Abstract

This study aims to explain the interests of Indonesia Exporting Tuna Fish to United States in 2012-2015. The United States is one of the main destinations for the export of fishery products from Indonesia. Indonesia has the natural potential resources in the international market. The United States should meet the huge market demand for tuna while the US seas alone produce less tuna and must import from other countriesThe data of this research was obtained from books, journals, articles, official documents and websites that support the hypothesis. The author used Librealism, the theories used in this research consist of National Interest, and level analyze is a national state.The method that used in this research is the method descriptive explanation which explain the problem and the situation with the fact in the field.The results of this study indicate that the export of tuna from Indonesia to the United States provides the benefits of both countries. Since this export of tuna to United States begun, this export activity has contributed to the economy of the fisherman and the Indonesian economy. Indonesia with oceans and abundant marine products are required to harness its seafood well.Key Words : National Interest, International Relations, Indonesia, United States, Export

Abstract

This research aims to determine about the implementation of housekeeping department duty in cleaning bathroom at KTM Resort Batam Kepulauan Riau.KTM Resort originally derived from the name of the hotel owner itself is MR "KOH TIET MING", which was built in 2002. However on 07 september 2017 KTM name no longer use the name of MR KOH TIET MING again but "KNOWLEDGE TEAM MINDFULL" above the work team. At first KTM Resort is a seafood restaurant called Revenea restaurant which is currently called karang restaurant and has an inn named ROISTONEA which is currently a family villa. KTM has the full name of PT HOTEL KTM INDONESIA but generally local and non local people know it by the name of KTM RESORT, KTM Resort. KTM Resort Batam Hotel located on the road Colonel Sugiono, Tgpinggir sekupang - Batam.This research to make use qualitative method to analysis set of case, wich to become the key informan in this research as much as 4 people’s. that is 1 housekeeping supervisor and 3 housekeeping roomboy/room maid. sources were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. Abstract

The mass media has a role in conveying information to the public and fulfilling the need for entertainment for the community. One of the mass media that has this role is radio. Green Radio 96.7 FM presents the Green Eco Lifestyle Program that addresses topics of environmental care that are packaged in a relaxed, fun and informative manner. The Green Eco Lifestyle program aims to invite and change the lifestyle of listeners more concerned about the environment. The theory used in this study is the Stimulus-Response theory.This study aims to find out how much the audience's response to the Green Eco Lifestyle Green Radio 96.7 FM Program is to find out how much the listeners respond to the environmentally caring lifestyle in the people of Pekanbaru City and to analyze the influence of the Green Eco Lifestyle Green Radio 96.7 FM Program towards environmental care for the people of Pekanbaru City. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and explanatory methods using purposive sampling technique and the Unknown Population formula obtained 100 respondents. Researchers collected data through questionnaires while for data analysis techniques researchers used descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis techniques with simple linear regression formula.The results of this study indicate that the level of influence of the Green Eco Lifestyle Program on the Environmental Care Lifestyle for the people of Pekanbaru City is very weak. This is seen from the simple linear regression in this study is Y = 6.749 + 0.537 X. Meanwhile, t count 4.730 is greater than the t table of 1.984 with a significance level of 0.000 smaller than that of α = 0.05. Based on the table "Model Summary" shows that the value of R = 0.431 and the coefficient of determination (R square) is equal to 0.186. This figure shows the understanding that the influence of the Green Eco Lifestyle Program on the Environmental Care Lifestyle for the people of Pekanbaru City is 18.6%. While the remaining 81.4% is again influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The research present describe subdistrict saving loan economic program in Sungai Pakning Subdistrict Bukit Batu District Bengkalis Regency. Subdistrict saving loan economic program are one of empowerment program in Indonesia that have purpose to decrease a poverty in Indonesia. Sungai Pakning Subdistrict are one of region in Bengkalis Regency that has done a subdistrict saving loan economic program since 2012. But untill now implementation of this program are not optimally and influence by some factorsThe research use the methode are qualitative methodes that analyze problem research by describe the subject and object conditions based on real fact. This research use location in Sungai Pakning Subdistrict Bukit Batu District Bengkalis Regency and researcher collect data from books, government regulation, jurnal, mass media, website and deep interview with informan likes Head of Subdistrict, head of Coperation Perdana Mandiri Sejahtera, and the user of program.The conclusion of this research are evaluation of subdistrict saving loan economic program in Sungai Pakning Subdistrict Bukit Batu District Bengkalis Regency has done by some indicators are purpose of program, efectivity of program, finance efectivity of program, and distribution of finance program. Some factors that influence the subdistrict saving loan economic program in Sungai Pakning Subdistrict Bukit Batu District Bengkalis Regency are quality of human resources in subdistrict saving loan economic program in Sungai Pakning Subdistrict, minims of participation from the purpose of the program.Keywords: evaluation, programm and UEK SP.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of maternal affection movement in Tasik Seminai Village Koto Gasib subdistrict year 2015. To improve the quality of women and reduce the number of maternal and infant mortality then under the Act the Minister of Women's Empowerment Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 Year 2007 on the revitalization of the Movement dear mother, then Siak based Siak Regency Decree No. 146 / HK / KPTS / 2015 on the Establishment of the steering committee secretariat and Improvement Mothers movement. In this case the relevant agencies in the implementation of Mothers movement is the Child Protection Agency for Women's Empowerment and Family Planning Siak, which in the implementation of interrelated between district, sub-district to the village as a target implementation. The phenomenon shows still not optimal implementation of Mothers movement activities in every village it can be seen from the activities carried on. The place where you are investigating is the Office of Child Protection of Women Empowerment and Siak Family Planning, Koto Gasib sub-district office, health center of Koto Gasib and Tasik Seminai Village. Who became informants in this study are those directly involved in the implementation of policies, namely Head of Women Empowerment Child Protection and Family Planning, chief of BP3AKB part Improved quality of life of women, the Head of the Koto Gasib Sub-district and Secretary of Koto Gasib, Head of Health Center of Koto Gasib, Head of Tasik Seminai Village.From the research that author did then obtained some conclusions that the implementation of government policies in the implementation of Mothers movement in Siak not optimum. It can be seen from Tasik Seminai Village of Koto Gasib sub-district in its implementation is still not understand the people on Mothers movement that is still low public support and also not optimal activities Mothers movement that are conducted in Tasik Seminai Village.Keywords: Implementation, Mothers movement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Influence Of Incentive Towards Employee Loyality on BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru. Distribute questionnaires to 91 respondents who are employees at Bank BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru. Base on analysis seen that the implementation of the incentive has been done well and had the right to carry out at Bank BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru. Base on analysis seen that the implementation of loyalty has been done well and had the right to carry out at Bank BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru. Based on the results obtained analyst t¬count value amounted to 10.898 and t-table 1.986. As well as pvalue of 0.000 <0.05. Because t-count> t¬tabel and pvalue value smaller than the value of alpha 0.05, then the hypothesis that there is significant influence work incentives to the loyalty of employees. It concluded that the hypothesis Implementation incentives significantly influence employee loyalty Bank BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru acceptable. Rated R Square of 0.572 which indicates that employment incentives is able to explain the changes in the value of employee loyalty amounted to 57.2%, while the remaining 42.8% is influenced by variables that are not observed in this research model.Keywords: Incentive, Employee Loyality

Abstract

This world's openness not only has a positive effect but also a negative, one of which is the arrival of many immigrants, refugees or assylum seekers. This research has a formula for the effectiveness of cooperation between the government and international organizations to handle these refugees who came to Indonesia teritory.            This study used observation method, interview and library research. As for the sources of data used are primary and secondary data, also the quantity of refugees and the facilities they got from Immigration Detention House and UNHCR Pekanbaru. In addition to using a descriptive qualitative research method with the pluralism perspective, the theory of effectiveness, the theory of international organization and human security concept.            Based on the data analysis carried out with effectiveness indicators, it came about that the cooperation between Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Riau Province through Immigration Detention House with UNHCR in dealing with refugees residing temporarily in Pekanbaru is effective depend on all of the facilities they got, like education, monthly living cost, etc. Keywords : UNHCR, government, refugees, effectiveness, cooperation

Abstract

Cooperative is a business entity consisting of a single person or cooperative legal entity based on its activities based on cooperative principles as well as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship.The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of working capital in increasing profitability and the efficiency of working capital used to increase profitability in the Thousand Kubah Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Seribu Kubah Cooperative addressing Jend Sudirman, Rantau Panjang Left, Kubu - Kubu Babussalam Subdistrict during the period of 2014 to 2018. The analysis used was descriptive by looking at the ratio of ratio to the specified standard ratio. The liquidity ratio which consists of assets liquidity ratio in the category is very good with an average value of 258.85%. While the loan to total assets ratio is also in the good category with an average value of 50.02% and the loan to deposit ratio in the category is very good with an average value of 179.96%. While the value of profitability ratios consisting of return on assets in the category is not good with an average value of 49.87%. While return on equity in the good category with an average value of 69.1% and net profit margin in the category is very good with an average value generated at 71.17%. And the capital ratio consisting of equity total assets in the good category with an average value generated by 72.18% and equity to total loans in the category very good with an average value generated by 145.31%.Keywords:Liquidity,Profitability,andCapital

Abstract

People’s games like Jong is a tourism potential that has the opportunity to serve as a tourist attraction. This Jong game is not his tough play.but to make the Jong it self is still very difficult. This is the cause of Jong boat is unique and rare also seem luxurious.Jong canoe is also a coastal folk game that still survives to this dayThis study aims to find out how to draw the charm of Jong and know the responses of tourists about the tourist attraction of Jong boat in the beautiful beaches selatbaru regency bengkalis. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to examine the issues raised by analyzing the responses of tourist who come to see the tourist attraction Jong boat. As for the questionnaires distributed as many as 30 people. While collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation.The result of this study indicate that the response of tourists to the tourist attraction on the tourist attraction beautiful coastal boat Jong selatbaru Bengkalis district of Riau province is quite agree with the overall score is the amount 780-1019. Jong boat tourist attraction is done aims to entertains bengkalis district community.Jong is one of the attractions in the beautiful beach of new bengkalis strait that can bring increased tourist. Abstract

The pupose of this research is to understand what Indonesian’s Effort Facing. European Union Allegations Against Dumping Practices Indonesian Fatty Alcohol Product in 2011 – 2017. Are Indonesia as a fatty alcohol exporting countries in the world, even EU imports of fatty alcohol from Indonesia. However, the European Union claim that Indonesia has been selling fatty alcohol to EU members at a price below their normal value. According to the result of the EU investigation, imposition of additional import duties for the fatty alcohol industry in the European Union harmed by imports of fatty alcohol from Indonesia.This research theoretically has built with Liberalism perspectives on International Relations and supported by Foreign Policy theory James N. Rosenau. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this reasearch is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the interview and study of library. Data which is gotten and collected from the interview with Kementrian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia (KEMENDAGRI), journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.The research found that Indonesian’s Effort Facing European Union Allegations Againts Dumping Practices Indonesian Fatty Alcohol Product in 2011 – 2017 through suing the EU to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Indonesia suing the EU through the secretariat of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and request for consultations with the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of the WTO as a third party.
