Abstract

This research aims to explain the policies issued by the central government and regional governments in developing the tourism sector of Bintan Regency and the efforts made to improve the visit of Singaporean tourists in Bintan Regency.This research uses the perspective of globalization, the level of analysis of the state, the theory of international cooperation and the concept of international tourism. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. This analysis is based on data obtained from literature studies and field studies, interviews with informants who are considered capable of providing information.The results of the research in this paper about the Singaporean tourist arrivals increased from 2016-2018. The increase in Singapore tourist benefits is influenced by mutually sustainable central and local government policies. The efforts of the Bintan Regency government to increase Singapore tourist arrivals in 2016-2018 are a collaboration between the Bintan Regency and PT. Bintan Resort Cakarawala, organizes international events, promotes Bintan tourism in Singapore, and improves tourism support facilities. Keywords: Bintan Regency, Singapore, PT. Abstract

Service quality in a hotel is a very influential on guest satisfaction. The better of the service quality provided the higher the level of guest satisfacation. This study aims to (1) find out how the services at the Niagara hotel parapat (2) to know the satisfaction of guests at the hotel Niagara Parapat (3) to determine the effect of service quality to guest satisfaction at the hotel Niagara Parapat. The sample in this study was 100 people, drawn from the number of guest population at the Niagara hotel by using the accidental sampling technique. Technique of collecting data of this research using questioner. The classical assumption test uses the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis Testing, Multiple Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2). Based on the results of the study known: there is a significant positive effect on the quality of service to the guest papacy at the hotel Niagara Parapat, shown by the results of multiple linear regression analysis Y = 3.341 + 0.306 x1 + 0.012 x2 + 0, 205 x3 + 0.388 x4 + 0.166 x5 + e. F arithmetic (43, 587)> F table (2,311) with significant (0,000) <0.05. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) is 69.9% and 30.1% is separated by other factors not included in this regressi model.Key words: Service Quality, Guest Satisfacation

Abstract

This research aims to explain Indonesia’s interest signed MAMPU Program of Subsidiarry Arrangement, phase II whit Australia in 2017. Australia was chosen as partner in woman development section, therefore Australia has commitment to continue the good and powerful partnership of Australia and Indonesia’s government in the equal of gender and woman development. This subsidiary arrangement partnership was signed by both countries in January 2017, include increasing job condition and erasing discrimination in working area, increasing woman laborer for migrating to other country, increasing woman health and nutrient status, decreasing violence to woman, increasing acsess of social protection program of Indonesia. This research data was obtained from books, journals, articles, official document and websites that support the hypothesis. The author used liberalism approach from Immanuel Kant and international level analyze. The theories used in this research consist of international cooperation, international cooperative by Koesnadi Kartasasmita and K. J. Holsti, and national interest by Hans J. Morgenthau. The result of this research show that there is strengthening women development interest in Indonesia and Australia partnership that gives profit to Indonesia. This partnership gives large impact to woman development of Indonesia, especially through MAMPU Program. Australia could fulfill fund consideration for MAMPU Program in Indonesia, on quality and quantity scale. Abstract

The result of this research indicates that there are some problems in Kopsi’s services to consumer. In the indicator of implementation of input Kopsi Organization, there are weaknesses in coaching the new members. It makes the services that are given by Kopsi to consumer is deficient. The process of implementation of Kopsi programs that have been planned, it needs the improvement. The improvement is in the process of socializing about Kopsi to society. Through the good socialization, it will give good understanding about the existence of Kopsi in Pekanbaru. The output of organization has been achieved well because the consumer of Kopsi Transport Service still in the stable category and the outcome is in the stable category also. Abstract

PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper is one of the largest private companies in the worldengaged in pulp and paper so that it is susceptible to getting issues related to environmentaldamage, Media relations is one of the public relations functions that are needed by companiessuch as PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Pulp and Paper . The purpose of this study (1) To determinethe level of effectiveness of media relations PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper in establishinggood relations with the media in Riau Province (2) To find out the supporting and inhibitingfactors of PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper media relations in establishing good relations withthe media in Riau Province.The method used in this study is mix methods which combines two research methods aswell as quantitative methods supported by qualitative methods, with data collection techniquesnamely through the dissemination of questionnaires to journalists in Riau Province with apopulation of 146 media and a sample of 60 journalists representing 22 media in Riau Province.Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical techniques and analysistechniques of Miles and Huberman.Based on Jefkins' media relations concept, the indicator of the results of this study showsthe level of effectiveness of PT RAPP's media relations in establishing good relations with highlyeffective media at a scale of 3.28 and supporting and inhibiting factors namely the desire topartner with the media. wherein the company is a dynamic source of news for the media, bothprint and online media, the existence of a business interest in the relationship between thecompany and the media where the limits of fairness and operational limits of work and theinhibiting factors are those which are obstacles to the media the relations officer in carrying outhis strategy in fostering good relations with the media in Riau Province is where there are mediathat have special tendencies and also an element of personal interest by media owners.Keywords: Effectiveness, Media Relations, Mixed Methods

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine or describe the participation of the traders at Pasar Pagi Arengka Pekanbaru in creating hygiene environmental market and describe the factors that influence participation of traders at pasar Pagi Arengka Pekanbaru. Informants are formal leaders and informal leaders. The head of the Sanitation Department, Parks and Cemeteries Pekanbaru, while the informal leaders are vendors and janitors who are knowledgeable about research problems. Analyze data using descriptive method by formulating, decipher and interpret based on a theoretical basis that are closely related to the concerns expressed. The study states that the mechanism set up merchant participation in waste management in the Pasar Pagi Arengka Pekanbaru starting from the planning phase, implementation phase, namely the socialization of the form of regulation of waste management. The next stage of supervision and control is the maintenance and improvement of public discipline, the manager made a report, to be submitted to the government and the public according to the rules or agreed mechanism. Factors that influence the shape and level of participation traders in waste management in the Pasar Pagi Arengka Pekanbaru which could be seen from the type of work because of factors influence the degree of activity in the group and individual mobility. The duration of trade has strong links with the form of public participation in the process of involvement of traders in physical activities / community service. The longer a person lives, settle and trade in the region in general will be a positive influence on the development of psychological life. In this case the greater number of neighbors known, the higher the psychological bond with the environment that affect the magnitude of the desire for, has engaged in joint activities.Keywords: Participation, Traders, Cleanliness, Orderliness, Market

Abstract

This research was carried out in the Rumbai Coastal Coastal District. The purpose of this study was to find out the value of children's education for parents of public transportation drivers in Rumbai Pesisir District. The topic of this research focus is the perception of public transportation drivers on children's education in Rumbai Pesisir District. Sampling techniques are nonprobability sampling and set a sample of 80 people. The author uses quantitative methods and data instruments are observation, questionnaires and documentation. Research conducted in Pekanbaru City Rumbai Subdistrict concerning the value of children’s education for parents of angkot drivers has been completed by drawing some conclusions as follows: Respondents most school children that is based on 2 people with percentage of 33.8%, which means that education is a right for children, then parents will seek to facilitate the educational supporting tool for smooth degree. Research finds the meaning of the education for the respondent is as follows: prepare a child to Get a job. The majority of respondents stated that the education of the future will determine the socioeconomic status of families of 70%, the Media to teach a social Role, the respondents agree with the response, as evidenced by the answers of the respondents amounted to 71 with percentage of 88.8%, Cultural transmission of Tool, more Respondents agree that the influence of the moral education effect on attitude of children in surroundings of 75 with the percentage of 93.8%. Correction of fate, the respondents strongly agree that economic influences have an effect on the level of education, as evidenced by the answers of the respondents amounted to 78 with percentage of 97.5%. Abstract

The existence of various Islamic groups in the community that developed into a phenomenon that continues to grow today. One group was the Tablighi Jamaat. In appearance, the group Tablighi Jamaat has characteristics that resemble groups of Salafi-Wahabi. But in fact, these groups have some differences. One difference is khuruj fi sabilillah. Khuruj fi sabilillah is taking the time path of Allah by using treasure and myself, moving from one place to another to establish a friendship in the framework of propaganda and sermons, from mosque to mosque worldwide. Da'wah movement is actually not a local movement, but the movement of international propaganda which originated in India in 1926 by Maulana Muhammad Ilyas and continues to expand to all corners of the world to date. The development of the missionary movement is evidenced by the many mosques into their activities. This study aims to determine the motive, the meaning and experience of members of Tablighi Jamaat communication in implementing the khuruj sabilillah in Pekanbaru city. This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Subjects consisted of five members of the Tablighi Jamaat in the city of Pekanbaru selected by the snowball technique. The study used data collection techniques in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation study. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, the authors used the extension of participation and triangulation. The results showed first, the motive member of Tablighi Jamaat implement khuruj fi sabilillah in Pekanbaru City consists of a motive for (Because motive) that is orders of Allah and worried to see the condition of the people. While the motive of hope (in order to motive) that improve and encourage people to practice religion. Second, the meaning of a given member of Tablighi Jamaat against him that is jihad fi sabilillah, sacrifice for the religion, Historian life and struggle of the prophet. Third, the communication experience categorized into two communication experience fun in the form of a good reception from family, support from fellow Tablighi Jamaat, a positive response from the public and community leaders. and communication experience unpleasant form of a prohibition of family, satire and scorn of the community and community objections.Keywords:Jamaah Tabligh, symbolic interaction, Phenomenon, Khuruj fi sabilillah

Abstract

New public service (NPS) ia a consept of democratic public service, fair equality, not discriminatory, honest and accountable, by quaranteeing community rights and fulfilling their responsibities to the community by pririotizing the unterest of the community. One of the services that should use the NPS concept is a service unit cars of driver licence. that is a special vehicles that has assign to driver licence extenntion service by visiting the location of public area with a customized service scehedule at public consideration. The goal of this research is exploring the quality of public service on service unit cars of driver licence in Pekanbaru city. The concept theory used in this study was the theory dimentions of public servicequality by Tjiptono, in terms of timeliness of service, accuracy of service, countesy and friendliness, ease of service, confort in obtaining service and supporting atributes. This researhc was a qualitative descriptive, method with purposive sampling techniques with observation, interview, library study, and dokumentation as the techniques of collecting data. This research showed that quality of public service on services on service unitc cars of driver licence in Pekanbaru city has been running but it is still not optimal and the there needs to add officers on duty around the cars of driver and complete supporting facilities and infrastructure so that services can go up again so that people who make driver licence extensions on cars of driver feel satisfied with the services provided. Keywords: Quality of Service, Public Service, Service Cars Of Driver Licence

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Pusako Bukittinggi. Soekarno Hatta street, No. 7 Bukittinggi. Hotel Pusako Bukittinggi chosen as a test site for Pusako Bukittinggi has a significant problem that the room occupancy rate in the last 5 years not mencapapi targets set by the hotel. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the influence of experiential marketing and brand image of the customer loyalty Pusako Bukittinggi.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that customers Pusako Bukittinggi. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with accidental sampling method. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and questionnaires,From the results of this study shows experiential marketing variables have a positive influence on customer loyalty Pusako Hotel Bukittinggi. And the brand image variable partially has a positive influence on customer loyalty Pusako Hotel Bukittinggi. And then simultaneously experiential marketing and brand image have a positive effect on customer loyalty Pusako Hotel Bukittinggi. For further research it is advisable to add independent variables that can affect customer loyalty, such as customer satisfaction.Keywords: Experiential marketing, brand image and customer loyalitatas
