Abstract

Issuance of Government Regulation No. 60 Year 2008 regarding the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) is expected to become an instrument of financial management to be more transparent and accountable. The quality of local government financial management is reflected in the opinion given by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) to Local Government Financial Reports (LKPD) each region. In 2012, LKPD of Pekanbaru only get a qualified opinion (WDP), there are several findings of the BPK, such as SPI-related issues and problems related to compliance with laws and regulations.This study aims to determine why SPIP no effect on the financial management of Pekanbaru City Government in 2012 . The method used in this study is qualitative, descriptive analysis techniques. For the success of this research will require people who know the problems in the field. The person is the Secretary of State Inspectorate Pekanbaru, Head of Government Affairs Government Supervisory Inspectorate Pekanbaru, Chief Financial Pekanbaru Revenue Office, Accounting and Finance Department head of Pekanbaru City Administration.Based on the findings in the field are compared with the theory SPIP PP. 60 in 2012 and Sarwoto Control Theory of effective controlling, The author concludes that no influential SPIP to Pekanbaru City Government financial management in 2012 is due to weak or not maximum SPIP was performed by Pemko Pekanbaru. This weakness is known of the existence of the SPIP elements that are not maximal implemented, such as the incomplete / absence of Standard Operating Procedure in work units, ineffective controlling, recommendations were not followed up, delays in financial reporting services, weak asset control and communication, lack of commitment of the government apparatus, leadership that is not conducive and human resources are weak. Besides being factors SPIP elements, there are also other factors such as there is no of Pekanbaru local regulations for the implementation of the SPIP and the problem of time it takes for SPIP be fully implemented.Keyword : SPIP, Controlling, LKPD

Abstract

Frontliner communication role in the bank institution is very important. Basicly, frontliner task is to give customer an information clearly. That’s why ability of frontliner communication is very expected on this process. The purpose of this research are to know how frontliner communication role in creating customer satisfaction of information and what factors that would be the causing of creating customer satisfaction of information.This research using qualitative descriptive research method. The research is done in the company opened bank Riau Kepri Syariah branch Pekanbaru, Subject of this research are frontliner and customers. The research using purposive sampling approach to frontliner and accidental sampling to customers. Kind and data resource used are primary data and secondary data, data collecting technique used are observation, interview and documentations. Data analys technique used is Huberman and Miles interactive model, and technical examination of the validity of data used are triangulation and extension participation.The research of result showing that frontliner communication role is highly important in creating customer satisfaction of information. Point of frontliner role are as a people that analizing necessary and customer’s problem, as an information resource to customer, fullffill all the necessary of information that customer need based on prosedures applicable in the bank, and develop good relationship with the customer. Beside communication role, there are factors that give the influence to create customer satisfaction of information on the company opened Bank Riau Kepri Branch Syariah Pekanbaru, such as quality of human resources, fluent communication in any aspect, fast service kind and comfort, easyness on getting informations and also master of information about banking products.Keyword: Communication, Communication Role, and Satisfaction of Information

Abstract

The Lion Air Airline was founded in 2000, is one of the pioneers ofcommercial aviation in Indonesia. Lion Air is one of the air transportation of non-governmental early generations who have managed to get through the crisis and hasgrown rapidly to face the competition by developing organizational, operationalcapabilities and also its fleet. The actual case is less rapid handling of the crisis wasmade by the Lion Air Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine how thepublic relations strategy in handling the crisis at the image of Lion Air in Pekanbaru,as well as factors related to the public relations strategy in handling the crisis at theLion Air in Pekanbaru.This study used qualitative methods with descriptive approach, which is aproblem-solving procedures are investigated, by describing / depicting the object ofresearch at the present time. Based on the facts that appear or as they are, while theframework uses a model of Strategic Communications.The results of this study indicate that public relations strategies conducted byLion Air Pekanbaru. They have a strategy for dealing with image crisis include:strategies to identify the issues that led to the crisis, map the needs of reporters duringa crisis, prepare information for management, and have the image enhancementstrategies include flight scheduling, fleet use of new, lower price , and using themethod of a press conference to facilitate imaging convey messages to the public.Lion Air branch of Pekanbaru also use existing media in the city of Pekanbaru, suchas Riau Pos, and electronic media such as aditiya FM, and in collaboration with aleading telecommunications company Telkomsel.Keyword : Communication, Strategy, Crisis

Abstract

One of the informal sector that many people acted by the weak economy is as street vendors ( PKL ) . The existence of street vendors has been growing for a long time and the numbers continue to grow as the demands of the growing economy and to fewer opportunities in the formal sector . One street trading business in the city of Pekanbaru precisely on Jalan Ir . Juanda is Street Vendor liquor . Their existence has been around a long time with the source material acquisition merchandise liquor from the nearest port . The street vendors came from all regions of about Pekanbaru well as by local residents and from outside the city of Pekanbaru . The existence of Street Vendors of this liquor is one of the distribution points liquor illegally because they also obtain merchandise from unauthorized or illegal sources . Researchers interested in this case to review the profile hawkers on street vending liquor Ir . Juanda . Abstract

Humans are creatures who always have a variety of needs. As creatures who are never satisfied, they have a variety of ways to meet the needs and seek life satisfaction. So also in meeting modern lifestyle according to this present day, shopping, sightseeing, and follow the fashion trends and styles is one way to form a certain satisfaction for some people.Factor of needs high increasingly that make more and more progress in the field of information and communication technology. So many popping up stores that sell clothing needs and technology. As in various areas including Kampar.This study explains that students who have a certain lifestyle choices in terms of shopping, choice of clothing, trends and fashion and so on. And whether they tend to follow these things, and it's called lifestyle. Abstract

This research is motivated by the program to handle the backward villages and rural food insecurity in Rokan Hulu by a decree of Rokan Hulu in 2011 . In this regard certainly drawn up plans to be realized . However , what has been planned that the results have not been able to reach the target . Fullness of the Upper Village is one of villages in a highly visible application of this program has not been implemented at all . There is only a stretch of paddy fields which no crop at all . Then , good cooperation between the government and the public has not created properly in terms of the implementation of this program . Coupled with the standards , orders and employment targets are not clear so people are reluctant to participate .The purpose of this study was to megetahui implementation of the planning process to determine the implementation of the Food Program Independent Village in the Upper Village Fullness why not go well . To find out what the barriers are affecting Independent Village Food Programme in the Fullness of the Upper Village that has not done well .The results of this study indicate that : 1 ) the implementation of the Independent Village Food Program have not been realized in accordance with the planned target . 2 ) obstacles on the ground such as land availability , budget , executive and public attitudes encountered in the implementation process can not be properly addressed by the government . 3 ) communication between the Government and Farmers as the executor has not been effective . 4 ) the structure and direction of the work is not yet clear as monitoring and implementing government has yet to convince the public that people are reluctant to participate in the implementation of this program .Keyword : development , agricultural development and implementation

Abstract

Global competition is an inevitable phenomenon of the industrial world, one way to face this competition is the way the company is required to have employees who are competent and have a good performance. The role of employees is crucial for the success or failure of the company reaching target market. The company expects its employees to always have a higher performance, more process-oriented, more involved in leadership and be able to gain knowledge to add value to the company and employees are expected to make the company the right to compete with other companies. Given the important role of HR in an organization, it can not be denied there should be special attention on the problem of improving the quality of human resources. To get qualified human resources, the company is expected to carry out the recruitment process so that the quality of human resources is placed strictly in accordance with the required expertise. PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) to support the business activities of the focus group as a manufacturer and distributor Astra Honda in Indonesia, through the provision of financing facilities ownership of motorcycles manufactured and marketed by Astra. Where the results of this penelitiaan, respondents considered the implementation of recruitment at. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru can be said on both categories. Where the recruitment of seven sub-variables which involves determining the number and qualifications of candidates, filling in application forms, the implementation of an intelligence test, aptitude test execution, execution of test interview, medical test execution, and assessment of results is accepted or rejected, get good responses to the respondents.
