Abstract

In achieving the vision of Pekanbaru City in 2012-2017 "Realizing Pekanbaru as a Metropolitan City that is Madani", the Pekanbaru city government brought up the idea of a Plenary Mosque. To support this vision, the Pekanbaru city government set the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 16 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Management of the Pekanbaru City Plenary Mosque. To see the Pekanbaru City government policy regarding the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation, the researchers want to see the Implementation of the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 16 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Al-Ukhwah Plenary Mosque Management in Air Putih Village, Tampan District In 2017,This study aims to (1) to describe the Implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 16 of 2017 Regarding the Al-Ukhwah Plenary Mosque Management Group in Air Putih Village, Tampan District In 2017 (2) to find out the inhibiting factors Implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 16 of 2017 Regarding the Al-Ukhwah Plenary Mosque Management Agency in Air Putih Village, Tampan District In 2017. The location of the research was conducted at the Al-Ukhwah Plenary Mosque Air Putih Village. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique is done by qualitative data analysis.The results of the study the Implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 16 of 2017 Regarding the Al-Ukhwah Plenary Mosque Management Group in Air Putih Village, Tampan District In 2017 has not run optimally at Al-Ukhwah Plenary Mosque Air Putih Village seen from the management of the Plenary Mosque program that has been carried out namely in the field of Idarah (Mosque management) is still not optimal and complete, Imarah(Prosperity of the mosque) the number of worshipers is still small, activities have not been well realized, Ri'ayah (mosque facility maintenance) there are still many damaged mosque facilities. The inhibiting factor is the lack of communication between the responsible party and the management body itself, limited budget funds only for operational salaries, lack of infrastructure facilities there are still many mosque facilities that are damaged and lack of supervision carried out by the City government and the District as supervisors of the Plenary Mosque of the Village.Kata Kunci : Implementation, Policy, Management

Abstract

Utilizing social media instagram in making sales is not an easy thing, given the seller does not face each other in making sales transactions. An @vapormaxpku account is an account that sells electric cigarettes on instagram social media. The misappropriation of social instagram matures has made sales increase. This shows that social media instagram offers a large enough business opportunity. This study aims to determine the use of instagram as a medium of communication in increasing sales promotion vapormaxpku, the use of instagram as a medium of marketing transactions in increasing sales Vapormaxpku as well as the use of instagram as Business media Vapormaxpku account. This study used qualitative research methods. Research subjects consist of Owner Vapormaxpku, 1 person Employee, 1 persons Customer using instagram and follow Vapormaxpku account selected by using purposive technique. Data collection is done through interview, observation and documentation. To test the validity of data writer used extension method of participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Instagram utilization as a communication medium is vapormax utilizing social media to communicate with the public, customers and business associates. Vapormax Makes social media instagram as a means of promoting Vapormaxpku so as to reach the public more broadly. (2) Instagram utilization as marketing transaction medium. Instagram usage can advertise for free and does not need to cost this way more effectively for marketing of the product, and simplify the introduction of the brand directly that makes consumers curious about the product, the process of marketing instagram has interesting features and can affect its users in the application and make it easier for its marketing. and (3) Instagram utilization as a business medium. The use of instagram can be used as a means of delivering information on vapormaxpku products to consumers, from which the information will produce a useful interaction to attract the interest of consumers and prospective consumers. Abstract

Sales promotion is one of the elements of marketing communication that has an influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The growing number of online shopping sites in this new media era, sales promotion which is a marketing communication element has been widely used by online shopping sites. One of the online shopping sites is Elevenia, is an online shop that quite often do sales promotion. The theory used in this research is S-R theory. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence sales promotion of consumer purchasing decisions online sales sites Elevenia.This study uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques that is through a questionnaire using google docs online to consumers online sale and purchase sites Elevenia with a sample of 96 which is determined through the unknow population calculation. Data analysis technique in this research using explanation technique intended to explain a generalization of sample to its population or explain relationship, difference, or influence of a variable with others.Based on these results, the influence of sales promotion on consumer purchasing decision Elevenia online sale sites obtained regression coefficient value in this study is Y = 17.286 + 0.542 X the constant number (a) of 17.286 and the coefficient of keputsan 0.542 while t count 7,400 bigger if in comparison with t table 1.986, with a significance level of 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05. That is, there is the influence of sales promotion on consumer purchasing decisions online sales sites Elevenia. From the calculation results obtained coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.368, which implies that the influence of free variables (sales promotion) to the dependent variable (purchase decision) is equal to 36.8% with low category, while the remaining 63.2% other factors beyond the variables studied. which is not mentioned in this study, thus Ha is rejected and Ho accepted.Keywords: Sales Promotion, Consumer Purchasing Decisions, Elevenia Online Site

Abstract

Advertisement with humor attraction are often become a popular ads. Ads with humor attraction are used for the purpose of attracting the audience, and making the recipient of the message become in a positive mood, so the probability of receiving messages is better and would be greater. This is used by Bukalapak, which is one of the biggest e-commerce companies in Indonesia, where they consistently used the humor attraction in every ads they have been made, it is considered good enough seen by the positive response from audiences and some of the awards that they get in the advertising. Advertisement represents the company as a media of communication, indirectly can create a perception about the company in audiences mind. This perception that will become an image or brand image. Brand image is the result of a consumer's view or judgment of a brand whether it is good or bad. This is become the underlying researcher, which want to know if there is an effect between the humor attraction in the advertisement of Bukalapak "Nego Cincai" edition on youtube to brand image of Bukalapak.The theory that used in this study is theory S-R. The method that used in this study is a quantitative explanation method. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The number of sample in this study are 100 respondents, and using random sampling for choosing respondens. To influence the two variables, researcher used a simple linear regression analysis. As for processing the questionnaire test, is used the Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 25.Based on a simple linear regression to the research effect of humor attraction in advertation at youtube to brand image of Bukalapak, the regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 8,992 + 0,415 X with a significant level of 0,00 that smaller than α = 0.05. It mean there is an effect of humor attraction in advertation at youtube to brand image of Bukalapak, the effect takes 38,6 %, and it is in low influence category. The remaining 61.4% is effected by other variables that are not included in this research. That percentages number show that advertisement with humor attraction can effect the brand image, but its not the only way for companies to create positive image for their brand or product, there is other factors that need to be considered to create brand image. And with these results, so in this study found that H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Keywords: Advertising, Attraction in advertisement, Humor attraction, Brand image

Abstract

Health workers have an important role to improve the quality of maximum health services to the community so that the community is able to increase awareness, willingness and ability to live healthy as referred to in the opening of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. in the provision of health personnel in accordance with the needs of the community through the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 75 of 2014, the Ministry of Health sets the standard number of health workers in each community health center and regional public hospitals so that the implementation of health services runs optimally in accordance with their workload. The formulation of the problem of this research is why the application of the health minister's regulation No. 75 of 2014 concerning community health centers has not run optimally in the the big village of the city Health Center. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that inhibit the application of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 75 of 2014 in the Village Village Health Center in Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu District in 2016. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative.Based on the results of the study, it shows that the City Municipal Puskemas does not currently apply Ministerial Regulation No. 75 of 2014 concerning Public Health Centers with the unavailability of dentists, medical laboratory experts and administrative personnel. Ideally, a broad working area should be supported by the availability of health workers who can serve the community optimally. The health office and health center in this case do not establish good communication causing the shortage of health workers needed by the community not quickly handled then the socialization of the Ministerial Regulation in the City Village Health Center is not implemented optimally.Keywords: Application of Regulations, Regulation of the Minister of Health..

Abstract

This research was conducted in Riau University, the purpose of this research is to know and analyze The Strategy Social Adaptation of Papua Students Recipients of Scholarship Afirmasi Dikti in Riau University. This research is Qualitative research which analyzed descriptively, and instrument of data is observation and interview. The theory used in this research is Bourdieuw theory. In this study of informants there are eight people. Sampling technique is Snowball Sampling the result of the research on the informants explained that the students of papua who studied at the university Riau able to adapt to the campus environment by learning to accept and follow the rules, approach to friends and also lecturers, and their friends always help when they have trouble in following lesson, and their friends always helpful when experiencing difficulties in terms of communicating, so that papua students are able to adapt in Riau UniversityKeywords : Strategy,Adaptation, Papua Students.

Abstract

Political parties play a very important role in a democratic system. Political parties are important institutions in efforts to increase women's representation in politics. The low representation of women in politics and the low commitment of political parties in empowering women cadres is an interesting issue to study. This is due to the process of screening, screening and the determination of candidates for political office in the hands of the party. The condition of women's representation in the legislature is inseparable from the internal situation of political parties, especially the issue of recruitment and regeneration.This study aims to determine the pattern of cadre carried out by the DPD of the Golkar party and the PKB DPW in Riau Province in the period 2009-2014 and to find out the supporting factors and inhibitors of cadre carried out by the two major parties towards internal party cadres, especially for women cadres in an effort to strengthen quality of politics and increasing representation of women in the political world, especially in the legislature. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive types of research. This method aims to get a true picture of the implementation of the regeneration function held by the DPD of the Golkar Party and the DPW of the Riau Province National Awakening Party, especially for women cadres. The method used is the interview method, and documentation of the data obtained is analyzed carefully.The results obtained in this study are 1) There is no specific distinction between recruiting new members and recruitment of legislative candidates conducted both in the Golkar party and PKB for female cadres and male cadres, both of which are open. 2) In terms of regeneration, the Golkar party tends to be more active in carrying out regeneration activities compared to PKB in 2009-2014. 3) To carry out regeneration for women cadres inside the Golkar party formed a wing organization called the Golkar Party Women's Union while PKB formed an Autonomous Agency called Perempuan Bangsa. 4) The main obstacle in this cadre is that the system of the party in question is still not well planned, both regarding cadre and funding instruments so that the impact on the implementation of regeneration is less than optimal.Keywords: Women's Cadreization, Political Parties, Legislative

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the quality of service Tour Leader to consumers in PT. Mandiri Tour & Travel pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to examine the issues in the lift. The sample in this study were 60 respondents. While data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews, documentation. By using Likert scale as a measuring tool to determine the short length of the interval. From the results of research conducted, it appears that the quality of service employees Tour Leader at PT. Mandiri Tour and Travel Pekanbaru is pretty good, but in the dimensions of responsivenes there are still complaints of consumers.Keywords: Service Quality, Tour Leader

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru. The aim of the research is to see how cooperation relationships between florist board entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru. The sample technique is Random Sampling. The writer use to quantitative descriptive methods and the data instrument are observations, questionnaire, and documentation. That the relationships of social cooperation among the florist board entrepreneurs is Mediocre, which is marked by cooperation in providing loans either money or things to helped who are full order or minimal order to other florist board. That the strategy in maintaining the florist board for entrepreneurs is Poor, which is marked by the existence of competition in getting the order, so that will cause the florist board in Pekanbaru to suffer and difficulty, and then the relationships florist board in Pekanbaru is Good. That the competition between florist board in Pekanbaru Is Fair, which is marked if the florist board entrepreneur sustained full order, so they will be to take over to others florist board entrepreneurs.Key words: cooperation, competition, florist board entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Birth Certificate is a certify document of the status and birth event of a person issued by the Birth and Death Section Population and Civil Registration of Siak Regency.The purpose of the research for the knowing the performance of the employee Birth and Death Section Population and Civil Registration Departement Siak Regency in the birth certificate accomplishment service and to know the factors that influence it.Indicators of the research is performance indicators by Hasibuan (2014:22) is: Job Achievement, Discipline, Creativity, Cooperation, Capability, and Responsibility. This research method used descriptive qualitative research type. Informations of the research is, Head of Civil and Registration, Head of Birth and Death Section, Employee of Birth and Death Section, people has accomplishment service birth certificate and people has not accomplishment service birth certificate. Technique of collecting data in this research is by interview, observation and documentation.The result of this research idicate the performance of the Employee Birth and Death Section Population and Civil Registration Departement Siak Regency in birth certificate accomplishment service is good seen froom indicator of job achievement, discipline, capability, cooperation and responsibility but still needed improvement in creativity indicator. So from that needed improvement in performance employee of Birth and Death Section Population and Civil Registration Siak Regency. So that later increasing ownership birth certificate in Siak Regency.Key Word: Performance of Employee, Birth Certificate, Birth and Death Section
