Abstract

Area of Hapanasan Rokan Hulu District is a one of attraction that as featured prodcut at Rokan Hulu distric and stregthed with governor’s decree and rokan hulu’s regent. Area of Hapanasan is area that has natural attractive with hot water in there as a superior product. But facilities that had been provided in there is not corresponding with visitor typologies in general that comes at there so that this area get reduction of visitors.This study aims to knowing general visitor typologies that come in area of Hapanasan Roka Hulu Disctrit, the visitor typhologis used theory by Smith there are explorer, elite, off-beat, unusual incipient mass, mass, charter.This study used quantitative method. This study use 100 respondens which a visitors that come at Hapanasan Rokan Hulu Distric as a respondents and doing interview with manager as a informan to completed. And then for determine of how many of all the respondens researcher use accidental sampling which reseacrcher take sampel with accidental which met accidental when the researcher at in Hapanasan Rokan Hulu Distric.This study identified into sevents main issues namely visitor thypologis viewed by Smith’s theory there are explorer, elite,off-beat, unusual, incipient mass, mass, charter. And then the researchers can know general visitor thypologist that come to Hapanasan area Rokan Hulu District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Regional Office Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Pekanbaru Regional Office located in the Sudirman Block E Plot No.1, RT.01 / RW.01, Simpang Tiga village, subdistrict Bukit Raya.In this research method used is the method of statistical tests with SPSS, where samples were used that employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Pekanbaru Regional Office and as an informant to interview is with the HRD of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Regional Office Pekanbaru. To determine the sample using census techniques and data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability test, t-test, f, and multiple linear regression showed that transformational leadership style and organizational culture has an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Pekanbaru Regional Office with a value of 0.777 means that the influence of variable transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance variables was 77.7%. Hypothesis testing results showed that the f-count is greater than f-table which means Ha accepted.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aimed about Consumer Behaviour Buying Tour Package in PT. Smevasindo Holiday Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. This research aims to: (1) to know about Consumer Behaviour Buying A Package Tour in PT. Smevasindo Holiday Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. (2) to know the response of respondents to purchase tour package in PT.Smevasindo Holiday Tour & Travel Pekanbaru.This research was used descriptive quantitatif method to describe the issues. The sample used in this research was 24 people.The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on Consumer Behaviour Buying Tour Package in PT. Smevasindo Holiday Tour & Travel Pekanbaru is agree. Abstract

A woman's life fashion show models synonymous with glamorous lifestyle, nightlife, and even sex. In order to meet the demands and lifestyle as a model, they often do things - negative things like, into prostitution "or being a mistress" This situation results in the emergence of a negative assessment of the community of women who worked as a model, even though it can not be in jendralisis. Departing from this condition researchers are interested to know how the woman's self concept models fashion show in Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the dimensions of the internal and external dimensions of the model woman fashion show in Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Subjects consisted of five informants, who were selected through key informant named mas Raymond as the supreme mentor administrators Putri Indonesia Riau representatives, using techniques snowball technique. The study used data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and research documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation. The research shows the internal dimensions of the model woman fashion show in Pekanbaru, self-identity that is a model woman, some of the informants came from poor families, life changed since the model works better established with the result being a mistress. Actors themselves that promiscuity and environmental influences make a drastic change. Self receiver is aware of the bad deeds, received negative comments from the public. Dimensions of the external female models fashion show in Pekanbaru. Physical self, perfect for the main requirement of a model. Moral ethical self, refusing to be grateful, not to close themselves to God. causing properties or characters that are easily affected by the surrounding environment . Self always perform imaging and lies. Self family , very close to the family , very supportive in the profession as a model . Social self is not arrogant if you meet someone who is known , friendly , nice , easy to make friends. Abstract

Best Practices are defined as initiatives that have resulted in contributions prominent (outstanding contribution) in improving the quality better of life. The research objective to see the implementation of best practices program independent household of food and energy in kampar regency and to determine the factors that affect the implementation of best practices program independent household of food and energy in Kampar regency.Theoretical concept that researchers use are eko prasojo (2004:4) thereare three partnerships and sustainable impact. This research uses qualitative methods with an assessment of descriptive data. In the data collection reseachers use interviewing techniques, observation and documentation. By using purposive sampling method in which sample is designed by researchers and triangulation techniques as a source af data authenticity.The results showed that the implementers, implementation of best practices in independent households of food and energy in Kampar Regency not ranning optimally because there are still many obstacles in the implementatin, because there are many people who are not interested in implementing the program independent household of food and energy although mainstay programs Kampar Regency with the goal of three zero, zero proverty, zero unemployment and zero slum housing.Factors that hinder the implementation of best practices program independent household of food and energy in Kampar Regency (1) public’s understanding of the program (2) participation in the implementation of the program (3) the role of regent in the innovation program (4) a bureaucratic culture.Key Words : Implementasi , Best Practices, Program.

Abstract

The growth of university need a good quality in service, aspecially the service by the faculty itself. A faculty has importants role in the university such as, to fullfit the expectation of the candidate of the students, the students limited access about the scholarship and something like that. In the fact, one of duties of the students subgroup is to prapare about the scholarship it self. Based on the promblem above, the researcher interested to know do the research about how the quality of students adminstration service in the facuality of social and politic at university of riau.The theory of cancept that used by the researcher was agus dwiyanto, there are some dimensions of the quality of students administration service, such as: the service of administration, the prosedure, time, facilities, and the resuait of service itself.This recearch used descriptive method that used qualitative result that got by interview some informan and analysis bye the researcher.The result of this research showed that the quality of students administration service in the faculty of social and politic was good enaugh. In the other hand, it still has some weakness in the qualty of service itself.Key words: quality, service, students administration

Abstract

Education is an important element in creating a good quality, smart, damai, and democratic resourse. A good education can not be achieved without communication. Instructional communication is a part of education communication. It is a center of teaching and learning process. Teachers in Maqdis use it in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to find out instructional communication process and method taught by teachers.Writer uses qualitative method. Informants are 4 teachers and 4 students which are decided by purposive technique sampling. The 4 teachers are known as friendly, firm, and polite. While the students are vary. They are housewife, pediatric, and school student. All of them can memorize quran more than 1 juz in Maqdis. The object of this research are the teachers’ instructional method in improving student’s willingness in reading and memorize quran. Primary data are taken through interview and secondary data is the former research and journal. Data collecting technique are observation, interview, and documentation. To get the authenticity of the data, writer uses participation extention and triangulasi.The result shows us that communication process using non verbal symbol, which are mouth or tounge of the teacher who read the quran, and voice intonation should be clear to every student. This process is repeat over and over to make students memorize the quran. The use of media to support the instructional communication is used such as book/modul, and video. Instructional communication method taught by teachers in Maqdis are preaching, discussion/question and answer, assignment, tasmi’ and murajaah.Keyword: instructional communication, instructional communication process, instructional communication method.

This study aimed About Approaches Under Development Tarusan Kamang Become Attractions In Agam district of West Sumatra. This study aims to: (1) To determine the approach ever undertaken in the development of Tarusan Kamang become a tourist attraction. (2) To determine the most dominant approach undertaken in the development Tarusan Kamang become a tourist attraction.This study uses qualitative descriptive method to describe the problem in government agencies. The sample used in this study is 8 people.Based on the research that has been done, the result for the Development Approaches In Tarusan Kamang Become Attractions In Agam district of West Sumatra is pretty good. Abstract

Service is an implementation of the rights of the people or consumers within the life of the state and society, in the organization of such services as mandated in Decision Regulation No. 24 of 2006 on public services is expected to service the fast, precise, easy, accurate, inexpensive and affordable by the community as consumer. But in reality it is still within the contextual concept that did not move away from long bureaucratic structure, which takes a lot of time and higher costs. Besides, there are factors that affect service delivery as well as in theory Edwards III, Communications, Resources, Attitudes and Structures Bureaucracy.In the implementation of the licensing service on Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru not run optimally, there are still shortcomings in its implementation so that people do not get the best services from the Agency. Among these problems is a process, time and cost penyelenggaraaan. And in the provision of services on the disclosure of information that is needed by the community is not available as expected, causing society finds it difficult to get public information services.In response to this problem, the researchers conducted a study on the creation of Licensing Services Building Permit (IMB) at the Department of Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru City in 2012 - 2014. The research is a qualitative research with descriptive approach. The population in this study is the apparatus as a community service providers and consumers. Data was collected by means of literature review, observation and direct observation of the object of study, as well as interviews with respondents and informants.Based on the results of this research is expected Spatial Planning and City Buildings Pekanbarudapat run licensing services are excellent and professional, with information that is easily accessed by the public Yag entitled to the provision of services licensing quality, and to optimize service resources in order to be empowered in accordance with the management capabilities and organization of the agency.
