Abstract

PT. Andesta Mandiri Indonesia Pekanbaru is one of the company's outsourcing or labor supplier in Pekanbaru. Implementation is expected to provide organizational climate and job satisfaction of employees of PT Andesta Mandiri Indonesia Pekanbaru. Implementation of Organizational Climate at PT Mandiri Indonesia Pekanbaru Andesta ie Organizational Structure, standards-standards, responsibility, respect, support and commitment. In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that employees of PT Andesta Mandiri Indonesia Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the Managing Director. To determine the sample using the test slovin, sampling methods, with accidental sampling. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis is a statistical analysis with SPSS version 20. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination is equal to 0.607. This means that organizational climate significantly influence job satisfaction of employees amounted to 60.7%Keyword : Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction Of Employees

Abstract

Many companies are increasingly aware of and assessing the implementation or application of CSR programs not merely fulfill the obligations as set out in the Act. The better a company'S CSR program implementation the more positive and also good corporate image in the eyes of the public . The application of CSR program PT. Arara Abadi held already although there is still that have not been fully implemented as expected community so that the positive image that was expected by the company has not achieved fully.This research was conducted at the Subdistrict Perawang Tualang Siak Regency. As for the reason for choosing a PT. Arara Abadi that to measure the degree of implementation of CSR and decline the positive image of the company. The purpose of this research was conducted to find out the influence of the implementation of the program of corporate social responsibility (CSR) against the company's image.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sample used by that is community around company society perawang and as source of information is party of UP-CD CSR PT.Arara Abadi. To determine sampel use formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental sampling. Technics of data collecting of through, observation and quesioner.From the results of the data analysis that includes a test of validity, reabilitas, and a simple linear regression, the implementation of CSR programs against the corporate image. Abstract

Based on data from the Ministry of Health, Riau Province included into the top 5 highest register of the smokers in adolescence with a percentage of 51.3%. As for the city of Pekanbaru, according to data from the Provincial Health Office of Riau percentage of smokers at an early age is increasing every year. The purpose of the study is to determine the communication strategy used by Riau Vaper Community as one community in Pekanbaru city that has a special concern with tobacco cigarettes and tried to give the campaign a way to educate the youth who are vulnerable to the use of tobacco cigarettes.This research using qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques are grouped through observation, interviews and documentation. The informant in this research were five people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Interactive data analysis model the author uses to describe the results of research into techniques for data analysis and data validity checking researchers used a technique extension of participation and triangulation.These results indicate that communication strategies Riau Vaper Community in the campaign is to use the media, especially social media is already widely used youth. The use of social media like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Path became the focus of a campaign to be conducted Riau Vaper Community. In addition to social media, Riau Vaper Community also use print media such as newspapers and radio. Riau campaign conducted by the Community Vaper do with the nature of education, choice of words is not complicated and does not use the word term is done so that the audience does not have any errors in response to the message delivered or saturation in listening to the message.keywords: strategy, communication, campaign, descriptive

Abstract

The research was to analyze the motivations of tourists visiting the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep. The study aims to: (1) to know the motivations of tourists visiting the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep. (2) to find out the most dominant factor in tourists visiting the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep. This research uses descriptive quantitative method to describe the problem in a visit travellers. The sample used in this study is 100 people.Based on the results of the research that has been done, retrieved the motivation of tourists visit to the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep is influenced by physical motivation, motivation, motivation fantasy social and cultural motivation. While the most dominant factor in the tourists visit to the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep is physical relaxation in the form of motivation, health, comfort and relax.Keywords: Motivation, Motivation Instrinsik and Ekstrinsik, Tourists.

Abstract

The attraction is the ability to attract attention. So that the attraction of the museum is the museum's ability to attract the attention of visitors. This study aims to determine the ratings visitor attractions TB Silalahi Center Museum in Toba Samosir, North Sumatra.This research uses descriptive quantitative method to examine the issue in the lift. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, taken using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interview, questioner, documentation, and literature study. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval.From the results of research conducted in the field with the theory of attraction of the museum is based on components of the museum consists of five sub-variables, namely, appearance, current patterns, exhibitions, attractions reinforcement, and support facilities, then the results of the field in the can that assessment of visitors to attractions TB Silalahi Center Museum are included in the category of Good.Keywords : Tourist attraction, TB Silalahi Center Museum.

Abstract

study analyzes the role of the United Nations made High Commissioner for Refugees in dealing with asylum seekers Afghan in Pekanbaru-Indonesia 2015 with the focus of research that Afghan asylum seekers in immigration detention of Pekanbaru.This research method is library research and interviews. The framework used by the author is Level of Analysis used International Organization ,International Organization Theory and Theory of Roles, human security concept and perspective neoliberalis.From the analysis using the concepts and theories and perspectives, we can conclude that as an international organization under the auspices of the United Nations tasked to deal with the problem of refugees, the UNHCR exercised its powers in dealing with asylum seekers who are in immigration detention Pekanbaru by doing data collection to Rudenim though not scheduled and rated slow. After UNHCR to collect data then after that every Deteni given a registration number to the end of his interview to determine their statusnya.if declared as refugees then these people moved into camps under the supervision of Class I Immigration Office Pekanbaru and that has not been given the status the refugees must remain in Detention Centre of Pekanbaru during the process. UNHCR also helps asylum seekers / Refugees to obtain a durable solution is local integration, pengembalia voluntary and third country resettlement. However, UNHCR has not been able to carry out its role with maximum because hampered by the lack of shelter provided to asylum-finding / pegungsi and lack of operational funds.Keywords: UNHCR, Asylum Seekers. Abstract

The aim of This research is to know what are main cause of alumni of SMKN 1Bandar Sei Kijang who didn’t have work and continue their studies with the good conditions and better in econimoc, how much is the effect and motivation from themselves. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative and the technique of collecting data is pupisive the criteria of the informan is: the alumni of SMKN1 Bandar Sei Kijang from 2013 to 2015, don’t have job and don’t continue their studies. The results of this research are because the inaduquate saleries, their pay cuts due to negligence, the motivation of alumni to continue the studies is low, and the perception of work is better than continue the studies.Keywords : Motivation, Work, Proceedings Studies

According to Andi Mappiare interest is a mental device which consists of a mixture of feelings, hope, conviction, prejudice or another tendency that drive the individual to a particular choice.This research is done/conducted in PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Pekanbaru, Grand Sudirman office complex D-2 Datuk Setia Maharaja/Parit Indah street Bukit Raya subdistrict. Pekanbaru. As for reason chosen Takaful Keluarga that to measure storey level of interest of client and the happening of percentage of descend sum up client. target of this Research is done/conducted to know influence of brand image to client interest.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sample used by that is client and as source of information is party of Takaful Agency Director. Abstract

Penulisan skripsi ini berawal dari ketertarikan penulis melihat terjadinya fenomena tentang keberadaan penjual stiker disepanjang Jln. HR Soebrantas yang semakin hari semakin bertambah banyak. Keberadaan mereka mengganggu ketertiban, kerapian, dan kenyamanan masyarakat yang tinggal di Panam. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah telah melakukan upaya seperti melakukan penggusuran dan relokasi. Namun tetap saja penjual stiker kembali untuk berjualan dilokasi tersebut. Stiker bukanlah kebutuhan primer maupun kebutuhan sekunder, sehingga para penjual stiker dituntut untuk memiliki strategi agar usaha yang dijalankannya tersebut dapat bertahan. Strategi yang digunakan dapat berupa strategi fisik atau tampak seperti melakukan pekerjaan lain dan menambahkan barang dagangan lain dan juga strategi yang tidak tampak seperti interaksi dan modal sosial yang dilakukan oleh para penjual stiker. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan hasil analisis data dari data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi yang dilakukan.Kata Kunci : Stiker, Strategi Berjualan, Modal Sosial
