Abstract

This study attempts to outline anything program-program undp in legalising lgbt marriage in china.And also will explain how program-program undp in legalising lgbt marriage in china.The methodology used is qualitative study.This study focused to talk about the role in the United Nations DeveopmentProgram ( UNDP ) legalising lgbt in the country tiongkok. Second, researchers feel the need to give time limit to phenomena or problem to check such as in 2014-2016This research use a pluralism perspective and international organizations theory. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Riau Kepri. Relationship marketing as an independent variable (X) has been formulated that is seen from Communication, Trust, Commitment and Problem solving. Customer Loyalty as the dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted on all fixed customers at PT. Riau Bank Riau Islands as many as 100 people.Data were obtained from the questionnaire and then processed for later tested using statistical analysis such as simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation and determination analysis using SPSS assistance.The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t arithmetic greater than t table that is 10,854> 2,838. This shows that relationship marketing affects customer loyalty.Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research is based on the poor performance of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru from year to year. There are two main issues. Firts, the problem of inefficiency. That is the low water production amount, the disturbed water distribution due to the old pipe, then the occurence of corruption, etc. Second, the problem of guidance and supervision, namely the lack of assistance form the city government to PDAM Tirta Siak apart from the budget. With a budget that is not enough, making PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru difficult to carry out coaching on employees. This study aims to determine the guidance and supervision of the city government of pekanbaru againts PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru and the factors that influence the guidance and supervision. This research uses descriptive research type with qualitative research approach. The type of research data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation and interviews. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.The result showed that coaching from the city government pekanbaru has not run optimally. The PDAM own never get coaching from the goverment. Another case from the government where the provision of budget againts PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru already include in the form of coaching. For self-monitoring has been going pretty well. There are inhibiting factors which are greater for low budget and human resources. The solution to solve the problem of guidance and supervision of the city government should be more optimal in coaching by coordinating with all relevant parties in progress. And supported by the budget of the government and quality human resources from both sides.Key Words: Government Coaching, Supervision, and PDAM

Abstract

During this time 50% of local revenue Kabupaten Bintan comes from the tourism sector. Revenue from tourism comes from taxes and retribution restaurants and hotels in the area of international tourism in Lagoi. Other tourist attractions are also contributing, but not as much Lagoi. In the years 2013 to 2015 is estimated at more than 50% contribution Bintan regional revenue derived from this Lagoi tourist area.The first purpose of the research, to explain the political management of attractions in Bintan regency between the government and foreign parties in 2013-2015 second, to explain the impact of the involvement of foreign parties in the management of attractions in Bintan regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Type of research data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study is documentation and interviews. Technical analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.Management of tourism development is still concentrated in Lagoi tourism area that is closed system. The correlation that exists between the government and the PT. BRC particularly in managing Tourism Regions Lagoi very strong. Management of tourism conducted by the Department of Tourism and Culture District of Bintan is felt not maximized because of the apparent absence of implementation significantly, despite being made the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan. The impact that a threat is if the investor wants more foreign workers than local experts, therefore, the government is expected to encourage and improve the skills of the local workforce.Keywords: Management of tourism, Tourism Regions Lagoi, Political Economy

Abstract

This thesis is proposed to qualify for a Bachelor of Sociology degree. With thetitle "BPNT Program Effectiveness on Welfare Improvement at Tampan DistrictPekanbaru". The problem discussed in this thesis is how the effectiveness of BPNTprogram to improve the welfare of the community in Tampan District. Subjects in thisstudy were 72 people. Sampling technique in this research is Probability samplingtechnique that is sampling technique that gives equal opportunity for every element ofpopulation to be selected become member of sample. The method used descriptivequantitative research methods because this method is more emphasis on aspects ofmeasurement objectively against social phenomena. Data filtering instruments used areobservations, questionnaires, and documents. The theory used is the theory ofeffectiveness, theory of community empowerment and the theory of poverty. Generally,the result of the research is done by the writer can say that with t test of t count =14,000>ttabel = 0.2319, and significance = 0,000 <0,05 then Ha accepted and Horejected, the effectiveness variable of Program BPNT has partially significant influenceto Improvement of People's Welfare.Keywords: BPNT Program, Community, Tampan, Pekanbaru

Abstract

As an effort in carrying out waste management in Pelalawan District, of course needed an intelligent innovation from Government of Pelalawan Regency and other related parties. It needs a breakthrough in waste management in order to increase efficiency and waste reduction as much as possible, the waste management activities should refer to the 3R principle of Reduce which is an effort to reduce the volume of waste. Secondly, Reuce is an effort to reuse garbage without changing the shape for other useful activities, and the third is Recyle, which is the effort to recycle garbage into other useful objects that are integrated through the establishment of Bank Trash. But there is a phenomenon of the problem that occurs is the lack of participation from the community to save, the lack of technical training related to the management of Bank Sampah Asri, the waste managed and the inclusion of Garbage Bank Asri Golden Water Village Year 2016-2017 has not been on target, the minimum budget and facilities and infrastructure in the management Bank Sampah Asri Desa Air Emas.In this research there is a problem formulation that is "How Role of Society in Waste Management (Case Study of Group of Garbage Garbage Group of Asri Village of Ukui Subdistrict of Pelalawan Regency Year 2016-1207" .This research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method,The results of this study indicate that the Role of Communities in Waste Management through the Business of Garbage Bank Group is still a major problem of the implementation of this model is on how to change the paradigm of disposing of waste into waste utilization and the lack of budget in waste management, in this case the role of the RT / RW and the community is very big in helping to realize the implementation of this program and bridging communication between Local Government with the community but currently still not implemented effectively and optimally. Abstract

Siak is one of the cities with the highest population growth of Other District. Siak total population is constantly increasing. Since its inception in 2014 until December 2017, the increase reached 22.5% with the number of 112 425 inhabitants. In this case the birth rate would be an important role in determining the growth of the population, while it was to control the population increasing, the need for public awareness and outreach in this regard is the duty of the BKKBN. The problem of this study is how much influence the extension of Population Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) on the importance of birth spacing on Siak Regency society. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the extension of Population Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) on the importance of birth spacing on Siak Regency society. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Total population of as many as 140 people Housewife (IRT), which actively participates in counseling BKKBN in Siak. The sample in this study amounted to 116 people were taken using sampling techniques according to Isaac and Michael. Measurement data using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression. The results showed that a significant difference between the credibility of the communicator (X) to the communicant consciousness (Y) on the importance of birth spacing with significant values (sig.) Is 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the proportion of the effects produced in this study is 0.534 or 53.4%. In other words, the credibility of the communicator (X) can affect consciousness communicant (Y) on the importance of spacing births is 53.4%.Keywords: Credibility, Communicators, Awareness, communicant, Birth

Abstract

This research was carried out among University Students of Riau. Phenomenon gambling poker on line among college student university of Riau Majors sociology. (1).how mechanism online gambling poker among students university of riau majors sociology(2). what is the impact online gambling poker among students university of riau majors sociology. This research is qualitative descriptive research. As for the sample in this study is University of Riau students who do and know gambling online poker. Because the number of students who do online gambling poker is unknown, hen in this study the authors in the sampling technique used on probability is Snowball Sampling technique by determining one or two informants to be interviewed further from the previous informants get informed next information. To collect research data using observation method, documentation, and in-depth interview using interview guideline in analyzing data of research result used qualitative analysis and in its writing described in descriptive. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the behavior of online gambling poker among students is caused by factors that are factors of longgars control of parents, profit factors, factors desire and friend factors that affect. And the impact of this online behavior is the health impact, lowered the spirit of learning,economy, personality and result in such deviant behavior that is lying, pawning goods as well as the positive impact of poker online gambling is that as entertainment.Keywords: Gambling, poker online, pekanbaru

Published Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number 217/Menhut-II/2007concerningthe Granting of Business License for Utilization of Forest Timber ForestProduct to PT. Lestari Unggul Makmur on 13 May 2007 covering 10,390 hectares inseven villages of Tebing Tinggi Timur Subdistrict after this natural forest which is theeyes of some communities become threatened because it will become the property ofcorporation that engaged in HTI.The theory used in this research is the concept of dynamics and social movementtheory. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, this research location inLukun Village, West Tohor River Village, Tohor River Village, Nipah Sendanu Village,Nipah Sendanu Village, Sendanu Darul Ihsan Village, Tanjung Sari Village and KepauBaru Village, Tebing Tinggi Timur Subdistrict, Meranti Island Regency. With the focusof research on the conflict betwween the seven villagers with PT. Lestari UnggulMakmur after the HTI licensing is issued in Tebing Tinggi Timur.Based on research conducted by the author in the field since 2009 PT. LestariUnggul Makmur (PT. LUM) in east Tebing Tinggi Sub-district of Meranti IslandRegency is granted a natural forest clearance license or Annual Working Pland (RKT)based on Directorate of Plantation Forest Development Decree No. 13/BPHT-3/2009on13 April 2009, 2,832 hectares with harvest targets of 262,873 M3 of natural timber,after which the community rejected the operation of PT. LUM in the community forestarea by conducting various protest actions to the Company, District Government,Provincial Goverment to the Central Covernment. The resistance movement begins withthe formation of the idea of resistance, collective actions such as demonstrations, selfimmolation,mouth sewing, statue-building actions and the efforts of these actions byusing the strategy of achieving the objectives of the resistance movement as united inthe action movement, depending on own strength, expansion of support andradicalization of movement. Conflict resolutionby the Goverment with mediation,negotiation, facilitation, conciliation, and yield resolution by revocationof HTI permitPT. LUM by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry SK444/Menlhk/Setjen/HPL.I/6/2016 and issued the Regulationof the Minister ofEnvironment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia NumberP.83/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/10/2016 Concerning Social Forestry as the basis ofthe Govement’s alignment with the people.Keywords : resistance movement, forest village, tebing tinggi timur.

Abstract

In July 2015, Indonesia announced import banned second-hand clothes fromSingapore. Indonesia claims that Singapore second-hand clothes has been unfairlyflooding the Indonesian markets with cheap clothes product, so that impact toIndonesian worker and Indonesia Textile industries. The focus of this research is toanalyze the real motif Indonesia import banned on second hand clothes fromSingapore.This research uses Political Economy Theory related to Internasional Tradetheory which has been revealed by Hesckher-Ohlin. This research is Qualitativeresearch which is used by library observation.The result of this research prove that there’s several reason owned Indonesia toimpose banned on second-hand clothes product from Singapore. In Permendag 51/2015declared that health issue and unfair price that can cause distruption to local industryis the main reasons..The effort of indonesian goverment in limiting import second clothe ofsingapore to indonesian is by determinating import duty tax toward the second clothe ofsingapore to indonesian limiting import quota toward the second clothe of singapore toprotect local textil,and the indonesian goverment throught the cooperation of interinstitution such as customs/coast guard/an indonesian National Armed forces to preventthe smuggling of second clothe of singapore.Keywords: effort,trade,second clothe,protectsionism
