Abstract

Sabung ayam tradition is one of tradition from Talang Mamak tribe at Talang Sungai Limau village. This tradition has been existed from years ago and it was inheritedfrom past generation. This game is played due to the belief of Talang Mamak people that this game is the order from God and should be preserved. This game will be conducted to celebrate a baby born, wedding reception, or somebody’s death. In this research, the researcher was trying to find out the meaning of Sabung Ayam in commemorating a death. This research was conducted by qualitative method with purposive sampling technique that consist of batin, mangku and monti of Talang Mamak tribe at Talang Sungai Limau village. The meaning of sabung to Talang Mamak tribe is to help somebody who has something in purpose by giving anything He/She has. It can be money, chicken, egg, rice, etc. Sabung ayam has manifest funcition as entertainment, education and buid solidarity. However, it also has laten function as gambling preservation. Abstract

The background of this study to the vision set by the Government between Pekanbaru years 2012-2017 that seeks to realize the Pekanbaru city as a metropolis civil. The study was conducted to analyze the implementation of Pekanbaru City Government conducted concerning security and public order in an effort to achieve the vision of Pekanbaru city, especially to the problems of society's ills and identification obstacles that are found in the implementation process. Pekanbaru City Government has outlined a vision coherently start of a mission that supports the realization of the vision, then the goals, objectives, strategies, policies and institutions that have been entrusted the task of safety issues, including the Civil Service Police Unit and the National Unity and Political Pekanbaru, then the police also have a fundamental duty safety issues.This type of research is descriptive qualitative study aimed to describe the real state of the field systematically and accurately related facts and research analysis unit, as well as field observations based on data (information) in particular. Methods of data collection is by interview, documentation and observation.The results of this study describes the implementation of the implementation of the community to address issues of disease based on the goals that have been set from the beginning. Development of community protection efforts to maintain and preserve security, order, unity, and the unity and harmony of society. In the implementation of each institution performing the task, although in the implementation find obstacles, the task can still be accomplished either in a raid, secure in-prone areas by municipal police, socialization activities conducted by Unity, and also operations that support community safety conducted by Police. Abstract

Bank or banking is a pillar in building the Indonesian financial system and the economy because banks hanve a very important role as an intermediary institution is a financial institution that connects funds owned by units of the economic surplus economic units in need of funds. Bank performance that goes well will be able to support the growth of business for the bank’s role here is as a provider of investment funds and working capital for the business units in carrying out the production function. To the Bank Indonesian as regulator and supervisor directs the course of bank operations with the banking system development policy provisions in assessing the soundness of banks should be measured by the bank’s management in order to achieve stability in the financial system in order to boost national economic growth.This research is a quantitative descriptive study in order to determine and analyze the health of private banks in PT Bank Danamon Tbk, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk and PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk in 2010-2014 period by using RGEC method. The method of measuring the level of health by using ratios as indicators of NPL, LDR, NPM, ROA and CAR on the bank’s financial statements as the primary data.Results of research conducted average yield ratio and placement of components ratings show PT Bank Danamon Tbk of the 2010-2014 consecutive is categorized “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2). PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk of the 2010-2014 consecutive is categorized “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “VERY HEALTHY” (PK-1), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2). PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk of the 2010-2014 consecutive is categorized “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY ENOUGH” (PK-3), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY ENOUGH” (PK-3).Keyword: The Health of Banks, Analytical Methods RGEC, Ratios NPL, LDR, NPM, ROA and CAR.

Bank represent body of effort having important role in economics an state. Especial Aktifity of banking is muster fund from society and channel it return in the form of credit to individual or socialize, other small industry and company used to support process take place a business or commerce which its final purpose to get advantage which later will have an effect on to improvement of level live people in general. leadership of Transformasional defined by as leadership including effort of organizational change. This leadership is believed will aim at performance of superior in organization which is facing change demand. Organizational comitment employees represent important factor in company, because can have an effect on to behavior of which deal with work which are positive, for example high performance, loyalitas employees, and low turnover. high comitment from a employees of have correlation to lowly it him move job, deductible lethargy, lower nya mount out of work, and improve satisfaction work. Equally, organizational commitment a employees can give positive impact in creating environment of job which save. Organizational therefore or the company have to own mechanism to develop organizational commitment among its member.This research is done/conducted at Branch Office of Bank Rakyat Indonesia at Tuanku Tambusai Pekanbaru. Target of this Research is done/conducted to know influence of leadership of transformasional to organizational commitment.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is employees at research object. To determine sampel use technics of census, Technics data by collecting through, observation and quesioner.From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and linear regresi sederhana, transformasional leadership have an effect on to organizational commitment. Abstract

This research have done in PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Ujungbatu, and the purpose of this research is to know the influence promotion mixed towards buying interest customers of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Ujungbatu. Promotion mixed as independent variable (X) while the customers buying interest as dependent variable (Y).The problem of this research is decline realization sales of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Ujungbatu then target unappropriate with realization sales. There has been seen from realization sales percentage which is fluctuated or up and down the purchase of motor cycle for last 5 years. Sample of this research is taken about 96 slovin formula. The data has been obtained from questionnaire and process next to making a test with statistic by SPSS program. The result of the calculation is the promotion mixed has positive effect about 72,5 % towards customers buying interest in PT. Abstract

This research was done in Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru, the purpose of this research is to know the influence of promotion mixed towards customers interest buying (case study the room service sales of Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru). The promotion mixed as independent variable (X) while customers interest buying (Y).The problem of this research is level of room service sales of Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden couldn’t reach the target, moreover seems decreasing every year. It has been seen from the realization percentage of room service sales of hotel level in last 4 years. This sample has taken about 100 respondent of population which is calculating using slovin formula. The data was getting from questionnaire and process next to test with statistic by SPSS program.The result shown that promotion mixed has positive effect about 63% and significant towards customers interest buying of the room service sales of Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru.Key words: promotion mixed, customers interest buying

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure to the financial performance of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2014 . The ratio of capital structure used is a debit -equity ratio (DER) and financial performance ratios used are return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and loan-to- debt ratio (LDR). The results showed that the capital structure DER only significant effect on the financial performance of stated owned bank in the review of the ratio of the Loan on deposit ratio (LDR). Abstract

In examining the effect of return on investment as (ROI) and price earnings ratio (PER) on stock prices on food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange will be used by several variables: the first is Return On Investment (ROI) that is how many the ability of the company's overall generating profits in the aggregate assets tersedian within the company, it is for investors to see how far the company's ability to manage their own capital to generate net income. The second is the price earnings ratio (PER) provides an overview of the company's ability to determine the price of shares.               In this study aims to test whether the effect of the Return on investmean (ROI) Dan Price earning ratio (PER) on stock prices on food and beverage companies that have been listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) by taking a sample of 4 year study period, namely in 2011- 2014. Samples were used as research material there are five companies of drinks and food are equally listed since 1994 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) although this study only in grab samples but is expected to serve as a reference and a general description of one of the companies that have been listed in ( BEI).               Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test. And f test the conclusions of this study are variable ROI have a significant effect on stock prices and PER variables influence the stock price, to test the effect of ROI, PER and stock prices with SPSS memggunakan formula Keyword : ROI, PER, and On Stock Prices

The sample in this study were 100 respondents, taken using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and interviews. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. Abstract

Response is perception picture who live in our awareness after make apperception to things or object. Response can be permission, expostulation, question and opinion. Response divided to become 3 faction, that is pursuant or according to sense observed, includes response auditory, visual, taste fan etc. according to occurrence ncludes memory fantasy and mind. While according environmental there is object and words etc. This research uses descriptive quantitative method to know tourist response . The sample in this study were 135 respondents, taken using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and interviews. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. With indicator on visual, memory, fantasy,mind and words. (agus sujanto 2009). From the results of research conducted in the field of research on the tourist response about elephant attraction in PLG Minas District Siak , with the theory of tourist response is divided into three indicator: visual, memory, fantasy, mind and words, the results field in the can that is on the tourist respon of elephant attraction in PLG Minas District Siak and the result of reseach included in the agree category.Keywords : response, attraction,visual, memory, fantasy, mind and words.
