Abstract

Bandar Kayangan lake is one of tourist attraction in Pekanbaru. The place is strategic, it’s not far away from center city of Pekanbaru and has facilities and infrastructure quite complete for a tourist attraction. Culture and tourism departement as direct manager Bandar Kayangan lake it seems can’t maximizing potentials Bandar Kayangan lake. Therefore researcher want to see how the management of Bandar Kayangan lake by by culture and tourism departement and obstacles that faced by culture and tourism departement in manage Bandar Kayangan lake.The purposes of this research are first, to know how the management of Bandar Kayangan Lake tourist attraction by culture and tourism departement Pekanbaru in 2017. Second, to know what the obstacles that faced by culture and tourism departement in manage Bandar Kayangan lake in 2017. The method of this research is qualitatif. Technic of data collection is indepth interview and documentation. While data analize did by describe the data that got,then analized with explanations so it can answer research formula.`the result of this research to show manage Bandar Kayangan lake, culture and tourism departement can’t maximizing it, seem from the plans can’t do them,and control is weak,it caused by regulations that adjust tourist attraction specially Bandar Kayangan lake are nothing, limititation of budget on manage Bandar Kayangan lake and limitations of human resources especially Technical Service Unit Depatment Bandar Kayangan lake that direct manage Bandar Kayangan lake.Keywords: Management, Government Management, Bandar Kayangan Lake

Abstract

Hospitality is one of the important components that can support the development of theworld of tourism. The Hospitality Industry is one of the industries that play animportant role in the economic development and the world of tourism in Indonesia.service is any action or desire which may be offered by one party to another, essentiallyintangible and does not result in any ownership. And a sense of fun given to others whoaccompanied hospitality and ease in meeting the needs of consumers.This research was conducted in Grand Zuri Kota Dumai.Jl Jend. Sudirman No. 88,Dumai City, Bintan Village, Dumai City District, Dumai City. This hotel is chosen as aplace of research because in it has the quality of service that visitors need when visitingthis hotel.This study aims to determine the response of visitors to the quality of service at theGrand Hotel Zuri Dumai City. This research uses quantitative descriptive method toprocess the data obtained in the field through interviews, all the information collectedand studied to become a unified whole (Kusuma and Sugono 2000). As for the sample inresearch sebanyan 100 respondents, data collection techniques used are observations,interviews, questionnaires, using Likert scale as a measuring tool. Abstract

This Study aimed to describe the influence of organizational climate and job loyalty to organizational citizenship behavior at the RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru. Organizational climate ²as variable (X1), job loyalty as variabel (X2), and organizational citizenship behavior as variabel (Y). The menthod in this research is descriptive and quntitative using SPSS 21, Where the sample use are 68 nurses performed byproportionate stratified random sampling method and data collection technique through questionnaires.From the results of the data analysis that includes a test of validity, reability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, test t, and test f.So it can be concluded that organizational climte has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, job loyalty has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on nurse RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, organizational climate and job loyalty have significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior on nurse RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence diversification and product quality to costumer satisfactiont. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 100 respondens and techniques used pusposive sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by costumers. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that product diversification has a significant impact on costumer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant impact on costumer satisfaction. And then simultaneously diversification and product quality have a significant impact on costumer satisfaction. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researcing costumer satisfaction, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents.Keywords: Diversification, Product Quality, And Costumer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain why Indonesia cooperate in defense with Pakistan in order to improve defense and security. Indonesia has a very large area, both land, air and sea, and flanked by two oceans and two continents. Many countries with great power in the world have influence in the region. Thus, Indonesia's security level must be strong to maintain the sovereignty of its territory.The perspective used in this study is realism with Donald E. Nuechterlein national interest theory. The data used is secondary data, which comes from books, journals, mass media and internet websites. Research method is library research by analyzing data from above sources.The results of this study show that the national interests of Indonesia are achieved in defense cooperation with Pakistan. Improving the quality of army personnel, improved relations with Pakistan especially in the defense sector.Keywords : defence cooperate, national interest, memorandum of understading

Abstract

This reseach aim to determine employee satisfaction at Turi Beach Resort Batam. Which consists of seven dimensions which are reward, jobitself, promotion opportunity, supervision, co-worker, job condition and job security. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population of this research is all staff of food and beverage service department at Turi Beach Resort Batam. In this study the researchers did not use the sample, because in this study the researchers used all members of the population of 34 people’s. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) or analysis of the level of importance and performance or employee satisfaction is done by comparing expectations and reality of the responses of respondents. Based on the research conducted, the results of data processing showed a higher expectation rate compared to the reality level, where all the average show the level of satisfaction between reality and expectations of respondents smaller than 100%, with percentage 88.00% then in the interpretation of satisfaction level according to the IPA method is not satisfactory.Keyword: Work satisfaction, employee, F&BService

Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the influence of liquidity, salesgrowth and dividend policy on stock prices. Where independent variable in this research isliquidity, sales growth and dividend policy and while the dependent variable is stock price. Thesample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of consumer goodscompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010 until 2014.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Sampling usingcensus techniques. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and testof coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis withSPSS 20.The results of this study indicate that partial liquidity variable (t test) has a positive andsignificant effect on stock prices, while sales growth and dividend variables negatively affectstock prices in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Simultaneous test results (F) show the influence of liquidity variables, sales growth and dividendpolicy on stock prices on consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: liquidity, sales growth, dividend policy and stock price

Abstract

This research describes the effort of government of Pekanbaru toward the competitions of micro and small bussiness in Asean Economic Community in 2016. Asean Economic Community are one of modells economic integrations to create a common market in Southeast Asia regions. Micro and small business are one of micro economic modells in Indonesia that have big potency for economic growth in Indonesia.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the effort of government of Pekanbaru toward the competitions of micro and small bussiness in Asean Economic Community. The theories applied in this research are neoliberalism perspective with the globalization theory by Robert W Cox.The research shows that the effort of government of Pekanbaru toward the competitions of micro and small bussiness in Asean Economic Community are by controlling and supervised. Some steps are have done by government of Pekanbaru are doing socializations of Asean Economic Community, give a supervised, held a consultations bussiness and controlling by create a bureaucrations for investations in Pekanabru city.Key words: asean, economic community, invest and micro small business

Abstract

This research conducted PTPN V Sei Buatan have location District Of Dayun Sub-Province of Siak Area Mount II Siak Sri Indrapura. This Research aim to know the effecy of supervision and performance appraisal on work productivity Of Shares Produce PTPN V Sei Buatan.In this research method the used quantitative descriptive with program of SPSS ver. 23 windows for. Population in this research employees part of production PTPN V Sei Buatan ( Palm Oil Mill) Kampung of Sawit Permai District Of Dayun Sub-Province of Siak amounting to 58 employees. Sampel this research taken by using method of Simple Random sampling that is amounting to 58 employees. Analysis which used in this research that is Test validity, Test reabilitas, Analyse Linear Regresi Modestly, Analyse Doubled Regresi Liner, Analysis of Determinasi, t test and F test.From result of examination which indicate that supervision have an effect on signifikan to prouktivitas work employees, performance appraisal have an effect on signifikan to employees work productivity, and also supervision and performance appraisal have an effect on by simultan to employees work productivity. Result of calculation known R Squre represent coefficient of determinasi and obtained value of R Squre equal to 0,438. Its meaning, observation and performanc appraisal influence employees work productivity equal to 43,80%.Keyword : supervision, Performance appraisal, Employees work productivity

Abstract

The main obstacle in the implementation of good public services in Indonesia is the bureaucratic pathology that is still felt by the community for the treatment received from government officials. To overcome the bureaucratic pathology, policies are needed that must be carried out consistently by each apparatus and society together. This research is about the forms of existing bureaucratic pathology and government efforts to overcome the bureaucratic pathology. This research was conducted with the aim to find out the forms of bureaucratic pathology and efforts to overcome the bureaucratic pathology in making E-KTP which was carried out in the Tapung District Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) in 2016. The main problem in this research is that there is still maladministration such as illegal charges made by the E-KTP maker and the low responsiveness of the E-KTP maker in providing services to the community. The theory used in this study is bureaucratic pathology.Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that; first, the service for making E-KTP in the Population and Civil Registration UPTD in Tapung Sub-district is still not running optimally because there are still a number of officers who carry out illegal levies. In addition there is still discrimination in service or differences in services provided by the officers to the community and the responsiveness or skills of officers who are still low. Secondly, the efforts made to overcome the bureaucratic pathology that occurred in the Population and Civil Registration UPTD in Tapung Subdistrict were carried out in a structured manner, namely a friendly culture in government-oriented services as a provider to the needs of the community as users need to be further enhanced and important in influencing the level of satisfaction of the community where the service is equitable and without discriminating status and position which is supported by the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure in the service of population administration, in a fast and appropriate service in accordance with a predetermined time.Keywords: Bureaucratic Pathology, Bureaucracy, Service
