Abstract

This research, entitled the Communication Strategy Ministry of Religion of the Implementation of BSM Program. The purpose of this research was to determine the Communication Strategy Ministry of Religion of the Implementation of BSM program.This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study, by researchers as a key instrument. The sending technique in this research using purposive sampling that researches pointed directly informant who was supposed to provide accurate information. Test the validity of data is done with reliability testing and validity testing. Descriptive analysis of the result obtained by triangulation strategy fulfillment of the communication strategy outline namely: 1) strategy of communicator selection and planning; 2) messaging strategy; 3) strategy of communication media selection; and 4) Strategy of communicator selection and planning.The results of this research indicate that communication strategy of ministry of religion of the implementation of BSM Program has been already on target. It can be seen from fulfillment component of communication strategy as follows 1) has been choosen a communicator who has educational background in accordance with his job, has a credibility, and has an attractiveness; 2) composed messages using verbal messages that is face to face, monitoring, a letter, and internet access, and nonverbal messages that is body gesture and face expression, using the explanatory message of serving method; 3) has been choosen using a mix of direct media that is face to face, by phone, and by a letter, and indirect media that is the internet media and 4) has been choosen communican in according to the technical guidelines PIP 2016 and determining criteria according to KMA No 258 2015, and has a special reference in determining acceptance criteria of BSM programKeyword: Communication Strategy, BSM Program, Component of Sommunication Strategy.

Abstract

Popularity and high usage of Instagram is one of the reasons of bujang dara pekanbaru association to use Instagram as a promotional tool in selection of bujang dara pekanbaru in hopes of getting the best finalist in every year. the purpose of this research was determining Instagram usage as a promotional media in selection of bujang dara pekanbaru.This research used qualitative methode by descriptive approach. Informan of this research is Public Relation of Bujang Dara Pekanbaru association, admin of @bujangdarapku and Department of tourism Pekanbaru, Dara Pekanbaru 2016th, Finalist of Bujang Pekanbaru 2014th who were selected by using purposive technique. Data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation.The result of research showed that Instagram account @bujangdarapku doing some basic aspects of communication using Instagram, 6 of the 7c Framework that is context and content as attract Instagram user and determine the target. Connection provide convenience acces to users to get information, communication shows a positive interaction between admins adn followers, while commerce encourage cooperation that built benefit for Bujang Dara Pekanbaru. And sponsor and community dissemminate information personal and broadly .Keyword: Instagram, Promotion, Bujang Dara.

Abstract

Pornography has become one of the complicated problems in law enforcement. It is because of the spread which is so massive, so it is difficult to be overcome. Pornography, along with the existence of the internet, is another challenge for the law holders to eliminate it as a cyber porn crime (Pornography in internet) which gives the massive impact. In the context of a crime, cyber porn can be categorized as one of the cyber crimes.The perspective is Constructivism because cyberporn is a result from the construction of mind of human being and the impact of technology. The teory in this research is human security and written by Allan Collins. The level analysis is nation state and written by Charles W Kegley Jr dan Eugene R Wittkopf. The data is obtained through primary data and secunder data such as, book, journal, magazine, newspaper and website.This research is based on the high crime of cybercrime in the world especially in Indonesia, making South Korea and Indonesia cooperate in developing cyber porn. This study aims to find out how the cooperation of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Government of Indonesia in the development of cyber security against cyber porn. The results of this study show the cooperation process conducted through cooperation between Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Government of Indonesia in the development of cyber security that is printing Human Resources (HR) in cyber security, security against malware and exchange of information between the two countries in preventing the occurrence of cyber Threats.Key words: Cyberporn, KOICA-ITB, Cybersecurity, Human security,

Abstract

Crisis management is one of the tasks of public relations practitioners when the company is in a state of crisis, crisis management is formed by public reations to solve the problems that cause the crisis occurs in one organization. The emergence of news related to waste disposal by the company negatively impacted the image of the company that was initially well received by the external public, This study aims to know how the crisis management stages and crisis management strategies undertaken by PT.Mitra Agung Swadaya to handle the image crisis that happened. The research uses qualitative research methods that try to explain the phenomenon that occurs in accordance with the results obtained by using 7 subjects as an informant research using purposive technique. The data collected by collecting the information obtained through observation, interview and documentation, the researcher uses anailsis data technique using interactive data model with validity checking data done with triangulation technique and reference adequacy. The data obtained are then processed to be reduced and analyzed, presented until a general conclusion is produced. The results of this study indicate that crisis management used by public relations is done quickly. Public relations formed crisis management after realizing that the state of the company is not good, begun by collecting data in the field. making crisis management stages further divided into pre-crisis stages by forming crisis management teams of 5 people delivering crisis messages and establishing channels of communication through the media, providing crisis responses to maintain data accuracy, determining spokespersons to sympathize with residents affected by waste disposal and post crisis by monitoring the state of crisis. Establish a crisis management strategy that begins by determining a potential firm's crisis, identifying the affected audiences, and creating contingency plans to create a pool of waste that is endorsed by the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: to know the characteristics of teenage nightclub visitors and to know the cause of teenagers to visit the night club. The locationof this research was conducted at MP Club Pekanbaru. research subjects used inthis study were teenagers night club visitors in Pekanbaru City. The selection ofsubjects is done by purposive sampling, then got the subject of research as many as7 teenagers who visited the MP club in the city of Pekanbaru. The method or wayin this study is by way of guided interviews by conducting or holding a directobservation. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Data analysiswas done by descriptive qualitative method. The result showed 1) in general thecharacteristic of adolescent who likes to visit night club often dressed in sexy,wearing make up and wearing accessories worthy of socialite women, for teenagevisitors of night club, from drinking alcohol, free sex, consumption of drugs andsmoking is not a taboo thing for them to do, and all that is not apart from theiractive social interaction at night and sleep during the day, 2) the factors that causeteenage visitors night club to visit the night club is a social factor where theassociation plays an important role in the formation of personality in the teenagemoments. In general they fall due to the invitation or persuasion of his friends andin added with the curiosity curiosity that exist in themselves.Keywords: teenage, nightclub visitors

Abstract

The emergence of pageant is a new phenomenon in Indonesia that has attracted the interest of productive Indonesians to follow. The pageant event is identical as a beauty event that is for women. Along with the development of the era of modernization, gender equality is increasingly widespread to achieve an achievement began popping special pageant event for men called the male pageant. The development of the pageant`s male event itself is already visible in Pekanbaru City. It can be seen from the start of the number of male pageant event ever held in this city. This study aims to find out how the motives of men in Pekanbaru follow the male pageant, and how they interpret the pageant event itself.This research uses qualitative research method with phenomenology approach. Research subjects consisted of 4 men in Pekanbaru City who had followed the male pageant event chosen using snowball technique. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. To test the validity of the data the author using the method of extension of participation and triangulation.The result of this research shows that male motive in Pekanbaru City follows the male pageant consisting of past motive (because motive) and future motive (in order to motive). The motives of the past (because Motive) men in Pekanbaru follow the pageant's male event is (1) family motivation (2) boast of the parents (3) measure the self-tray (4) add activity. While the motive of the future (in order to motive) men in Pekanbaru follow the pageant male event is (1) to increase experience and insight (2) career supporters (3) to increase the relationship. Meaning pageant which is interpreted by man in Pekanbaru City who ever follow the pageant male event is (1) event of self development (2) positive event (3) event that becomes role model.Keyword: meaning construction, pageant, male pageant, motive

This research was conducted sub-district Tuah Karya, Tampan districts, city ofPekanbaru. Background raises the issue of bajapuik tradition At Pariaman societymarriage sub-district Tuah Karya e, Tampan Districts, City of Pekanbaru is becausethe implementation of marriage is one of the cultures that follow the development ofhuman culture in the life of the society. Culture of marriage and its rules that apply inthe society and society environment can not be separated from the influence of cultureand environment where society is located as well as social interaction that is influencedby science, experience, trust and others. In the present implementation of the traditionexperienced a change that can not be separated from the modernization and sciencethat led to changes in the mindset of the society to think more practically, so that thecharacteristics of society and the implementation of the tradition began to be neglectedThis undergraduate thesis aims to analyze the extent of Pariaman society in theoverseeing preserving bajapuik tradition in the background of various cultures ofoverseas by looking at how the process of implementation of the bajapuik tradition andhow the society view about the implementation of bajapuik tradition in the overseas.This research is a qualitative research with descriptive approach. The data usedin the form of primary and secondary data. Technique of data collecting done byobservation method, interview and literature study which all answer problem inresearch about implementation of bajapuik tradition of Pariaman society at TuahKarya District, Tampan, city of Pekanbaru. The informants of this research arePariaman overseas society consisting of adat leaders, niniak mamak, brides who carryout the bajapuik tradition at Tuah Karya District and the head of the Office of ReligiousAffairs (KUA) in Tampan.Based on the results of research, it is found that the implementation of thistradition is flexible, not burdensome and also difficult, so there are some people ofPariaman who implement and some do not implement. In the implementation oftradition also found not all processes implemented as implemented in the region oforigin. As for the background of the emergence of bajapuik tradition are: (1) the fear ofgirls not getting a partner (2) the matrilineal kinship system adopted by the community,thus making the Bajapuik Tradition an implementation of the Matrilineal kinshipsystem, in which the heritage is established to belong to women, while the men getnothing.Keywords : Tradition, Bajapuik, Pariaman Overseas

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the first, to describe the managerial capabilities of the Karimun Regency government in the management of granite mining activities that are used for the benefit of the welfare of the community and the region. Secondly, to illustrate the political capability of local government in facing the existing demands in the community, to make policies and implement policies made by the local government together with the district parliament Karimun.The problem of environmental damage occurring in the mining environment is a serious problem that should be anticipated by the Regional Government, not just about environmental damage. Regional governments should also be able to manage granite mineral resources for regional economic progress. the welfare of the community and for the sake of sustainable development therefore the Theory of Regional Government Capacity which consists of; Managerial Ability and Political Ability are urgently needed.With descriptive research method using qualitative approach. The researcher describes the problems related to granite mining which are derived from observations in the field, opinions of informants and descriptive statistics.The result of the research concludes that managerial ability in management of granite mining by conducting AMDAL Planning and Sustainable Development Planning in managing granite mining has been going well. While Political Ability in granite mining management in Karimun Regency actually has strong authority is the provincial government in accordance with the law regulation No. 23 of 2014 which has the right to grant permits, supervise and others related to the management of granite mining in Karimun Regency is Riau Islands Province. However, the role of Regent related to Responsive Capability can only be proposed and reported to Riau Islands Province, because Riau Kepulaluan Province has an important role in making policy.Keywords: Managerial Ability, Political Ability

Abstract

This research was conducted in the new of Kelurahan Simpang BaruKecamatan Tampan Kota pekanbaru in the place of boarding Srikandi, PondokanIlham, Tri Putra. The purpose of this study is to determine the behavior of studentsin choosing a boarding palace and to find out the social interactiaon betweenstudent boarding residents in the new of Kelurahan Simpang Baru KecamatanTampan Kota pekanbaru. This study was conducted on 50 respondents found in 3boarding places that have been set by researchers who are determined based onnon probability sampling using quota sampling. Research instruments usingobservasi, koesioner, and documentation techniques and uses media spss 20.Research conducted found that in choosing a student boarding house tends tochoose a complete boarding facilities both public facilities and room facilitiesprovided by the owner of boarding, comfort, sucurity, freedom, image good,distance access and based on parental income. Forms of student social relationsbetween boarders, where students with co hosts there are activities in the form ofsharing food, borrowing borrow money with fellow students boarding board,mutual learning together or study groups with co horst. In this study students withfellow boardes more connect relationships because many students who conductactivities that lead to a positive relationship. This study does not see any conflict oractivity that leads to dissociative activities because based on research conductedby the research that student s with hosts did not conduct activities that lead tonegative things.Keywords : Rational Choice, Social Interaction

Abstract

Nasdem Party is one of the twelve political parties that successfully pass the verificationand become the 2014 election participants. Nasdem Party in Kuantan Singingi regencybegan to form in 2013. The establishment of Nasdem Party in Kuantan Singingi regencycan not be separated from the struggle made by Sukasmi, H. Adnan Amir, and AlpianHamid. After Nasdem Party in Kuantan Singingi Regency was formed, Sukasmi wasappointed as chairman of DPD Party of Kuantan Singingi District Nasdem period2013-2018 and Secretary namely Zulfahmi Abdah. But in the middle of the road, inJune 2016, Sukasmi dismissed by DPW from the position of Chairman of DPD PartyNasdem period 2013-2018 and replaced by Sarjan as chairman of DPD Nasdem Partyin 2016. This dismissal is done because Sukasmi is considered by DPW can not carrymandate ideals the ideals of the Nasdem Party and unilaterally determining decisions.On the other hand, Sukasmi considered that the dismissal and removal was doneunilaterally and not in accordance with the mechanism of AD / ART Party Nasdem. Thisis because Sarjan new people join the Party Nasdem. The person who has the right tooccupy the position of chairman of the Party DPD Nasdem Kuantan Singingi namely:H. Adnan Amir, Alpian Hamid and Zulfahmi Abdah. Sarjan served as chairman of DPDParty Nasdem District Kuantan Singingi approximately one year and was replaced byMuslims in July 2017 for stewardship in 2017.Problem formulation in this research is "why the occurrence of internal conflictDPD Party Nasdem Kuantan Singingi Regency Year 2015-2017". The purpose of thisresearch is to describe internal conflict DPD Party Nasdem in Kuantan SingingiRegency Year 2015-2017.The results of this study indicate that internal conflict DPD Party NasdemKuantan Singingi 2015-2017 originated from differences in support of candidate pairbetween Sukasmi and Sarjan in elections of Kuantan Singingi district head, the processof determining the chairman of the DPD Party Nasdem District Kuantan Singingi not inaccordance with the mechanism of AD / ART, the difference of political interest betweenthe board of DPD Party Nasdem District Kuantan Singingi.
