Abstract

All aspects of student life and lifestyle, reflected on the Indonesia literary works.Literature was born in the middle of the mayarakat as a result of the author's imaginationand reflection against the social symptoms. Therefore a literary work in daulat part ofpeople's lives. A good work of literature not only record the fact that exist in society, but alsorecord and depicts reality in its entirety. The purpose of this research is to know thecharacter of the people who participate in the plot represent the lifestyle of students in thenovel Good Memories work of Lia Indra Andriana.This research uses qualitative research methods through the analysis of narrative.Data collection techniques taken from the novel the Good Memories published in 2013 whichconsists of 22 chapters and 336 pages. Data analysis use analysis of narrative by twoexperts, namely Vladimir Propp and Tzvetan Todorov. The core narrative analysis iscombining the two dimensions of the narrative that is a character and plot into one unifiedanalysis.The results showed that the presence of representation of students ' lifestyle in thenovel Good Memories work of Lia Indra Andriana. The existing figures in the novel GoodMemories is Maya, and Luc as the main character and other characters namely Rani,Professor Ahn, Alva, Yujin and Maya’s father. The plot is told in the novel Good Memoriesusing advanced flow with flow structure is an introduction, middle, and settlement. Researchdescribes and outlines any opinion through a form of narrative that describes and representthe lifestyle of students as a form of narrative analysis studies in the novel Good Memorieswork of Lia Indra Andriana.Keywords : Narrative Analysis, Representation, Lifestyle, Student, Novel

Abstract

This study describes the Effectiveness of Patient Handling Installation services Emergency department (ED) Hospital Petala Bumi Pekanbaru. The phenomenon of the background for this research is the discovery of a complaint of some patients and families of patients quality of services contained in the General Hospital Petala Bumi city of Pekanbaru in terms of hospitality officer, when handling emergency patients long enough until the service process convoluted where the service activities in the emergency room installation requires administrative process as soon as possible.This study uses the theory Sterrs consisting of four indicators include the ability to adjust, work productivity, job satisfaction, resource utilization (human resources capability). The research method used descriptive analysis with collection through observation, interview, and literature study.The results of the study authors found the effectiveness of the services contained in the general hospital petala bumi Pekanbaru city has not gone up. It is seen from the ability of self menyesuaian officer of duty evidenced by the presence of a transfer of inpatient room to the emergency room so that these officers do not yet understand the task that is in the emergency room. Aside from the ability to adjust, employee productivity has not gone to what was expected authors found the presence of patients waiting to be handled by a doctor. Due to the lack of the number of officers who will be treating patients in the emergency room. Factors affecting the effectiveness of the treatment of patients progressed less in the plant emergency low level of adjustment of service personnel as well as the lack of workforce services.Keywords: Effectiveness, Handling Services

Abstract

Rampant divorce cases in marriage. Many reasons underlying the decision of divorce be one way out of the settlement of the problems faced. Moreover, in the marriage relationship where the husband and wife both work, and when the wife's income is greater than her husband, the conflict will be more frequent. Not infrequently it helped trigger their feelings of discomfort couples. Besides the many cases of divorce marriage more income that led to divorce, not a few couples who maintain a marriage relationship lived remains a lasting and happy. This study aims to reveal different motives income married couples maintain marriage relationship, the meaning of marriage relationship lived and uncover the communication experience different income couples in the city of Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Subjects were 3 couples in the city of Pekanbaru different income categories are determined based on the method of purposive then obtained using the snowball technique. The collection of data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation (observation) and literature.The results of this study indicate that the motive is different income married couples stick with their marital relationship consists of a motive for (Because motive) namely religion, character spouses, children, favors fought together and the principle of marriage. While the motive for (in order to motive) namely households established, lasting and happy, as well as weddings sakinah mawaddah warahmah. Meanings given by married couples, namely on the basis of love and faith in God the almighty One, the belief has been arranged sustenance Allah, arises a sense of pride and gratitude husband to wife and helped the role of husband. As for the communication experience categorized into two: the fun as arises a sense of belonging is high, their attitudes reinforce each other, a good reception from the family and get along with the surrounding environment and the unpleasant experience as wives often feel fatigue play two roles, the husband tends relax with a job, a family and a poor response doubts surrounding environmentKeyword: marriage, husband wife, different level of income, phenomenon of communiacation

Assisting company of consumer of labour to get labour with quality; professional and skillful as according to requirement of company, and lessen unemployment number in town of pekanbaru. But practically output of is amount of location of labour of this exhibition do not reach according to goals so that can’t lessen the amount of unemployment exist in town of pekanbaru, besides down it of amount of company following exhibition of job expo in the year 2015 show that seeking of vacancy not be executed better, other problem which faced from exhibition of job this expo is the amount of searcher of ill assortedjob with available vacancy and to the number of searcher of job which is minim of skill and also elector. Target of this research is to know exhibition effectiveness of job expo by on duty town labour of pekanbaru and to know factors influencing. Theory concept the used is effectiveness which is opinion by duncan explaining there is 3 effectiveness criterion that is attainment of target, adaptation and integration. this research use research method qualitative with data study descriptively. In data collecting of writer use interview technique, documentation and observation. by using informan key as source of technique and information triangulat as data validity.Result of research which is writer conduct that exhibition effectiveness of job expo by on duty town labour of pekanbaru less effective this matter is seen from attainment of is intention of quantitative target; amount of company which only followed 65 location goals and company which do not reach, while for conducted by integration isdisnaker in conducting communications with company exist in town of pekanbaru not maksimal, and adaptation expected from charging workers through company quite effective but not been able to reduce unemployment in pekanbaru. besides factors influencing exhibition of job this expo is human resource, fund and coordination.Keywords: effectiveness, job expoKeyword: effectiveness, job expo

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of promotion (inform, introduce, persuade, and action) and Services (Tangibles, Ephaty, Reliaility, Responsiveness and Assurance) against the interests of consumers (Attention, interest, Desire, and Action) on Kindy teak Gallery Pekanbaru, The population in this study is consumers who buy teak furniture Kindy Gallery Pekanbaru with 100 samples, sampling using the formula slovin. The data collection of primary data research, with questionnaires as an instrument of research and secondary data from company archives, data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and f SPSS.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression, t test research results showing the calculation of the t (3.730)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. This means that variables significantly influence the Promotion of Consumer Interests.And the results showed the calculation of the t (7.211)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. This means that variables significantly influence the performance of Consumer Interests and based on the test concluded that the simultaneous sale and service together significant effect on consumer interest with 74.7% a big influence on teak Kindy Gallery Pekanbaru.Keywords: Promotion, Services, Consumer Interest

Abstract

BPD as a supervisory agency has the obligation to control the implementation of village regulations, budget revenue and expenditure village (APBDes) as well as the course of the village administration. But seen from the data of rural development planned is still not fully carried out, and had been a delay in delivering the accountability report of the Chief Village Rambah Utama, because at the end of fiscal in 2014 has entered the final frontier in the third month after the fiscal year ends have not made submission of the report accountability to the Regent and BPD that should be the end of the limits set by Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014 article 49, and it seemed that the surveillance has not done.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a influence BPD supervision on the performance of chief village in development in the Village Rambah Utama at Rambah Samo District of Rokan Hulu and to determine how much influence BPD supervision on the performance of village heads in the construction of Village Rambah Utama. This study uses a simple regression model is based on a functional relationship or the influence of the independent variables with the dependent variable, data collection techniques by observation, interviews and questionnaires (questionnaire) to Members of BPD Officer, employe of the Village, Chief Village , Chairman of RT and RW, and community. This study uses the theory of supervision and performance by Manulang and Mangkunagara.These results indicate that the performance of the Implementation Monitoring was done by BPD on the performance of the Chief Village has with either, the recapitulation of respondents to the Control variable (variable X) with a total score of 3,442. Performance Chief Village in rural development Rambah Utama with a total score of 3,437 and supervision BPD positive also significant effect on theperformance of the Chief Village in development, it can be seen from the analysis of data obtained r value is 0.701, and of the table above shows taritmhetic> ttable where taritmhetic = 8.595 and t table = 1.984, then H0 rejected and Ha.Keywords: Performance, Monitoring. Abstract

Loyalty is an important thing in any industry, including in the hotel industry. There are some definition of customer loyalty, which can be concluded as “the behavior and attitude that is shown by a customer in type of repurchasings and commitments in al long term at a certain company or product”. Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru is challenged to retain their customer to always be chosen at anytime they stay in Pekanbaru. The loyalty aspect of Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru’s customer is described by this research. The loyalty aspects are satisfaction, emotional bonding, trust, habit and history with the company. The stages of customer loyalty were also revealed on this research. William G. Zikmund’s theory was used to analyze the loyalty aspect, while Jill Griffin’s was the main theory to analyzed the customer’s stages of loyalty. There were 100 respondents which were Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru’s guests contributed in this research. The accidental sampling were used to choosed which guests would be the respondents to answer some questions about their loyalty. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the research datas. Emotional bonding, trust and habit were the three main aspects that affect the customer’s loyalty, while most of the respondents were in the “advocate” stage of loyalty.Keywords : Customer loyalty, loyalty aspects, loyalty stages

Abstract

Less of participation and competence about awareness of law especially local regulation no. 12, 2008 chapter III paragraph 3 among society are caused by socialization process or counseling that not intensively conducted. Beside that, less of education also cause vagrants and beggars are not well aware of that local regulation. Because people give donation to the vagrants and beggars, it makes them like living in Pekanbaru, getting much money without working hard.The concept of theory used is stated by Miftah Thoha about how that perception can be seen from four sub processes, those are: 1. Stimulation/present situation, 2. Registration, 3. Interpretation, 4. Feedback. In his theory, he states several factors that affect someone perception, such as: internal factor and external factor. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru and Social and Funeral Services of Pekanbaru. This research methodology was qualitative with descriptive data analysis. In collecting the data, the researcher used interview, observation and documentation by using key informan as resources. To get that informan, the researcher used Snowball Sampling method.The result of this research can be concluded that perception of society about implementation of local regulation no. 12, 2008 chapter III paragraph 3 that discuss about social order of donation is not good enough. So, the government of Pekanbaru should socialize more about the importance of local regulation no. 12, 2008 chapter III paragraph 3 and can give strick punishment to everybody who break that regulation and controll the present of vagrants and beggars in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Perception, society, vagrants and beggars
