Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of experiental marketing and brand trust of the customer loyalty on RM. Pak Datuk Dumai. Samples in this study were taken as many as 100 respondents and techniques used Accidental Sampling. The data in this study using survey methods through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires and then processed to then tested by statistics by SPSS program. The results of analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significance test (t test), and simultaneous significant test (Test F) so that it can be seen that experiental marketing, variables influence customer loyalty variable and brand trust variable influence to customer loyalty variable. Experiental marketing variable and brand trust variable influence simultaneously to customer loyalty. The calculation results are known R square is the coefficient of determination and obtained R Squarevalue of 0,199. That is, experiental marketing and brand trust affects to customer loyalty by 19,9%.Keywords: Experiental Marketing, Brand Trust and customer loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted in a new VizCake store located in Jalan JendralSudirman No. 418 Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is not achieving company’ssales target in the last five years and the percentage of achievement of sales targetdecrease in three consecutive years and the least increase of buyer number, this isallegedly influenced by consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study is todetermine the effect of product quality, price, promotion, and distribution of new VizCakestore.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative by using SPSSprogram. Population in this study are consumers who buy VizCake products thatamounted to 31,879 consumers. Samples taken based on menthod using slovin formulathat is 100 responden and menthod of collecting data using questioner.This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of products, price,promotion, and distribution of consumer buying interest. Technique used AccidentalSampling, data obtained by using simple regression analysis and multiple regressionanalysis. The results of this study indicate product quality, price, promotion, anddistribution have a positive and significant impact on consumer buying interest.Keywords : product quality, price, promotion, distribution, and consumer buyinginterest.

Abstract

Infrastructure of public transport service for public transportation in the route is a public transportation supporting infrastructure for people having fixed origin and destination, fixed trajectory, and fixed or unscheduled schedule for transportation service of person providing certainty, comfortable and safe with general route. However, the condition of the transportation service infrastructure of the person is still found the existence of the bus stop in the damaged condition so it is not feasible to be used, the limitation of special dismissal signs, the use of terminal terminal for selling that disturb the traffic of public transport service in the route.The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of infrastructure and supporting factors and the inhibition of public transportation service of people in the trajectory by the Department of Transportation Pekanbaru City in 2016. The research method used qualitative descriptive method with data collection instrument include interview, documentation study related to research purposes.The results of the study illustrate that the improvement of public transport service infrastructure in the public transportation route by the Department of Transportation Pekanbaru City in 2016 that Pekanbaru City Budgets for service facilities focused on improvement or rehabilitation. However, it is not yet optimal in monitoring or traveling officers to check the condition of the shelters, signs regularly so that damages can be repaired immediately and there are signs that the placement is not strategic or covered trees or cover the view, and terminal land used for traders selling. Supporting factors of human resources in quality and quantity in accordance with the required, structural that has been in accordance with the basic tasks and functions of Dishub Pekanbaru. While the inhibiting factors are budget constraints, user behavior of infrastructure, and not optimal monitoring and coordination with related intansi (SATPOL PP) Pekanbaru in curbing traders who sell on terminal land.Key Words : Infrastruktur Pelayanan, Angkutan Orang, Pelayanan Angkutan

Abstract

The growing need for non-formal education services in the midst of society, the various components of society feel compelled to participate in setting up the CLC. CLC held aims to provide non-formal education as an enhancer, substitutes and complements formal education for citizens who need the knowledge, skills, life skills, develop self strive for independence, and or continuing education a higher level of community empowerment. Therefore, the principle of CLC is of, by, and for the public formulation of the problem in this study what factors are affecting the community learning center (CLC) Gasib Beautiful in District Koto Gasib Siak 2016 and barriers?The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors that affect the community learning center (CLC) Gasib Beautiful in District Koto Gasib Siak 2014 and resistance. The technique used to collect data in this study were (1) Interviews (2) Documentation.The conclusion of this study is Based on the research that has been done Concerning Factors That Affect Community Learning Center (CLC) Case Study: CLC Gasib Beautiful In District Koto Gasib Siak In 2014 researchers were able to conclude that, coaching is done by the District Head, Department of Education and Culture, PKBM against Community Learning Center is not maximized. Abstract

Currently the competition in tourism industry is getting tighter. One of the tour and travelcompanies which is named Laena Tur Pekanbaru also faces an intense competition in Pekanbaru withvarious competitors bith online company and fellow tour and travel company. Therefore, this studyaims to describe the marketing strategy (Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning) in Laena tourPekanbaru and describe its implementation. The research’s data was collected through interviews withthe management including employees. The result of research shows that Laena Tour Pekanbaru is usingsegmenting base such as geografic segmenting, demografic segmenting, psikografic segmenting. Interms of targeting, Laena Tour Pekanbaru uses determination different target market and focus onumrah and haji product. Abstract

DPMPTSP Pekanbaru city is an institution that is engaged in public services within the scope of administrative services namely licensing serving and non-licencing. the service organized by DPMPTSP Pekanbaru city has been awarded almost every year and has been awarded as a role model public service in 2017. So, the purpose of this research to analyze public service that become best practice in the Department of Investment and Integrated One Stop Service Pekanbaru.The research is using the concept of best practice quoting from Eko Prasojo (20014:4), which explains that there are 3 indicators namely Impact, Partnership, and Sustainability. This research uses qualitative research metdod with descriptive data analysis and data analysis technique using interactive model (interactively model) from Milles and Huberman (1984) cited in Sugiyono (2014). In collecting the data the researcher using interview technique, observation, and documentation. The results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of public service best practice in DPMPTSP Pekanbaru City has explained various innovations in public services. There are four innovations namely. (1) innovation prevention corruption public service that can realize clean and transparent service. (2) Innovation of capacity building of the apparatus, this innovation can improve employee morale and discipline. (3) Commitment, in this case commitment in the implementation of public services, related to service mechanism, facilities and infrastructure, and facilities. (4) Innovation of service quality improvement, this innovation related to electronic mobile service system renewal, although the community has not much know about it technically the system is ready. Therefore, the importance of socialization and promotion of service systems to determine the level of understanding of the community. The innovations have been implemented can lead to a service that can contribute positively to the community so as to create a satisfactory service for the community.Key word: Innovation, Public Service, Best Practice, One Stop Service.

Abstract

The study was motivated by a single orginal show.The phenomenon occurred in the Village Koto Sipopak, Tanjung Baru District, Tanah Datar Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the understanding of the community against porn action performances orgen tunggal music, Knowing the Impact caused by Orgen Tunggal music performance. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. the sample in this research using proposif sampling method. The result of this research is the perception of society to single organs which is considered as a form of deviation from social norm, culture, even religion. On the other hand it becomes part of society, whose presence is needed both for the visitors. Nor the owner and artist elekton who expect to get additional tips from the audience other than that he got from the job given the owner of elekton. The impact of the presence of organ tunggal music varies between them. There is a shift in values and norms prevailing in the local area. May impair the moral formation of children because single orgen music performances are held in open areas without any restrictions. Abstract

The police can be defined as a civilian public which regulate rules and laws. Police in Indonesia recorded which have many kinds of development from the beginning of independence until today. But in real, society actually asses Police always do slow actions. Furthermore, some cases related to motorcycle crime in different areas that disturb the society. Polri certainly realized that the importance of improve their ability to persuade society, one of them through 86 program on Net. This research aims to determine the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myths on reality show 86 program, knowing representation of police to persuade society which is presented on reality show 86 program.This research uses qualitative research with approach of Roland Barthes semiotics analysis. The Subject in this research is scene on Reality show 86 program of NET production which cooperates with the Indonesian National Police. The data collection techniques through documentation and literature study. To achieve validity of data in this research, researcher uses triangulation technique.The results of this research showed that there are three corresponding meanings in Roland Barthes semiotics. The meaning of denotation on reality show 86 NET such as police behaviors on their duties in the society environment to eradicating motorcycle crime. The meaning of connotations on reality show programs in the form of actions conducted by the police to persuade society in facing many kind of problems that caused by motorcycle crime. The meaning of the myths on reality show program after it was published through a review of literature about police persuade society is Police are able to provide security, protection to society and unlike imagined that police only exist when criminality appear such as motorcycle crime and do not prevent criminality early. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL)RokanHulu located in Kunto Darussalam District of RokanHulu Regency. This study aims todetermine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance ofemployees of PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) RokanHulu.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS programver. 23for windows.The population in this research is all employees of production part of PT.EkaDura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) RokanHulu in Kunto Darussalam District RokanHuluRegency which amounted to 171 employees. The sample in this research is taken by usingproportional random sampling method that is 63 employees. Methods of data collectionusing questionnaires and free interviews. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysismethod with result of research that is Y= 4,165+0,176X1+0,505X2.The research that has been done show the result that the respondent's response toorganizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance in good category. Whilefor the T test that has been done shows that the variable of organizational culture and jobsatisfaction partially significant effect on employee performance.And F test results show thatsimultaneously organizational culture and job satisfaction employee. And for calculation ofcoefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of R Square equal to 0,713 to employeeperformance.This shows that organizational culture and job satisfaction give effect of 71,3%on employee performance, while the rest 28,7% influenced by other variable not examined inthis research.Keywords: Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction,Organizational Culture.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the campus of University of Riau on the students’ quadripleqic. The purpose of this study is to determine the motivation of college students to the lecture and to know the obstacles and limitations of college students in achieving a good learning achievement and how college students overcome these obstacles. This research was conducted on 5 students from 3 different faculties, namely FISIP, FKIP, and FAPERIKA. Data collection techniques used using observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Research conducted found that the motivation that pushed the 5 college students for the lecture consisted of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are they are not pessimistic with the condition, and for external factors researchers found several factors, namely; (1) parental support, (2) better future / life pland, (3) bidisuises scholarship, (4) specialization majors / interest major, (5) high confidence, (6) do not want to like friends in village which is not lecture and his life is not clear (so burden with his parents). For the obstacles they encounter, each student has different obstacles, depending on his condition and. Researchers found that the 5 student are able to overcome the obstacles they encounter obstacles, although to overcome these obstacles they are very dependent on others.Keyword: College Sudents, Obstacles
