Abstract

The research was conduscted in PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru. This studythe setting of the problem is the effect of the implementation of work controlling onemployee performance at PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru. Work controlling as anindependent variable (X) and employee performance achievement as the dependentvariable (Y), and this study took a number of respondents were 80 respondents. Dataobtained through the questionnaire and then further processed to be tested throughstatistical analysis such as a simple regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysisand determination with the help of using the SPSS 16 for windows application. Theresults prove that the implementation of work controlling to employee perfomanceachievementin PT. Abstract

This study used a qualitative research methods that the source datais taken from books , journals , newspapers , the internet , and previousstudies have data that is relevant to the title . Perspectives and levels ofanalysis used in this study is that the state as the main actor . By using thetheory of international cooperation and energy security , will explain thedirection of the object of analysis .This research will explain whatmotivated the Brazilian bioethanol develop cooperation with Indonesia in2007-2012 . This study to determine how the Brazilian bioethanol canbreak away from dependence on fossil fuels and break away from foreigndebt higher due to higher world oil prices . Abstract

The entry and development of the internet has increased the number ofoccurrences of cybercommunities, one of them is Kaskus Regional Riau RayaCommunity. Kaskus Regional Riau Raya do the interaction and communication toimprove the existence, solidarity among members, and cohesiveness within thegroup. The aim of this research are to determine the communication pattern ofvirtual communication (online communication), and the communication pattern offace to face communication (offline communication) among Regional Riau Raya’skaskusers in forming their group cohesiveness.This research used descriptive qualitative approach, with the selection ofinformants using purposive sampling technique, which selects five informants,which is a Regional Leader, two Regional Activist, and two regular kaskuser. Thedata collection techniques are used observation, in-depth interviews, anddocumentation. While, for the data analysis was refer to the interactive model ofHuberman and Miles. Then, for checking the validity of data were usingtriangulation and extension participation techniques.From this research concluded that virtual communication is realized in avariety of online activities with various motivations, such as for pursuit of theirstatus, sharing informations and stories, planning, complaints, and also buyingand selling activities. While face to face communication is realized in a variety offormal events, informal events, meetings with the aim of completing the tasks, orjust to share some stories. Both the virtual and face to face communication isimplemented in Two-Way Communication, and with All Channels CommunicationPattern. Abstract

Political Party is single united Ideological unit which grown up and expand through living in democratic system of society. The existence of Political party proved very important to build equality and welfare of society. Partai Amanat Nasional(PAN) as one of politic party which involved in year 2009 General Election has strategical position to participated in increasing and development of Riau Province, because in 2009 Election PAN won large portion in Riau Parlementary seat. These Journal provide analytical view action of PAN programs after 2009 General Election and explain PAN programs as its Political Party form. These Journal using Qualitative and Analitic Descriptive view of method research. The result of research showed us PAN programs included active involvement in Election of Riau Governor and other strategic programs which synchronized with Riau Province development.Key Word: Political Party, Program and General Election

Abstract

Governor Rusli Zainal known as prime mover for the region Riau South which include people who really cares and it was not easy to give up on the state. On the way his political career, in August 2012 Rusli stumble corruption cases PON XVII Riau. Then, in January 2013, Rusli examined in the bribery case, for eight hours. Until now this was the case was still in phase inspection. The determination of the suspect emerged Pros and cons Rusli zainal, research was meant to (1) knows the structure of the text particiberitaan suspects Rusli Zainal Newspapers Tribun (2) know Cognition Social Communication suspects Rusli Zainal in The Newspaper Tribun.This research uses qualitative analysis of the presentation descriptive. The analysis techniques that the used data is analysis of critical discourse that has been put forward by Teun A Van Dick. Data Collection will be done with technical documentation and an interview. But who is the subject this research is that the news that was found in The Newspaper Tribun Pekanbaru. While the one who became an object news coverage about the suspect Rusli Zainal in The Newspaper Tribun Pekanbaru since February 1 to March 30, 2013 and how reality.Result of this research first construction reality corruption suspects in coverage Rusli Zainal in the newspaper Tribun Pekanbaru based elements: theme, thus schematic, Semantics, Syntax, and Rhetorical. News In the contents are very few touched on how the role KPK in searching for evidence to determine the suspect was accused but many said that the role Rusli Zainal before a suspect. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee morale PT. PTPN V Sei Galuh Kampar district. Compensation as an independent variable (X) and morale as the dependent variable (Y), and respondents of this study took as many as 81 people. Data were obtained through questionnaires seloanjutnya processed for later tested through statistical analysis such as a simple regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSS.(1.990). This suggests that significant influental employee compensation employee morale. The amount of compensation the employee against employee morale PT. Abstract

This study aims to describe the dynamics of the actors and the implementation of regional policies, especially government policies regarding taxes Siak Nonmetallic Mineral and rocks. As for the background of this research is the implementation of the policy has not been well. This study uses the theory of public policy implementation Grindle highlighting approaches in order to explain the phenomena encountered in the field. This study used qualitative methods, data collection techniques while using interviews, observation and discussion with sources of research. Furthermore, the data in the form of qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive data analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the actors implementing the policy has not been able to implement the policy properly due to a lack of understanding of the policy. In addition, the lack of clear technical guidance and implementation guidelines also influence policy implementation. Actor supervisory board policy as well as the lack of a role in overseeing the implementation of policies. The condition is due kontens and difficult policy context dipamahi by implementing actors. The results of this study also indicate that the scope of the social interaction between communities, employers and the government has not been established. This is of course an impact on the political sphere that public support for the policy. While the economic sphere also no significant effect on the increase in local revenues and increased welfare of the community because of the scope of this policy on the taxpayer (employer)Keywords: Actor, interest and resources.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the effect of Herman Abdullah leadership as Mayor of Pekanbaru period 2001-2011 for his acquisition of voice in first round of Riau gubernatorial election at Pekanbaru in 2013.The results showed a positive relationship between leadership and acquisition of voice. Positive and significant correlation indicates that more satisfy people of leadership make greater effect on acquisition of voice. The majority of survey respondents (48.5%) agreed with Herman Abdullah leadership as Mayor of Pekanbaru in 2001-2011. This proves the Herman Abdullah leadership had an effect on his acquisition of voice In First Round of Riau gubernatorial election at Pekanbaru In 2013.Keyword: Leadership, Acquisition of Voice, first round of Riau gubernatorial election.

Abstract

This research discusses an environmentalist organization in one of the countries in Africa that called The Green Belt Movement organization that based in Nairobi, Kenya. The Green Belt Movement is one of non-governmental organization which attempt to make a change and protection to the environment maintenance and raise an awareness of the public to also preserve and maintain the environment.The research applies qualitative methods, and case study in this research the data collected through library research, literature studies, official documents, academic journal, mass media.The unfavorable environmental phenomena, such as frequent illegal logging, the forest erosion, and the lack of public awareness in maintaining and preserving the environment makes the Green Belt Movement organization strove to contend and solve the environment problems. The integration of environmental issues into international relations is like the introductory texts that tend to simplify into some possibilities. In this case, The Green Belt Movement is an organization formed to handle many environmental problems that need an attention.
