Abstract

The insurance company is a non bank financial institutions engaged in addressing the risk of that happening in the foreseeable future. In marketing its products, any insurance agent has power marketers who called with an insurance agent. Any insurance agent has a leader in the Agency's team in. Leader in charge of recruiting new agents using persuasive communication to change the attitude and behavior of prospective agents. This research aims to know the characteristics of the leader, the form of the message conveyed, the medium used, and communication techniques applied to leader in recruiting prospective insurance agents.This research uses qualitative methods with the descriptive approach. This research was conducted at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru Branch Pru Future Team, Tuanku Tambusai street peninsula complex block B, no. 8 Pekanbaru.. There are 6 participants were taken through a purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling technique. Types and sources of data obtained through the primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done with observation to participants, interviews and documentation. This research uses interactive data analysis miles and huberman with an examination of the validity of the data is done through the extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this research is showing that the characteristics of a leader should have in recruiting prospective insurance agents is the credibility and appeal. The form of the message is verbal and nonverbal messages. Media used namely face-to-face media and media brochures. and persuasive communication technique used is the search for common ground's point of view, do a comparison, asking and listening, communication style and build credibility.Keyword : Persuasive communication, recruitment, leader, insurance agent

Abstract

This research is examine the Business strategy of PT. Unilever Indonesia to compete its cosmetic product with another cosmetic brand in Indonesia. Multinational Coorperation or MNC is a form of a cooperation which ranged in various field and production and its operations range is went across the market states boundaries. Unilever is one of multinational cooperation that has a rapid developed in Indonesia. PT. Unilever’s production are food, groceries, and cosmetic products.This research is theoretically built by using theory and multinational cooperation concept. Researcher formulate all data from books, journal, encyclopedia, media, and website. Theoritical framework in this research using qualitative methods.This research proves that PT. Unilever Indonesia have a several methods to compete its cosmetics products with another cosmetics brand in Indonesia in 2010-2015. Abstract

The development of communication technology everybody can answer their needs by lot of media such as Facebook. Gear Fight Indonesia community focused to crush gear toys hobby on Facebook can solved their needs. Rely on visual message to communicate they made a influence that successfull grew the loyalty to crush gear toys in Gear Fight Indonesia community. Theory of loyalty level supported to this study, generally this theory described category of loyalty levels consumer based to the grades when consume a product or service. The loyalty to products or service came if it can filled a satisfaction and also solve to consumer needs. On the point be the purpose of this study, to count the influence about visual messsage of Gear Fight Indonesia community with loyalty level of crush gear toys on Facebook.This study used descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire spread online by Google form. The number of samples for this study was 96 respondents and using quote sampling techniques. To determine the influence of these two variables, the researchers will use a simple linear regression analysis. And for the process of calibration questionnaire test, was performed by using the program Statistics Product And Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20 of Windows.Based on these results with indicators of variables visual message such as pictures and video, and also variable of loyalty level such as no loyalty, latent loyaty, inertia loyalty, and last premium loyalty. It will be obtained by the regression coefficient in this study is Y = 0,865 + 0,012 X which are significance level was 0.01 smaller than α = 0.05. Therefore, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, it means that there is the influence of visual message variable to variable of loyalty level with a contribution of 73.5% strong category. The percentage was explained that it have strong influence between visual message and loyalty level of crush gear toys in Gear Fight Indonesia Community on Facebook. Meanwhile the balance of this study is 26.5% which influenced by another variable where not including into this study.Key Words: Visual message, Loyalty, Loyalty levels theory

Abstract

This research will explain why Indonesia banned the export of breeding lobster out of state that described is in the study case of a ban on the export of breeding lobster to Vietnam. The purpose of this research is to find out how the mining lobster in Indonesia, and how the necessity of Vietnam about breeding lobster in Indonesia and to discover why Indonesia banned the export of breeding lobster to Vietnam that is listed in the Number 1/PERMEN-KP/2015.The method that used is library research where the data obtained from sources that are relevant to the research problems are discussed. This research uses the perspective of mercantilism, and theories of foreign policy and theories export as well as the concept of national interest according to Jack. Plano and Roy Olton.The result of this research indicate that the purpose of Indonesia stop the export of breeding lobster to Vietnam is to reduce the export volume of breeding lobster because the population of lobster in the wild has declined.Keyword : Mining, Export, Lobster, Breeding Lobster, Over Fishing, Number 1/PERMEN-KP/2015

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the potential of cultural tourism in Kampung Bandar to serve as a Pekanbaru tourism icon according from travellers response who have visited Kampung Bandar.This research use deskriptif kuantitatif metode. There were 100 sampel of that people is taken by accidental sampling. The data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview, and questioners. The likert scale was used to measure the intervals in quantitative data.This research used Sukardi (1998 : 67). This theory divides the cultural potential to 4 category : Tradition, Handycraft, Art, and Historical Heritage.The result of this research shows that historical heritage of Mesjid Raya Pekanbaru is reasionable to be Pekanbaru tourism icon and other tourism potensial promotion need to improved for more people to know the tourism potential in Kampung Bandar is the origins of Pekanbaru city.Keyword : Potency, Culture Tour, Tradition, handycraft, Art, and Historical Heritage.

Abstract

Since 1969, the Government has been doing the emphasis towards the rate of population by means of regulating births, maturation of marrying age, increasing the resilience of families and family welfare program called Family Planning. Based on the achievement of active participants on the Family Planning program in December 2015, men participation only 5.42% of the number of active participants, with details that the amount of participants used MOP contraceptive method are 0.21% and condom method are 5.21%. Based on the data show that Family Planning participants of the men still minor. The purpose of this research is to know the strategies of the introduction of the targets, the selection of media, the purpose of the message and the role of the Communicator which used by The Women, Community And Family Planning Board of Pekanbaru to increase the vasectomy’s users in Pekanbaru city.This research used qualitative methods through the collected data obtained in field through observation, interview and documentation. The informant of this research consists of 7 persons. They are consist of one chair division of The Women, Community And Family Planning Board of Pekanbaru. And four persons are unit work actors, one person from field extension officers and other person from vasectomy’s users which selected through the technique of purposive sampling. To analyze the results of this research writer used the interactive model data analysis techniques, whereas the technique examination validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation.The result of the research show that communication strategy of The Women, Community And Family Planning Board in terms of the promotion of target that the whole people especially men in Pekanbaru. The selection of media divided into mass media and direct media. The mass media such as newspapers and radio. Then, direct media through media outreach-extension in the field and opening stand of information. The contents of the message that conveyed by the The Women, Community And Family Planning Board of Pekanbaru are persuasive, educative and informative messages. After contents of the message submitted, the vasectomy’s user will see communicator role in communication that includes attraction of resources and credibility of source.Keywords: Communication strategy, Vasectomy

Abstract

Demans the world of work to labor skilled encourage job seekers to follow job training to increase their skills. Department of labor the city of Pekanbaru make and conducted programs employment to job seekers by making program namely the program job training engaged with their job training private that is there Pekanbaru. The number of employment after conducted training in 2015 more than 50% of where as many as 102 participants to get a job. It means the implementation of the program as expected where participants who trained get a job and make their own business. The purpose of this research is want to see the training programs worked by department of labor city of Pekanbaru 2015 and know factors anything influence it.Researchers used Moekijat Theory which states that components in training namely the participants, instructrur training, time training, the training material and methods of training. This research use the method descriptive qualitative, technique data collection though observation and interview where parties involved in this research as informants.The result of this research indicates that process of job training program by the work in Pekanbaru 2015 going well where labor absorbed more than 50%. This may be because the five components of the training done well. The factors affect the job training programs by the department of labor city Pekanbaru 2015 is good coordination between all enforcement authorities job training programs and than facilities and infrastructure.Keywords : Job Training Program, Participants Training and Departement Of The City Of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Qur'an tahfidz program in Umar Bin Khatab School is superior program of Salafiyah Ula grade of student that spends 75% hours from all study schedule in a week. It is not simple for teaching material to be memorized for children, especially in elementary grade. This condition causes teacher to use instructional communication method for teaching student. The purpose of this research should be to know adviser capability in this school, to know what kind of adviser's method and also to know communication obstacle in learning process.The research uses qualitative research method that is completed by descriptive analysis. All informant is adviser as if teacher, and also all choosing student that was decided by purposive method of sampling. Data Collection can be found by observation, interview and documentation. Data Validation comes from participative extension amd triangulation.The result of this research shows communicator credibility has been good that is viewed by teacher's memorizing skill of Qur'an and teaching Qur'an tahfidz to student and their trust to the teacher. There are many various of instructional communication methods such as givin demonstration, practising with friends and giving some tasks. Beside that, there are two obstacles should be faced, technical and psychological obstacle. Technical obstacle can be found in handling class condition of noisy because of unbalancing the number of both teacher and student. It causes teacher getting out of monitoring. Then, psychological obstacle can be seen from different capability of memorizing between students and also student often forgets half of their memories instead.Keyword: Instructional Communication, Learning Process, Qur'an Tahfidz

Abstract

This thesis describes studies of street vendors (PKL) Market Tuah Serumpun By an operation unit area Market, Cleanliness and Landscaping District of Tualang Siak. Aims to identify and analyze the factors that hinder the management of street vendors are still constrained by the availability of relocation inadequate, and the lack of cooperation with police forces and the limited civil pamung praja.Research management Market Tuah Serumpun By an operation unit area Market, Cleanliness and Landscaping District of Tualang Siak. Indicators it is necessary to manage advanced by GR. Terry (2005), Planning, Organizing , Directing, Controlling. This research method Darmadi ( 2013:6) according to a senior official of this research relates to date collction to provide an overview or affirmation of concept subject. Research on current methods of date collection is done by observation and interviews .The result of research and discussion conducted on the Management of street vendors (PKL) Market Tuah Serumpun By an operation unit area Market, Cleanliness and Landscaping District of Tualang Siak, can be concluded that management can not be implemented to the fullest.Keyword : management,vendors

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the Group of Governmental Kuala Panduk Village as a contractor at the village level and BPMPD Pelalawan as policy makers, understand and can implement this program in accordance with the instructions and the extent of public support in the review of social, cultural, political and economic factors a factor that into effect in practice. Theoretical concept that is in use is policy and policy implementation.This research uses descriptive method. In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation and documentation. These results indicate that the Infrastructure Development Acceleration Program Implementation Village and Village (PPIDK) Case Kuala Panduk Village, Pelalawan Regency Year 2013 to 2014 have not been up to equitable development, increase revenue and employment for the people of the village of Kuala Panduk due to budget constraints.Keywords: Policy, PPIDK program, Policy Implementation
