Abstract

             The purpose of this research to determine the influence of dividend policy and profitability on stock price, either simultaneously as well as partially. Dividend Yeild (DY) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) will be used as proxy of dividend policy, and Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Investment (ROI) will be used as proxy of profitability. Independent variables on this research is DY, DPR, ROE, and ROI, while dependent variable is stock price. Population in research is 48 property and real estate companies listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, by purposive sampling is obtained 9 companies as sample. The F-test results showed that variables Dividend Yeild (DY), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Investment (ROI) simultaneously effect on stock price. The t-test result showed that partially Dividend Yeild (DY) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) do not effect on stock price, while Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Investment (ROI) insignificant effect on stock price. Keyword : dividend policy, profitability, stock price

Abstract

The National Health Insurance Program by the Health Social Security Organizing Agency is carried out as an effort to provide social protection in the health sector to participants to obtain health care and protection benefits in meeting basic health needs served by Health Facilities (First Level Health Facilities and Advanced Level Health Facilities). The participation of BPJS Health consists of Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI) and Non-PBI Beneficiaries. However, one of the health facilities at the Awal Bros Hospital was identified as not providing good service, there were BPJS Health participants who did not feel the service benefits, such as inpatient rooms for class III KIS holders made difficult when using KIS, and participants' service information was not transparent BPJS Health. The formulation of the problem in this study, namely how and the inhibiting factors of health services to the Social Security Program at Pekanbaru Pekanbaru Bros Bros Hospital in 2017. The research method used was descriptive qualitative method with data collection instruments including interviews, study documentation related to the objectives research. The results of the study illustrate that the services carried out by the Pekanbaru Bros. Hospital Panam Hospital against the healthy Indonesian Cardholder community in 2017 have not run optimally, the health service benefits at the referral health facility (Initial Panam Pekanbaru Brochure) have not been felt by BPJS Health participants, where health has not been responsive and responsive in serving BPJS Health participants as well as referral administration tends to only be used for 1 (one) treatment so participants outside Pekanbaru City who need poor fees need additional fees for returning to medical treatment and receive referrals if routine medical treatment is needed against the same medical condition. Then information and complaints handling BPJS Kesehatan is more passive for BPJS Health participants with complaints that are online / information technology utilization rarely used by participants / economic community down as the main target of BPJS Health participants.Keywords: National Health Insur

Abstract

This research is a economic political study which describes the strategy India to export their pharmacy to Indonesia. This study interesting because describe about drugs from India. India is the third largest country in the production of generic drugs. India can do that after they make some revolusionery in intellectual property law India This is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting datas from some resources like books, journals, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the mercantilism perspective and comparative advantage Theory from David Ricardo. The object in this research is India main actor in International Relations. The result of this research shows that strategy India make some revolutionary on their law about intellectual property rights. India make amendment about patent regulation. India also invite Indonesia to conference about traditional medicine. Abstract

The Office of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in Province of Riau is the government agencies with the controlling duties in the goods circulation in the entire the Province of Riau. Tenayan Raya District is the area with the largest number of electronic stores in Pekanbaru. A controller is needed to ensure the goods circulation is in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), as well as to ensure the protection of the goods for the community. But in reality, many electronic shop owners in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict do not understand which items are permitted or prohibited for sale related to SNI. This is caused by the lack of controlling by the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study is how do the Riau Province's Office of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises supervise the goods circulation at Electronic Stores in Tenayan Raya during 2017-2018 and what are the factors that affect the controlling.The purpose of this study is to determine the controlling of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Riau Province on the goods circulation at electronic stores in Tenayan Raya during 2017-2018 and the factors that affected the controlling. The theory concept that the researcher uses is the function of controlling according to Bohari. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In collecting data, the researcher uses interview techniques and documentation. The results of the research are the controlling of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Riau Province on the goods circulation in electronic stores in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict during 2017-2018 were not optimal. It is proven by the number of items which are not in accordance with SNI provisions. The factors that influence this controlling are the condition of Human Resources in the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in Riau. The second factor is the role of the leader, in this case the Head of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in Riau. The next factor is the lack of community participation in providing information to the mentioned department.. Keywords: Controlling, circulation of electronic goods

Abstract

This research is talking about an international organization called Fauna & Flora International (FFI). Fauna & Flora International (FFI) is an organization not only concern about conservation but also taking care biodiversity issues. FFI has a mission preserve threatened species and ecosystems throughout the world, choosing sustainable solutions based on sustainable science and taking into human needs. In Indonesia, FFI has several site projects, one of it is on Kerinci Seblat National Park (KSNP). In general, FFI's activities in KSNP are related to protected fauna conservation, such as Sumatran Tiger, Helmeted Hornbill and Malay Pangolin. On Kerinci Seblat site project, a task force called the Tiger Protection and Conservation Unit (TPCU) was formed to doing this project. This scientific writing is describe how Fauna & Flora International (FFI) role in implementing their vision and mission into an activities related to conservation in Kerinci Seblat National Park. This research, used qualitative methods to collect data from sources and literature studies. The role of Fauna and Flora International giving the good changes for overcoming or minimizing the crime of hunting protected animals and illegal logging. Also providing new insights for local residents about the importance of tigers in the food chain and not count it as a pest that must be destroyed.Keyword : Role, International Organization, FFI, KNSP, TPCU, Conservation, Tiger

Abstract

This study aims to illustrate the phenomena occurring in Eastern Europe, especially Russia and Ukraine, as well as NATO involvement in it. Russia and NATO have a long and quite dynamic relationship. NATO continues to increase its military activity in Eastern Europe and it is getting closer to the Russian border. NATO carried out a series of military activities because it wanted to limit the hegemony of Russia in Eastern Europe especially after the annexation of the Crimean Peninsula. This research theoretically has built by using Kenneth Waltz NeoRealism perspective on International Relations and supported by National Security from Barry Buzan. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoritical framework in this research using qualitative explanation methods. This research also using nation-state as the level of analyze. This study aims to describe the condition of Russia's security dilemma in deciding NATO's actions as defensive or offensive. A defensive reaction may occur if Russia never do counter attack. An Offensive reaction in the security strategies adopted by Russia to deal with NATO could shape the Balance Of Power. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between : (1) student’s learning achievement and student’s perception towards social science majors, (2) interest in placement and student’s perception towards social science majors, (3) motivation and student’s perception towards social science majors, (4) student’s learning achievement, interest in placement, motivation and student’s perception towards social science majors in high school 1 Pekanbaru. This research is done in high school 1 Pekanbaru 7 January – 10 January 2019. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The data were gathered by questionnaire method, observation and documentation. The population of research was 58 student’s and a sample of 50 student’s was taken based on the amount of N that has been applied to the indigo distribution rtabel with a significant amount 5%. While the data analysis was product moment correlation analysis and double regression with the level signification of (α) 5%. Based on the data analysis it concludes. (1) there is correlation betwen student’s learning achievement and student’s perception towards social science majors, which had been proven by the correlation coefficient (r) 0,291 significant 0,040, (2) there is correlation betwen interest in placement and student’s perception towards social science majors, which had been proven by the correlation coefficient (r) 0,739 significant0,00, (3) motivation and student’s perception towards social science majors, which had been proven by the correlation coefficient (r) 0,740 significant 0,00, (4) student’s learning achievement, interest in placement, motivation and student’s perception towards social science majors in high school 1 Pekanbaru, which had been proven by the correlation coefficient (R) 0,675 significant 0,00.Keywords: Student’s Learning Achievement, Interest, Motivation and Perception

Abstract

Indonesia has committed to achieving the elimination of Measles-Rubella and prevent CRS (Congenital Rubella Syndrome) by 2020. Measles-Rubella immunization campaign was conducted targetting children aged 9 months to under 15 years with 95% coverage. The fact is not all parents receive this innovation of immunization program. Kampar village is one of the villages with low coverage which only 20,1%. This research aims to identify the characteristics of parents who had rejected Measles-Rubella immunization and to analyze the factors that caused parents rejecting MR immunization program. This research used quantitative descriptive. The population of this research were unimmunized children aged 9 months to under 15 years totaling 1.212 children. The sampling technique was determined by using simple random sampling totaling 92 respondents. The data were collected by observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that knowledge about MR immunization is classified as “Bad” (64,1%) and did not have bad expreriences with previous immunization (67,4%). There are three dominant factors that cause parents reject MR immunization from nine factors, compatibility which is the incompatibility of MR immunization with religious rule (100%), triability which is MR immunization cannot be tried (100%) and observability which is the benefits of MR immunization cannot be observed or seen (100%).  Keywords: Innovation, Immunization, Measles and Rubella

Formulation problem in research this that is Why kue Cangkiang home industry this permanent survive . Aim research this for knowing how about it way kue Cangkiang home industry this last and What reason kue Cangkiang home industry this permanent survive . Research this use method research qualitative descriptive , with 5 subjects research . From the results Interview deep and observation in the field , that kue Cangkiang home industry this is industry that is being undertaken society in a manner down generation . After various considerations do industry this more give profit for society compared the work they live it beforehand . With maintain industry this society permanent can conserve tradition that has been scaled back by parents and sufficient needs life . Rationality actions taken society in maintain kue Cangkiang home industry this covers actors , resources , and the norm . And action instrument rationality , action rationality value , and action traditional . Could concluded that kue Cangkiang home industry this last because existence encouragement from parents first for maintain industry this and also is based because awareness self own for maintain industry this. With various consideration industry this more give away advantage in comparison another job. And industry this more have high scores because society not take into account loss what will they get. Abstract

This study was conducted at Plaza Mebel Furniture Center Pekanbaru which is located on Soekarno Hatta No.89A, Tangkerang Barat, Pekanbaru City, Riau, 28282. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and pricing decision on purchasing at the Furniture Center Plaza Pekanbaru. Data analysis using descriptive analysis by using SPSS Program. The population was 7.200 Furniture Center Plaza Pekanbaru buyers in the five last years and samples were taken were 100 respondents. and techniques used Accidental sampling. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that the effect of promotion and pricing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Furniture Center Plaza Pekanbaru. With a simple calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) the implementation of promotion on purchasing decisions obtained by the value of R Square of 0.404 or 40.4% and the pricing of purchasing decisions obtained R Square value of 0.453 or 45.3% and multiple determination calculations (R2) of promotion and pricing for purchasing decisions obtained R Square value of 0.528 or 52.8%. This shows that the effect of promotion and pricing has an effect of 52.8% on purchasing decisions at the Furniture Center Plaza Pekanbaru, while the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Promotion, Pricing, Purchasing Decisions
