Abstract

Sentajo Raya District Office is a government agency or public organizations in the implementation refers to standardization in the service of showing the duties and functions of each part that is in Head Office Sentajo Raya. As a government agency that includes the human resources that employees who work at thee instution. Camat Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi implement development programs work performance of employees. However, if viewed directly in the field then there’s also a mismatch with their responsibilities. The work should be completed in a short time could be delayed, employees profesionalism in providing services to the community is still poor and own problems that occurred. This study used qualitative research methods to study descriptive data. The concept of using the concept of performance theory. Theory Hasibuan (2002:22). In collecting the data, the researcher used interview, observation, and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and triangulasi techniques for analysis data. These results indicate that the district office performance Sentajo Raya still not working optimally. Still, there are employees who work not in accordance with its function and follow the vision and mission of the district Sentajo Raya. Required training for office workers to enhance the performance and capabilities Sentajo Raya district office employees to comply with the district of mission vison Sentajo Raya. Abstract

This research was conducted in Limbungan Baru Village, Rumbai Pesisir Sub District, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to find out what social network contained in the activity of snack merchants and how the characteristics of traders in utilizing this field of business maximally, and how the influence of the network on product availability. Purposive Sampling sampling technique because the author has set some criteria of the subject that will be used as a source of information in research that will be done as many as 14 people. The author uses Qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The type of research conducted by the authors is descriptive qualitative research. The results from the field said that the characteristic of a merchants traditional cake with snack craftsmen in Limbungan Baru Village, District of Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru City can be seen from Age, Education, Ethnic, Religion, Cake, and Source of Capital. The type of social network created on social networks in the activity of merchants traditional cake is a network of interests in which this network is formed due to an element of interest in forming such a network. Social capital further emphasizes the potential of groups and between groups with an attention space on social networks, norms, values, and trust among people.The Key word: Social Networks, Traders, Social Capital

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of modalities, investmentdecisions and dividend policy on corporate value. Where the variable used in this study iscapital, and the number of dependent variable is the value of the company. The sampleused is secondary data derived from the financial statements of property and real estatecompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011 to 2015. This studyuses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling usingpurposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, ttest, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linearregression analysis with SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the variables ofcapital structure and investment decisions (t test) on corporate influence, while the policyvariables do not affect the value of property companies and real estate mentioned in theIndonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (f) there is no influence ofstatistical variables, investment returns and dividend policy on firm value on property andreal estate companies mentioned in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Capital Structure, Investment Decision, Dividend Policy, and Value Company

Abstract

This research is the result of a study that describes the quality of aid of the smart indonesia program funding in Pekanbaru City. In the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in Pekanbaru, problems were still found in the funds of financial aid felt by the community. The problem that still felt by the community is slow disbursement of the smart indonesia program funds, incompability of benefits of the smart Indonesia program funds, inaccurate data on the student receiving of the smar indonesia program. The purpose of the study was to find out and analyze the quality of Aid of the smart indonesian funds in pekanbaru city and find out the factors that hinder the quality of aid of funds for the Smart Indonesia Program in Pekanbaru City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method using informants as the object of information being studied. By using the snowball sampling method, a technique for determining the sample, which is initially small and then enlarged. The data used are primary data in the form of interviews and observations regarding the quality of aid of the Smart Indonesia program in Pekanbaru City. And secondary data, namely ministerial regulations, Number of Drop Out Students at Elementary and Middle School Levels in Pekanbaru City in 2018, Number of Students and Number of Recipients of Smart Indonesia Program at Elementary and Junior High School Level in Pekanbaru City in 2017, Recapitulation of the Number of Recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program at the Tenayan Raya District of State Junior High School in 2017, Recapitulation of the Management Education Unit of the Smart Indonesia Program in 31 State Junior High School in Tenayan Raya District in 2017. This study uses the theory of Fandy Tjiptono about quality starts from indicators of conformity with the requirements, suitability for usege, continuous improvement, free from damage, fulfillment of customer needs, do everything right, something that can make customers happy. The quality of aid of the Smart Indonesia Program in Pekanbaru City is generally not optimal. Factors that hinder the quality of aid of the smart Indonesian programs in Pekanbaru are lack of coordination, absence of socialization, and the disbursement process is not on time.Kata kunci : Quality, Aid, Program

Abstract

Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD) as the representative body of the people have an obligation to provide services to the people or the public, so that every policy issued is a means of democracy and mutual communication between the regional head of the community. However, the role and functions of parliament in Rokan Hulu as legislators still not up, especially in the functioning of the budget. This can be seen from the budget absorbed since the year 2010 - 2014 in which the budget endorsed by Parliament Rokan Hulu is only absorbed between 80.4% and 92.31%. This shows that the absorption of the regional budget in Rokan Hulu still not up and need to get serious attention of the parties concerned in view of the value of the budget should have been in accordance with the needs of the budget required in Rokan Hulu. This research was conducted in the Office of the Regional Representatives Council (DPRD) Rokan Hulu. The purpose of this study was to determine the Budget Implementation Oversight by the Regional Representatives Council (DPRD) Rokan Hulu 2014 and to identify constraints in the Budget Implementation Oversight by the Regional Representatives Council (DPRD) Rokan Hulu 2014. The type of data used in this study was composed of primary data and secondary data with the number of informants as many as 8 people. Intake of informants by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative descriptive way. Based on the results of research conducted by the author can be concluded that the Monitoring the Implementation of the Budget by the House of Representatives (DPRD) Rokan Hulu 2014 conducted through three stages of surveillance, as follows: a) Control of On Stage Planning, b) Monitoring the Implementation Phase and c ) Monitoring in Phase Accountability. Obstacles In Implementation Oversight Budget By Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD) Rokan Hulu 2014 was influenced by two factors: a) Internal factors which include lack of knowledge about governance and lack of expertise legislators particular field which becomes the object of supervision, b ) External factors.Keywords: Oversight, Budget, House of Representatives (DPRD)

Abstract

Poverty and employment is a problem that has long faced by people in rural areas. The government continues to accelerate the improvement of the welfare of the rural community with a variety of programs, one of which is the Youth Program Bachelor of Rural Development Activator (PSP3). However, the issue of low participation of government, budget and access to CSR and private CD still faced by PSP3 in community empowerment in the Village District of Bandar Sekijang Sekijang Pelalawan. This study analysis based on the theory of empowerment. This study uses qualitative research. Unit data analysis by means of interviews to several sources, with data on primary and secondary research.The results of this study indicate that; First, community empowerment by PSP3 in the Village District of Bandar Sekijang Sekijang Pelalawan done through facilitating development planning, facilitation of capacity building, knowledge, insight, attitudes and skills of youth, facilitating the development of economic efforts and the facilitation of networking and cooperation among the parties in development. Second, the inhibiting factors of community empowerment by PSP3 Village Sekijang District of Bandar Sekijang Pelalawan grouped into two factors: internal factors which include; lack of facilitators, lack of support and lack of support prasarna budget. While external factors, namely; the lack of participation of government and private sector and the lack of support for other stakeholders.Keywords: Empowerment, PSP3, Public Welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Mebel CV. Kunteng Pekanbaru yang berlokasi di jalan Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak tercapainya target konsumen mebel selama dua tahun terakhir ini, hal ini diduga adanya permasalahan pada keputusan pembelian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, penetapan harga, dan kelompok referensi terhadap keputusan pembelian mebel pada CV. Kunteng Pekanbaru. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskritif kuantitatif dengan program SPSS. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 53 orang dari populasi yang berjumlah 115 yang didapat dari perhitungan rumus Slovin. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesionr selanjutnya diolah untuk kemudian diuji melalui program SPSS 23. Pengujian analisis linier berganda dari penelitian ini adalah Y = 1,939+ 0,214X1 + 0,764X2 + 0,658X3.Penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan hasil bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap kualitas produk, penetapan harga, dan kelompok referensi dalam kategori baik sedang dalam keputusan pembelian berada pada kategori cukup baik. Sedangkan uji t yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, penetapan harga, dan kelompok referensi secara parsial berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk, penetapan harga, dan kelompok referensi berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara untuk perhitungan koefisien determinasi ( ) diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,641. Hal ini menunjukan  bahwa kualitas produk, penetapan harga, dan kelompok referensi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 64,1% terhadap keputusan pembelian mebel pada CV. Kunteng Pekanbaru, sedangkan sisanya 35,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Penetapan Harga, Kelompok Referensi, dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru, the study aims to determine the effect of recruitment to employee performance. Recruitment as an independent variable (X). whil the performance of the employee as the dependent variable (Y).Samples are 57 respondent. all emplovees of a Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru. data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS program. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination is 0,417. That is to say, the recruitmen affects the performance of employees amounted to 41.7%.Keywords : Recruitment, Employee Performance, Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of promotion mix conducted by Queen Star Waterpark management and to know the factors that influence the implementation of promotion mix in Queen Star Waterpark. This research uses descriptive qualitative method to analyze the problem. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. While data analysis techniques in this study using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research results, Queen Star Waterpark uses promotion mix, namely: Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Public Relations and Direct Marketing. Factors that influence the implementation of promotion mix of Queen Star Waterpark is market characteristic, product characteristic, stage in product life cycle and available fund turns out less influence in promotion. This study finds the factors that influence the way of promotion done in Queen Star Waterpark is the lack of human resources, especially the marketing and promotion, so that factors can be a constraint that affects the success of a promotion that is done. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level and perception of University of Riau Students in Blood Donation Activities in a descriptive manner. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling for Riau University students who had donated, accidental sampling for Riau University students who had not yet donated. To better represent the researcher had taken a sample of 182 respondents, 91 respondents who have donated 91 respondents who have not donated. Data collection methods used to observation, questionnaire, documentation. This study uses quantitative methods, presented in tabular form and then given a description. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research. The statistical test used is the validity and reliability test, and the processed data obtained using SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results of this study concluded that overall the level of perception of Riau University students who had donated or who had not yet donated. For those who have donated, they have two categories: high and medium, the high frequency category is 87 with a percentage (95.6%) and the moderate category is 4 with a percentage (4.4%). While those who have not donated have two categories, namely the low and moderate categories, for the low category of frequency 70 with a percentage (76.9%) and the moderate category 21 with a percentage (23.1%).  Keywords: Perception, Students, Blood Donors.
