Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how patterns of socialization that happens ,religious values are socialized and constraints that affect the socialization process ofreligious values in the family in the village of Pebenaan Seberang Hilir SubdistrictKeritang Indragiri where every Friday prayers prayers and quantity fewer childrencompared with adults / parents , children often talk dirty and disrespectful to my friendsand parents.To find out how the patterns of socialization that occurs religious values aresocialized and the factors that influence the socialization process . Religious values inthe family in the village of Pebenaan Seberang Hilir Subdistrict Keritang Indragiri , theauthors conducted data collection by using the technique of guided interviews with theinformant , using parent and child informants throughout the Islamic religion andchildren who have aged 7-18 years. Purposive sampling 20 parents and 20 childreninformantsResults of research conducted showed that of authoritarian , democratic andpermissive , democratic pattern is a pattern that many families used to educate childrenin the assessment of religious values , religious values in this study covers theimplementation of the prayer 9 ( 45 % ) who do not discipline children while the parent- child discipline in praying as many as 12 ( 60 % ) of parents who discipline , readingAl - Quran ( Koran ) 14 ( 70 % ) of children who rarely Koran and here also seenparents who never Koran 10 ( 50 % ) parents who never Koran at all , fasting Ramadan13 ( 65 % ) children were less well in performing the fasting of Ramadan , while fastingRamadan parents in carrying out 17 ( 85 % ) included both parents in implementing theRamadan fasting . In keeping with the goal of planting religious values to children as ahandle and guidance in carrying out the teachings of Islam . When viewed from thepercentage of poor implementation of religious values also looks quite large , it istheoretically influenced by how socialization received in the socialization of children inkeluarga.faktor religious values , each child of the attitude of parents who are too loudand discipline that cause children to be passive communicates the difficulty of anyenvironmental influences 9 ( 45 % ) of children and adolescents who are less well in2social environment and advancement of technology 13 ( 65 % ) of children who oftena use tecnology very rapidly .Keywords :Patern of socialization family, religious values

Abstract

In applying the policy in the era of regional autonomy in accordance withthe Local Government legislation, it is necessary to do Delegation of Authority ofHeads of Regional Most officials below it in order to assist the implementation ofthe tasks entrusted with running the Administration greater. According to theDecree of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 138-270 of 2010 on Guidelinesguidelines the District Integrated Services Administration (PATENT), portionmelimpahakan Siak district to sub-district authority Regents to implement localgovernment affairs through Siak regent Regulation No. 42 Year 2011. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the Implementation and inhibiting factorsDelegation of Authority of Regents To the sub-district in the district of the Fieldof Public Works Mempura Siak 2011-2012. Where in assessing theimplementation of the devolution of authority can be reviewed through theanalysis and standardization activities, description and standardization activities,the measurement of the extent of the changes observed and determine the changesobserved.This research was conducted in the district in which the Siak Mempuraselected respondents came from the District Administrative Mempura VillageChief Data collection and research conducted by interview and questionnaires tothe respondents. Once the data is collected and then elaborated by descriptivemethods.From the results of the study found that the majority Delegation ofAuthority Implementation of Regents To the sub-district in District Mempura Siakis rated Not Succeed Neither the percentage of 62%, while the indicatorSuccessfully Neither the percentage 25%. Where these indicators have substandard indicators, assessment and evaluation. From interviews also found thatthe barriers to the implementation of this delegation of authority is still a lack ofpersonnel sub-district government officials and the lack pasrtisipasi mempuracommunity in supporting the implementation of the devolution of authority.Keywords: Planning, Employee competence, participation

Abstract

Abstract: Service Take Care Of To Lodge Puskesmas Sungai Pakning Kec. Bukit Batu Kab. Bengkalis. This study aimed to know Take Care To Lodge sevice at Puskesmas Sungai Pakning, and to know factors resistor of execution of service at puskesmas sungai pakning. Indicator used at this research is according to theory concept of Zeithaml saying that service can be measured with indicator as following : Realibility, Responsive, Insurance, Emphaty, Including, indicator to know resistor in execution of service. Research method have the caracter of Qulitative descriptive, data collecting used by observatation method and interview. Of research rusult can know that service Take care of to Lodge at puskesmas Sungai Pakning the incluiding at category”not yet is maximal”, while factors esistor of execution of service take care of to lodge at puskesmas Sungai Pakning is officer attitude, coherence of leader and facilities.Key Word: Public Service, Take Care To Lodge, Puskesmas.

Abstract

DIDIT DARMADI. Performance Unit Fire Company In Overcoming Fire in Sub-Province of Rokan Hulu guiding by Prof. Dr. H. Sujianto, This research take regional place of Sub-Province of Rokan Hilir, as for problem of this research is formulated in formulation of problem that is as which Performance Unit Fire Company In Overcoming Fire in Sub-Province of Rokan Hulu. And then, factorsn of any kind of influencing Performance Unit Fire Company in Overcoming fire in Sub-Province of Rokan Hilir. This research use descriptive method by using theory which in telling by some writer concerning Organizational Performance. In this research of researcher use indicator namely job efficiency, team cooperation, and head relation with subordinate as Performance Unit Fire Company In Overcoming Fire in Sub-Province of Rokan Hilir. Research method the used is method research of field with data collecting technique, interview and field obserfasi with specified research informan pursuant to technique of purposive sampling. As primary data is the source of information in which can through interview with data and informan of sekunder obtained to through relevant books and document with this topic of research. From result of descriptive analysis qualitative that Performance Unit Fire Company in Overcoming Fire in Sub-Province of Rokan Hilir categorized not yet good and still a lot have to in improve, and repairing. In this research is known by factors influencing Performance Unit Fire Company in Overcoming Fire in Sub-Province of Rokan hilir for example facilities and basic facilities factor which still very less, and then, less adequate human resource factor and factor of Financial ( Money). Therefore, utilize to support performance walk better at fire company needed by addition at resource of manusi, more adequate equipments in its operational and also conduct socialization tosociety utilize to grow awareness and knowledge of danger of fire. And also conductanalysis or sighting to existence of fire company in perumpunan of business placedby Kesbangpolin and fire company.Keyword : Performance, cervicing, capability, Performance Fire Company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is : ( 1 ) To determine and analyze the structure of capital employed and ( 2 ) To identify and analyze the profit obtained PT Bekasi Asri Beginners , Tbk . This research was conducted in the office place IDX obtain data which is located at Jenderal Sudirman street number 73 Pekanbaru.The method used is descriptive quantitative . With the object of research is PT Bekasi Asri Pemula,Tbk, which has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange . With this method of data collection by means of documentation of financial reporting period 2008-2012 . Data analysis techniques using Debt Ratio ( DR ) , Debt Equity Ratio ( DER ) and the Times Interest Earned ( TIE ) to measure the capital structure and Return On Investment (ROI) to measure the earnings of the company.With the results of this study is that capital structure measured by DR, DER, TIE good and will be good for the company to increase profits as measured by ROI .Keywords : Capital Structure, Profitability, Return on Investment

Abstract

PT. Insurance Jiwasraya (Persero) Branch Pekanbaru, which is a company engaged in insurance services, which in running the company's business activities in offering and selling insurance policies to the public cann’t be separated from the role of insurance agents. The efforts made by the company is focused on factors intrinsic conditions of the job itself, where intrinsic factor is the motivation that comes from within that can improve agent performance High motivation derived from the agent, then this is a guarantee for the company's success in achieving its objectives.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of intrinsic factors on job performance agents. This study uses quantitative descriptive correlational technique in which the data were collected through questionnaire method against 78 respondents. Then the simple linear regression analysis of the data obtained.Results of research and hypothesis testing shows that there is a significant positive relationship between intrinsic factor and agent performance in PT. Insurance Jiwasraya (Persero) Branch Pekanbaru. Through test the coefficient of determination in this study proved that the intrinsic factors affecting agent performance by 44%, and the remaining 56 % is influenced by other factors .Keywords : Intrinsic Factor , Job Performance, Motivation.

Abstract

This study, entitled Tradition carbide cannon Games Village Cape of GoodHope, District Singkep, Lingga regency, Riau Islands Province. This study aims todescribe the implementation process of tradition Games carbide cannon, to determinewhat changes occur in Games carbide cannon tradition and to reveal the factorscausing changes in tradition carbide cannon games, as well as describe theparticipants involved in the implementation of Tradition carbide cannon game.To analyze qualitative research data, the collected data is then presenteddescriptively describe or recount the results of research with the description of thelogical sentences in order to understand and easy to understand.This research was conducted in the village of Tanjung Harapan, Singkepdistricts, Lingga regency, Riau Islands Province. The results of the study indicate achange in tradition Games carbide cannon, which nowadays is rarely the person whodid this game. This is due to several factors, including internal and external factors.Among the internal factors, the drive from within the community to change,education and mindset that have been advanced, heterogeneous Pnduduk, a sense ofdissatisfaction, the influence of foreign cultures, contact with other cultures.

Abstract

This research will explain about the Response of Australia Post Japan’s JARPA II policy in2005-2011. Antarctic is the biggest whale population region. In 2005, the government of Japan issuedthe policy of Second Phase of the Japanese Whale Research Program under Special Permit inthe Antarctic (JARPA II). The important point of this research is Japan is one of the countrywhich supports anti-whaling moratorium commercial but on the other hand Japan issuedpolicy of pro-whaling through Scientific Whaling program. This policy causes the refusal ofAustralian government. Abstract: pollution control strategies Watershed (DAS) in Siak regency Siak. This study aims to determine the pollution control strategy Watershed Siak . This study used a qualitative descriptive approach in which data collection was done by using snowball sampling . The results showed pollution control strategies Watershed ( DAS ) Siak Siak not run at max . Due to the environmental pollution control activities undertaken Environment Agency ( BLH ) Siak still exist problems that are still high rates of both water environment pollution , air or land , the unavailability of adequate infrastructure in carrying the good service and excellent and strategies pollution control can be done by increasing the inventory and identification of sources of water pollution , improve waste management , establish pollution load capacity , improve knowledge and community participation in waste management , improved control of the disposal of waste water and improve water quality monitoring of the river .Keywords: Strategy, Control, Water Pollution

Abstract

This paper is analysing about counterinsurgency Colombia to against paramilitary group in Colombia to help address the humanitarian crisis that occurred because of civil conflict in Colombia. Conflict in Colombia involving the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionaries de Colombia (FARC) and the Government of Colombia is one example of a threat to human security in this case is a citizen of Colombia. Thousands of people confirmed dead, and hundreds more injured and displaced into the surrounding area. Colombia has a strategy to fight the Colombian rebel group. Espada de Honor strategy in the fight against the FARC rebel group was born from previous strategies that have not been fully successful in combating the FARC rebel group that Plan Colombia and Plan Patriota. Colombia is a country full of prolonged conflict is filled with murder, brutally massacre, violence, and even abduction by rebel group FARC. This group not only rebel groups in the country have been even this group has turned into an international terrorist views of involvement in illegal drug smuggling.Key Words: Colombia, FARC, Espada De Honor, Drugs, Civil Conflict
