation, in this caseliterature be related deepen the political thought of Muhammad Natsir on Democracy.Thus, this study also called library research. Based on the findings of this study showthat: First, democracy is an elaboration of the theistic God's sovereignty and thesovereignty of the people. In the opinion of Natsir, Islam is not a full democracyadherents nor theocracy whole, Islam is Islam. And the question of democracy theisticstated by Muhammad Natsir is that the ideas of Islam in the state could accept the rulesof the secular (reason, intuition, experience), then Islam complete with relevation(revelation). Secondly, Based on democratic practices related to the General Electionthen Natsir view of the election should be carried out with a record of consensusagreement must be contained.Keywords : Political Thought , Democracy Theistic , Muhammad Natsir .

Abstract

Career development is a process to improve the skills of the individual inorder to get a better career. And organizational commitment reflects the extent towhich an individual knows and tied to the organization. The aim of this study wasto understand the career development, organizational commitment and careerdevelopment to test the influence of organizational commitment of employees ofPT. Panin Bank Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniquesused is quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used was purposivesampling with a population of 67 people and a sample of 40 respondents. Datameasured using Likert Scale. And then the data is processed by using SPSS 17..The results showed that the influence of career development by PT.
