Abstract

This research aim to explain the interest of India to ratify the Palermo Protocol on 2011. India signed the Protocol on 2002, but pending the ratify until nine years. This protocol contain many method to prevent, suppress and punish human trafficking especially woman and children. India is a country which have the highest level of human trafficking. It happen because three factor, such as economic, culture and the geographic condition of India.Protocol Palermo made on November 2000 and published on December 2003. This protocol made for the big purpose for the one and only reference for the world to decreased and prevent the human trafficking caseThis case will be analyzed in nation-state level within realism paradigm and foreign policy theory and also interest concept. The foreign policy theory is the basic of the author to analyzed India make the foreign policy to ratify that protocol.India ratify this protocol to decreased the number of human trafficking victim in India and also to have the international relations among the member of Palermo Protocol. India as the biggest state in South Asia should have a good predicate as a state which can success decreased the human trafficking in India.Keywords: human trafficking, human security, Palermo Protocol

Abstract

Being a single parent—Mother- a phenomenon is a phase not experienced by everyone, a change in the function and role of a person before and when being a single parent- can affect changes in the economy, social, and a psychology . The single parent –mother- should replace the role of the father as head of the household in some aspects such as the decision maker, and make a living. Need process of being able to go through a period of darkness or sadness, and single parent or single mother who divorced or abandoned his partner experienced social pressure they must accept such as financial problems, feeling lonely because they are used to being alone, dealing with negative think , accept the present reality alone, even work to earn a living in order to meet the needs of his life and his children that he bear. phenomenon is observed this time been located in Bukit Gajah village District of Ukui Pelalawan Regency where the area has the characteristics of informants in accordance with the subject under study. The research data is collected by interview, observation and documentation. The interview was a structured interview in which the researcher first prepared the interview guidelines. The present research aims to identify what are the driving and inhibiting factors in being a single parent –Mother- and how to structure a strategy and adapt to new and advanced circumstances for their children .Keywords: Single Parent , Mother, Adaptation Strategy .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product differentiation, service differentiation, and image differentiation to the consumer loyalty shipping service business PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This research uses sub variable that is Product Differentiation, Service Differentiation, and Image Diferensiasi. This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru which is located at Jalan Jendral Sudirman no. 229 Pekanbaru. In this research the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample in this research is consumer of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru as many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample using Slovin formula, sampling method with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires.From the data analysis covering validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial), and f (simultaneous) test. The result of this research shows that the result of test of first t test hypothesis, product differentiation to consumer loyalty is t arithmetic (12,972) > t table (1,6608) meaning product differentiation have significant effect to consumer’s loyalty. Second, service differentiation to consumer loyalty is t arithmetic (8,920) > t table (1,6608) meaning service differentiation have a significant effect to consumer loyalty. Third, image differentiation to consumer loyalty is t arithmetic (12,525) > t table (1,6608) meaning image differentiation have significant effect to consumer loyalty. F product differentiation test, service differentiation, and image differentiation to consumer loyalty are F arithmetic (80,972) > F table (2,70). This means product differentiation, service differentiation, and image differentiation simultaneously significantly influence consumer’s loyalty.Keywords: Product Differentiation, Service Differentiation, Image DifferentiationConsumer loyalty

Abstract

Internal communication is a communication that occurs within the office or organization. Communication is one important aspect to realize the company's goals. A communication occurs because there is a structure within an organization and this is supported by various internal corporate communication media. PT RAPP is a subsidiary of APRIL Group which already has a special division to handle internal communications company that is Internal Communications Officer. This division belongs to the Corporate Communications Department. According to the theory of information organization by Wick, the purpose of this study is to find out how much the level of effectiveness of communications internal corporate communications PT RAPP in providing information to employees.The method used in this study is mix method which means quantitative method supported by qualitative method. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 100 of PT RAPP employes from 4500 all populations and using proportional random sampling technique. For data analysis in this research use descriptive statistic technique.Based on the concept of communication effectiveness according to Hardjana indicator in this research that is message source, message content, media, receiver or user, format and timing. The results of this study indicate the level of effectiveness of corporate communications internal communications PT RAPP in providing information to employees classified as very effective in range 3,26. Abstract

Caring for the environment is an attitude and action that seeks to prevent damage to the surrounding natural environment and develop efforts to repair the natural damage that has already occurred. Attitudes and actions must be taught from an early age so that it becomes a habit to be able to protect the environment. One of the efforts was carried out by the Sumatra Ecoregion Development Control Center by implementing an environmental care program at an early age. The socialization is carried out by giving material to school children so that they can apply the environmental care attitude that has been taught. This study aims to determine the communication strategy of the Sumatra Ecoregion Development Control Center in socializing environmental care programs at an early age.The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. This qualitative research aims to explain the phenomenon as deeply as possible through data collection. Using a purposive technique by interviewing 12 informants who participated in an environmental awareness program at an early age conducted by the office of the Sumatra Ecoregion Development Control Center.The results of this study are the credibility of the communicator based on the knowledge and experience they have, the communicator in the socialization is the general staff and personnel who understand environmental issues. For the audience selected in the socialization were PAUD and kindergarten children in Pekanbaru City. The message strategy used is informative and persuasive by providing material on environmental issues and inviting children to behave in an environmentally caring manner. And the media strategy used in socialization is done by choosing face-to-face or direct media, print media such as books and leaflets and electronic media such as airing environmental films. The media used in the socialization were the results made by the office of the Sumatra Ecoregion Development Control Center and also the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.Keyword : Communication Strategy, Socializing, Environmental Care Programs, Early Age

Abstract

Construction company were one of economic sectors that have vital position in national of economic. It caused construction sector become more difficult in business competition. But in another side construction sector is valueable because it is prices by investor. Investor looked for benefits is need to know about financial report and it give them the information. Thing that they have to know is Profitability ratio.This study is quantitatif descriptive have aims to investigate the effect of ROA, ROE, EPS and NPM partially and simultaneously to 6 construction company’s stock price. So the result of this study was conducted is EPS ratio only is partially have significant effect and ROA, ROE and NPM have no significant effect on stock price while simultaneously ROA, ROE, EPS and NPM have significant effect on stock price.Keywords: ROA, ROE, EPS, NPM, Stock Price

Abstract

This research was conducted in the District Kemuning Indragiri Hilir with problems: (1) How Lifestyle Dharma Wanita Persatuan In Behavior Consumption in District Kemuning Indragiri Hilir? (2) What are the Factors Affecting Lifestyle Dharma IFEWanita Persatuan in District Kemuning Indragiri Hilir?. The purpose of this study to Know How Lifestyle background Dharma Wanita Persatuan In Behavior Consumption Patterns in District Kemuning Indragiri Hilir and Factors Affecting Anything Lifestyle Dharma Wanita Persatuan in District Kemuning Indragiri Hilir. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were who in structured management of Dharma Wanita United in the District Kemuning total 29 people, this population is taken by the census technique re for all the population is used as a sample and using cross tabulation to test indicators into lifestyle changes in this study. To collect data the researcher used questionnaire and documentation. These results indicate that lifestyle Dharma Wanita Untied in Sub District Kemuning caused by factors that affect lifestyle that includes economic, social and cultural patterns of consumption and consists of the consumption of goods, the use of leisure time and use of space, by using cross tables (cross tabulation) based on the processed data is the study had a positive relationship with the proved measurement method.The Keyword : Life Style, dan Dharma Wanita

Abstract

This research was conducted at senior high school based common and senior high school based religion in Pekanbaru, Riau). With a problem that (1) What is factors affect of premarital sexual from students senior high school based common and senior high school based religion, (2) How comparisons of premaritial sexual from senior high school based common and senior high school based religion. This research is comparative research with the quantitative approach and elaboration with narrations descriptive. Population of this research are students grade third, it is 264 students than population was taken with the technique probability sampling, it is sampling propotinal. So, we the sample in this research is 65 students of senior high scool basen common and 55 students of senior high school based religion Islam. To collect data using questioner and documentation. Based on this research there conclusion is factors affect of premarital sexual is (1) Sexul knowledge, (2) Understanding abour religion, (3) there role of family and peers, (4) The sexual passions (5) Source of information (social media). To know of comparing there and nothing between T-test. Finded T-colculated is 2,5 to T in table using standart signification with free degree 118. So, result t0,95(118) = 1,66. If comparate with T result it is large than T-table(t = 2,5 > t 0,95 (118) = 1,66). So, we found significant differences between students senior high school based common and senior high school based religion.Keywords: behavior sexual, comparative, students, premaritial

Abstract

Linggam Cahaya Museum is the only one in Lingga regency. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of promotion of Linggam Cahaya Museum in Lingga Regency, to know the parties who carry out promotion at Linggam Cahaya Museum, and to know what efforts are done in increasing tourist visit.This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. The subject of the research is the manager of Linggam Cahaya Museum Lingga Regency, Section Head of Promotion Facilities, Information and Cooperation of Tourism Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Lingga Regency, and the community. The data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used in this research through data reduction stages, data presentation and conclusion.The results of this study concluded that the parties concerned to promote through advertising, personal selling, publicity, sales promotion, and digital marketing. The promoting party is the manager of the Linggam Cahaya museum Lingga Regency, the Lingga Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Office, and the community. Efforts made in increasing tourist visits by providing visitor service and make better planning one of them in doing promotion.Key word : advertising, personal selling, publicity, sales promotion, and digital marketing

Abstract

 Ladies Companion workers was an profession that is happening at Pekanbaru. Ladies Companion workers identic with sexy outfit and considered as one of deviate work. Based on mottive, meaning and communication experience of ladies companion workers explain how they work. Purpose of this research is to known their mottive, self meaning and how their communication experience when they do their work.This research using qualitative method with phenomenology approach. The informan consisted of 5 people as ladies companion workers using snowball sampling thecnique. Data collection using observation participant, deep interview and documentation. This research using interactive data analisys that include 3 phase which is data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusion.The result of this research shown that their mottive to work as ladies companion is because mottive which is hobbies, broken home, economic factor and life costs. In oreder mottive is to get additional income, looking for better life. Self meaning of this ladies companion that for them this work can help their economic side. Identic with outfit and menor makeup. Ladies companion considered as deviate work. Communication experience their get is pleasure  (positive) and nunpleasure (negative). Pleasure experience which is get some bonus, get complement from their guests, advise to each other. In other side their unpleasure some kind of unpleasure treatment, sexual harrasment and considered as sex workers. After any category that found from ladies companion is Ladies companion and their Mami, as a stage for ladies companion workers.
