Abstract

The problem in this research is how the implementation of the development in the Village Middle Rambah Rambah Hulu District of Rokan Hulu in the year 2009-2013 and the factors inhibiting the implementation of the development in the Village Middle Rambah Rambah Hulu District of Rokan Hulu. Implementation of village development Rambah Central Hulu, the authors noticed there is still potential to be managed premises well, so it will give more support rural incomes and for equitable development can be achieved, which is still the wealth of the village in the form of land which can be used and managed by the village government and with the community ,The purpose of this is to determine the factors that affect the implementation of development in the village of Central Rambah Rambah Hulu District of Rokan Hulu. With the research methods used in this study is a qualitative research data collection techniques used is by using the technique of observation, interview and documentation.The results of this study, that the Government Rural Middle Rambah Hulu in conducting village development is influenced by several factors, namely; factor of personnel resources of the village, the source of funding factors, factors of community participation and community motivation factor. Village Middle Rambah Hulu is still not able to optimize the three elements of development, namely; government, public and private, and the authors suggest to the Government of Hulu's Village Central Rambah that would improve the ability of village officials and good communication in carrying oriented government on regional autonomy.Keywords: Human Resources, Funding, Community Participation and Motivation

Abstract

This research discusses about electronic waste (e-waste) heap in Ghana which comes from the whole world which has given negative impacts for humans and ecosystems around garbage stacked and processed. Despite having signed the agreement of The Basel Convention which regulates about export ban of e-waste, but around 500 containers contain obsolete electronics landed in Agbogbloshie, Ghana every month. Ineffectiveness of efforts to address e-waste, has invited non-party state to contribute in e-waste management, one of non-party is Blacksmith Institute.The methode which is used in this research is qualitative research methods descriptively. As this research interprets related conditions with the problems and develops the data obtained from various sources, such as books, journal and articles on the official website.The purpose of this research is to give the consciousness on using technology sustainability with environmental conservation because in this globalization era, the electric and eletronic equipment (EEE) demand are more increasing which are caused the result of the production rest is also getting bigger, moreover the end-of-life of the EEE is not often managed properly.Keywords: e-waste, Ghana, Blacksmith Institute

Abstract

The development of the fashion world are growing rapidly and creatively to make the fashion business activists have to create something different from the others. Designs on fashion products to convey a hidden message for the user as well as the look of the design. Aye! One fashion denim brand in Indonesia to bring the design of its products with the theme Secret Society, the Illuminati, and Freemasonry. This study aims to look at how the meaning and ideology of Illuminati on t-shirt design that was released by Aye! Denim.This study uses qualitative descriptive study, with the selection of informants using purposive sampling theory, the author chose some informants who have a relationship with Aye! Denim, the Owner of Aye! Denim, and users of the product from Aye! Denim. Data collection techniques in this research with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. For data analysis techniques, using three stages of Roland Barthes significance. The first phase, peeling connotations, the second phase of search for meaning denotation, and the third phase concluded myths and ideologies contained in t-shirt design Aye! Denim.The results of this study indicate that the meaning and ideology embodied in the design Aye! Denim contains about the existence of a huge plan designed by the Secret Society, the Illuminati, and Freemasonry. The agenda is driven by the people behind the scenes who infiltrated through the administration of a country. The purpose of the agenda is to create a new world government or commonly called the "New World Order". Aye! Denim trying to convey the purpose of the agents in different ways namely through the designs of its products. Brand image to make belief - representing all important esensi to develop build a success business – do not only from in perpective all dealer but also from client. Brand have to can bear desire of client and than if that have been done/conducted to be expected by a client become loyal to bank defance of all client of exist in generally will be more profit compared to by a client commutation. Expense to draw new client can fivefold bigger than at expense maintain client there is. Brand Image of bank of BRI Syariah have just good enough only felt less. Loyalitas of Client of have a notion that loyalitas represent komitmen of client for the usage repeatedly an product or service in a period of/to will come with same brand. Lack of loyalitas of client at bank BRI Syariah also can be seen from less be its his enthusiastic is client to event done/conducted by bank.This research is done/conducted in BRI Syariah, Jl. Arifin Ahmad Town. Pekanbaru. As for reason chosen BRI SYariah that to measure storey level of loyalitas of client and the happening of percentage of descend sum up client. target of this Research is done/conducted to know influence of brand image to client loyality.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sample used by that is client and as source of information is party of HRD and Manager marketing. To determine sampel use formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental sampling. Technics of data collecting of through, observation and quesioner.From result analys data covering validity test, reabilitas, and linear regresi modestly, brand image to client loyality. Abstract

  This Research aims to determine how political behavior of society particularly in the use of voting rights and  choice behaviour of society districts dayun in the  legislative elections in 2014 period 2014-2019. This study uses qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data in this research are  human (respondent), and the other documents that support this research. Mechanical footage used in this research is purposive. Data collection using interviews and documentation Based on the research results, it can be concluded first, the political behavior of the community in the district legislative elections can be seen (1) the change of the public choose, it can be seen from the growing number of voters of society with the same respondents compared to the previous election period, (2) political education soecity especially in the election was better, based on public awarness to use their voting right by their desire. Second, in the  election procces there are foir indicators became ratings, that is Sociological Factors, Psychological Factors, The Rationsl Choice Factors and the last is Marketing Factors. Based on legislative election in districs Dayun  on the period of 2014-2019 that the seocity focused to Sociological Factors by sub indicators ethnicity owned between voter and legislative candidates.   Keyword : Political Behaviour, voter in the legislative election

Abstract

Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekanbaru City is an implementation services unit in the field of Cooperatives and SMEs in Pekanbaru. One of the problems that occur are many SMEs and the informal sectors are not bankable yet due to the lack of managerial and financial capabilities. Then the lack of technology knowledge, marketing skills and the limitation of small enterprises to fulfill the products / services according to market demand, as well as limitations and lack of human resources. And the lack of protection for ideas and products produced by SMEs and the informal sectors as well as government policy or supporting regulations which they do not optimally support the development of SMEs. The current number of SMEs in Pekanbaru City around 15.291.000 spread over 12 districts in Pekanbaru. Supposedly with the large number of SMEs in Pekanbaru, SMEs can develop properly, the Departement provides special training for SMEs entrepreneur, as well as the good performance management of Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Pekanbaru City to SMEs entrepreneur for the advancement of SMEs in Pekanbaru so that SMEs products can be known widely. But in fact, the products of SMEs have not been able to compete widely. Based on this, the author wanted to conduct a qualitative descriptive study on Organizational Performance Management of Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekanbaru City and the factors that influence it.Theoretical concept used by the author is the theoretical performance of Agus Dwiyanto: Productivity, Quality, Service, Responsiveness, Responsibility, Accountability. And factors that affecting organizational performance management. This study used a qualitative research with descriptive assessment. The collecting data of this study are by interview, observation and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the Organizational Performance Management of Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekanbaru City is not optimal yet. Then there are factors that affect the performance management encountered in the field two factors that affecting performance management are internal and external factor. The internal factor are quantity and quality of human resources, employee’s motivation. Abstract

Practicing theater arts is not easy, moreover when someone has decided tobecome an actor, there are some conditions to fulfill and basic trainings toendure. The hardships in the world of performing arts has made some members oftheater group became subjects of “natural selection” which has made them leftthe group and the world of performing arts, especially to them who intended tojust trying or joining only because their firends did so. Although, there are stillmany members stay and has decided to keep learning about theater arts. Thepurpose of this research is to discover motives, meanings of theater arts, andcommunication experiences which happened to the members of theater arts groupin Pekanbaru city.The research method used in this study is qualitative research method withphenomenology approach. Informants of this research are 8 members of 3 theaterstudios in Pekanbaru City whom got selected using purposive sampling technique.The data collection techniques are interview, observation and documentation.While the data analysis techniques including data reduction, data serving, generalconclusion and verification.The result of this research shows that the motives of theater studiomembers in Pekanbaru in joining theater arts consist of because-motives whichare curiosity, interests, invitation, pleasure and distaste. While the in-order-tomotivesconsist of existence, seeking for satisfaction, become useful to society, selfdevelopment and talent development. Meanings of theater arts constructed bytheater group members consist of theater arts as learning media, a room toexpress, and sel improvement. Pleasant experiences which has happened to thetheater group members at the time they learn about theater arts are kinship,harmony, togetherness, success in performing the show, gained the trust to directa performance, and achieving the awards. While the unpleasant experiences aremisbehavior of some members, conflicts among the internal group members,unable to read the audiences, exercising too hard, and being unappreciated.Keywords : Construction of Meaning, Phenomenology, Motives, Meanings,Communication Experience, Theater Arts

Abstract

The purpose of research is to knowing the loans repayments featured (KUPEDES) PT.BRI, Tbk Micro Branch Unit Bengkalis. KUPEDES is featured credit company-owned rureal banks PT.BRI, Tbk Micro Branch Unit Bengkalis.The repayment is based on the level of collectibility, repayment credits can be measured by the five dimensions (5), namely performing loans, loans in which particular attention, substandard loans, doubtful loans and bad loans. In this research population is KUPEDES customer PT.BRI, Tbk Micro Branch Unit Bengkalis. Sampling technique is accidental sampling and get 100 respondens. Result of the research is conclueded that the loan repayment KUPEDES is low category.Keyword: repayment on loans, KUPEDES, banking

Abstract

Violations within personal nonverbal expectations assume that everyone has certain expectations on nonverbal behavior of others and the need to communicate personal distance. If these expectations are violated, people will react to give a positive or negative ratings to reflect the characteristics of the offender. The authors study aimed to determine describe and analyze the nonverbal expectancy violations within personal employee Riau Pos Pekanbaru and also to determine whether the reward valence communicator affect employee assessment toward nonverbal expectancy violations within personal in Riau Pos Pekanbaru.This study used a qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach. Subjects were all employees in Riau Pos Pekanbaru with a total of as many as 81 (eighty one) of the specified categories based on purposive sampling. The collection of data obtained through observation and interviews.The results showed that employees Riau Pos Pekanbaru takes time and personal space for solitude could not be bothered. Time and distance required to be alone addressed and included in the positive offense because of the time and personal space that is required is to seek ideas on the news. Violations expectations in Riau Pos Pekanbaru makes employees work to be uncomfortable eg employees communicate with high intonation, but for employees Riau Pos it has become a habit, let alone still around work. They do not feel disadvantaged as long as it can help clinch a job, help, correct, then it is considered reasonable. So violations are not addressed expectations negative, but positive.
