Abstract

This research is done at daughter lodging around Riau Panam Pekanbaru's University campus correct it at Hamasah's Lodging. This research intent know factor that regards to motivate coed reads Al-Quran and impact to afters coed read Al-Quran. This research is entitled “Daughter Housing study That Lives In one cycle of Riau Panam Pekanbaru's University Campus ”. Observational subject problem it is whatever factor which regard coed motivation reads Al-Quran and how impact to afters coed read Al-Quran. Sample take in observational it is with Saturated Sampling tech or census. total sample which is 15 person and to key informan which is 1 person. Method that is utilized is kualitatif's Descriptive method with kualitatif's data analysis. Data winnow instrument that is utilized is observation, visceral interview and documentation. Observational result in common that is done therefore researcher concludes: Factor that regards coed to read Al-Quran which lives at Hamasah's lodging because of marks sense push of oldster and also of comate and wish of thyself. Push of oldster because they were inured read Al-Quran everyday at its house. Meanwhile marks sense push of friend as invitation in term positive in reads Al-Quran as well as while it lives at regulation aught lodging read Al-Quran and if mark sense push of itself since they constitute coed earlier one wonted with religion's activity at schooled previous and also because wants changed get better. Impact marks sense to read Al-Quran everyday it can revamp self gets better, feeling calm and comfortable in heart and soul, getting folded reward double, as doctor in all liver disease kind, and dipermudahkan any kind at secular and most of umpteen informan has IP and IPK what do get worked up.Key word: Study, Daughter housing, Al-Quran.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Harapan Jaya Village, Pangkalan Kuras Sub-district, Pelalawan Regency. With the formulation of the problem (1) How the system of implementation of jagongan tradition on baby’ Sepasaran at Harapan Jaya Village Pangkalan Kuras subdistrict Pelalawan regency. The purpose of this research is to know the system of jagongan tradition in baby’s sepasaran for Javanese people in Harapan Jaya Village Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict of Pelalawan Regency, to rules procedure jagongan tradition on baby’s sepasaran for Javanese people in Harapan Jaya Village Pangkalan Kuras Sub-district, Pelalawan Regency to know the difference execution of jagongan tradition at baby’s sepasaran for Java society in Harapan Jaya Village Pangkalan Kuras Sub-district of Pelalawan Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the research subjects selected by purposive sampling that the selection of informants in this study determined deliberately. With the number of informants as many as 8 respondents, the data collection taken from the primary data is the direct data concerning the opinion of the informant about the research variables obtained from the answers of interviews and secondary data is data obtained to complete the data. With data collection techniques such as observation (observation), interviews, and documentation. So get respondents 1 person key informant, 5 respondents, and 2 respondents as local community. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that the tradition of baby jagongan is very suitable and become its own characteristic of rural Javanese society that prioritizes the sense of kinship and empathy. Baby jagongan tradition is only done when there is a baby only and carried out from the birth of the baby up to seven hari.tradisi baby jagongan filled with playing cards playing cards, dominoes, chess, and other games. Benefit from the implementation of baby jagongan that can be gathered with relatives, supplies of equipment and baby supplies helped, relationships among other villagers more closely, the atmosphere of the house to be crowded, and the mother who had just given birth feel comforted and someone to accompany. One of the intentions of this jagongan is as a congratulation to families who have a celebration without giving something memorable like money and goods. Abstract

The development of the hospitality industry in the city of Pekanbaru is currently growing, we can see this from the many hotels in the city of Pekanbaru. Batiqa Hotel is one of the three-star hotels (***) of the many star-rated hotels in Pekanbaru City. The number of hotels in the city of Pekanbaru resulted in very tight competition, the increasing competition in controlling the market, requiring each hotel to be more careful in determining the price of its products in order to get the best position in market share. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how far the factors (competition, demand elasticity, and cost structure) influence the price setting of rooms at Batiqa Hotel Pekanbaru. Based on the method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the data in this study were collected through interviews and observations with the management of Batiqa Hotel Pekanbaru. Based on the data analysis carried out, it turns out that competition factors, demand elasticity, and cost structure are very dominant influencing the decision on room price determination of Batiqa Hotel Pekanbaru. Keywords : Competition, Demand Elasticity, Cost Structure, Price, Hotel

Abstract

research was conducted at PT. Bank SUMUT Sidikalang Branch located at Sisingamangaraja street No. 172 Sidikalang. Problems in this research is the number of customers who experience fluctuations within the last 5 years and an increasing number of customers who close the account at PT. Bank SUMUT Branch Sidikalang .The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of integrated marketing communications and brand equity to customer loyalty at PT. Bank SUMUT Sidikalang Branch. In this research data analysis used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS program. Samples in the study amounted to 100 respondents from the population calculated by the formula Taro Yamane, with the method of sampling using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are primary and secondary data through observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression method.From the results of tests conducted show that integrated marketing communications and brand equity have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank SUMUT Sidikalang Branch.Key word: Integrated marketing communications, brand equity and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study examines the extent to which the effectiveness of the agreement between the United States and Colombia to suppress illegal narcotics through the sea. this agreement was agreed with the efforts of the United States to reduce drug smuggling from Colombia, as well as overcoming the illegal narcotics trafficking in the United States. From these discussions can be drawn two variables, among others, the United States Agreement with Colombia on the eradication of illegal narcotics through the sea channel which is an independent variable. while the handling of illegal narcotics problems in the United States runs effectively, which is a dependent variable.The agreement was agreed by the Colombian government as failing to handle the increase in opium and marijuana results in its own country. it makes the two countries cooperate under an agreement. The agreement was effective. including large-scale operations for successfully seizing illegal drugs, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation for users and addicts, the ever-increasing destruction of laboratory drugs, the seizure of facilities and infrastructure that support drug trafficking, and success in cartel arrests including members and leaders .Keywords: Bilateral Agreement, Drug Enforcement Cooperation Trade, By Sea, USA and Colombia

Abstract

The main goal of the company is to maximize the welfare of stakeholders, this can be achieved by maximizing the value of the company. But sometimes companies fail to increase the company's nialai, which is one of the causes is less carefully the company in applying the factors that affect the value of the company. This makes the company's performance is viewed poorly by its stakeholders. This study aims to examine the factors that affect the value of the company that can be seen from investment and funding. The sample of this research is 6 cable sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which has published its financial report from year 2011-2015. The method of analysis in this study using simple and multiple regression analysis. Simple regression analysis test used to see the partial influence of investment and funding included as independent variable in this research to company value. Multiple regression analysis test to see simultaneous influence of investment and funding included as independent variable in this research to company value. The result of this research is that (1) PER investment has no posif influence and significant to company value. (2) DER funding has a positive and significant influence on firm value. Then the result of the regression estimation shows the predictive ability of the three independent variables to the company value. 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% influenced by other factors outside the model that is not included in this analysis. Abstract

This research was conducted at PTPN V Sei Buatan whick located at Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Derah Tingkat II Siak Indrapura.This study aims to determine the effect of Placement and Performance appraisal work on the performance of employees of the administrasi PTPN V Sei Buatan.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS program software ver. 21 for windows. Populasi in this research is all administrative employees at PTPN V Sei Buatan (Palm Oil Mill) Kampung Sawit Permai Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak that is 52 all employess Samples taken based on method using accidental samping are 52 employees.methods of data collection using questionnaires and interview, This research used questionnaire with measurement scale that is Likert scale which analyzed by validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, analysis of determination, t test, and f test.From the result of tests conducted show that placement have a significant effect on employees performance, job performance appraisal has a significant effect on employees performance, as well as placement and performance appraisal affect simultaneously to employee performance. The calculation results known R Squre is the coefficient of determination and obtained the value of R Squre of 0.761. Abstract

This study aimed to describe factors related to the cause of Victory pair Syamsuar-Alfedri in District Tualang in local elections Siak Year 2015. The figure Syamsuar-Alfedri considered a decent figure was boosted primarily in the District Tualang, proven leadership of one period of their own many programs running felt that touch directly to the public.The problem in this research is the causative factors Is Victory pair Syamsuar-Alfedri in District Tualang in Siak regency elections in 2015. The results of this study are Syamsuar-Alfedri the Regent Siak who served one year period ie 2011 to 2016 that is running very well the previous Government, namely intelligence, social relationships, motivation and encouragement of achievement. With his ability, he was able to bring Siak Regency was named the New Autonomous Region (DOB) best in Indonesia, factor underlying improvement in the economy has Syamsuar-Afedri regents victory in District Tualang. Abstract

Empowerment is an effort to prepare the community along with steps to strengthen community institutions so that they are able to realize progress, independence, and prosperity in a sustainable arrangement of justice. The concept of empowerment is not just to give assignments to the community but how to empower the community by giving direction and teaching so that people are accustomed to honing their abilities. This is what the Technical Service Unit of the Integrated Business Service Center for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UPT PLUT KUMKM) of Riau Province wants to do. Empowerment is carried out by collaborating with accompanying consultants who have different capabilities in accordance with the needs of MSME actors. The purpose of this study is to formulate a small and medium micro business empowerment strategy and to find out what factors influence empowerment carried out by the Integrated Business Service Center for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UPT PLUT KUMKM) in Riau Province. The research method used was descriptive qualitative which was then carried out strategy formulation using the SWOT analysis method. The results showed that the empowerment carried out was still not maximal and had not yet achieved the expected goals, the cause of which was a lack of socialization to the community about integrated business service centers that openly assisted the community in carrying out their business and human resources who were unable to compete with UMKM actors outside the area. Abstract

Implementation of assessment system of curriculum 2013 in Senior High School 2 Pekanbaru experiencing various problems because teachers and students are still not understand the assessment standards in curriculum 2013 due to the complicated and many assessment aspects, next still intertwined limited communication between the government and the school about assessment scale and the government still often changing regulations on the assessment system. The purpose of this research was to analyze how the implementation of assessment system of the curriculum 2013 at the Senior High School 2 pekanbaru and the factors that influence the implementation of assessment system of the curriculum 2013.This research using Van Meter and Van Horn theory which states that the successful implementation of a policy is the standart and policy objectives, resources, characteristic of the implementing organization, the communication between organization, the attitude of the implementing policies and social environment, economic and political. The method used is descriptive qualitative methods. Techniques of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation, and techniques of analysis data through interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman.The result showed that the implementation of assessment system of curriculum 2013 in Senior High School 2 Pekanbaru has not been done well and optimally because there are still many problems in the assessment system of curriculum 2013 is implemented in senior high school 2 pekanbaru. There are several factors that affecting the implementation of assessment system of curriculum 2013 in Senior High School 2 Pekanbaru has not been done well and optimally is the human resources, the attitude of the implementers and policy objectives and communication between implementers.Key Words: Implementation, Assessment System of Curriculum 2013, Senior High School
