Abstract

In a Company having employees may do a good job and may not be good. If an employee has performed responsibly well, then the leader is expected to be responsible as well. To find out the causes there are several possibilities such as whether or not to complete a job assigned and may also not hae the impetus to work well, then it is already one of the leader’s duties to influence employees, in order to work according to company goals.The study aims to determine the effect of leadership functions on employee performance in the case PT. Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, to test the influence of both variables. In the research, the meteology used is descriptive and quantitative in SPSS program, where the sample used is special employees at PT Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, with the census technique method, data received from employees by conducting interviews, questionnaires and literature review.The results of research work performance PT Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, employees have a very good work performance level. However, when viewed from the total score of each dimension of work performance the compensation system dimansion is relatively hiegher. While the dimension of stress level is relatively lower. This means that the company PT Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, needs to lower the employees stress level by holding activities to reduce the stress level of the employees. Based on partial (t-test), it can be concluded that the variables of leadership function have a significant effect on work performance variable.Keywords : leadership function, employee performance, PT. Abstract

This research analyze about the impact of economic reforms in India regarding foreign direct investment (FDI) toward Softbank Group Corporation’s investment strategy in India in 2013-2016. The economic reforms undertaken by the India government on FDI provides an opportunity for Softbank Group Corporation to invest in India. The investment is poured on telecommunications and internet sector in India through the provision of capital to startup and e-commerce firms in India. In addition investment is also given to the renewable energy sector in India by setting up a joint venture.The writer collects data from journals, books, reports, working papers, tabloids, and online media to analyze the research. The theoretical framework applied in this research are neoliberalism perspective, foreign policy theory from K.J Holsti, and foreign direct investment theory from Jhon Dunning.The research shows that the impact of economic reform in India regarding foreign direct investment (FDI) toward Softbank Group Corporation’s investment strategy in India is increasing the number of Softbank investment in India, which is both the telecommunications and internet sector and the renewable energy sector in India. Abstract

Online portal www.tripriau.com online portal is one of the online portal in Riau Province that has its own uniqueness. These portals contain local content and the potential of tourism in the province of Riau. Since its establishment, www.tripriau.com do branding strategy in order to build brand awareness or trust the reader to be known as a tourism-themed online portal. As the selection of brand name Trip Riau, Riau Guide My tagline, as well as the implementation of travel instagram photo contest. It aims to reinforce to the public if the company is a media focus on discussing about tourism in the province of Riau. However, along with development, other emerging online portal that also focuses the tourism content alone. This study aims to determine the branding strategy undertaken www.tripriau.com to build brand awareness as an online portal of tourism in the province of Riau.This study used qualitative methods to the theory of SOR (Stimulus-Organism-reponse). The object to be studied is the brand positioning, brand identity and brand communication. Subjects were 17 people consisting of the Director, General Director, Chairman of the Company, one journalist, Kasubbid marketing Disparekraf Riau, four followers facebook account, General Manager of Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru, two people Followers Instagram account, two speakers Trip Riau, two journalists from other media. Data collected by interview, documentation and observation. Mechanical analysis of data using interactive data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. Mechanical examination of the validity of data using techniques extension of participation and triangulation techniques. Mechanical determination informant used purposive technique.The results show if the brand positioning element consists of identifying excellence in a way to segment the audience, presenting news in the form feauture and using high-resolution images. Then select the appropriate competitive advantage by focusing bring many visitors and promote articles through social media. And communicate and deliver the chosen position by means of presentations and exhibitions. Brand identity elements that form the brand name selection, use the tagline, and the use of corporate identity. While elements of brand communication in the form of sponsorship activities, media partners and implementation of the event. Ways considered effective to build brand awareness with levels Top Mind minds of audiences is to segment the audience, brand name selection that the content is appropriate, direct presentation of activities and implementation of the event instagram photo contest.Keywords : Branding, Brand Awareness, Tripriau.

Abstract

Illegal mining (Pertambangan Emas Tanpa Izin) is a serious problem. So that the law enforcement of illegal mining in Kuantan Mudik Sub-district requires the integration of the resource or involves many elements in Kuantan Mudik Sub-district. Many things had done in the term of law enforcement of illegal mining by the Sub-District Government Side and Sub-District Police in Kuantan Mudik Sub-district. The problems in thisresearch are (1)How is the implementation of the coordination Sub-District Government Side with Sub-District Police in the term of law enforcement of illegal miningin Kuantan Mudik Sub-district in 2014-2016. (2) What are the reasons that cause the implementation of the coordination Sub-District Government Side with Sub-District Police in the term of law enforcement of illegal miningin KuantanMudik Sub-district in 2014-2016 become not optimally done?The purpose of this research is describing the coordination Sub-District Government Side with Sub-District Police in the term of law enforcement of illegal mining in Kuantan Mudik Sub-district in 2014-2016. The research method is qualitative method with phenomenology approach.The conclusion of this research mentions that the implementation of the coordination betweenSub-District Government Side with Sub-District Police in the term of law enforcement of illegal miningin Kuantan Mudik Sub-district in 2014-2016 has been being good enough. Although, the intensity to implement the coordination still needs the optimalization. Abstract

This study aims to see and find out how the campus bus service to students. The population of this research is Student bus users campuses, research was conducted at the University of Riau Pekanbaru object of study is the Student bus users campus, average per / week as many as 2464 sample of this research is Student bus users campus, method used Quota sampling with consideration average per / day fluctuate, the number of bus stops are in the main, the average bus capacity 3x 90, ability Writer. sample size of this study are 96 students at the University of Riau. Then the data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive. Based on the analysis, it was found that student users Bus dominated by FAPERIKA with percentages26% this is because the farthest distance from the bus ride to reach faculty FAPERIKA and views from the campus bus user forces dominated by force in 2015 with a percentage of 39.58%, this is due to for force generation 2015 is classified as dense lecture schedule, not many peer networks, mostly parents of students have not facilitate private vehicles, therefore the students often use the campus bus for personal use. facilities and infrastructure of the bus to facilities bus by category comfortably as many as 48 people with a percentage of 50%, response facilities stop choosing less comfortable are 72 people with a percentage of 75% due to overcrowding at the shelter, sometimes do not have a place to sit while waiting for the bus to arrive because bus turnaround quite long, and if the rain splash hujan.hal this which causes less comfortable students. We recommend that facilities need to be added/enlarged his stops. for the fleet of bus user states do not need the addition of a fleet of 65 people with a percentage of 67.70%. Student responses to the Operational hour bus stating unfavorable approximately as many as 59 people with a percentage of 61.46%, this is due to a less than optimal operational hours therefore critical operations clock needs to be improved.Keywords : Campus Bus Service, Students

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain data and information on: (1) Improving the Promotion attractions Bono in Teluk Meranti Pelalawan Riau (2) Obstacles encountered by the Government to meningkatkankan promotion of attractions Bono in Teluk Meranti Pelalawan Riau (3) Strategy undertaken by the government to improve the promotion of attractions Bono in Teluk Meranti PelalawanThis type of research is descriptive qualitative using interviews, observation and research directly spaciousness. Furthermore, the data collected through the interview,observation, after the research data obtained then the data were analyzed through imaging techniques with the words.The results of research in the field as follows: a) Promotional Efforts made by the government Specifically the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Namely Through Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing and quite good. b) Obstacles encountered Improving the Government in the promotion Barriers attractions Bono among others: Lack of Facilities and Infrastructure, yet Optimally promotion and marketing program, not yet optimal preservation Development and Management attractions Bono. c) Strategies undertaken by the government in improving the Promotion attractions Bono namely: Utilizing a variety of means of information media as a way to promote the attraction bono to the local tourist and International, Improving the quality of facilities and infrastructures in tourist sites, Cooperating with the tourism businessmen or investors according to their respective fields.Key Word: Bono Attractions, Promotion, Strategy

Abstract

Social media Instagram is one of the social networking applications that are very popular in the community especially among the celebrities and politicians. Business that match Social Media Instagram include entertainment, service, food and beverage, design, and fashion. One of the fashion business that is quite developed in Pekanbaru city is PlatBM1912. The use of social media Instagram is part of marketing communications conducted by PlatBM1912. The purpose of this study is to know how the use of social media instagram as social media marketing in building brand awareness platBM1912 in the city of Pekanbaru.This research uses qualitative research type. Subjects in this study is instagram PlatBM1912 account with the number of informants as many as 5 people. Data collection techniques use obsevation, interview, documentation and internet searching. Data analysis techniques used are interactive models Miles and Huberman. Technique examination of data validity using triangulation technique.The results show that in improving consumer knowledge that is not aware of the brand (Unaware Of Brand), then PlatBM1912 do paid promote, endorsement program, facebook Ads. In the brand recognition stage, PlatBM1912 performs brand recognition to its consumers through Instagram social media is the intensity of sharing photos or video of products owned by Platbm1912 brand to its customers, sharing capture of the photos of customers of PlatBM1912. And have another strategy that is by posting regularly, at least 3 times a day. in doing brand recall to its customers, PlatBM1912 do high intensity by enliven Instagram account. Then in increasing the top of mind on consumers, PlatBM1912 always try to make Instagram as a means of promotion place that aims to build brand awareness of the community, especially the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords:Brand Awareness, Promotion Mix, Social Media Marketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of store athmosphere and store location towards impulse buying on U.D Syafa Marwa. The sample in this study were taken 100 respondents and the technique used accidental sampling. The data in this study used survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers.The data obtained of questionnairetested through SPSS 21.0 program. The results of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2 ), individual significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test) so it can be seen that store athmosphere variable had a positive effect on consumer impulse buying variable, stor location variable influences variable impulse buying, and a significant influence between store athmosphere and store location variables on impulse buying. The results shows R Square is the coefficient of determination and obtained R Square value of 0.700. That is, store athmosphere and store location affect impulse buying by 70%. Abstract

With magnitude potential owned tourism by Kampar, then Local Government District. Kampar do an important step by organizing tourism potentials owned by Kampar Regency. The main steps that should be carried out within the framework of the development of the tourism sector Kampar District is preparing a Plan Regional Tourism Development Master Kampar, then expected able for improve development tourism in Kampar. By because that aim research this is for knowing implementation Plan Regional Tourism Development Master Kampar.The method used in writing research this is approach qualitatively. Informants of this study were chosen purposively based on characteristics or specific characteristics based on research needs. That is 7 people.As for results research RIPKD implementation Kab. Kampar are: 1) lack of work same government with developers tourism, 2) has not existence promotion done government constrained because inadequate budget and source power human, 3) formation group conscious tours this not yet accomplished. Abstract

The Program of Desa Maju Inhil Jaya is the superior program of the government periode 2013-2018. The objectives of this program are to escalate the prosperety and the opportunity of getting job for the people of the region by encourage the independence to determine the decision and the management of the sustainable development. The implementation of this program involved the people of the region such as planning, implementation, and maintenance due to increase the success of this program especially in infrastructure developmente of the region.The objective of this research is to find out the implementation of Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) program in infrastructure facility at Desa Limau Manis kecamatan Kemuning Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir by 2015. This research was conducted by using qualitative methoede and the data assessement by using descriptive methode. In collecting the data the writer used interview, observation and documentation of the key person in charge as the information resource.This reaearche showed that Desa Maju Inhil Jaya program in infrastructure facility at Desa Limau Manis Kecamatan Kemuning Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir 2015 contributed the advantage for the people, even though the implementation has not worked well due to limited human resource and cost to develope the infrastructure, and the lacked of people participation.Keywords: Impelemtation, Desa Maju Inhil Jaya, Infrastructure facility
