Abstract

Supervision of the company is carried out effectively by a leader who in this case is a manager, because the supervision of an employee getting the attention, guidance, instructions and directives from his superiors so that the company hopes its own employees to provide the best to the company where she worked ,This study aims to determine the effect of work monitoring the performance of employees of PT. Perawang Kencana Motor. Data were obtained from questionnaires with respondents as many as 39 people processed further by statistical methods descriptive and then the data is presented in fomrmat tables and figures and percentages for the results of the analysis further showed that supervision has a good influence on the performance of employees at PT. Perawang Kencana Motor. Employee performance is influenced by supervisory work to the value of R Square of 0.799. This means that the contribution of labor supervision variable influence to variable employee performance is 79.9% while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.Keywords: supervision of work, employee performance

Abstract

Tanah Datar is one area that is located in Indonesia, specifically in the province of West Sumatra, in the Tanah Datar stood internet cafes, internet cafes in Tanah Datar set in the Regional Regulation, which in regional regulation governs all concerned denganwarung internet, both owners of internet cafes, as well as users of internet cafes, but it is unfortunate, internet cafes located in Tanah Datar many will not fit with prescribed rules, many stalls internet-breaking rules such as internet cafes do not have a business license, warunjg internet which is open late at night, wear bulkhead exceed 40 cm, and let the children play school internet cafe wearing a school uniform. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Tanah Datar District Regulation No. 5 2015 On Public Internet service permit and the factors that affect the implementation of Tanah Datar District Regulation No. 5 2015 On Public Internet service permit.The theory used is the theory of Van meter and Horn in Sujianto that there are six variables determine the successful implementation of policies, among others, Standards and Objectives, Resources policies, Activity Observation and Communication interorganizational, Character Executive, Economic Conditions Social and Political Disposition or attitude Executor, Licensing Services Office of Tanah Datar, and who serves as key informant was the head of the field of Communications and Information Technology, Section Head of Investigation , and the head of Licensing. Abstract

Smoke haze happened in Riau in 2015 result in losses in sveral aspect, one of which in the field of transportation. Loss the most truth is air transport. Flight for smoke haze many tha were cancelled because of the smoke haze very thick so many a flight that in schedule it again. Airline Garuda Indonesia is air line so known as air line best in Southeast Asia so that PT. Garuda Indonesia have some strategy in serve the passengers for smoke haze so that right customers could be met. The purpose of this research is want to see how service the right customers PT. Garuda Indonesia in the case of disaster smoke haze in Pekanbaru Riau and know factorc anything influence it.Researches used the theory leach which states that service criteria that right customers that is the right to obtain good services, a right to know how decisions on the services certain made and the right to heard and be noticed opinionts. This research uses the method descriptive qualitative, techniuque data collectin through observation and interview where parties involved in this research as informants.The results ogf this study indicate that the right care customers right PT. Garuda Indonesia in case of Disaster Haze in Pekambaru in Riau have not done everything well where there are still some strategies from Pt. Garuda Indonesia is yet to be done. Abstract

Increasingly the center of trade in services in the city of Pekanbaru making finance companies spread in the city of Pekanbaru. So many finance company located in Pekanbaru city does not have a company registration certificate. It is necessary to do the supervision by the Department of Trade and Industry and the BPT-PM Pekanbaru. Supervision is done so that deviations against illegal enterprises can be overcome. This research was conducted in order to finance companies in the city of Pekanbaru has thus ensuring the legality of the company and be able to increase revenue.The researchers used the theory Manullang, where quality of service is determined by establish standards, action assessment, and take corrective action. This study used descriptive qualitative method, data collection through observation and interviews in which the parties - the parties involved in this study as an informant.The results of this study indicate that the Department of Industry and Trade and the BPM-PM Pekanbaru have a good standard of supervision of the number of surveillance teams, but it is still a lack of socialization to the finance company owners, and there will be supervision and sanctions from the government if the finance is still against the rules. Factors that memghambat oversight is the lack of coordination between the Department of Industry and Commerce with BPT-PM, lack of awareness and knowledge of finance owner to register his company.Keywords: Controlling, Certificate of Company Registration, Enterprise, Finance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and development of employees to work productivity of employees at PT Bank of North Sumatra branch Sidikalang partially and simultaneously. Dimensions are used in performance assessment consists of a standard-setting work, performance assessment and provision of feedback. Dimensions variable employee development consists of materials, instructors and facilities. And dimensions for the independent variables (productivity of employees) consists of ability, morale, efficiency, improvement of the work, the quality, research and development diri.Metode used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, test F, and test the determinant (²). Processing data using SPSS 20.0 program.The results showed that the provision of compensation and motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. It can be seen from the F-count = 121 859> F-table = 3.18. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Square) of 0.824 or 82.4%. This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (compensation and motivation) on the dependent variable (performance of employees) amounted to 82.4% and strong relationships with a large award is 0.824. While the remaining percentage of 17.6% (100% - 82.4%) influenced by other variables not included in this study variables.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

research present describe the implementation of Sangkumpal Bonang markets retribution policy in Padangsidimpuan City in 2013-2015. In region autonom, the Regency Government have a authority to increase of regency saving by market retributions. In Padangsidimpuan City market retributions have based on district regulation Number 4 in 2010 about retributions of public services.The research use the methode are qualitative methodes that analyze problem research by describe the subject and object conditions based on real fact. This research use location in Padangsidimpuan city and researcher collect data from books, government regulation, jurnal, mass media, website and deep interview with informan likes Head of coperation, Economic creative, industry, trade and market of Padangsidimpuan, Head of Unit Retribution Marekt, Head of section Market, staff of retribution and seller in Sangkumpal Bonang Markets.The conclution of this research are the implementation of Sangkumpal Bonang markets retribution policy in Padangsidimpuan City have done since 2009 and it’s not optimally. Some factos cause low of socialization about regulation market retributions, low of staff quantity and intensif for staff retribution, low of controlling from coperation, Economic creative, industry, trade and market of Padangsidimpuan agency, low of attention seller to pay the market retributions and, so many illegal seller in Sangkumpal Bonang that not payed the retributions.Keywords: implementation, policy, retributions and market.

Abstract

Nowadays dessert cafe has been a trend and also a life style of Pekanbaru society. It can be seen from the rising of many dessert caffe and accompanied by many people who spend most of their times there. L’Cheese Factory is the first local brand dessert café in Pekanbaru. Started out as kind of Small Medium Enterprises (UKM) and then keep evolve until be a corporate just like today. L’Cheese Factory got an award on UMKM award 2013 as a Inspiring Local Brand, and in 2015 got an award too as Marketeers of the year. This research aims to find out and describe about marketing public relations activity on L’Cheese Factory to actualize the best local brand in Pekanbaru.This research using qualitative research method with descriptive approach and supported with S-O-R as grounded theory, meanwhile research’s focus referred to marketing public relations concept. The subject of this research was choosing by purposive sampling technique who consists of owner, general manager, brand manager, 2 employees and 4 loyal customers of L’Cheese Factory. Data was collected through interview, observation and documentation, Data was analyst using Interactive model of Miles & Huberman. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researcher used the triangulation technique.The results showed publication activity of L’cheese Factory commonly affiliated with publication about the held of an event. Media that used on publication activity are online media as the main media and supported by the other internal media. While the publicity activity including publicity on television, radio, and newspaper. Furthermore event consists of Sketch Walk Competition, Garnish Class, Internship Program, and Cat Rescue. Community involvement is actualized with giving support to Ikatan Bujang Dara Kota Pekanbaru community and humanitarian aid community. Inform or image is actualized with notice the quality of product, increasing service, inform company’s achievement and making merchandise. Next lobby and negotiation activity aims to some companies such Riau Kepri Bank, Mandiri Prioritas Bank, Garuda Indonesia and Awal Bros Pekanbaru Hospital.Key Words: Marketing Public Relations Activity, PR Mix, S-O-R, The Best Local Brand.

Formulation of the problem in this research is how asset management of Pekanbaru Area (case study official car) and what factors affect the asset management of Pekanbaru Area (case study official car).The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze asset management of Pekanbaru Area (case study official car) and factors affect the asset management of Pekanbaru Area (case study official car). This research uses Siregar theory eith indicator: asset inventory, legal audit, asset valuation, asset optimization, and supervision and controlling.This research methods is using exploratory qualitative approach. Abstract

Customs and traditions is a reflection of the culture, religion and local customs that are aligned with the needs of the people who use them. Along with the times, the role of customs in everyday life fade, whereas customs is a concept of social life which for generations has been proven to maintain harmony in social life. As is the management of the government is a typical process consists of the actions of planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling performed to determine and achieve the goals that have been determined through the use of human resources and other sources. This study aims to determine the role and constraints Village Government in Preservation of Customs at Tanjung Pauh Subdistrict Regency Singingi Hilir Kuantan Singingi Year 2010-2015.This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process was investigated by describing the state of the research subjects were based on the facts that appear during the study were then followed by the popularity of existing theories. Role of Government Tanjung Pauh so far only limited empowerment and development in order to maintain the sustainability of the customs value. The village government has not been able to design a government management in the preservation of customs. Conservation policy customs incentives only limited relief, aid procurement Indigenous Tambo book. Abstract

Street Furnitures facilities is very important for a tourist attraction, which is to fulfill the wishes of visitors so that visitors feel comfortable and happy while in the tourist attraction, so as to increase tourist arrivals in the tourist attraction. The reseacrh aims to determine tourist responses in The Hot Water Hapanasan Rokan Hulu Riau Province. This study used a descriptive quantitative method to examine problems in the lift. The samples in this study were 5 respondents, who were taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and interviews. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. With sub-variables on street furnitures (Wardiyanto and Baiquni, 2011) is divided into Parking Area, Street Light and Pedestrian, Trash Can, Attraction List, Map and Information, Bench and Public Toilet.
