Abstract

Adipura program is an environment department strategy program to create a neat and shade city. Pekanbaru was one of big city in Indonesia that gained 10 adipura award since 2004 till 2014. Although Pekanbaru gained adipura award many times, the reality is Pekanbaru was not proved as a clean of trash city. There are many trashes that scattered around side of the road and there are many stacks of trash in the dumpster. This research aims to evaluate Pekanbaru government strategies on defending adipura in 2014 – 2015.Base on data obtained from cleanliness and landscaping department, Pekanbaru has five strategies on defending adipura award which is do the cooperation and coordination to improve the technology and capacity of trash management facilities, utilization of human resources, build institution and technology to support the basic tasks and functions of public service, optimizing the usage of whole of department facilities, utilization of Pekanbaru government’s commitment through the maintenance and addition of facilities and infrastructures needed, suppress and reduce the volume of trash in the household which is expected can reduce the volume of trash transported. This research use qualitative descriptive method, data collection through observation and interviews the people who involved in this research as informants.The result of this research indicate that the evaluation of Pekanbaru government strategies on defending adipura 2014 – 2015 has not done well because just two of five strategies are implemented. This condition occurred because there was some problems which is the coordination by Pekanbaru cleanliness and landscaping department with PT. MIG was not maximal yet. There are many stack of trash and not transported entirely, then inadequate trash management’s facilities and infrastructures, socialization was not held thoroughly to public. The factors that effect the evaluation strategy of Pekanbaru government are the facilities and infrastructures, the public awareness and the fund.Keywords : Evaluation, Strategy, Adipura award of Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research explaining about Iran's interests to intervene by providing various forms of assistance to Shiite Houthi in dispute with the government and several other separatist groups in Yemen. Iran has given assistance from the 2005, but such aid increases the amount in the range of 2014 to 2015. At the end of 2014, the Shiite Houthi had secured several provinces in Yemen and the Yemeni capital, Sana'a, Shiite Houthi movement continued until the 2015 coup against the Shiite Houthi successful Yemeni presidential palace and become temporary ruler of Yemen. Post-coup happens, Iran increasingly overtly give political support and economic aid to the new government under the rule of the Shiite Houthi. This research is conducted by using neorealism perspective of international relations and supported by offensive realist theory. Formulation of facts, data, arguments, theoretical framework in this study using a qualitative description. This research has formulated answer-hypothesis which revealed the fact their interests ideological-political expansion of Iran for his actions intervening in Yemen's internal conflict. The interests of the ideological-political expansion of Iran is; Imami Shi'a ideology deployment in Yemen, the expansion of Iranian hegemony in the Middle East and the strategic value of the Strait of Bab el-Mandeb which is the fourth busiest shipping lanes in the world. This answer is based on the fact of the help given Iran to the Shiite Houthi such aid military weapons, military training aid and assistance by the national army, the Republican Guard of Iran and political support and economic aid to the new government of Yemen under the control of Shiite Houthi.Keywords: Iran, Yemen, Shiite Houthi, Intervention, Internal conflict, Coup, Government, Interest, Ideological-political

Abstract

The objective of this study was to find out the perception of visitors to elephant patrol attractions tesso nilo national park in pelalawan district in riau.With this study research method thati use is a qualitative method, in which researchers attempted to describe the actual condition or state by collecting data and information in the field and explain in narrative form without test hypotheses or make prediction before, while the data collection techniques in the research using observation, interviews, and documentation.Based of the result of the research that has been done in the field, the perception of visitors to elephant patrol attractions tesso nilo national park in pelalawan district in riau, basically can be said quite enjoy these attractions although there are a few things that visitors should be improved by parties associated with the elephant patrol attractions.Keywords : Perception of Visitors, Tourism Attractions, Tesso Nilo National Park, Pelalawan District.

Abstract

At the level of Representatives Legislative elections in 2009 at district Pangkalan Koto Baru won by Demokrat with the acquisition of 3781 voices, then in 2014 Demokrat just earn 2921 votes. The decreasing of the voices of Demokrat occurred at Nagari Tanjuang Balik was 323 votes. This research aims to determine what factors are causing the public does not choose Demokrat in legislative elections in 2014 at Nagari Tanjuang Balik.This research use qualitative descriptive method. The respondents in this research were people who did not voted Demokrat in 2014 that 10% of 323 is 30 peoples. The technique of collecting data through interviews and questionnaires. Then the data processing techniques with qualitative methods.From the results of this research is that the factors that causing people did not vote for Demokrat in 2014 was a sociological, psychological, and rational choice (rational choice). It is known that the most dominant factor is the rational choice in which 27 people (90%) of respondents said the reason they have not choose Demokrat was the corruption that afflicts the candidate of Demokrat. The respondents considers that if they choose Demokrat again, then the chosen candidates would be afflicted by corruption.Keywords: Option Changing, Demokrat Party, Legislative Election

Abstract

Sense of joy with the arrival of Ramadan ekspressed various ways by Malay Petalangan community in various ways, one way to clean themselves with bath known as balimau. Mandi balimau held once a year, a day before the holy month of Ramadan or month of this traditional .Ceremony than as an expression of gratitude and excitement into the month of fasting, is also a symbol of purification and self-cleaning. Balimau itself means a bath using water mixed with orange by the local people called limes. Now, There are worries us together, that customary such pretty packed ninik mamak and indigenous stakeholders ,, slowly there has been a shift in values, it can be seen with the naked eye the intermingling of men and women who are not mahram in one bath / river, frivolous, redundant, inconsiderate highway, even leads to sin. Of course this is contrary to the values of eastern culture and religious norms. The purpose of the study was to determine the perception and the public response to the Malay community Bandar Petalangan shift in values religiosity balimau bathing culture. As well as to analyze the factors that cause changes in the value of the balimau bathing culture to people's social life.The results showed that Bath Balimau trusted by the community, especially the Malay Petalangan Rawang Empat villages as a way to purify themselves before entering the holy month of Ramadan, participants bath Balimau no age restrictions. Rank, position, men, women, children or adults, anyone can do it, before carrying out the process bath Balimau Village community Rawang Empat usually do grave pilgrimage, organized study groups, wirid Yaseen and a celebration or festivity as gratitude towards Allah SWT. Then the change is caused by several factors including, mindset which began advanced, heterogeneous population, influence and cultural contacts outside and Adaiah sense of dissatisfaction within the community itself.Keywords: Bath Balimau, Perception, Changes

Abstract

This research is the study of International Political Economy of Investment Pt. Saipem Indonesia Karimun Study Case Program In Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) To The Local Communities. Karimun District that has been as created Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) created opportunities for Italia to invest in Karimun. Italia investment is poured through PT. Saipem Indonesia that was attended on 2007 in Karimun District. Operation of PT. Saipem Indonesia in Karimun District increased economic growth in Karimun district. This research used qualitative methods and library research. The theoretical framework applied in this research are neoliberalism perspective from David Harvey, the level of the nation-state analysis, the concept of national interest, international investment theory from Kindley Berger and monopolistic advantages theory from Stephen Hymer.The research shows that investment Pt. Saipem Indonesia Karimun Study Case Program In Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Against Local Communities provided great contributions and continue to implement corporate social responsibility in the form of sustainable development. With the implementation of the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is divided into three main areas, namely in the areas of environment, economics and social areas with the objective of sustainable development can be felt constantly by local communities.Keywords: PT. Service is each every activity or action which can on the market by an on the side of other party, what abstract basically and do not result the ownership of any. While Gronroos in Tjiptono ( 2005) expressing that service represent process consisted of to by with refer to abstract activity (ordinary intangible) but do not have to always became of by interaction of among/between customer/ client of employees and, resource and service, goods or physical, and system service, what is provided by as solution for cutomer/ client problem. Hasibuan defining service as service gift activity from an on the side of of other party. good service is done/conducted affablely, is fair quickly, and with good ethics so that comprehend satisfaction and requirement for accepting it. Client satisfaction in principle is complacence got by client of because getting value service, in this case is bank. Assess value can come from product, service, or something that have the character of emotion.This research is done/conducted in Prosperous BPR Guguk Mas, Jl. Tan Malaka Km. 14 Market of Dangung-Dangung of Regency 50 Town. West Sumatra. As for reason chosen BPR Guguk Mas. Target of this Research is conducted to know influence of service to client satisfaction. In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is client and as source of information is party HRD, Front of Office and Manager marketing. To determine sampel use formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental is sampling. Technics of data collecting of through, observation and kuesioner.From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and linear regresi modestly, quality of service to client satisfaction. Each owning indicator which each other be interconnected and have an effect on positive to satisfaction of client of at in BPR Guguk MasKeyword: service excellent and the Client Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research describes foreign policy North Korea under the leadership of kim jong un in nuclear proliferation of against South Korea in 2013-2015. To described diplomatic relations between South Korea with North Korea. To know the explanation of the escalation conflict North Korea with South Korea under leadership Kim Jong Un. The theories applied is Behaviorism, philosophy in psychology based on a proposition that all done organisms including the act of the mind, or feeling can and has to be considered as behavior. In this analogy individual it is through intellectual a series of stages, by applying of reasoning that earnestly seek to assign choice of the policy. The conclusion of this research are the policy South Korea in the safety and weaponry certainly had the purpose of protect and to secure the defense and the security of his country from the threat of North Korean nuclear attack. This policy is one of embodiment of thought security dilemma who which an attempt South Korea in increase ordnance and security was evidence fear South Korea related to the progress of North Korean nuclear. Background Issue In Illegal Mining That Occurred In The Village Merangin Are Frequent Landslides That Disrupt The Flow Of Traffic And Environmental Damage Will Occur. This Is Caused By The Illegal Miners Who Do Not Have Permission To Mine A Location That Complies With Government Regulations No. 09 Of 2008 On Mining Processed. The Purpose Of This Study Is The First To Analyze The Kampar District Government Oversight In Dealing With Illegal Mining In Rural Districts Merangin Kuok Kampar District. 2 To Analyze The Obstacles In The Implementation Of The Supervision And Control Of Illegal Miners In The Mountain Stone Village Districts Merangin Kuok Kampar District. This Research Is Done With Qualitative Approach With Descriptive Type. Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan is a program from the government of Indonesia who changed ASKES as caretaker health to the society health assurance by BPJS Kesehatan to the society can help prosperous the society in healthy section. In Kecamatan Tanah Jawa Kabupaten Simalungun within implementation BPJS Kesehatan program still found the society less the understanding about the procedure to get the service, the society less get the information about the process of register as participant and many complaints of society about procedure of payment and get service with online system. This research is to identify what is the factors to influence the implementation BPJS Kesehatan program in Kecamatan Tanah Jawa Kabupaten Simalungun.The writer used Edward III theory in this research. The analyzing data used the descriptive qualitative method. Sourse data consist of primary data is the data get from BPJS Kesehatan side Simalungun regency, meanwhile the secondary data is data based on document from BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Simalungun and clinic in Kecamatan Tanah Jawa. Collecting data used observation, interview and documentation. Analyzing data technique is presentation data, draw, and inference.Result of the research refers to know the dominant factors in the implementation BPJS Kesehatan program in Kecamatan Tanah Jawa Kabupaten Simalungun includes the variables are communication. Communications have meaning sense is deliver all information process about BPJS Kesehatan in Kecamatan Tanah Jawa Kabupaten Simalungun with socialization method to the society. Mean of source data in this research is workers, facilities and competence to do good activities in organization and in the field to deliver BPJS Kesehatan program in Kecamatan Tanah Jawa Kabupaten Simalungun. Authorizing signature in this research is attitude and respons the implementer employed showed loyalty to each activities in deliver information,directive and bureaucracy structure. That's mean is structure and relation between unit and function, and operational structure in institution and related instantion.Key Words : Public Policy, Implementation, BPJS Health
