Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the involvement of people with disability in the form of decisions, and what are the obstacles to disability in the election process of Mayor and Vice Mayor of Pekanbaru 2017 in Tenayan Raya District. The form of political participation from persons with disbailitas is like. Participate in campaigns, and join in community organizations. The method used in this research is using descriptive quantitative approach. Against a total of 20 respondents with disabilities in Tenayan Raya District determined through accidental sampling. Data analysis was performed using cross tabulation analysis through SPSS program. Based on the results of the study indicates that political participation by persons with disabilities, in the election of Mayor and Vice Mayor of Pekanbaru in Tenayan Raya Sub-district, has not shown full and effective participation based on equality with other citizens. Where 50% of respondents who participate in politics, is joining in community organizations. However, in the participation of voting rights in the TPS, and following the campaign activities in the electoral process, the participation of respondents is still low. Some findings also indicate the obstacles of the Mayor and Mayor of Pekanbaru 2017 are in the form of administration, accessibility and assistance. Abstract

Telegram application is one of the new media in Indonesia. Telegram is not only effective for communcating, but also effective when used as a online information providers either general information or special information. One of the users who use telegram app is PT.Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru as employees information media. The Theory used in this research is new media theory. The purpose of this research is to investigate how big the effectiveness of Telegram application as an employees information media.This research uses quantitativ research methods, the technique of collecting data in this study is using questionnaire to PT. Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru employees with 82 sample counts that are determined through random sampling techniques the analysis techniques data in this research using descriptive statistical techniques.The results of this research indicate that the level of Telegram Application as Employees Information Media PT.Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru classified as very effective. This has been proven by result of collected data that have been measured by six indicator, each indicator reaches a scale of 3,30 on the receiver or user indicator, scale of 3,33 on the content indicator, scale of 3,42 on the channel indicator,scale 3,40 on the format indicator, scale 3,44 on the source indicator,and scale 3,22 on the timing indicator. The conclusion obtained by using the average formula of all indicator is 3,35 which is included in a very effective scale range. This indicate that Telegram Application is a very effective as a information media to employees PT.Pos Indonesia pekanbaruKeywords: Communication Effectivity, Information, Telegram

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility or corporate social responsibility is one of the obligations that must be undertaken by the company in accordance with the contents of article 74 of law number 40 of 2007 concerning limited liability company (UUPT). The Company is guided to exercise and grant community and environmental rights mandated by law in the company. CSR is the logical consequence of the state-funded human rights to the company to survive and develop within an environmental area. As a large company PT Arara Abadi conducts natural exploration in an environment, either directly or indirectly in contact with local ecosystems. It states that PT Arara Abadi must be responsible for all consequences that are deliberate or unintentional to the stakeholders. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the implementation of community development program as social responsibility form of PT Arara Abadi Sorek district in Improving Community Welfare.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects were determined based on purposive techniques consisting of the head of the community development team of PT Arara Abadi Sorek District, the chairman of Mitra Abadi, and 3 members of Mitra Abadi institution. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman's interactive model. While the data validity checking technique includes triangulation and reference adequacy.The results of the study on the implementation of community development programs as a form of social responsibility of PT Arara Abadi in Improving Community Welfare concluded that it was quite good. PT Arara Abadi has done its social responsibility through a partnership program between the company and the community, especially local people. The partnership is realized in the Makmur Peduli Api Village program (DMPA) to assist in the improvement of the welfare of the long-term local community by providing production facilities to the community for 2 years the capital will beReturned to the company to be restored to other communities where the village of Lubuk Keranji Timur where the partnership program was conducted.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the District Charming Pekanbaru City. This study, entitledPerspectives Dramaturgy in Case Pimps Among College Students Panam Pekanbaru Cityarea. The purpose of this study was to determine the background of the social life of a studentwho works as a pimp for chickens campus in the District Handsome. Topics focus of thisresearch is the process of pimping for chickens student campus in dramaturgical perspectivein District Charming. The research subjects studied were pimps students in the district asmany as three people Handsome research subjects. The author uses descriptive qualitativemethod and the data were analyzed qualitatively using Snowball Sampling taking technique.Data instrument is observation, interview, and documentation. Research conducted onstudents who work as a pimp for chickens campus in the District Handsome get finding thebackground of the social life of students is coming from families who have economicproblems is low, every pimp backgrounds unstable economic before becoming pimps, andevery pimp has been used to living with promiscuity that do not have restrictions norm.Pimps working interaction process includes the characteristics and performance of everydaypimping on campus and the neighborhood.In both these environments are very smart pimpsadapt without arousing suspicion by those around him. Pimps working process including howto serve consumers and the system works. In serving consumers pimping is not arbitraryreceiving customers, pimps will seek approval from his campus chicken first, then approvedchicken campus then the consumer will be presented regarding the payment and prostitutionservices provided.Keywords: Perspectives Dramaturgy, Pimps Students

Abstract

Social role is an act of a person in a certain way in an effort to exercise the right and obligation which appropriate with the status it has. A social phenomenon that occured in Kelurahan Kampung Bandar , where in the history of this area became the Value History of the birth of Pekanbaru City. The reality is not running as it should be. The lack of management in every historical sites, data collection clearly, the arrangement of the area, and lack of socialization to the community, thus make the public and the local community do not know if the location is part of the history of Pekanbaru City. This research aims to identify the culture site that has been the officially recorded in Kelurahan Kampung Bandar, to explore the local people’s knowledge of the Culture Site, to describe the role of related institute in managing and maintaining the Culture Sites. The theory used is functional structural theory by Talcot Parson. Data analysis was done by qualitative descriptive, tehnique of collecting the data in this research is purposive where the number of respondent is 7 peoples consist of people who joined in Group Sadar Wisata and Institution of Kelurahan Kmapung Bandar Senapelan, the historian of Riau, Lembaga Adat Melayu Riau, Lembaga Adat Melayu Riau Pekanbaru, Kelurahan Kampung Bandar and Tourism Office of Pekanbaru City. From the result of this research in the field that the community (Group Sadar Wisata And Institution of Kelurahan Kampung Bandar Senapelan) have performed its role with the knowledge and ability they have. But not maximally role of the government (Department of Culture and Tourism Pekanbaru City), Community Institution (LAMR Kota Pekanbaru) so that the people in general do not know if the location is part of Culture and history of Pekanbaru City.Key word : Culture Site, Community Knowledge, Institutional Role

Abstract

Disability community is a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia in the Act of 1945 is guaranteed to have the status, rights, obligations, and the same role with other citizens. Therefore, the government should give adequate attention to the disabled, including in terms of provision of services, especially the accessibility of land transport infrastructure. Reality has shown the opposite. Social services and the mobility of persons with disabilities are lacking a proper where most of the accessibility barriers still prevalent. This makes disabled people disenfranchised in getting similar services and even to say good. based on that researcher interest to study how the Implementation Regulation No. 18 Year 2013 on the Protection and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities In the city of Pekanbaru (Case Study accessibility Provision of Infrastructure and Transport Infrastructure. The concept of the theory used is the theory of implementation according to Van Meter Van Horn (2008), which says that there are several variables that affect the performance of a public policy implementation. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive data assessment. techniques of data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation which the parties involved in this study as an informant. The results of this study indicate that the process of implementation of the regulation number 18 of 2013 on the protection and empowerment of persons with disabilities can not be executed properly. The standards that have been set have not been implemented properly. Abstract

This paper is a study of Turkey's interest in rejecting the outcome of the Iraqi Kurdish referendum 2014-2017, namely its political interests to the Kurds in Turkey or the Middle East not to follow suit as it will trigger an independent Kurdistan state that includes the territory of Iraq, Iran, Turkey and Syria. Then the economic interests of Turkey, namely the need for petroleum, natural gas is dependent on Iraq. The largest producer of petroleum and natural gas in Iraq is in its northern region which is fully controlled by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG). During this time Iraqi Kurds sell their resources to Turkey. Referendums by Iraqi Kurds have the potential to disrupt the Turkish economy as Iraqi Kurds can sell their resources to more countries. Turkey's security interests, with a referendum by the Kurds, will undermine Turkey's domestic and foreign security stability because the PKK (Kurdistan Workers Party) will take advantage of this moment to get other Kurds to do the same. This security interest is related to politics in Turkey.This paper uses the concept of National Interest in which Turkey directly acts by intervening in the Iraqi government to have the referendum canceled. Supported by foreign policy theory that leads to qualitative research methods as well as literature study as a source of information.Some of Turkey's foreign policy related to the referendum is intervention to the Iraqi government and KRG, economic sanctions and military training with the Iraqi government.KeyWords: Referendum, independence, Turkey, Iraq, PKK, KRG, National interests

Abstract

With the many visitors coming from different regions that have different attitudes will have an impact on the views on the Masjid Raya Sultan Riau. This is because of an assessment of the object faced by which each person has differences in judgment. This study aims to determine the attitude of visitors to the attraction of Masjid Raya Sultan Riau through cognitive, affective, and conative aspects. This research is a research with descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 100 visitors who come to Masjid Raya Sultan Riau and determined by using accidental sampling technique. The data collected by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data measurement technique uses the Likert scale and the analyzed by incorporating it into the attitude attribute categories. The results showed that the attitude of the visitors who came to Masjid Raya Sultan Riau included in the category of positive attitude. Keywords : attitude, Masjid Raya Sultan Riau, tourist

Abstract

The reform era marked by the rise of the mass media as a means of mass communication and public opinion-forming tool, it helps in human life to exchange ideas, experiences and information in a relatively large volume. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of management functions are functions of planning, organizing, and monitoring.This study uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The research was conducted at Graha Pena 3rd Floor Room Editor Pekanbaru Riau Pos located at Jl. HR Subrantas Km. 10.5 Panam, Ex. Sidomulyo West district. Handsome, Pekanbaru, Riau. Pemelihan infroman done by using purposive.As for the informants of this study is the editorial director of Riau Pos, coordinator rubric Zetizen Riau Pos, two crew Zetizen Riau Pos and loyal readers Zetizen Riau Pos. Data collection techniques used for conducting research is by observation, interview and documentation. While the validity of the data that researchers use is extended participation, triangulation as well as the adequacy of reference.The results showed that, in describing the application of the editorial management functions Riau Pos Zetizen in attracting interest in reading among adolescents in the first Pekanbaru City planning, planning is divided into two groups: strategic planning and operational planning. Meanwhile, the second management function is the organization that is the organizational structure and job description. Then the third management functions namely mobilization, mobilization divided into three groups: news reporting, editing and writing news. Last management functions that control the shape of the oversight conducted Zetizen rubric Riau Pos namely evaluation and feedback.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ideal number of employees of Guest Service Agent and Belldriver based on workload borne by employees at Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotel.Research conducted by descriptive quantitative method to discuss the issues raised. In this research sample there are only 6 people using census method, with the use of data collection techniques research the way of observation, interview, and documentation. By using exponential smoothing technique, the discussion is about 2 exponents in human resource plan which consists of exponent workload in producing a product, as work load analysis and cycle time to finish a product and to find the right number of employees.In the results of the research that has been done, for the whole of the calculation of the ideal working time for Guest Service Agent requires the addition of 2 people, and the results of the calculation of the ideal work time Belldriver requires 2 people. The exactness of the amount that should be met by Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotel.Keywords : Workload, Guest Service Agent, Belldriver, Whole of Ideal Employees
