Abstract

Prevention of fire forest and farm in Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi not yet is optimal, this matter can be seen from still lower him mount awareness of society and habit of society clearing land by burning. Inwrought organization chart team of operation of fire farm and Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi not yet shown result of optimal this matter can be proved there is still be found fire dot (spot hot) in Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi although still pertained to lower in Province of Riau. Result of research show planning in prevention of fire of forest and farm in Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi need the existence of attention of government to provide budget fund, need the existence of the division of region to facilitate reach if happened fire and need elementary plan in knowing condition especially at dry season and of rutinitas monitoring. Co-Ordinate in prevention of fire of forest and farm in Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi not yet walked at ease goodness co-ordinate into and also exit coordination. Execution in prevention of fire of forest and farm in Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi good enough although still there are a lot of constraint. Evaluate in prevention of fire of forest and farm in Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi have walked but not yet maximal because there are insuffiency especially the problem of medium and financing of basic facilities supporter. Resistor factor not yet is optimal of Inwrought Team him in prevention of fire of forest and farm in Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi its minim is availibility of fund, and facilities of basic facilities supporter which still less, less professional and also the straightening of environmental law which still very low so that if happened fire of forest and farm hence Team of overcoming cannot work maximally.

Abstract

This research is to find the motives that influenced tourist to visit Pusat Latihan Gajah (PLG) Minas Siak district.This research uses descriptive methods to analyze problem which is going to conducted. The sample of the data collection techniques on this reseach the writer using liker scale as an instrument to measuring the lenght of intervals that can be used to find quantitative data. The sample of this research was 100 people were taken by using accidental sampling.Based on the research are the influence of the phusical motive get 1.625 scores, culture motive get 859 scores, social motive get 1.484 scores and fantasy motive get 1.292 scores.Keyword: Motivation, Pusat Latihan Gajah Minas, tourist

Abstract

This research was motivated by the concern of Mount Sinabung eruption that has been happened since 2013. Many parties have to synergize and coordinate well to involve in this disaster management by giving services to the refugees that are scattered in several evacuation posts. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Karo District Government in settling the Mount Sinabung eruption and the factors that obstruct and support the settlement of this disaster. The method used is descriptive and qualitative method which can be defined as the process of solving problems by describing the situations of the subject and object of the research based on the current facts.the theory used in this research include Government Management, Government Coordination and Disaster Management. Based on the result we can conclude the role of each departement are related, among Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Karo tasked as the overall coordination of the disaster management process, the Office of Social Affairs is responsible for the fulfillment the logistics of refugees, the Public Works Departement is responsible for the evacuation process, fulfill the needs of clean water for bathing, washing, toilet, and handling the post evacuation, the Departement of Health is responsible for guranteeing public health of refugees and provide aid to refugees who are sick. Each relevant department has been manage the refugees of Mount Sinabung eruption as much as possible even though there are still some lacks of coordination. However, there are no obstacles in funding the refugees’ needs to fulfill their decent life.Keywords : Role of Government, Coordination, Disaster Managemen

Abstract

the modern world, innovationis amajor challenge forany organization. The aim of the research is to get and to seen the information about innovation PT. Pos Indonesia to confront the competition services of transfering money in Pekanbaru city. With seeing so much competitor in transfering money in Pekanbaru city, researcher want to know the strategy PT. Pos Indonesia infacing the competition of transfering money in Pekanbaru city.Theory used in this study was the Inovation by Basuki (2013:179) and theory of SWOT analysis (Rangkuti 2009:33). This study uses qualitative research methods to study descriptive data. In data collection, and with SWOT analysis to analysing data, researcher using observation, interviews, documentation.Based on the result of the research through interviews and observations, it is known that inovation PT. Pos Indonesia in facing the competition of transfering money in eklanbaru city still hampered with some case like apromotion of a product that should be interasting and public know what kind of product that PT. Pos Indonesia give to them, and public want to use that product. PT. Pos Indonesia weak with analysing a new product that competitor gives to public. Then, PT. Pos Indonesia is not use well their strengths and can’t maximize well their oppurtunities.Keyword: Innovation Strategy, Public Service.

Abstract

This Research describes Australia’s role in the education field to support the Migration With Dignity Policy by the Kiribati Government (2006-2014). Kiribati is a small country that is experiencing problem of the poverty, unemployment and sea level rise. It has been predicted that the islands of Kiribati will not inhabitable anymore in 30 years from now. The I-Kiribati have to migrate to another country before Kiribati islands uninhabitable. The government of Kiribati has announced a policy called “ Migration With Dignity” to prepare the migration of I-Kiribati. Australia help Kiribati by granting a scholarship program to I-Kiribati which allows them study nurse in Australia. This Research is concerned with how the KANI’s program could help prepare I-Kiribati migrate by using National Interest concept. This research used qualitative methods which is done by explaining the case based on existing facts. The techniques used to collects data to study the case to library research in the form of journals, books, official documents, report, magazine, paper, and website. The theoretical framework applied in this research are realism perspective, national interest concept, nation-state analysis level and foreign policy theory from Rosenau. KANI is a scholarship program offered Australia to Kiribati in the field of nursing education at Griffith Universty. This programs help Kiribati in addressing the issue of unemployment and poverty. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand Indonesia Foreign Policy Has Not Admitted Kosovo Independence In 2008. Kosovo is a province in Serbia, but due to the uprising finally Kosovo secede from Serbia and stands today as a nation that also require confessions from other countries. Most countries chose to recognized and ignore the Kosovo Independence. Differently, Indonesia chose to did not recognize Kosovo Independence in 2008. Thus researcher question is Why Indonesia Foreign Policy Has Not Admitted Kosovo Independence In 2008.This research theoretically has built with Realism perspectives on International Relations and supported by Foreign Politic theory James N. Rossenau. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that Indonesia actually put themselve in the position of "wait and see" to the development of the newly established state. On the basis of the existing separatist movements in Indonesia could trigger a conflict that can lead to the release of such regions of Indonesia and East Timor. Abstract

Quality Services of Kampar kiri Comunnity Health Center At Kampar Kiri District of Kampar as places that serve the public, the health service is often in the spotlight left Kampar district community. Convoluted and complicated service procedures, often exceeding the settling time, speed and accuracy in providing services to the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service and determine the factors that affect the quality of service sub-district health centers Kampar Kiri of Kampar.This research uses the theory by Parasuraman, Zeithhaml, and Leonard Berry in Harbani Pasolong (2007), which consists of Tangible, Reliability, responsivenes, Assurance, Empathy. The method used is qualitative research with data collection technique through interview, observation and documentation.The results of this study show that, the quality of service sub-district health centers left Kampar Kampar Kampar district left yet either, because there are several dimensions such as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has not been good. Of the five dimensions, but the dimensions are obtained guarantees good ratings, in this dimension the service provider has been able to provide assurance that they are skilled employees to take care of the affairs of the applicant, and also have the knowledge to answer and resolve any questions and complaints. As for the other four dimensions left the clinic kampar districts left Kampar Kampar district not meet the desired quality of society.Keyword: Service, Quality of Service

Abstract

This study aims to determine the bilateral cooperation agreement between Indonesia and South Korea in developing a fighter aircraft KFX / IFX, factors affecting Indonesia want to follow this agreement, as well as the resulting impact of this agreement on the defense system of the Indonesian state.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, qualitative research method was used. Through this qualitative research method, this study uses literature review or library research which came from books, journals, documents, and various sources from the internet.Basically factors affecting Indonesia to cooperate with South Korea due to meet each other's needs and achieve national interests of Indonesia and South Korea alone. In order to meet the needs of state and national security interests by producing alutista that will strengthen the country's defense.It is concluded that Indonesia implement the cooperation with South Korea is a form of security interests and welfare of the country for Indonesia. With the cooperation of Indonesia to strengthen this country's defense through the air alutista and also will master manufacturing technology fighter aircraft independently.Keywords: Military cooperation, KFX/IFX, National Defense

Abstract

This research describes the development of relationship between Indonesia and Bulgaria through cultural diplomacy. Its main objectives are to provide greater knowledge and deep understanding of Indonesian national interest through cultural diplomacy to improve bilateral relations with the Government of Bulgaria. In order to improve this relationship, Indonesia uses World Championship of Folklore 2014 as a tool of diplomacy.The method that is used in this research is qualitative research. Some of the datas are obtained from books, journals, articles, internet and other media. This research focuses on the improvement of Indonesia-Bulgaria relationship by using World Championship of Folklore 2014 as a diplomacy tool. This research uses the Cultural Diplomacy theory and Multi-Track Diplomacy theory.Using World Championship of Folklore 2014 as a tool is an effective way of diplomacy by Indonesian government. World Championship of Folklore 2014 is a stepping stone to attract the attention of the world and Bulgaria in particular. Multi-track diplomacy that was done by Indonesia was successful. It is proved by many cooperation and improvement between Indonesia and Bulgaria and not only in cultural field and not only on cultural field but also cooperation on other fields.Keywords: Indonesia, Bulgaria, World Championship of Folklore, cultural diplomacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of a mother as a single parent in maintaining socio-economic impact of the family and the child's independence. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where the informant is taken that the mother has been a single parent in RW 29. To determine informants pusposive researchers used a technique of sampling and data collection techniques by observation and interviews. Being a single parent for a mother is not easy because of the challenges that will be undertaken, namely a dual role in running the upbringing of children. In order for the functioning of the family, where the mother's role in parenting will affect the independence of a child. From observations and interviews can be seen that being a single parent is not easy for a mother and have challenges in their parenting to children is raising and educating children and fulfill the needs of the family, where the fifth informant had the same problem, namely the problem of educating children alone.Keywords: Single Parent, Dual Role, Parenting Children
