Abstract

The problem in this study is the percentage of achievement of sales targets has decreased, this is thought to be influenced by consumer dissatisfaction with product quality and service quality.             The purpose of this study was to determine product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in KFC Giant Panam Pekanbaru. The population in this study is KFC Giant Panam Pekanbaru consumers. The sample taken is based on the method using the incidental sampling guidelines in sugiono on the third point, amounting to 100 respondents. The data in this study used a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by consumers. Data obtained from the result of the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through the SPSS23 program.            Hypothesis testing usus simple linear analysis methods and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on KFC Giant Panam Pekanbaru. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²) of simple product quality to customer satisfaction obtained an R square value of 0,642 or 64,2% and service quality to customer satisfaction obtained an R square value of 0,339 or 33,9% and a calculation of determination (R²) of multiple product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction obtained R square value of 0,503 or 50,3%, this shows that product quality and service quality have and effect of 50,3% on customer satisfaction on KFC Giant Panam Pekanbaru, while the remaining 49,7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.              Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer satisfaction

Abstract

Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence Batam is a hotel located in the middle of batam city. This hotel became one of the hotels that have the tallest building in batam city. Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence Batam is one of the best hotels in downtown batam. The hotel has two adjoining buildings. Where the first building is named Tower A and the second is named Tower B, each tower has the same number of floors and the same building form. Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence Batam is located on Jalan Kampung Utama, Jl. Imam Bonjol No.1, Lubuk Baja Kota, Batam City, Batam City, Riau Islands. The position of Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence Batam is right in the middle of batam city, so it will not be far from the center of the batam in batam city. Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence has twenty-two floors where the apartments start from the fifth to sixteenth floors, and for the hotel chain starting from seventeen to twenty-two floors. From the results of research authors who talked about the hotel services, especially in department housekeeping. Can be said that this hotel can be one of the many hotels inhabited by guests who are in the city batam. Abstract

Garden agro tours Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru city, it is one of the attractions that deserve to be developed, because the number of visits from year to year continues to increase. The reason the researchers chose the agro- tourism of pekanbaru city of riau province is the first agro tourism area in pekanbaru city and the agro- tourism park is quite interesting, which combines farming areas, farms and game riders into a beautiful area. This study aims to describe the segmentation of tourists in Taman Agro Tourism Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City Riau Province. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. From the result of the research, it is known that the geographical segmentation of 86% comes from the city of Pekanbaru and 14% from outside Pekanbaru, female demographic segmentation is 67% and males 33%, age 26- 35 years 39% , 83% are married and 17% are unmarried, then on average have 4 core family members, 59% senior high school education, with an average job as an entrepreneur of 40% with monthly expenses of Rp. 3,000,000-4,000,000. Then psychologically tourists who come to visit the Agro Park Tenayan Raya Tour Pekanbaru city on average with families, tourists who come more happy to use a motorcycle. The average tourist knowing information about Taman Agro Wisata Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City comes from relatives of 81% and is willing to recommend the location to others by 93%. Tourists who come to visit with the aim to relax by 46%. Tourists who use restaurant and gazebo facilities as many as 100 people, fruit garden as many as 60 people, mini market as many as 40 people, fishing ponds, 37 people, toilets as many as 30 people and outbound arena, outfit, rice fields, vegetable garden 29 people sebalamak. While the tourists who are interested in doing activities such as, taking 88 people, 60 people harvest, 37 people fishing, 29 agro-educational and outbound activities, 18 archery, flying fox as many as 11 people and family gathering as many as 6 people . Abstract

City Labor Office Pekanbaru provide its services as a proof for Manpower who work in Pekanbaru City. This is useful to prevent the entry of illegal labor and can work for local labor. Problems in labor licensing service in Pekanbaru can be seen from the length of time available, which can be completed within 5 days to 10-15 days.In accordance with Winarsih (2006), service can reflect through Simplicity, Clarity, Certainty of Time, Accuracy, Security, Responsibility, Completeness of facilities and infrastructure, Ease of access, Discipline, Courtesy and Friendliness and Comfort. Informants in the study are employees and the community used as many as 8 people.Result of research that service of work permit in Labor Office of Labor of Pekanbaru City is good enough, only less maximal in the form of service given to interested public. Of the 6 types of theories put forward include: simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, completeness of facilities, accessibility, showing service on labor permits Pekanbaru City that has been quite satisfy the existing requirements on the theory. Factors inhibiting labor licensing service in Pekanbaru city can be seen from the internal and external environment. Internal environment is a factor that is less than external factors ie companies that provide less data and information appropriate to work. Abstract

Currently HIV / AIDS has spread widely in almost all regions of the world includingIndonesia. Dumai city is one of the areas vulnerable to HIV / AIDS. During 2017, thenumber of HIV and AIDS cases was 598 cases. Patients with HIV / AIDS or so-called ODHA(People With HIV / AIDS), often experience psychological problems resulting from theillness and negative stigma from the surrounding environment. PLWHA requires counselorsto be able to change the behavior of PLWHA. The role of counselor at VCT ClinicPuskesmas Dumai Kota is very important in providing guidance, knowledge, behaviorchange, and motivate the life of PLWHA. Interpersonal communication is very important forcounselors and PLWHA in VCT Clinic. The purpose of this research is to know the stages ofcounseling HIV/AIDS, effectiveness of communication between counselor and PLWHAperson, and communication barrier experienced by counselor and PLWHA in VCT ClinicPuskesmas Dumai Kota.This research uses qualitative method, the subjects of informants selected usingpurposive technique, which become informant in this research are 5 people, that 1 counselorand 4 people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). The data collection techniques used in thisresearch are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques byreducing data, collecting data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and evaluation byusing tehniques of validity checking data that is triangulation.The results of this research are counseling procedures performed include pre-testcounseling and post-test counseling. The effectiveness of interpersonal communicationbetween counselors and PLWHA in VCT Clinic Puskesmas Dumai City has been runningeffectively, counselors and people living with HIV are equally open to each other; counselorsand PLWHA have high empathy with each other; positive behavior between counselor withPLWHA is shown by mutual understanding of condition of PLWHA and PLWHA receivinggood treatment from counselor; counselors and PLWHA support each other; the attitude ofequality between counselors and shown by the attitude of appreciation and mutual trust witheach other. Communication barriers felt by counselor during interpersonal communicationprocess between counselor and PLWHA in VCT Clinic Puskesmas Dumai City take placethat is psychological barrier and semantic barrier.

Abstract

One of the objectives of the government, namely national development as a form of Pancasila experience. Especially in vehicles transporting goods in traffic and road transportation. However, the problem of excessive transportation of goods causes problems with the facilities and infrastructure of road safety and road conditions, as in the contents of Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation. Goods transported by the Minister of Transportation number 134 of 2015 concerning the implementation of the handling of motorized vehicles that violate the rules is a problem that is always encountered in many regions throughout Indonesia, and the problem always recurs and seems difficult to overcome completely. This study uses Willian N Dunn's theory which states that the effectiveness of policies there are several indicators as follows, namely Efficiency, Adequacy, Grading, Responsiveness, and Decision. Data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data through observation, interview and documentation techniques conducted at the Balai Raja motor vehicle weighing unit. Data analysis techniques using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that there are several factors that influence the effectiveness of the policy of implementing motor vehicle weighing implementers, namely the lack of personnel or human resources (HR). In addition, there is a lack of awareness of truck drivers in transportation and the procedures for cargo transportation. Therefore, it is important to carry out the weighing of motorized vehicles to maintain road infrastructure, order and security in the use of roads.Keywords: Effectiveness of Public Policy Policy, Goods Transport Cost.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is very important in maintaining household harmony. With this interpersonal communication, couples can find out how to form a good relationship with each other. in the subdistrict of Bagan Manunggal sub-district, in the chart, it turned out that there were still many elderly couples who were still in harmony and still surviving at an advanced age of marriage. from the phenomenon of divorce that occurs a lot around him but Abri's pensioners are able to maintain his marriage until the age of gold. The purpose of this study was to explain how interpersonal communication between golden age couples in maintaining a harmonious family with retired children in a single village unit.            The purpose of this study was to explain how interpersonal communication between golden age couples in maintaining a harmonious family in retired servants in the village section The research was conducted in the village of Bagan Manunggal, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods that explain and interpret existing data. Informants in this researcher are husband and wife. Techniques for collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study indicate that interpersonal communication by husband and wife has gone well. married couples always communicate in an effort to foster, maintain and strengthen their interpersonal relationships in the family to avoid problems that arise in the family which later can lead to divorce by considering 5 aspects: openness, empathy, positive attitude, supportive attitude and equality. Openness, where the married couple has shown their open attitude by trusting each other and being loyal to each other. Empathy, where husband and wife feel what is felt by each other. Positive attitude, husband has shown a positive attitude by giving good advice to his wife. Supporting attitude, husband and wife have shown an attitude of support by accepting and giving input to each other. Abstract

Importance of taxes for the State to improve local finance. Analyzing the tax management of the earth and rural and urban buildings, the government expects the tax revenue to be more optimal and achieve predetermined targets. This study aims to provide an overview of the management of local revenue from the tax on the earth and rural and urban buildings in kuantan singingi regency in 2014-2015. This research is a descriptive research using qualitative approach as a tool of its analysis. This research was conducted in Kuantan Singingi Regency and took sample data in Revenue Service of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Getting information in this research is primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and direct interview with informant in this research.Results show that the management of Tax On the Earth and Rural and Urban Buildings in Kuantan Singingi Regency 2014-2015 has not been run efficiently. As the lack of socialization is done to the public so that the taxpayers' interest from the people who are lacking, the lack of staff in managing the taxes of the earth and rural and urban buildings and economic capacity of the people themselves who can not afford to pay local taxes. The government should improve the performance of employees in the management of rural and urban taxes on rural and urban areas in kuantan singingi regency such as holding training in the management so that human resources of employees will become more productive, and prepare funds for socialization to the public so that public awareness in paying Tax increases so that the set targets are achieved.Keywords : Management, Tax On the Earth and Rural and Urban Buildings, Kuantan Singingi

Abstract

This study discusses "The European Union's Response to the Separation of Catalunya from Spain". Separation of territory is the formation of a new political unit which is carried out through the separation of the elements of sovereignty of a country. Catalunya, one of the regions of Spain, wants to leave the territory of Spain and form a country called the Republic of Catalonia. Political, cultural, economic and other issues are the cause for the departure of Spain from Catalunya. The method used in this research is Qualitative Explanatory. This study uses secondary data, namely by using library research. This study uses the Pluralism Perspective by Paul R, Viotti and Mark V.Kauppi, Level of Group Behavior Analysis, and International Organizational Theory by Clive Archer.The results of this study are that the European Union and the International World do not recognize the independence referendum carried out by Catalunya and still recognize Catalunya as a sovereign territory of the Spanish State. The referendum is considered illegal. Abstract

This research was condectad in the village district of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Sail with the formulation of the problems that are (1) what are the forms of empowerment program the poor families in tne village district of Tenayan Raya Sail? (2) How is the response of the society tourads empowerment program in the village district of Tenayan Raya Sail? The pupose of this research is to know of the empowerment program forms a poor family in the village of the Sail to figure out a response toword the govermemnt’s empowerment program in district of Sail. This research was used descriptive quantitative research methods, the sample in this research was took by used the formula by slovin took 10% of the total population. To collect the data of the research by using questioner and observastion the result of this research can be known. The empowerment program forms a poor family in the village of the Sail that is aiming at the fulfillment of basic needs such as the basic food consumtion to the people of rural pool in the prencence of poor rice and cas assistance (BLT), the existence of the neighborhood businesses save program loan (UEK-SP) the existence of program UKM, the existence of a free health service by using card JAMKESMA or JAMKESDA, the presence of smart card, loan, cooperative family program expectations. The society gave a good responde to the government`s empowerment program, but a response to the government`s empowerment program implementation was still less good because in the government`s proverty reduction still tess timety in sharing of poor rice and money direct assistance in cash and leasr the citizens who got smart card.Keywords : Response, Society, Empowerment Program
