Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out the Mayor's Payakumbuh Policy in managing cleanliness in 2015-2017. The success of Payakumbuh City won the Adipura award 3 times in a row, giving rise to a curiosity about the policies issued by the Mayor of Payakumbuh in managing cleanliness and also the efforts of the Mayor of Payakumbuh in implementing the policy. The theory used in this study is situational leadership theory and leadership nature theory. This study uses analytical descriptive method with qualitative research. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews directly with informants who are considered to know and understand the problems in the field, documentation and observation.Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the Mayor of Payakumbuh can be said to successfully lead the City of Payakumbuh in the management of cleanliness, due to the achievements obtained in the form of the Adipura Cup three years in a row. Therefore, it needs to be felt to find out what Mayor Payakumbuh is doing in managing cleanliness, so that it can be said to be successful at this time.The success of the Mayor of Payakumbuh in the field of hygiene management because the policies issued are relevant to the current state of Payakumbuh City. Furthermore, the efforts made by Mayor Payakumbuh to be able to embrace all parties, subordinates, the public and also the private sector, to jointly participate in managing the cleanliness of Payakumbuh City.Keyword: Leadership, Policy, Manage Cleanliness.

Abstract

Diferensiasi is action design to with refer to difference meaning to differentiate company bargain with competitor bargain (Kotler, 2002). Company do/conduct diferensiasi to all his/its competitor is when he/she succeed to present unique assessed important by buyer, apart from low price tender (Porter, 2002). This matter is such here is how a company of a kind applying strategy diferensiasi which later become one of identity in getting excellence compete it. This matter is which ought to be owned by service firm, in order to they do not become a commodity of is of equal which cannot be differentiated with other company. To consumer in order to consider service bargain which on the market that way a lot of competitor offering same thing, so that the consumer get experience marketing which cannot be forgotten so that make our company as single capable to provide such as those which they expect.This research is done/conducted in region of Bukittinggi with object of research that is Hotel of The Hill Bukittinggi which of have location in Road;Street. Barrel of Grandfather of Bandaro No.18, Bukittinggi. Hotel The Hill Bukittinggi choose as location of research of because Hotel The Hill Bukittinggi have an affair that is seen from result of goals and realize from sale of huniar of room;chamber every year nya experience of fluaktuasi from year 2012 - 2015 and also problems of satisfaction of consumer seenly by is data of complain of consumer experiencing of improvement every year 2012-2015. This matter make writer interested to see whether/what there is influence of strategy of diferensiasi to satisfaction of consumer of at Hotel The Hill Bukittinggi and chosen object of Hotel The Hill Bukittinggi as research place.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel which pulled by writer is consumer visiting Hotel The Hill by sampel 100 people of responder which got by using formula Slovin.From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and doubled linear regresi, strategy of diferensiasi of service have an effect on to consumer satisfaction. Abstract

This research will examine the dynamics of trade cooperation of Vietnamese rice exports to China in the South China Sea conflict issues that have influenced the relations between the two countries.The sources of data used in this research are books, journals, working papers, valid news from websites and newspaper, to describe the process by analyzing the phenomenon based on existing data.. To analyze the research question, the writer uses a perspective, specifically the perspective liberalism, use a Teori of The International Political EconomyThe relationship between Vietnam with China (China) is known to have a history that is long and winding. The success of the cooperation in the field of export of raw materials such as rubber, steel and vegetables is the largest and most rice, does not necessarily make relations between the two countries is free from conflict. Although Vietnam and China (China) adopts the same ideology, the ideology of communism, but often there are differences in political decisions. Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of implementation of work procedures and supervision of the foreman on the performance of employees of production at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei-Buatan. Working procedure as independent variable (X1), Overseer supervision as independent variable (X2). While employee performance as a dependent variable (Y). Method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 16, where the sample used is employee of production that is 63 person conducted by census and technique of collecting data through questioner. The results of analysis using the validity test, reliability test, test determination, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. So it can be concluded that the implementation of work procedures significantly affect the performance of employees of production at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei-Buatan, supervision of the foreman has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the production of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei-Buatan, and the implementation of work procedures and supervision of the foreman significantly affect the performance of employees of production PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei-Buatan.Keywords: Human Resource Management, Work Procedure, Supervision, Performance

Abstract

The waqf foundation in Indonesia has been regulated in Article 1 of the Republic of Indonesia Law No.41 of 2004 concerning Endowments, namely: Waqf is a wakif act to separate and / or give up his property to be used forever or for a certain period of time in accordance with his interests for religious purposes and / or general welfare according to sharia. As for the Problem Formulation in this study, namely: First, How is the government service in matters of Waqf at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), Pekanbaru City Sail District, 2016-2018. Second, what are the obstacles in government service in matters of Waqf at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Pekanbaru City Sail City in 2016-2018.               As for the purpose of this thesis, namely: First, To Know the government services in matters of Waqf at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), Pekanbaru City Sail District, 2016-2018. Secondly, to find out the inhibiting factors in government service in matters of Waqf at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), Pekanbaru City Sail District, 2016-2018. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Sail District. The techniques used to collect data in this study are (1) Interviews, (2) Observations, and (3) Document tracking.               The conclusion of this study shows that the Government Services in matters of Waqf at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Sail City District of Pekanbaru have not been optimally overall, which is evidenced by the lack of human resources in the service provider, and there is a lack of funds for the implementation team that descends on the field , the writer gives a suggestion that there should be an active role of the government which is represented by the religious affairs office and the parties involved in organizing land waqf to be the initiator who gives deeper attention to the community.  Key Words: Supervision, Responsiveness, Transparency, and Participation.

Abstract

On the expected performance based remuneration program no longer various complaints of public services to the poor performance of reform. Performance based remuneration program will strengthen the mechanisms reward and punishment. Remuneration is given to the officials because employees feel unable to work with peace of mind because the earnings are far from adequate. The allowance for the performance of the employees in the environment ministry of religion is regulated in the Presidential Bylaws the Number 108 Years 2014. The purpose of this research is to know how the impact of remuneration for the work ethos State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the office of the Ministry of Religion City of Pekanbaru 2015.The type of research that is used in this research is a descriptive research design with associative. The location of this research is the author of the complete in the office of the Ministry of Religion City of Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this research as much as 63 people with sampling techniques in this research is simple random sampling. Data analysis using SPSS statistics tests are simple regression.The hypothesis test results obtained ada influence significant remuneration for work ethos State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the office of the Ministry of Religion City of Pekanbaru 2015 and test results of the determination coefficient, obtained the value of R2 (R Square) of 0,471. This means that the variables remenureasi effect of 47.1 percent against the work ethos State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the office of the Ministry of Religion City of Pekanbaru 2015, while the rest of 52.9 percent explained by the other variables is not examined in the model. Suggestions in this research perlu the increased number of remuneration given to state Civil Apparatus, especially the gift of benefits must be adjusted with the workload that must be in the responsibility by the apparatus of the State Civil. Abstract

This study attempts to anything outline what are the government's strategies in increasing Indonesia's coffee exports to the United States as well as efforts to improve the quality of coffee and coffee farmers' prosperity. The research method used is qualitative research. This research is focused on discussing the government's efforts in increasing the export of coffee to the United States and the influence of farmers in increasing the exports. Secondly, the researcher felt it was necessary to give time limit to phenomenon or problem to be studied that is year 2000-2015.This study uses liberalist perspectives and interdepedensi theory and international cooperation theory. The level of analysis is international cooperation, as well as demand and supply.From the research results it is known that the export of Indonesian coffee to the United States fairly smoothly but behind the smooth exports of the welfare of coffee farmers is not guaranteed and coffee exports made by Indonesia mostly in the form of coffee beans.Keywords: Export, Coffee, Strategy, Enhancement,Government, Indonesia, USA

Abstract

Forthe Batak people, Ulos are cloth or objects which is considered important for their lives. LiterellyUlos  has the meaning of of “blanket”. In ancient times Ulos inside used ancestors to warm theirs boodies from the cold. As time goes by to date Ulos is used for every event in the Batak community, both the birth, marriage, and death. Giving Ulos is known as mangulosi. Mangulosi or giving Ulos has simbolic meaning namely giving love from the gover to the recipient. In weddings that used Batak customs there will be a stage of mangulosi to the bride and groom. This mangulosi event has also been adopted to religions in Indonesia. The subject of this study corsisted of five informants, where the subject of this research is the chairman of the clan and also a married people in Duri city.Technique of determining informants in thin study using purposive sampling. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The theory used is simbolic interactional theory and also theories of social changes. The results of this mangulosi research are mangulosican not be released from the Batak community. Batak brides are said to have been officially married after upgrading this mangulosi. Keywords: Mangulosi, Simbolic interactional, social change.

Abstract

Institute Tertasatanatan is a collective organizational implementer representing organizations in and out, in carrying out the task of community empowerment in the village / kelurahan responsible to Village Deliberation / Village. The Village Innovation Institution is also the lowest organization in the organizational structure as the implementer of the community empowerment policy at the village / kelurahan level so that the board is required to have the knowledge and skills and positive attitude especially in carrying out its duties and functions in community empowerment. However, when viewed from the activities of each institution in the village of the river has not been running in accordance with the objectives of its formation, has not run things that are encouraging. The purpose of this research is to know the role of Community Empowerment Institution in Community Empowerment in Sungai Pagar Village Kampar Kiri Subdistrict of Kampar Regency and to know the inhibiting factor of Community Empowerment Institution in Community Empowerment in Sungai Pagar Village Kampar Kiri Sub-district Kampar Regency. When viewed from its type, this research belongs to qualitative research. The results of the research show that the role of Community Empowerment Institution in Community Empowerment in Sungai Pagar Village Kampar Kiri Subdistrict Kampar Regency as Facilitator, Mediator, Motivator and Dinamisator get different result which the role of LPM Sungai Pagar Urban Village has not done its job according to LPM reference. Inhibiting factors The role of Community Empowerment Institutions Village in Community Empowerment in Sungai Pagar Village Kampar Kiri Subdistrict Kampar District is the lack of human resources and the ability of human resources and the absence of sources of funds that can stimulate motivation and provide opportunities LPMK board to work.Keywords : Role , Community empowerment, LPMK

Abstract

Working safety show at protection of prosperity of physical with an eye to prevent the happening of accident or injure related/relevant with work, health work to refer at physical condition, bouncing and stability of emotion in general. condition of healthy Health and the goodness will be optimal of performance of than employees and condition of ugly health can bother employees performance, performance basically is what done/conducted or is not done/conducted by a officer. management of Performance is entirety of activity done/conducted to increase the company or organisation performance, inclusive of performance of each individual and working team in the company.This research is done/conducted in this Research is writer do/conduct at PT. Haleyora Powerindo Branch Pekanbaru. As for reason chosen the location choice because of this company active in kelistrikan specially the conservancy which is according to researcher own risk happened by the accident work and fluctuate his/its is performance of employees every year nya.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is entire/all employees of part of field that is as much 70 responder, Enquette (quesioner), representing a[n data collecting givenly or propagate list of pertanyaan/pernyataan to responder on the chance of giving respon for the questionnaire. Interviewing, that is do/conduct Question and answer directly by supervisor, and also the manager becoming research responder.From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and doubled linear regresi, safety and health work to employees performance.
