Abstract

This research aimed to describe why Indonesia agreed cooperating with Tiongkok in producing the C-705 missile. This research explain what are the Indonesia’s interest and what are Indonesia’s goals from this cooperation. The cooperation consist in four steps, there are Semi Knock Down, Complete Knock Down, Production, and Research and Development.Researcher analyzed this case using qualitative methods to find data and facts through some literature. The literature collected from books, journals, mass media and websites. Researcher use neorealism perspective which believe that international system is anarchy, cooperation build up to maximize the power of the country to survive in the anarchy situation. The level analysis of the research is nation-state and also use international cooperation theory by Kalevi Jaakko Holsti.From this research it can be seen, Indonesia choose Tiongkok as a partner in producing the C-705 missile because of the Indonesia’s needs toward high technological weapon to increase the Indonesia’s military industry. Military indutsry cooperation made a major impact on changes in military technology by the armed forces of the Republic of Indonesia, mainly on the strenght of the naval defense equipment dimensions.Keywords: International Cooperation, Minimum Essential Force, C-705 Missile

Abstract

This study describes how the application of professional work culture in Badan Kesatuan Bangsa and Politik  province Riau.It aims to determine the extent of the work culture of employees and analyze in factors that affect the application of professional work culture.Professional  work culture that is applied not yet fully realized well.This is caused by the constraints of each individual employed to have an attitude, ethics, and discipline in working different and also the level adherence to the leadership and loyalty in a work that is still lacking. Research application of professional work culture in Badan Kesatuan Bangsa and Politik province Riau using a theoretical concept Paramitha in Ndraha (2002:80) work culture is divided in to: 1) attitudes toward work, 2) behavior at work. This study uses qualitative research methods with an assessment of descriptive. In data collection researchers use interviewing techniques, observation, and documentation by using key informants as a source triangulation techniques in testing the validity of the information. These result indicate that the application of professional work culture in Badan Kesatuan bangsa dan Politik provinsi riau. Not optimal or not completely be implemented by employees at work.  There are obstacles in the implementation of professional work culture of employees this is because each individual employee can not change their ways of thinking about the importance a good working culture for smooth implementation of the tasks in the work. Lack of leadership role in overseeing and controlling employee directly in work.the leader in creating a harmonious atmosphere among fellow employees work without deferent for each member or subordinate lead.   Key Words : Work culture, discipline, leadership

Abstract

This research purpose is to explins about the policy  Turks against the government of syria in the face of terrorist groups ISIS (Islamic State Iraq And Syria), an attack that emanated ISIS in the city Kobani, which is a town located on the border between the Turkish government and the government of Syria, attacks on this border makes Turkey should take development policy measures against Syria This research applying qualitative methods and library research,the Author used security theory of Barry Buzan with the level of the Nation Analysis with realish prespektive. The source of this research are from Of Book, Journals, Publications, Articles,News And Internet. The results of this research indicate that by working together between the government and ethnic Kurdish Syria make Turkey government refused to help Syria in dealing with terrorist groups ISIS because the Turkish government wants to maintain the stability of national security, political and social. Abstract

The increase in the trade central in the Pekanbaru city makes the more companies or individuals who need the storage of goods, which is the warehouse. So a lot of the warehouses are located in Pekanbaru city don’t have the list of the warehouse. Therefore it is necessary to control by the department of industry and trade in the Pekanbaru city. Controlling is irregularity to the illegal storage stuff can be overcome. The study aims to warehouse in the pekanbaru city, at the planning and managed properly so that increasing net income in the Pekanbaru city.The research is used by the qualitative. This research is using the theory of controlling by mindo Manulang to the decided the standard, to assessment, improve the action. This research techniques are the observation, interview, and the documentation by using technical analyze is descriptive set of qualitative.In the research controlling conducted by the department of industry and trade in the Pekanbaru city is not quite optimal. The second is the lack of coordination between the integrated one-stop service and capital investment in the Pekanbaru city in the late delivery of the list data of the warehouse to the department of industry and trade. The third is still a lack of information to the owner of the warehouse. And the fourth is still a lack of the awareness and knowledge of the warehouse on the warehouse rules.The key word : Controlling, licence, warehouse.

Abstract

Employees is one part of the internal public company that is a key element in achieving the goal. During this time many companies that focus on the relationship with outsiders, but ignore the relationship with its employees. Employee relations is a form of cooperation between all parties in the company. If the employee relations goes well, then the enthusiasm and motivation will increase. One company that realizes the importance of this is Pingu's English School Pekanbaru. Some of the activities undertaken to establish a good relationship is another gymnastics on Wednesday morning, lunch on Friday, as well as a cinema if the films box office. This study bertujan to find out more about employee relations program that run Pingus English School in motivating employees.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research associated with the theory of S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-reponse). Stimulus in penelilitian is a program of employee relations, acceptance by employees, then cause a response in the form of motivation. As for the informant is the Board Of Directors, Public Relations, Customer Cervice Coord, Customer Cervice, Teacher Coordinator, Full-time teacher and Operational Coord. Data collected by interview. The results of the interview, then analyzed using a model of interactive data analysis Miles and Huberman. The results of the analysis of its validity is checked using the technique of extension of participation, which confirms the parties are considered competent, as well as with triangulation techniques, comparing observations with interviews.The results showed that Pingu's English School run fourth employee relations program. Employee communication program in the form of appraisal activities, regular meetings, training, cultural openness, and special activities to establish kinship. Appraisal or award programs into activities that are most motivating to employees. Program employee attitude surveys carried out by the performance assessment activities formally and informally. Both are equally build motivation, because employees feel watched so always act according to the standard of performance. Employee counseling program consists of consultancy service activities, brainstorming, coaching, and visit sick employees. Coaching be the most motivating activity, because employees feel the company gives attention to improving the skills and Performance. Profit sharing consists of salary, bonus, vacation, recreation and career. It is very motivating is wages and bonuses, for the purpose of working is earning

Abstract

Tionghoa etnic as one of minority etnic in Pekanbaru become an interest study. Religious conversion actually is not easy. They will get many conflict come from their family and also the environment. Transcendental experiences can influence their conviction and trust to Allah SWT. Mualaf Tionghoa has different times to adapt for prayer continuously. This study aims to show the motives, the meaning of tauhid learning and prayer. Both of them are distinguishing betweem Islam and other religionThis study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. The subject of research is consist of seven mualaf Tionghoa in Pekanbaru who has been chosen using by the snowball technique. The data collection technique is done by depth interview, observation, and documentation. Validity of the data uses trustworthiness including authenticity and triangulations analysis based on method and time.The results showed the motives of mualaf Tionghoa to do religious conversion are transcendental personal motive, rational external motive, pragmatic personal motive, intellectual rational motive, intellectual personal motive, and external judgement motive. The meaning of tauhid learning include (1) tauhidullah of factual, (2) tauhidullah of conceptual, (3) tauhidullah of rational, (4) tauhidullah of complementary. Meanwhile the meaning of praying sholat learning include (1) fundamental meaning, (2) slave meaning, (3) communicative meaning, (4) psychology and medical meaning. This research also showed two type of mualaf Tionghoa as ideal type, semi-ideal type, and labile type.Key Word: phenomenology, mualaf Tionghoa, Tauhid, Praying Sholat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the student sexual act after accessing pornography. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where the informant obtained came from Riau University student with different departments and faculties. To determine informants pusposive researchers used a technique of sampling and data collection techniques by observation and interview. Smartphones and the Internet simply can not be separated, because of the Internet as an application support that is needed by the community. But in modern times the Internet is widely misused by the public, as well as the spread of pornography in the form of electronic information. Indonesia is a country that can not be separated from the issue of pornography, Indonesia was ranked second out of 10 largest countries in the world as accessor cyberporn. It is a major influence on sexual life. From observations and interviews can be seen that the sexual acts performed Riau University student after accessing pornography is that three of the seven informants imitate what they see.Keywords: Smartphone, Pornography, Sexual Acts.

Abstract

This Research is a contemporer study which analyzes about motivation of Germany to accepting many refugees from middle East, especially Syiria. Refugees is an issue that has existed since the world war ended. After War, World experienced many losses, not only the material and environment, but also make their population move to other country as refugees.Researcher analyzed this case using qualitative methods to find data and facts through some literature. The literature collected from books, journals, mass media and websites. Researcher use English School perspective which believe that country is main actor,this mazhab divided three pilars. The level analysis of the research is international system and also use foreign politic theory by Walter Carlsnaes.From this research it can be seen, Germany acccepting refugees because it has demography problen and needs a productive labour.Keywords: Motivation, Refugees, Demographics, labor

Abstract

Consumer behavior is very important for a company, by studying consumer behavior will help the company in its market to identify market segments will be more effective. Studying consumer behavior will also be able mengetahaui how consumers in the purchase decision process and the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study was to determine the basic behavior of consumers in the purchase of a motorcycle Yamaha Jupiter Z on the CV. Mahkota Motor pekanbaru.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Sampling techniques that are used is accidental sampling with a population of 326 people and the sample size was 77 respondents. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale.The results of this study indicate that factors influencing consumer behavior in purchasing products Yamaha Jupiter Z motor vehicle on a CV. Abstract

The background of this research by Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007 concerning the regional Organization, which as one element in the implementation of government performance in providing services and development in the region. So to make local government policy, legeslatif and society is an actor involved in each policy. So the results of this study that the actors involved in the preparation of Ranperda organizational structure and the local government of Riau province, the regional council and the people of Riau province, in this case represented by legislators who hold the mandate of the people of Riau province in making policy. Riau provincial government that are involved in the preparation of this SOTK Ranperda is Governor together Ortal Bureau, the Legal Bureau, and the regional work units concerned. Smentara it, from which the Council Special Committee of Parliament and its organizational structure and team of experts, and Factions in DPRD Riau Province. Ranperda maker SOTK interests in the preparation of Ranperda has involved all SKPD, and the House of Representatives strip is adjusted by Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007 to give according to their views on Ranperda SOTK. SOTK Ranperda manufacture does not involve the public directly of public policy. The interests of the Riau provincial government in policy formulation SOTK Riau Province is to formulate Ranperda SOTK, and conduct a hearing within the government, together with related SKPD. The interests of the Riau Provincial Parliament in lawmaking SOTK namely, providing views and proposals that are tailored to the needs of the Province and not in spite of PP No. 41 of 2007. The social base of the regulations SOTK course community and also SKPD in Riau province, so that the Government can give services more effectively and efficiently. This SOTK Bylaw provide relief workload for SKPD united as it has similarities duties so as to maximize the job. Furthermore, such relief can be felt by SKPD bloomed, because the workload SKPT.
