Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the level of bank health in private banks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011-2015 using RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital).This research is descriptive research, data collection method used is by method of documentation. Measurement method of health level by using ratio as indicator of NPL, IER, LDR, NPM, ROA, CAR in financial report as secondary data.The results of the research were obtained that the assessment of bank soundness by the RGEC method was seen from the risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital factors in the 2014-2015 period. In 2014-2015, it was seen from the risk profile factor that it was in a very healthy condition (PK-1) with an average value of 86.67%. Judging from the factors of good corporate governance in 2014 was in a healthy condition (PK-2) with an average value of 13.99% NPM ratio, in 2015 was in a healthy condition (PK-2) with an average value of 15 NPM ratios , 69% on. Judging from the earnings factor in 2014, it was in a healthy condition (PK-2) with an average ROA ratio of 1.80%, in 2015 it was in a healthy condition (PK-2) with an average ROA ratio of 1.87 %. Judging from the capital factor in 2014 was in a very healthy condition (PK-1) with an average CAR ratio of 15.05%, in 2015 it was in very healthy condition (PK-1) with an average CAR ratio amounting to 15.77%.Keywords: Bank Health Level, RGEC Method, NPL, IER, LDR, NPM, ROA, CAR

Abstract

The Program Talkshow Rumah Uya is a television program that discusses about the life of romance, friendship, and family. The problem raised in this program comes from the audience in the House who is more dominant about lovers couple's problems. Rumah Uya's program is packed with light, contemporary concept, and raises stories close to young people, indicating the program has teenage segmentation, so the program certainly has an influence on the antisocial behavior of the teenager. In The Cultivation Theory emphasizes how the impact achieved from a person when consuming media. The purpose of this research is to know whether there is influence between Impressions Program Talkshow Rumah Uya in Trans7 to Antisocial Behavior of Teenagers in Town Pekanbaru and how big influence between Impressions Program Talkshow Rumah Uya in Trans7 to Antisocial Behavior of Teenagers in Town PekanbaruThe method used in this research is quantitative explanative. The data were collected using questionnaires. The research was conducted at Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study amounted to 166 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The analysis test used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and to process the questionnaire data, done by using program SPSS for Windows version 20.The results obtained from simple linear regression analysis in this study is determination between Impressions Program Talkshow Rumah Uya in Trans7 to Antisocial Behavior Teens in Pekanbaru City and the amount of determination between Impressions Program Talkshow Rumah Uya in Trans7 to Antisocial Behavior Teenagers in Pekanbaru is equal to 22.6% which is categorized as weak, while the rest is influenced by other factors not present in this study.Keywords: Impressions, Talkshow, Rumah Uya, Antisocial Behaviour, Teenagers

Abstract

Law no. 37 of 2008 on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia clearly stipulates the duties and authority of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia namely to receive and complete reports on alleged Mal - Administration in the provision of public services. Lack of public awareness, the extent of illegal levies is a description of the current state of bureaucracy in Indonesia. Parking management is one of the social phenomenon in Bukittinggi City which is in need of government attention. The purpose of this research is to know how the forms and factors that influence the emergence of Mal - Administration and what efforts are made to overcome Mal - Administration in the management of parking in Bukittinggi City. The concept of theory used is Mal - Administration theory by Nigro and Nigro, namely dishonesty, bad behavior, ignoring the law, and favoritism in interpreting the law. This research uses qualitative research method with case study approach and data assessment is desktiptif. Technique of collecting data through interview technique, observation, library study and documentation by using purposive sampling method in informant selection. The result of the research is that the management of parking in Bukittinggi City needs to be maximized again, it is shown that the obligation and responsibility of parking management management has not been able to be implemented properly, the perception and the public response to the management of parking area need to be improved.Keywords: Mal – Administration, Parking Management, Public Service

Abstract

Data communication system website (siskomdat) is one of the new media websites in Indonesia. Website siskomdat is not only effective as a communication tool, but also effective as a medium for disseminating information either general or specific information. One of the users who use siskomdat.ptpn5.co.id website is PT. Nusantara V artificial river gardens which this website is used as a medium for disseminating job information online. The theory used is the S-M-C-R theory, source, media, channel and resource. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the level of effectiveness of communication between PT Nusantara V artificial river gardens through the website Siskomdat.ptpn5.co.id as a medium of information.This study uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques namely through distributing questionnaires directly to employees of PT. Nusantara V plantation artificial river gardens with a sample number of 205 which was determined through random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical techniques.The results of this study indicate that the level of communication effectiveness of PT Nusantara V artificial river gardens through the Data Communication System website (Siskomdat) as an information medium is very effective. This is seen from the results of data processing based on six indicators, each indicator reaches a scale of 3.64 on the indicator receiver (receiver), scale 3.53 on the format indicator, scale 3.53 on the timekeeping indicator (timing), scale 3 , 51 on the message source indicator (source), scaling at 3.45 on the content message indicator, and scaling 3.39 on the channel indicator (media). So that the conclusions obtained by using the average formula of all indicators is 3.50 which is included in a very effective scale range. This shows that the website Siskomdat.ptpn5.co.id is a very effective media as a medium for the dissemination of job information at PT. Nusantara V plantation artificial river gardens.

Abstract

Based on the decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 Year 2000 on the National Ombudsman Commission stating that community empowerment through their participation in supervision will ensure the implementation of an honest, clean, transparent, free corruption and nepotism state. The Ombudsman as an oversighting independent institution is expected to remain in place for the administration of an Ombudsman State to move quickly towards a better government (Good Government).But the problems that occur that supervision has not been done effectively, which can be seen the implementation of supervision is still a passive and there are still many unresolved reports. This study aims to determine how the implementation of supervision of public services and factors - factors that influence the implementation of supervision by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (ORI) Riau Province Representative. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach by using key method of informant with data collection technique using interview, observation, and documentation.The conclusion obtained from the results of this study indicates that the Oversight of Public Services by ORI Representative of Riau Province has not been effective, it can be seen from many reports from the unresolved community and ombudsman only give sanction in the form of suggestion or recommendation to institution that do deviation. Factors that affect, among others: human resources must continue to be added to the number and improve quality, placement of appropriate budget usage so that the supervision process can run well.Keywords: Supervision, Public Service, Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

This study, which is substantiated simultaneously in rural elections in 2016, according to Law No. 6 of 2014 Village. Penghulu elections are held at the same time as Bay Kepenghuluan Piyai Kubu District Rokan Hilir. At the time of the elections, the community's non-selective behavior was very high. Based on the background of the problem, the study aims to determine the reasons for Gulf Kepenghuluan communities mimilih no Piyai Kubu district Rokan Hilir on village headquarters at the same time in 2016. The research approach is used in this paper qualitative. Data mining is primary and secondary data. The data was collected on research information materials and documents. The data was analyzed in a descriptive manner.These findings suggest that socio-economic factors at higher education levels, as well as the causes of human behavior, have only been found by a few informants, and the majority of non-voters have caused low levels of education, low economic. Various perceptions make people more concerned with piyai rooms, such as work, rather than participating in the prince elections. Judging by the public psychological factors in the Gulf Kepenghuluan Piyai people tend to choose where the absence of emotional relationships with the potential prince, and high indifference to political activity that causes prejudice on the choices of the prince as something useless. It looks like a rational choice for factor people who are not allowed to vote because they consider going to choose the benefits and benefits. Thus, they are more concerned about job issues than at the polling station. Judging by the political confidence factor, people do not vote because it does not believe the government's performance kepenghuluan bay piyai and do not believe the mayor's nominee, so that the public is more concerned with the job, rather than going to the choice of the Prince of the Gulf of Kepenghuluan Piyai 2016.KEYWORDS: Not choosing behavior, choice of directors

Abstract

The phenomenon of singular single organs is not only in the capital, but has penetrated to the area. Being a singular single singer is not an easy thing, given that singular singular singing is a rare job by society because it is considered low and full of freedom. There is still a great deal of opposition to work as singular singles singles are very influential on the concept of self-singular single orgen singer itself. This study aims to determine the physiological aspects,psychological aspects, psycho-sociological aspects, and psycho-ethical and moral aspects of the formation of self-concept single orgen singing in Kecamatan Ukui Pelalawan District.This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The subjects consisted of five single dangdut singer singers selected using the snowball technique. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques based on the Miles and Huberman cycles include data collection, data reduction,data organization, and conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the five informants of research have similarities, namely having a self-concept that tends to be positive. Physiologically they both looked positively at her appearance, and assumed that her physical being was no different from anyone else. Psychologically, the informant has a negative self-concept, because he sees himself as unhappy, pessimistic, unable to control himself and has various shortcomings. Psycho-sociologically, informants have a positive self-concept, although they work as singular singular singers, but they still have the confidence to interact with their social environment. And psycho-ethically the concept of singular single singleton singer also tends to be positive, because they still put forward ethical and moral values and do deeds.Keywords: Self-concept, Singular, Orgen Singing

Abstract

This research was conducted in Korong Koto Panjang Nagari III Koto South Aur MalintanG in IV Koto Aur Malintang District Padang Pariaman Regency. The purpose of this research is to know wahat are the Sacred and Profane objects as well as the society and the implementation of the praying ritual in Surau Lansek. The technique of determining samples by purposive samples and determine the number of samples of 7 (seven) people. The method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative research method and data instrument is observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of research, the writer knows Surau Lansek as magical Surau and there are sacred object as pole “macu”, shells, and biliak tuangku hitam and profane a kolah and paluang. The arrival of the people to this surau to release his intention or pay his vows in the form of money, rice. Rice, and a goat and holding ritual pray together with burning incense then continued with eating together and the community in question is a visitor who come more than five times. Religious behavior of people believe in the surau from ancestors first and afraid of arrogance because this has become a habit of the community for generations in IV Koto Aur Malintang district.Keywords : Surau Lansek, Sacred, Profane, and Behavior

Abstract

This research discusses about “Donald Trump’s policy withdraw Paris Agreement (COP-21) 2015”. The purpose is this research is to find out why Donald Trump withdraw from paris agreement. The Paris Agreement’s central aim is to strengthen the global response to the threat of climate change by keeping a global temperature rise this century well below 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels and to pursue efforts to limit the temperature increase even further to 1.5 degrees Celsius. Donald Trump pull out from the paris agreement because three factors, individu of Donald Trump, oil, gas, and coal companys, and republican party.This is qualitative research which used descriptive explanative methods, and collecting datas from books, journals, articles, mass media, official ublications and relevant websites. This paper used the idiosyncratic concept written by James N. Rosenau and Alex Mintz , analysis unit individu and the theory is behavariolism written Richard C. SnyderThe result of the research is Donald Trump pull out from paris agreement beacause three factors, individu of Donald Trump, oil, gas, coal companys, and republican party. Donald Trump believes climate change is a hoax. oil, gas, and coal companys has strong influence over Donald Trump decision , they have incredible amount of money , from lobbying and campaign contributor for Trump and Republican congress.
