Abstract

One of the Subdistrict of Pekanbaru that has not yet reached the target of retribution of cleanliness is a subdistrict of Fifty. With respect to the development of the population that are correlated with the production of the waste produced by each household, stores, offices, supplemented by informal economy activities in district of Fifty, then the problem becomes a problem of its own hygiene by the subdistrict of Pekanbaru Fifty .As for the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze to know and evaluate the implementation of hygiene in levy voting districts Fifty Pekanbaru and to know the factors restricting implementation evaluation of hygiene in levy voting districts Fifty Pekanbaru.This research was conducted at the Office of the head of Fifty Pekanbaru. The population in the penelitiaan this is the whole of the clerk in the Office of the head of Limappuluh Town of Pekanbaru that directly relate to implementation of a levy collection object hygiene, RT/RW that existed in the Passover Service Janitorial And Landscaping Pekanbaru and society. For informants in this study is the Head, the Secretary of the district, Kasi Trantib who receive retribution of cleanliness of their surroundings, the village head, RT and RW, Community Service and the cleanliness and Landscaping as a supervisory Institution. In accordance with the research objectives that have been mentioned above, then the required data, among other data of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques to do with interview techniques, observation and the study of librarianship. A data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method of.The results showed that the evaluation of cleanliness levy on ballot in district Fifty Pekanbaru then the average of the results of research conducted, the situation is already pretty well underway, voting in district hygiene retribution Fifty Pekanbaru seen from the aspect of effectiveness, sufficiency, equity, responsifitas and accuracy. As for the factors that affect voting in district hygiene retribution Fifty Pekanbaru, among others: the lack of ability and profesonalisme of HUMAN RESOURCE management in running the cleanliness and garbage collection levies, lack of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the management of hygiene in the subdistrict of Pekanbaru Fifty Lack created communication between employees, the lack of interaction, coordination, and communication apparatus in the conduct and management of the levy of the poll of cleanliness and lack of coaching and supervision of Government retribution against officers of the Sub collector of hygiene.Keywords: Evaluation, Collection of A Levy On Hygiene

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital on profitability padaindustri pulp and paper listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Variable working capital addressed by working capital turnover and profitability demonstrated by Return on Investment (ROI).Data is derived from the financial statements of each company obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange which is located street Jl. General Sudirman. The population in this study is the pulp and paper companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and dperoleh sample of three companies taken by pulp and paper companies are experiencing working capital fluctuations that have a financial statement period 2008-2014 in order to obtain 21 observations.Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Testing in this research is done using the SPSS version 17. The results of the study showed that the turnover of working capital does not significantly affect the Return On Investment (ROI). Abstract

The purpose of this research was to identified and analyzed of linen management process used in housekeeping department at The Premiere Hotel Pekanbaru.This research used theory of Usin S Artyasa (2006 : 114) to explanation about steps in management of room linen, the good management is done by : control and supervision, stock, improvement, control of linen, and standard washing.The method of this research is using kualitatif analysis method. Analysis in the research based in literature, observation, and direct interview with informan who consider able to provide informationrelation to problem examined.Room occupancy is at its highest level is the result of management were able to sufficient needs of operational of housekeeping department.Keywords : linen management

Execution of Promotion is networking of target and target, policy and order giving direction to effort marketing of company from time to time, at every level and reference and also its location, especially as response of company in face of environment and circumstance of emulation changing. Needs consument grow because an motif of pursuant to attribute suit fancy and its requirement in using an service activities, pursuant to the mentioned hence the company have to precisely design strategy of marketing to draw enthusiasm from within x'self of consumer is in order to interested to product of service which on the market so that if consumer have had an interest in the product hence there will be decision to buy the product and generate decision of consumer buy.This research is conducted in Hotel of Benteng Pekanbaru which have location in road street of Soekarno Hatta kav 10-12, Pekanbaru. Target of this Research is conducted to know influence of execution of promotion to decision of buy of at Hotel Benteng Pekanbaru.In this research is methodologies used by quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is patient of visitor of Hotel Benteng Pekanbaru and as source of information is HRD, Front of Office and Manager marketing. To determine sampel use formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental sampling. Technics of data collecting of through interview, observation and kuesioner.From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and linear regresi modestly, execution of promotion in research of inimeliputi 4 that good component is advertisement, publicity, sales promotion, and the personal sale. Abstract

This research will explain about the efforts made by SurfAid International in addressing the spread of malaria in the district Mentawai islands. District Mentawai islands is a malaria endemic area with the largest positive contributor to the case in the province of West Sumatra. The geography of the area is inaccessible with inadequate access and the lack of human resources lead to health problems, especially malaria in the Mentawai difficult to overcome. The study was obtained by reviewing the literature either from books, journals, theses, reports, and internet. In addition, the authors also conducted interviews and direct observation. In this paper, the author used the pluralist perspective that is supported by the theory of international organization, and the level of analysis using the group as one actor in international relations. In this paper the authors also used the concept of Third Generation NGO Strategies. This research indicated that efforts SurfAid in tackling the spread of malaria in the Mentawai is to implement the program of malaria free Mentawai (MFM) in two districts, namely districts Sikakap and the District of South Pagai (village matobek, Sikakap and Malakopak). Surfaid also cooperated with the Mentawai Health Department in the implementation of MFM.Keywords: SurfAid International, Malaria, effort, Malaria Free Mentawai.

Abstract

This research will explain about cooperation between two inter non-governmental organinization named Fred Hollows Foundations (FHF) from Australia and Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology(TIO) from Nepal. As one of the poorest country in South Asian, desease that causing blindness. Geographical conditions which are in southern Nepal Himalaya make this country has a low level of eye health. This is due to the difficulty of patients to gain access to public services which are mostly located in the capital of Nepal, Kathmandu. FHF works together with TIO to carry out eye health care program such as OMEC (Outreach Microsurgical Eye Camp), Geta Eye Hospital, Training and Infrastructure Development, Advocacy.Sources were obtained through literature revivew from books, journals, reports, and internet to explain FHF and TIO programs. The writer using pluralism as a perspective and cooperation theory as a theory.The survey of blindness in Nepal has been done twice in 1981 and 2010. Abstract

Based on the data of Pusat Statistik Kuantan Singingi, from the year 2012-2014 there were 221 140 inhabitants the number of births, but only 114 671 inhabitants who take care of the birth certificate. Public awareness in possession of a birth certificate in the Desa Sumpu Kecamatan Hulu Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Community considers that “birth certificate” is not an essential requirement in life.The problem in this research are; What are the Factors that Affect Birth Certificates in the Desa Sumpu Kecamatan Hulu Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi ?. This type of research in this paper by using descriptive qualitative data collection techniques in research, among others; interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data.Based on the results of research conducted that the first factor; public awareness of the importance of birth certificates for children ananya along with their birth certificates will are conducive ditertib administration and will facilitate their children to continue their education. The second factor; because the public administration burdened with many requirements to take care of a birth certificate, birth certificate due to the care of the society must stop working three days for the sakta menguru. The third factor; limited access to much of people's homes with the Office of Civil Registry and make people have no desire to do the maintenance of a birth certificate, as well as the duration of the process to obtain the deed of births who need 60 working days by the Department of Population and Civil Registration. The cost factor of transport to get to ibukotaka regency require substantial funds, to one way only they need money for transport of one hundred thousand rupiah (Rp. 100,000.00).Keywords: Factors, Ownership, Akta Kelahiran

Abstract

This study aims are to identify and analyze employee performance evaluation in Health Departement of Rokan Hilir District and determine the factors that influence employee performance evaluation in Health Departement of Rokan Hilir District. The location of this research is in the Health Office Rokan Hilir District. The informants are formal leaders and informal leaders. Formal character is the head of Health Office of Rokan Hilir District, while the informal leaders that employees who are knowledgeable about research problems. In analyzing the data was used descriptive method that analyzes the data by formulating and decipher and interpret based on the basic theories are closely related to the existing problems. The study states that the aspect of individual attributes based on individual interviews to employee of Health Department Rokan Hilir mostly pretty good. Aspects of effort, is the work done and the desire to realize the business. Based on the interview, attributes of employee efforts in Rokan Hilir District Health Service is quite good. Aspects of organizational support, which includes leadership and work environment. Based on the interview organizational support in Health Service of Rokan Hilir District is quite good. Factors affecting employee performance evaluation is the thoroughness and fairness. Both superiors and employees in Health Office of Rokan Hilir District said it supported their performance assessment based on accuracy and fairness, and fair as it can support the creation of a better employee performance.Keywords: Assessment, Performance, Health Departmen

Abstract

In order for an activity or market activity running smoothly then Pekanbaru City Government also issued a policy through a Regional Regulation Pekanbaru No. 6 of 2012 on Service Fees Market. Retribution market development efforts in each year with obstacles or barriers. Among them are obstacles or barriers concerning the behavior compulsory levy, the compulsory levy arrears payments market often do levy a variety of reasons. Receipt of arrears is then obtained can not be optimal. The problem of this study is what factors are influencing and any obstacles encountered in the implementation of Regional Regulation Pekanbaru (Study levy service market in 2014 at Cik Puan Pekanbaru City Market).The study authors do in Pekanbaru City Market Agency, the reason is because the choice of location less optimal symptom of Cik Puan market fee collection Pekanbaru, levy income earned is not in accordance with the target. The research is a qualitative descriptive method. This research using key informants as a source of information by using some interview questions to obtain research data is needed.Namely the implementation of research results Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation (Study 2014 Market Service Fees On The Market Cik Puan Pekanbaru City) in the category quite well. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of Sub Office Market local government policy in market fee collection in the city of Pekanbaru is a lack of awareness in the levy shall pay the levy markets, market infrastructure inadequate and officers less assertive in collecting levies.

Abstract

Needs of the community will be decent and safe drinking water to be consumed every day while increasing the availability of water of drinkable quality and assured in terms of health is increasingly difficult to obtain. Then in anticipation of an unfit drinking water consumption and cause illness then the Government through the Ministry of Health issued a Permenkes Number 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010 regarding the requirements of the quality of drinking water. Based on Permenkes Number 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010 about drinking water Quality Requirements also explained that any organizer of a compulsory guarantee drinking water drinking water produced is safe for health. The drinking water is safe for public health if it meets the requirements of purity, chemical physics, radioactive and contained in the mandatory parameters and additional parameters. Mandatory parameter is the quality of the drinking water requirements that must be followed and adhered to by all organizers of drinking water. The organizers also included drinking water that is in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the Implementation Permenkes Number 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010 about drinking water Quality Requirements in the Handsome city of Pekanbaru.The concept used is the theory which includes communication, resources and disposition. To analyse the implementation of the regulation of the Minister of health the number 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010 about drinking water Quality Requirements in the Handsome city of Pekanbaru, researchers using theory of this Research method using Sugiyono research with qualitative studies are descriptive. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation, and documentation. By using key informant as a source of information and as a source of triangular technique in testing the validity of the data.The results of this research show that the pengimplementan regulations the Minister of health does not run fully in accordance with existing regulations. In the implementation of the regulation of the Minister of health is still to occur irregularities in the process of its implementation. As for the fakotr – a barrier factor in the implementation of the regulation of the Minister of health, namely the lack of communication between the Office of the manufacturer related to the depot drinking water.Keywords: Implementation, Permenkes, Drinking Water Quality Requirements
