Abstract

Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, as a reference policy for all public service agencies in providing quality services. Providers of quality public services by the government to the community have a very important role in determining national success and development on an ongoing basis. The community will feel satisfaction if they receive good and professional services from service providers. In addition, human resources (HR) are one of the determinants of success in providing public services. The problem of making e-KTP in Tampan Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, namely: 1. HR owned by the government pekanbaru in the management of e-KTP that is not optimal. 2 Facilities and Infrastructure. 3 SOP has not been implemented properly in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of population administration services in the implementation of the e-KTP of the Charming City Head Office in Pekanbaru City and to find out the factors that influence Population Administration Services in the Implementation of e-KTP of the Charming City Head Office in Pekanbaru City. The location of this research is the research conducted in Pekanbaru City. The related research locations are in the Camatan Tampan Office of Pekanbaru City. This study uses the theory of Pasuraman (Makmur & Thoha, 2017) which consists of: Tangible, Reability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the public response regarding the service of making e-KTP in the UPTD of Tampan District, Pekanbaru City is categorized as not unable to fulfill service needs according to the prescribed procedures. In addition, employees who work in the UPTD of Tampan Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City have not been able to provide maximum service, lack of infrastructure, lack of human resources that facilitate servants to the community.  Keywords: Service, Population Administration, Implementation of e-KTP.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of housing and settlements, the government launched a city program without slums (KOTAKU) starting in 2016. The No Slum City Program (KOTAKU) is a program implemented nationally in 271 Regencies / Cities in 34 Provinces that become "collaboration platforms". Pesisir is one of the villages that received the KOTAKU program in Pekanbaru City, the purpose of this study is to see how the Implementation of the No Slum City Program (KOTAKU) in the Pesisir Sub-District of Pekanbaru City and what are the factors that inhibit the KOTAKU Program Implementation . This research was conducted in Pesisir Sub-District, Limapuluh Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. The theoretical concept used in this research is Manullang theory management which has four management function indicators, namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The selection of research informants used purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the No Slum City Program (KOTAKU) in Pesisir Sub-District of Limapuluh Kota District in 2017 has not been carried out optimally. In the planning stage there were people who agreed and disagreed when eating the road and their home page was used for more environment well. At the stage of organizing a miss communication between the LKM and the KSM. At the implementation stage there were still delays in work assignments in the field, while the factors that hampered the implementation of the No Slum City (KOTAKU) program in Pesisir Village were community participation.Keywords : Implementation, No Slum City Program (KOTAKU)

Abstract

This research was carried out in junior high Dwi Sejahterah Pekanbaru. The school is located in Street Dirgantara No. 4, Sidomulyo Timur, city of Pekanbaru. This research aims to find out how the students responses and response of the elderly against sanctions acts violating the code of conduct of the school. The theory is a theory of social aberration, response theory, social control theory. The technique of sampling, the census is used in this study there are 23 students and parents of students with 23 total number of 46 people respondents. Data analysis was performed by means of a quantitative descriptive analysis with data collection in the form of observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation. From the results of the research field noted that the response from the students more dominant not agree to sanctions that have to pay the costs. On the respondent's parents based on influence factors work against sanctions acts violating the school's code of conduct namely 12 persons or 52.2% disagreed with the sanctions bring 5-10 paving block, 15 people or 65.2% disagreed with the sanctions bring 1 zak cement, 13 people or 56.5% disagree with sanctions brought law enforcement school, 12 people or 52.2% disagreed with the sanctions bring pots and flower, 13 people or 56.5% disagreed with the sanctions bring 1 tin of paint. Then the factors affecting job not agree parents students against sanctions given the school.

Abstract

             The background of this study comes from the author's observation of playing activities in children aged 10-14 years that I observe in life today in the Padang Terubuk Sub-District, Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City. Padang Terubuk Village, Senapelan Sub-District, Pekanbaru City and any social characteristics related to the choice of type of game in children aged 10-14 years in the Padang Terubuk Sub-District, Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to find out how the form of play activity and any social characteristics related to the selection of types of games in children aged 10-14 years in the Kelurahan Padang Terubuk, Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods, the population in this study were all children aged 10-14 years in Padang Terubuk Sub-District. The sample in this study amounted to 81 people determining the sample obtained from using the Slovin formula. The results showed that the form of game activities carried out by children based on the results of the author's research was in the form of sports games, traditional games, and modern games, where the authors concluded that the most common sports game was bicycle sports or 33.3 % while the most commonly played traditional games are games / single cards at 12.3% while those of the modern games that are most frequently played by respondents in this study are online game play or 32.1%, social characteristics that are related to the choice of type of game among children is among them due to factors such as age, gender, playmates, and also school time. Keywords: children, games, elections.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Job Characteristics on Employee Job Satisfaction at Hotel DyanGrahaPekanbaru. Where two independent variables and one bound are proposed, namely the work environment and job characteristics as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable.              The research method was descriptive and using the SPSS 23 program, where the sample used was employees of DyanGrahaPekanbaru Hotel with respondents as many as 54 people. For sampling techniques using the census method.Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the analysis use the validity test.  Determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and test so that it can be seen that the work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at DyanGrahaPekanbaru Hotel, job characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at DyanGrahaPekanbaru Hotel, and the work environment and job characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Hotel DyanGrahaPekanbaru.   Keywords: Work Environment, Job Characteristics and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The employee branding program is a forum formed by Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru to create increasingly qualified employees in their profession. This program is formed by considering the relationship between the company and employees. The form of the employee branding program at Grand Jatra is training, evaluation, competition and awards. The awards applied by Grand Jatra Hotel are various types, namely best therapist, best room, best smile, best wine, best grooming, best ambassador, and the highlight is best employee of the year. The purpose of establishing an employee branding program is to make employees more comfortable working in Grand Jatra, so that employees can develop their talents, foster a healthy spirit of competition and employees are increasingly proactive in their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of the employee branding program and the form of Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru's internal communication in implementing the employee branding program. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects involved in this study were determined based on a purposive technique, which consisted of HR Manager, HRD, SPA Manager, FO Manager, Senior Room Boy, Embassy Coordinator, GSA, and Senior Laundry. Data analysis techniques used are using the interactive data analysis model of Miles and Huberman, using the technique of checking the validity of the data, namely triangulation and extension of participation.       The results showed that the form of an employee branding program consisted of training, evaluation, competition and finally the award. The form of Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru's internal communication the organization participates in paying attention to the people who work in the organization by creating a safe and comfortable communication and organizational climate for the company. Internal communication used is in the form of vertical, from top to bottom, from the bottom up, which is semi-informal depending on the conditions in the delivery of information and horizontally which is interpreted by communication between employees who tend to be informal, and information is easier to obtain. Keywords:  Internal communication, Employee branding, Implementation

Abstract

Film as one of mass media that the many people use. Function of film is consolation for people, to confer an information, and to confer knowledge. Film has divided became 3, there is, fiction film, documentary film, and docudrama.  As one of film in Documentary film of Mama Amamapare to evidence exitence of baby shaman in Mimika Papua. from film, writer want to see Primordialism that happen with people about baby shaman.Design of this research qulitative design with analysis unit semiotika of Ferdinan de Saussure. In this research use analysis unit data resort to scene in film of  Mama Amamapare to evidence Primordialism. To prove reflection Primordialism in film of Mama Amamapare this research use contents analysis method which one analysis unit use by the scene be shared two classification, there is audio and visual to prove aspect primodialism. Result of this resarch is, sign has taken by means of scene to certain to gotten Primordialism in film of  Mama Amamapare. Signifier be able in this research to result have enough to prove in direct of Primordialism to found in film of Mama Amamapare. Signified be able in this film to explicit according to knotted from signifier on the top. Abstract

Angsana Resort & SPA Bintan is part of Banyan Tree Holdings Management. This resort has the most complaints of the guestthat compared by another resort under Banyan Tree Holdings Management. This is caused by a problem ofguest relation officer at front office department. This study was conducted to determine the role of the guest relation officer and the problem face by guest relation officer at the front office department. The research using qualitative method  with descriptive approach. Data were obtained from interview with front office manager, assistant front office manager, front office supervisor, guest relation officer and very important guest, as well as direct observation and documentation. Then the data obtained were analyzed using  three steps: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Result shows that the guest relation officer at this resort work in general to handle the very important guest that need help with the good service as well and do some extra assignment called job description that should be done with the standart operational procedur. This causes the guest relation officer can not work optimally and the resort often received bad comments from the guest. Keywords: Guest Relation Officer, Front Office, Resort

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on organizatonal commitment with job satisfaction as intervening variable for employees of PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pekanbaru. The metode used is descriptive and quantitative using the program SPSS 23. The Population in this study were all employees at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pekanbaru 156 employees. The sample used was 61 employess. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional stratified random sampling anda methodes of collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis used the validity test, realibility test, regression test, determination test,, t test and f test. So it can be conclude that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive effect and significant on organizational commitment and organizational culture has an indirect effect on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an interevning varible employee of PT. Abstract

This paper is a Bilateral Trade study that provides analysis of the cooperation of two countries in the fulfillment of needs and achieve their nasl interests. This research focused on the fluctuation of export CPO Indonesia to india after ratification AIFTA. Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is the result of processed pulp of palm fruits as vegetables oil which is needed as the world largest producer of palm oil contributes 51% to the world’s palm oil demand and engages in esxport to varioud countries including India.This paper uses a conceptual basis, with the concept of international cooperation where here international cooperation is formed because of international life covering various fields such as ideology,politics, economy,social culture, environment and security defense.Supported by National Nation’s analysis level and liberalism perspective. The concept leads to qualitative methds and field studies and is assisted by literature studies as a source of information. The cooperation carried out by ASEAN with India provides significant benefits for Indonesia's CPO exports. Where India is one of the largest CPO importing countries from Indonesia. therefore, of course there are many factors that can cause the export of cpo to india from Indonesia to experience gains or decreases which have an impact on both countries Keywords: AIFTA, Cooperation, Liberalism Perspective, Exports, Fluctuations
