This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Working Environment on Employee Satisfaction (Case Study at Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru). Transformational Leadership Style as a variable ( X1 ) Working Environment as a variable ( X2 ) and Job Satisfaction as ( Y ).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20. The samples used were 92 employees, consisting of 10 departments . To determine the sample using census study . Data collection through questionnaires .Results of analysis using multiple linear regression , t test , and test f . It can be seen that the Transformational Leadership Style variables significantly influence Job Satisfaction , Work Environment significant effect on Job Satisfaction , and Transformational Leadership Style and Working Environment significant effect on Employee SatisfactionKeywords : Transformasional Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Employee Satisfaction

This study aims to provide an explanation about the main tasks and functions of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, especially the Ombudsman Representative Riau. Adapaun frameworks used in describing the execution of the duties of the Ombudsman is to look at the task mastery, ability of cooperation, Completing work on time, granting the right job report results and explain some of the factors that could affect the execution of the duties of the Ombudsman. The data collection was done by direct observation and interviews with informants. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the study illustrate that in the execution of the duties of Ombudsman Representative Riau has been run in accordance with the applicable provisions in the execution of the duties of the Ombudsman itself although there are still some constraints that can affect implementation of the duties of the Ombudsman itself as limited human resources, limited budget and the appointment of task binding / writing.Keywords : Implementation , the duties and functions, Ombudsman Representative of Riau ,Ombudsman

This study analyzes the interests of Brazil Refuses Indonesia Credential Letter Dead In Case Execution Drug Syndicate International Year 2015. The rate of drug crimes in Indonesia have continued to rise, followed by the type of drug and the modus operandi vary continuously changing. This study on the legislative elections of 2014 ago, an increase of votes is very significant that experienced by the PDI-P in the City Pekanabru. This is seen in the comparison sounds PDI obtained in 2009 which won 11 551 votes, while in 2014 the PDI-P, said Monday that 30 374 voice sound. the author is trying to formulate questions such as "how the PDI-P strategy in recruiting legislative pemelihan pemillih in 2014 in Dapil II District Rumbai and Rumbai Coastal. The purpose of this study to mengetahuai strategy undertaken by the PDI-P in recruiting voters on the legislative elections 2014. On the results of research and discussion of trying to define all mutual researcher in two classifications at the level of analysis that is offensive strategy PDI Pekanbaru city, then the analysis is based on the strategy Defensive Indonesian Democratic Party struggle Pekanbaru. Covert prostitution undertaken by students or who is often called (Chicken Campus) is considered a deviation by the public. They set a tariff of Rp 2 million to Rp 10 million. These deviations belonging to the secondary aberration, because it has done repeatedly. Users of their services ranging from officials to entrepreneurs both in the city or outside the city of Pekanbaru. This study took place in the District Charming Pekanbaru considering the location is a lot of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the background (chicken Campus) and what are the factors that affect them plunge into the world of prostitution.The method used in this research is descriptive research method. Descriptive research is research that aims to uncover the facts, circumstances, and phenomena. Relation to research by the author is the disclosure of the background (chicken campus) and the factors that influence students into prostitution. Therefore, the author will develop the concept, collecting data and facts that occurred at the sites. The technique of collecting data using in-depth interviews and observation, while data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques.Based on the implementation of the research results, namely, the students who work as (chicken campus) have the economic background of the affluent, the majority of students come from families that are less harmonious. Factors that cause them mesuk in prostitution are economic factors, social factors, factors to know a new culture, a lack of social control factor and a factor of friendship.Keywords: Prostitution, Prostitution Covert, Ayam Kampus

The title of this research is the The Role Of ASEAN Tourism Forum in Increasing Foreign Tourist Arrival in Indonesia 2009-2013. The method used was qualitative descriptive-analytic explanatif.The results of this research show that ASEAN Tourism Forum plays an important role in increasing foreign tourist arrivals in Indonesia. ASEAN Tourism Forum is a cooperation forum of tourism in the region of Southeast Asia pliers have a role increases the potential for tourism in Southeast Asia. ASEAN Tourism Forum also act as promoters, tourism investment forums, and policy makers in asean tourism standardization.The influence of the ASEAN Tourism Forum is evident from the development of the tourism industry in each country of Southeast Asia including Indonesia, since joining the tourism cooperation largest in Southeast Asia, Indonesia experienced a growth in tourism is very good, it is not free from the influence of the ASEAN Tourism Forum which includes there are M-ATM agenda that is where the ministers of tourism in the ASEAN region to exchange ideas to boost the tourism industry.Keyword : ASEAN, ATF, Tourism , Indonesia

Immigration detention is a temporary shelter foreigners who violate the legislation imposed immigration measures and pending repatriation to their countryThis study aims to determine how the implementation and the factors that influence in the Standard Operating Procedures Rudenim in Pekanbaru, to conform with regulations that the Director General of Immigration NO IMI. 1917-OT.02.01 YEAR 2013 on Standard Operating Procedures Rudenim.This study uses qualitative methods with data collection by interview, observation and literature study. Interviews were conducted with research informants defined by snowball sampling technique.The results showed that the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures Immigration Detention House (Rudenim) in the city of Pekanbaru is still not running smoothly or less effective. Due to the vagueness and contradictions in the statement of basic measures and policy objectives which resulted in the disciplinary rules pertaining to the Standard Operating Procedure regarding temporary exit permits for Deteni without escort. concluded that the dominant factor influencing factor is the policy. Where the lack of policy of the Central Government and the response or lack good relationship between immigration detention by the central government such as the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and the Minister of Foreign Affairs so as to make make the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures immigration detention is not running smoothly.Keywords: Implementation, Standard Operating Procedures, Rudenim

The potential of the Siak diversity of potential tourist objects makes Siak has promising prospects for tourism development. In a sense, the tourism product is a potential vary widely in marketing and determining the travel market segmentation so that tourists visiting the Siak could increase. Management and development based on local regulation number 12 of 2012 on Regional Tourism Development Master Plan, especially at points Siak Nature emerald forest tourist area has great potential to be made tourist attractions.This research uses descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach, which is located in Siak district with a focus on the factors - factors that constrain District Government Siak manage tourist area of forest emerald by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports towards tourism forest of 38,000 potentially huge as tourist attraction.Based on this research can be concluded Siak district government through the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in implementing tungas and functions to develop and manage natural attractions emerald forest area is not maximized. It can be seen from four variables inhibiting factor, namely the budget, infrastructure, partnerships and human resources.Keyword : Inhibiting Factors, Nature, Zamrud Forest
