Abstract

Forest fire prevention activities and land on peatlands is a step in the activities conducted focus seeks to prevent forest fires and land, not the activity for the treatment of land and forest fires. When prevention has been attempted with the maximum then no handling activities of forest fire because there is no more land and forest fires in peatlands caused by human action both intentional and unintentional. Forest fires through training programs to increase the capacity of empowerment of Concerned Citizens Fire (MPA) is expected to address land and forest fires is going well.The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with descriptive approach, trying to describe or illustrate how communication counseling in the process of formation of Concerned Citizens Fire by Manggala Agni in Riau Province has the largest peatland and centered in the village of Rawa Sungai Siak. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification.These results indicate that the realization of Concerned Citizens independent of Fire, where the MPA Sungai Rawa able to plan and implement social control over land and the environment. Implementation of fire prevention activities are under the district government as the implementing unit is Manggala Agni Siak. The timing of the activity of maximum extension for two years, after which the district government or the parties may provide synchronization control programs and the prevention of forest fires or rewards the Community Care Team Fire (MPA) is. Monitoring and evaluation of the program conducted by the relevant stakeholders through field visits and reporting.Keywords : Communication Extension , Forest Fire , Mangala Agni, Community Care Fire (Masyarakat Peduli Api)

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effects work conflict and work stress on job satisfaction on PT Indah logistic branch of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees of PT Indah logistic branch of Pekanbaru, the sampling using census method in order to get 63 votes. The data collection of primary data research, using questionnaires as the instrument research and secondary data turned away company archives, data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and f SPSS.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression, the results showed the calculation of the t (5.667)> t table (2,001) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. This means that variable Work Conflict significant effect on Job satisfaction.And the results showed the calculation of the t (3.881)> t table (2,001) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. This means that variable significant effect on the Job Stress Job Satisfaction and based on the simultaneous test concluded that the work conflict and work stress together significant effect on employee satisfaction with the influence of 64.3%. Abstract

Intercourse Students come from backgrounds different course will produce a pattern of behavior that is interesting to observe. Students who live outside the main neighborhood with a different oversight by students who live on the main environmental or family environment. In a family environment, parents provide guidance and role models students in attitude and provide instruction in the norms prevailing in society. Parents will give warning if the juvenile or the child they violate these norms. Unlike the students who live not on the main environment. Modeling and guidance they get from colleagues who are also students who are still in developmental stages. The research method is a way to collect data and facts. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. A qualitative approach describe, express, tell and summarize a variety of conditions and circumstances. Subject study researchers examined the problem of deviant behavior of students took place in the village area of the new intersection exactly in the way heron magic. Mechanical determination of informants used in this study using Snow Ball Sampling. Data used primary data and secondary data, techniques and means of collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that 1). The forms of sex behavior by students in the village of Simpang Baru showed a majority of informants were not able to abstinence while being with his girlfriend so they have sex without thinking of their official status. 2). Factors that lead students in the village of Simpang Baru promiscuous form: Internal factors are factors that come from within the student. Where such troubled students cannot make adjustments with the surrounding environment such as social norms that exist in society. External factor occurs due to the dominant environmental conditions experienced by these students, the lack of economic stress in families and the stigma.Keywords: Behavior, Free Sex, Student.

Abstract

The level of traffic violations in Pekanbaru increasingly rising. Traffic violations consist of 21493 was given a speeding ticket and 6713 given a reprimand in 2014, whereas in 2015 increased significantly, namely; 11403 27 788 was given a speeding ticket and given a reprimand against violators of traffic in the city of Pekanbaru. In an effort to reduce abuse and raise public awareness of Pekanbaru in driving safe, orderly and peaceful course, is inseparable from the role of communication a more active and effective. The strategy used by the Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru include preventive strategy being pursued is to disseminate "Safety Riding" through publications in mass media, electronic and print media. This research using qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques are grouped by the fact the field through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study consists of 4 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Interactive data analysis model the author uses to describe the results of research into techniques for data analysis and data validity checking researchers used a technique extension of participation and triangulation. The results showed that the communication strategy Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru targeted in disseminating Safety Riding is the entire community of Pekanbaru which have private vehicles, especially two-wheelers and the placement of the target is divided into five segments. Groups of institutions / agencies, groups of motorcycle clubs, youth groups, children and the general public. After the use of the media are divided into media groups and the mass media so that it can reach the whole community. The contents of the message delivered by the Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru are persuasive message, educative and informative. In doing various activities to socialize Safety Riding. Strategy communicator doing by Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru by selecting a few volunteers as extended of Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru to socialize Safety Riding to the public but not in all segments, only the segment motorcycle club, child, and teenagers.Keywords: communication strategy, sosializing, safety riding

Abstract

This research have to know about Implementation of Openess Public Information ( OPI) in Meranti Islands Regency. As for the background of this research is still so many Society although Caretaker Public Organization didn’t know and understand purpose of the birth of The Law Openess Public Information (OPI) so for some people who need the information from public bodies have difficulty obtaining Public Information for Various reason. This research applied the Theory of Implementation, so the methode used is the research methode with a qulitative approach. The data obtained by the interview and documentation data analyze for analyze with Descriptive analyze methode.This research shows that related to the role of the public relations of the Meranti District Secetariat as the Information and Documentation managing officials in the government of Meranti Islands, basically has been going on according to the provision that has been mandated in the constitution No 14 Year 2008 about the Opennes of Public Of Information. Even it there are several obsticles during the implementation that is related to fascilities and budget but everything still goes on according to the expectations. This is also supported by the releasing of the rule by the head of district of Meranti Islands No 21 Year 2012 about the guidelines of working information and documentation at The Environment of Meranti Island Government so the workflow and rsponsibility becomes clear.Keywords : Implementation, Public Information.

Abstract

Mass media especially television has choosen by audiences to get information. It is important role for television media to survive on their existence displayed programs which attract the audiences. The audiences needs of information media if fulfilled by impressions on mass media. According to uses and gratification theory explained about audiences rights to choose on which media that could fill their needs after consumed it. Television station in Indonesia using rating system as reference on making news program, nevertheless these rating system does not necessarily measure the satisfaction of audiences. To determine the audiences satisfaction with gratification sought and gratification obtained. The purpose of this research was to determine how much influence the motive watch news program “Warta Riau” Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) for satisfaction of the information society in East Labuhbaru Subdisdrict Payung Sekaki District Kecamatan Pekanbaru.This research used quantitative methods with descriptive explanation. Researcher collected data using questionnaires. The study site is in East Labuhbaru Payung Sekaki Kecamatan District Pekanbaru. The sampling is done by using accidental sampling, with unknown population formulas and got 100 respondent. To figure out how big this two variable relate researcher using correlation analysis person product moment. Meanwhile for processing questionnaires data is done with statistic of service solution (SPSS) programs windows version 22.This study has shown that the effect watching motive of news program “Warta Riau” Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) for satisfaction society of East Labuhbaru Payung Sekaki Subdistrict Pekanbaru. That the value R = 0,631 and the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,398, which implies that the effect of independent variable (motive) on the dependent variable is 39,8 %, while the rest 60,2 % got influenced by other factors outside variable. This showing that level of significance is 0,001 smaller than α = 0,05 it means the effect to satisfaction based on motive variable is 39,8 % which categorized low influence.Keyword : influence, motive, program, satisfaction of the information

Abstract

This research aim to determine customer satisfaction on the menu that are not yet using a standard recipe, determine customer satisfaction on the menu that has been using the standard recipe and know the difference between the consumer satisfaction not yet using standard menu recipes and which has been using the standard recipe. This research is a field experiment. The population of this research is guest who ever eat and drink at Cafe de Rossa, a sample of this research were 200 respondents taken in stages, the first stage is done to the 100 consumers who consume the menu without using the standard recipe and the second stage at 100 those consumers who consume the menu using the standard recipe. Based on the research that has been done, that the difference in satisfaction of consumers who consume without using the standard menu recipes and menus that have been using the standard recipe.Keywords : Satisfaction, Consumer, Standard Recipes.

Abstract

Local Revenue constitutes acceptance of the tax levy, retribution, the result of a local company, the acceptance of the services and other receipts were included in the original income (PAD) is concerned, and is an area of legitimate income. In the management of local taxes, especially taxes in the city of Pekanbaru on the local regulation of Pekanbaru No. 7 of 2011 on Taxes Hotel where in article 1, paragraph 11 mentioned the hotel tax is a tax on the services provided by the hotel, then in chapter 12 also said that the object of taxation the hotel is a service provided by the hotel pambayaran, including services as a supplement to hotels that are giving kemudahann and comfort, including sports and entertainment facilities. And implementation of hotel tax collection was organized by the Regional Revenue Office Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors are causing the decline in revenue (PAD) from the hotel tax in the city of Pekanbaru and to find out how the policies Regional Revenue Office Pekanbaru in increasing tax revenue through hotel in the city of Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive research using qualitative approach. The results based on interviews and field observations note that the factors causing a decline in revenue (PAD) from the hotel tax in the city of Pekanbaru include a lack of enforcement of sanctions against taxpayers who do not pay kewajibnya, mental attitude, discipline, motivation is still low of Revenue employee Pekanbaru, Pekanbaru political situation is not conducive so that taxpayers tend to be cautious in paying his taxes, crisis of public confidence in the local government of Pekanbaru in managing local taxes and Awareness taxpayer in paying hotel taxes are still low. In order to increase the hotel tax receipts that the target can be achieved then the local government, especially the Department of Revenue has made an effort Pekanbaru expansion and intensification in the field of taxation. Extensification done by pemunggutan which has been implemented by the Regional Revenue Office Pekanbaru and intensification of the activities that are ongoing in barengi with existing tax management with the goal of increasing the tax object. Facebook is a social networking website that is now increasing in popularity and the number of members increased sharply in a short time.The main task of the student is learning and studying, because adolescence is a time of transition that is eager to note, facebook is a website that can make teens more expressive highlight himself, his desire, and profile.
