Abstract

Kuda lumping is a javanesse traditional art which brings the heroism or heroic message. The purpose of the research are knowing the process of kuda lumping performance in the village rambah baru and function art of kuda lumping for the people in village rambah baru. The method used in this research is descriptive Qualitative Research method, namely the disussion of this research is presented and analyzed in the form of a description of the words (description) with a qualitative approach. This research also supported by the implementation of indepth interviews with the informants (informants) that have been determined in advance by researchers. Based on the result in the art of kuda lumping in village rambah baru is performance started by doing rituals such as burning the incense and using sesajen. Adter that, the dance of kuda lumping the gamelan accompaniment began to appear until it entered the trance stage. While the function of Kuda lumping art for new communities includes functions as entertainment, educational facilities, to commemorate festivities and also function in the economic field. Because Indonesia has a variety of ethnicities, the story of the origin of the lumping horse art varies according to each region. In the performance, kuda lumping uses bamboo webbing that shaped of horse and horsewhip.  Keywords: Performance, Function, Art of Kuda Lumping

Abstract

The existence of news that is not factual, not accurate and objective, not concrete and well-balanced that are quoted from incompetent source from outsiders or Indonesia Police Department (Polri) internal side can cause a bias towards case substances or the problem being published as the news.That is why, public relations of Polda Riau should provide a trusted and competent mass media. www.tribratanewsriau.com is one of the new media used by Polda Riau public relations to publish their work for the citizen in the form of news portal containing police department's activities, especially in Riau. www.tribratanewsriau.com website exists to give trusted and objective information. The purpose of this study is to know how is the communication sytrategy of Riau Police Department public relations from communicator strategy, message strategy and media strategy in publishing informations through www.tribratanews.com website. A good strategy will make the website an effective media to deliver informations. This study used qualitative methods. Data collecting techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation. The informants of this study consist of four people in which all of them are also the main informant. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis bu Huberman and Miles. Data validation are done by triangulation and extension of participation. This study shows that communicator strategy in publishing information which all Polda Riau personnel has the ability to do this because they already trained in public relations before. Aside from the human resources aspect, communicator also get the facility to support their work performance. Communication messages delivered are the informative and educative messages. Information published must be consistent by making monthly report of website recaps. The website is managed with settings that can be easily accessed by the user. Abstract

The research aims to know : (1) Management of waiters at spice restaurant Mayang Sari Beach Resort Bintan Kepulauan Riau; (2) Management efforts to improve the Management of Waiters at Spice Restaurant Mayang Sari Beach Resort Bintan Kepulauan Riau. Research design using descriptive qualitative. Research subjects use key informant and additional informant. The jey infromant is head of human resources department (HRD) and additional informant is waiters at spice restaurant. The data collection technique used observation, documentation, interviews and documents. Studies using the theory of Miles and Huberman (1992) as a concept.The results of this researchs indicate that the management of waiter not efficient. Management efforts to improve the management of waiters at spice restaurant not accordance with the planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Abstract

Competent television stations capture audience audiences by presenting programs that are certainly packed and presented as exciting as possible including the Exchange Bursa Niaga program. The intense competition in the packaging of this program makes the Bursa Niaga Business Strive to improve the content quality so that it can still attract the audience. For this reason this study aims to see how management includes planning, organizing, moving and supervision in the production of the program Bursa Niaga Trade in Riau Televisi. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. The object of research is the production program management strategy of the Bursa Niaga which is produced by Riau Televisi. Research subjects consist of program producer, cameraman, program kabag, presenter determined by purposive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study describes how the application of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC) in the production management of the program as an effort to produce quality programs. Bursa Niaga applies four stages: (1) planning (planning) carried out in three forms, namely content content planning meetings, financing planning meetings, facility planning and planning time aired. (2) organizing, Bursa Niaga has determined the distribution of each crew on duty onair or Bursa Niaga On The Spot with a specified work description. (3) Actuating (execution) of Bursa Niaga there are two onair and Bursa Niaga On The Spot. Onair begins with the determination of business topics, shooting, while On The Spot begins scriptwriting, taping, and post-production only for Bursa Niaga On The Spot which consists of making rundown events, editing process, and Bursa Niaga program display. (4) controlling conducted by Bursa Niaga shall be one of them in the projection and evaluation meeting. The whole set of processes is a form of management in the Bursa Niaga production process. Abstract

Communication is a basic human activity. Communication can occur in all directions, and in any form. One of the communication that happened to DPRD member and society like recess activity of DPRD member. Members of the DPRD Pekanbaru as a representative of the people have a responsibility to be able to fight for the interests of the people. This study aims to determine the model of communication conducted by Members of Parliament Pekanbaru PDIP Faction Fraction and Faction Golongan Karya in the recess in Dapil II District Rumbai and Rumbai Pesisir, what are the aspirations of the community who became the discussion at the time DPRD Member Pekanbaru PDIP Faction And Fraction Golongan Karya The work of the Reses, and what are the obstacles and supporting factors when DPRD Member Pekanbaru PDI-P Faction and Fraction Golongan Karya Faction conducted arecess. This research uses qualitative method.The subjects of this study consisted of 7 people, 2 Staff Secretariat DPRD Pekanbaru City, 2 Members of DPRD Pekanbaru City and 3 People Society selected by using purposive techniques. This study uses observation data collection techniques, interviews, and research documentation. To achieve the validity of this research data, researchers use extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study show the first, Communication Model of Members of Parliament Reses Pekanbaru PDI-P Faction and Fraction Golongan Karya In Absorb Aspirations Society with the constituent elements, media and also the response. Second Aspirations of the Community at the recess of Mr. Dapot Sinaga, SE is in the form of making Irrigation Water, Posyandu, and Field Football. While the aspirations of the community in the recess of Ibu Hj. Masny Ernawati is repairing Posyandu floor into ceramic, and Toa. Third, Factors inhibiting the recess of members of DPRD Pekanbaru City Mr. Dapot Sinaga, SE and Mrs. Hj. Masny Ernawati is when there is delay comes at the time of recess activity, and when the power goes out. While the supporting factor of recess activity is the member of DPRD Pekanbaru who carry out the recess has been directly involved in the election and already recognize the surrounding community. Abstract

This research discusses the Influence of Security measures product import cotton yarn from India for textile industry in indonesia 2011. This action is caused by the high volume of imports of cotton yarn products which resulted in the domestic cotton yarn industry suffered serious losses. In discussing the effect of the application of trade securing measures to the imported yarn of Indian cotton yarn for the Indonesian TPT industry in 2011, the authors used a qualitative research methodology, with the technique of library research to collecting data from book literature sources, magazine issues, Journals and various scientific articles. The perspective used is mercantilism. The level of analysis used is the Nation-State. The theory used is the theory of protectionism by Alexander Hamilton.The influence of the application of trade securing measures to Indian cotton yarn imported products for the Indonesian tpt industry in 2011 is the effect on the volume of cotton yarn imports which experienced the value of fluctuation which resulted in a domestic industry can not recover from the previous losses. Such conditions result in an application for extension of the application of trade securing measures and are granted through Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number. 96 / PMK.011 / 2014.Key words: Safeguard, protectionism, TPT industry

Abstract

Research on the Implementation Ceremony Javanese in Kepenghuluan Harapan Makmur Rokan Hilir. This research was conducted with the aim to explain how changes in the Java Tribe pelksanaa marriage and what factors cause these changes. In this study the author uses qualitative research which is an attempt to present the social world, and perspective in life, in terms of concept, behavior, perception, and the question of human examined. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling method, where the subject is determined by the researchers itself, which consists of key informants 2, informants consist of 5 people. The data collection technique using observation, interview and documentation. The research proves that indeed there is a change at some stage events are held such as: the preparation phase before the wedding, the implementation phase which formerly carried out in detail, but now people prefer to carry out the events that are considered important. This is influenced by several factors such as the times are increasingly changing, the economic factor is the cost factor associated with the lineage of tribal and environmental factors a person's residence.Keywords: Implementation, marriage ceremony, Javanese

Abstract

Mobile Legends Game is an online game is an online game that phenomenon in all major cities in Indonesia including in Pekanbaru city. The enthusiasts of Mobile Legends games ranging from children, adolescents to adults. Interestingly, the phenomenon of Mobile Legends game is also happening to women. There is only one women only squad that is Victory Squad. Victory Squad has 8 female members who play this Mobile Legends game almost every day. Mobile Legends Game is a game action strategy that requires cohesiveness, but often found in this Mobile Legends game users who use harsh words. This research is to know the motive, meaning and experience of female communications member of Victory Squad in playing Mobile Legends game.This research uses qualitative research method with phenomenology approach. The subjects consisted of 5 members of Victory Squad who were selected using Purposive Sampiling technique. This study uses in-depth interview data collection, observation, and research documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used extension of participation and triangulation.The results show first, the female motives of Victory Squad members to play Mobile Legends game consists of motives because (because motive) that is hobby, trend, social environment, and fad. While the motive for (in order to motive) that is popularity and not underestimated. Second, the meaning given by women members of Victory Squad to Mobile Legends game that is game as means and game as world. Third, the Victory Squad women's communication experience is categorized into two pleasant communication experiences and an unpleasant communication experience. Both categories are a communication experience of women Victory Squad members with family, with one team in the Mobile Legends game and with the environment. The form of a fun communication experience in this case is the support and acceptance of the family, the existence of solidarity and mutual support in the game game Mobile Legends game, as well as the support and acceptance of the surrounding environment like friends. While the form of communication experience is not fun is the prohibition and rejection of the family, the presence of players who are selfish, not compact and said rough or dirty in a team game Mobile Legends game, and the existence of a rejection or a negative view of women who play Mobile Legends games from the surrounding environment .Keyword: Phenomena, Game Mobile Legends , Phenomenology, Victory Squad Members

Abstract

This study was conducted at the final disposal (TPA) Kecamatan Rumbai of Muara Fajar Pekanbaru with problems: (1) How Sales Agent Profile Trash Scavenger Muara Fajar Di TPA? (2) How to Analyze Social Exchanges Between scavenger with trash in the TPA Dealers Muara Fajar ?. The purpose of this study To Know Sales Agent Profile Waste and TPA Scavengers In Muara Fajar and Explaining Social Exchange Analysis in Social Interaction Between Scavengers and Dealers Garbage in TPA Muara Fajar. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, subjects in this study were taken by purposive sampling technique namely those involved in socio-economic relations between the scavenger with sales agents Muara Fajar waste in the TPA. To collect research data using the data in-depth interview guidelines, observation and documentation. The results of this study explains that there are socio-economic relations between sales agent garbage scavengers of these relationships are formed patterns of social exchange is no cost and the rewards received by both. patterns formed more dominant on The proportion Value, Stimulus, Approval-Agresi and Rational. As for the cost they receive their discounted items, delays debt repayments scavengers, while the rewards they receive are always pick-up the goods Pulungan agent scavengers, their sense of shared destiny and arms and thus creating a sense of mutual help between them both in lending and borrowing, as well as a social visit.Keywords: Social Exchange, Social Interaction, Scavengers and Agents

Abstract

 Paripurna Mosque is a mosque that has good management, adequate facilities and a center for community religious activities that can be used as an example in the management of mosque management in Pekanbaru City. In Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2016 concerning Pekanbaru City Paripurna Mosque, it is explained that there are three important aspects in the management of plenary mosque, namely Idarah, Imarah and Ri'ayah. That in the aspect of imarah the reality is that the Al-Muttaqin Paripurna Mosque in the tampan District of the mosque management tends to be far from the prosperity of the mosque. It is suspected that the mosque's financial problems have not been well managed and accompanied by people who prosper it. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of activities in the field of the Imarah of the Al-Muttaqin Paripurna Mosque, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City as seen from the management functions of planning, organizing, implementing, budgeting, and monitoring activities. This study uses a qualitative research with a descriptive approach conducted at the Al-Muttaqin Paripurna Mosque, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The results of this study can be seen that the function of planning the activities of the direction of the priesthood can be said to be maximal and is already quite active. However, there are still two programs that have not been maximized, namely the education sector and mosque youth. In the function of organizing the activities of the Emirate it has been arranged in accordance with the instructions of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2016 concerning the Paripurna Mosque of Pekanbaru City. The fact is that in the field the manager is not lacking in personnel but many of the administrators and worshipers who when there are Imarah activities at the Al-Muttaqin plenary mosque did not participate. In the function of the implementation of the activities of the pilgrimage it can be said to have been implemented well, although at times it is not carried out, this is caused by the lack of budget to carry out many programs of the activities of the pilgrimage. In the budgeting function of the immigration activity the source of funds for the implementation of the immigration activities in the budget mosque comes from the infa pilgrims. In the function of supervising Imarah activities is very rarely done, since the Al-Muttaqin mosque was designated a plenary mosque, supervision of the evaluation team was only done once in 2017. Keywords: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Budgeting, Controling.
