Abstract

This study aims to determine the participation of the community to paying taxes 2015, knowing the role of the tax at KPP Pekanbaru Tampan ini paying taxis at 2015 This research conducted at the KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan is located at Jln Arengka Ring Road II (Jln SM Amin), Pekanbaru. The source data of this study is the informant on KPP Pekanbaru Tampan, particularly data regarding the role of the community in paying taxes, the efforts and factors that inhibiting participation in paying taxes. The informanta are all employees at the KPP Pekanbaru Tampan. Analysis data using qualitative descriptive approach. The study states that the KPPP Pekanbaru Tampan improve community participation to pay taxes to have some role or business include: providing extension, hold services of tax consultancy, dissemination of information on tax and publishing book of tax, mass media, through campaign with the distribution of brochures and souvenirs to the public (tax payer), and provide a drop box. Factors that inhibit the KPPP Pekanbaru Tampan in improving community participation to pay taxes such as: a) the quality of service. This factor is the lack of front-liner, b) The originating factors from outside, this factor is a system that is too difficult to understand and not up to date.Keywords : Participation, People, Taxes

Abstract

Students are part of society and the academic community needs to be prepared with advances in technology, especially new media era, so that students are able to use the media intelligently and effectively. The new media should be mandatory knowledge that must be overcome by every student, especially students of the University of Riau. Online game Clash of Clans is a game that can be accessed by many players, in which the machines are used for players connected by a networkHowever, because the online game Clash of Clans is puz online games played on smartphones, making it easier for the players to play this game anywhere and anytime, as well as requiring the duration of playing long enough to complete the game online game Clash of Clans, then there the possibility that the online game clash of Clans is an addiction for his players.The concept of the theory that the researchers use a dependency theory. Media System Dependency Theory getting someone drape needs to be satisfied by the use of the media, the more important the role of the media in people's lives, so the greater the influence the media. J. BaranThis research is an explanatory Quantitative Survey. To measure the force between two variables, are addicted to online games Clash of Clans as independent variables and academic achievement as the dependent variable, used product moment correlation, or often called simple correlation.From the calculation results obtained by value thitung0,786 with a probability level of 0.000. Abstract

The members of Stand Up Indo Pekanbaru community keep their solidarity well maintained in their interaction, so the community is able to survive and to exist up to this day. The interaction can be done via social media, and also when they gather together. The community arrange weekly activities such as open mic and sharing comedy. Long term interaction resulting in communication understanding which only the community can relate to, which is known as symbolic convergence. This research is aimed to identify the process of fantasy theme formation, the process of symbolic cue formation, as well as the form of fantasy chain in the group communication of Stand Up Indo Pekanbaru community members.This research uses qualitative research method, with symbolic interaction approach. The technique used in informant selecting is snowball technique, with the informants are three in numbers. The techniques used in data gathering are participant observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The techniques used in data validity examination are data extension technique and triangulation technique.This research shows that first, the process of fantasy theme formation is originated from symbolic interaction which leading to symbolic convergence, and then the message dramatization process happens. The dramatized message triggers the form of fantasy series, which produces fantasy theme in group. Second, the symbolic cue formed in the community is adopted, which means that the symbolic cue has been used before. Third, the fantasy chain form of ‘Lord Tengku’ fantasy theme resulted in three times joke-toned fantasy attempts by its participants. ‘Penampilan comic’ fantasy theme resulted in two times fantasty attempt by imagining a certain event, which is event in the past and event in the future.Keyword : symbolic convergence , fantasy theme, fantasy chain, symbolic cue

Abstract

Help Operational School(BOS) is a government program that is basically for supplying of funding the operating costs of the non personalia for the basic education units implementing as compulsory. According to PP number 48 in 2008 about funding education, the cost of non personalia is costs for materials of equipment consumables and indirect costs in the form of recources, water, telecommunication services, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, overtime money, transportation, consumption, taxes etc. Fund of BOS based on Regulation directive generally BOS program, in general aim to relieve of the community against the financing of education in the frame work of compulsory 9 years of quality.The concept theory of researcher use is a theory of management for analyzing the implementation process management of the of the funds of BOS that is theory G.R Terry. The Method used in this research is Kualitatif Deskriptif method with instrument Data collection techniques include from interview, observation, the study of librarianship and document program BOS that relevant with the goals of research.This results of this study demonstrate of the funds management BOS at primary school level. Especially Primary School 015 Pasir Keranji is not optimal yet. The planning stages haven’t yet to accomodate the student needs because the low community participation in meetings and the preparation of Planning Activity Cost of School(RKAS). The process of organizing there is division of tasks clear yet. While the process of the implementation funds of BOS , there is is still transferred their used or appropriate RKAS with Administrative supervision or report of accounting funding BOS.Key Words: BOS program, Management, Education, RKAS

Abstract

Qnet merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kebugaran dan gaya hidup.Qnet mendapat penilaian dari sebagian besar masyarakat sebagai Multi Level Marketing(MLM).Dari penilaian tersebut menimbulkan penilaian negatif terhadap bisnis MLM.Penilaian negatif terhadap qnet tidak mejadi penghalang sebagian orang mendaftar sebagai peserta. Peserta yang mendaftar disebut downline.Qnet menawarkan produk kesehatan dan komisi yang besar dan ditujukan untuk masyarakat dan berhasil meningkatkan taraf kehidupannya.Komisi yang besar menjadi alasan mahasiswa tertarik sebagai downline.Mahasiswa sebagai downline memiliki alasan dan faktor-faktor pendorong dalam diri.sebagai downline tidak mengganggu kegiatan belajar, hal ini karena dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja tanpa terikat waktu untuk mencari downline baru. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui siapa saja mahasiswa yang berhasil. Serta untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang membuat berhasil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran suatu gejala social. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik Snowball Sampling. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi literatur, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa qnet mampu mencapai keinginan mereka diantaranya membiayai kuliah sendiri, membeli kendaraan, alat komunikasi, memiliki tabungan serta status sosial berubah. Faktor-faktor pendorong yang menjadikan berhasil beberapa diantaranya motivasi diri, semangat orang tua, menjadi mandiri dan keinginan menjadi hidup lebih baik dari segi ekonomi dan status sosial.Kata Kunci: Qnet, Motivasi,Faktor Pendorong, Berhasil.

Abstract

This research describes the policy of Rusia implemented the Caspian Pipeline Concorcium system in oil cooperation Rusia with Khazakhstan in 2010-2014. Oil one of most important for human and nowdays every states need a oil with politics oil. Khazakhstan are one of most country in Centre Asia Region that have big potency in oil, its make a Rusia to create a agreement wiyth Khazakahstan.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the policy of Rusia implemented the Caspian Pipeline Concorcium system in oil cooperation Rusia with Khazakhstan. The theories applied in this research are realism perspective with the foreign policy by Richard Snyder.The conclusion of this research the policy of Rusia implemented the Caspian Pipeline Concorcium system in oil cooperation Rusia with Khazakhstan are caused by strategys value of Khazakhstan for Rusia to oil supply, the needed of oil for Rusia, used for distribution of oil Rusia to another state in Center Asia region and to containment of United State hegemony in Centre Asia Region.Key words: implementation, policy, oil and trades.

Abstract

The tradition of wages is one of the cultural tondi contained in Mandailing Batak tribe. In tardisi tondi wages, there is a symbolic aspects that have a specific meaning that is represented by a tool or offerings and movements found in the tradition of wages Tondi. The purpose of this study was to determine the meaning of the symbolic situation, meaning the product of social interaction, and interpretation of the meaning of the tradition of wages tondi in Pekanbaru.This study uses a qualitative research approach symbolic interaction. The informants were 8 persons, namely 3 bamou (shamans), using techniques purpusive, and two members of the public who have tribes Pekanbaru city Batak Mandailing and three patients using the technique accidental. Data collected through observation, interview, and documentation.These results indicate that the meaning of the symbolic tradition of wage tondi situation in Pekanbaru city consists of physical objects and object physical sosial .Objek includes offerings or pangupah consisting of one chicken meaningful as expectations, the eggs meaningful wholeness, the tail head curry goat meaningful as a delicacy, liver meaningful as patience, vegetables and serves as the natural balance and the last sticky rice yellow bermakana as filfasat life, social objects include movement bamou in turnover tray itself him above the patient's head and serves as the life of absolute and mantras and chanting spoken by bamou on wages tradition -upah tondi who also have the specific meaning in every part like the implicit hope that people who are sick are given healing, social situations contained in wages tradition -upah tondi also have the special meaning that is meaningful togetherness.Prodak meaning of social interaction TradisiUpah- Wages tondi includes meanings of the bamou or traditional leaders where these traditions have the value of cultural, economic and spiritual while in terms of patients to make sense of this tradition have the value of culture, kepercayaa, spiritual and social values and of the general public have tribes tribes Batak Mandailing interpret this tradition has religious values, culture, and sosial.Makna interpretation TradisiUpah- tondi Wages include action open and closed action covered measures include internal and external motivations and feelings of patients and bamou. Abstract

Perception is an internal process that allows us to choose , organize and interpret stimuli from our environment and the processes that affect us . Electricity is one of the very basic need to support human life . The existence and empowerment of electric energy is a must as the driving force of the life of a nation to keep moving and pointing forward . Without the presence and empowerment of electrical energy , it will hinder to stop the activities of the business community and the home, as well as the endless delays and interruptions in the progress of a nation . Electricity is one of the factors that are essential to people's lives without electricity , the construction will not run as expected . The need for electricity for every strata of society ( household ) and government institutions as well as for the business world to show an increase every year.Perception is an internal process that allows us to choose , organize and interpret stimuli from our environment and the processes that affect us . Electricity is one of the very basic need to support human life . Research using qualitative descriptive methods based on primary and secondary data sources and data collection techniques using observation , interviews and documentation , with the determination of the informants through purposive sampling is a technique in which researchers deliberately chose certain people based on objective and research needs . Data were analyzed using analysis model of Miles and Huberman interactive data by collecting data obtained are then processed to be reduced , served to produce a general conclusion.Perception is an internal process that allows us to choose , organize and interpret stimuli from our environment and the processes that affect us . Electricity is one of the very basic need to support human life . The results showed that customers' perception of service PT . PLN ( Persero ) Rayon Panam unsatisfactory . Customers expect that service PT . PLN ( Persero ) Rayon Panam further enhanced so that customers feel comfortable and satisfied . Should the PT . PLN ( Persero ) give a good service and maximum to its customers. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to observe Indonesian’s interest active in CTI (Coral Triangle Initiative) from 2006-2015. Indonesia as a maritime country with 17.504 islands and coral reefs which reached 50 875 km² made Indonesia be the one of marine biodiversity. Coral reefs have dominant contributed to Indonesia. Based on benefits of coral reefs and condition of the reefs that three quarters under threatened, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as a President has initiated CTI (Coral Triangle Initiative) and invited Philippines, Malaysia, Solomon Islands, Timor Leste and Papua New Guinea to cooperating. The fifth countries are also has a lot of coral reefs and located in the Asia-Pacific.This research theoretically has built with Pluralist perspective on international relations. This research is qualitative research which is used by library observation. Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis which reveals that Indonesia is active in CTI (Coral Trianngle Initiative) from 2006-2015 because Indonesia has political’s interest relating to border security and political imagery; economic’s interest with benefits arising from the utilization of coral reefs both as a medicine and as a tourist attraction that brings many advantages. But illegal fishing and destructive fishing in marine biodiversity and undermine ecosystem; and the Environment’s interest based on amount of abrasion that occurs as a result of damaged coral reefs as well as extreme climate change that also contributes to the destruction of coral reefs that requires action from the six countries to overcome that build commitment to each region to establish marine protected areas for ecosystem restoration.Keywords : CTI (Coral Triangle Initiative), Six Countries, National Interest, CTI-CFF(Coral Triangle Initiative on Coral Reefs, Fisheries and Food Security)

Abstract

This research explains about Militery Technique cooporation between Indonesia and Russia in term of the trade agreement of Sukhoi Su-30MK2 in 2006-2010. The agreement if Security Cooperation is written in Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which was agreed on 21 in April 2003.The data of this research were acquired from journals, offical documents, minithesis, books, and internet to analyze cooperation of military technique in term of the trade agreement of Sukhoi Su-30MK2 aircraft between Indonesia and Russia. This research use’a Realist point of view and International Cooperations Theory.This research proves that the history between the two countries takes the main role in this cooperation. On the other hand the Military technique cooperation between Indonesia and Rusia has an effect in air military measures power which includes purchasing Sukhoi Su-30MK2. This trade will increase the capabilities of indonesia’s national security.
