Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in sales and sales target has been set arrives. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze brand image, consumer interest and determine on consumer interest in buying a cars Isuzu Panther PT. Astra International, Tbk Branch Pekanbaru. The research concludes that the brand image of the car Isuzu Panther assessed agree, which means respondents agreed with brand image Isuzu Panther car now adays as a fuel efficient car, car with quality, suitable for all terrain thereby increasing rider confidence and the car is easy to maintain and repair. Consumer interest in the car Isuzu Panther on PT. Astra International, Tbk Branch Pekanbaru assessed interested. Analysis with SPSS showed that the brand have very strong against the interest of consumers to buy car Isuzu Panther on PT. Astra International, Tbk Branch Pekanbaru. Brand image has positif influence on consumer interest, so if ther is an increase into consumer interest to buy a car Isuzu Panther on PT. Abstract

Cybercrime as particularly vulnerable to transnational crime in Indonesia, itsbecause there were no enforcement’s. Indonesia there was no specific legislationwhich owned by the Indonesian cybercrime and limited facilities and infrastructurerelatedagencies in the field of technology. Negative impacts caused by cybercrimenot only harm the individual, society and state but also can threaten a country both interms of security, economic, social and cultural. “However, the relationship betweenIndonesia and Australia disrupted after wiretapping of Australia, Indonesia feltaggrieved by it that Indonesia protested in Australia, and these conditions clearlyhave reduced the trust Indonesia to Australia.”This study applies neorealist perspective, theory assumes that internationalcooperation to develop themselves, any country cooperating with other countriesinternationally accepted and cooperation can not be avoided because each countryhas a national interest. This study applies qualitative research method with libraryresearch.The result of this research shown wiretapping that has been done Australia noimpact on cooperation between Polri and the Australian Federal Police (AFP)tackling cybercrime in Indonesian, proved by doing SOM between Polri and the AFPon 3th-6th November 2013 and training programs at JCLEC between Polri and AFPon 7th April 2014. Polri still continue cooperation with the AFP after wiretapping ismotivated by some of the help given Australia toward Indonesia, that is assistance inlaw enforcement, human resources, equipment and technologies that provide apositive impact for Polri tackling cybercrime in Indonesia.Keywords: Australian Federal Police, cooperation, cybercrime, Polri, transnationalcrime

Abstract

The recommendation of building permit from sub-district head is requirement of the building permit in Rokan Hulu Regency. Building permit commendation of the sub-district at the Ujung Batu sub-district Office had the authority of Ujung Batu sub-district. Therefore Ujung Batu subdistrict government should provide a good service to the public in the making of building permits recommendations.This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach as a tool of analysis. This research was conducted in Ujung Batu sub-district, Rokan Hulu. This research was using interviews with key informants as information objects that aim to achieve the goal in order to get information in this research. Data used of this research is primary data and secondary data obtained through observation and interviews with key informants in this research.Service Implementation of the building permit recommendation from government officials to the citizens service users is still not good. It fairness is based on the clarity and certainty of that the service is still lacking, it is not efficient in service, is not evenly distributed in the service, and still less of an employee disciplinary for the service of building permit recommendations that resulted is not timely in service. As for some of the factors that influence the implementation process of building permit service recommendations in District Ujung Batu, namely : a) There is still a lack of support facilities to the community service activities. Equipment also needs to be adapted to the development of existing technology to facilitate and speed up the service process. b) There is still a lack of personnel service clerk technical control of the main task, so that sometimes the service becomes less effective. c) There are still of officials who are still not disciplined.Keywords: Public Service, Subdistrict, Building Permit Recommendation

Abstract

Public Services of Public Health Centers at the Sub District MarpoyanDamai in the City of Pekanbaru year 2013-2014. Purpose of this study was todetermine the Public Services in Public Health Centers at the District MarpoyanDamai in City of Pekanbaru and what are the factors that obstruct the services.This research used qualitative methods, research that provides an explanation ofdata is done through the process of preparation, presentation of data,observation, interview techniques, and Documentation. The result of thisresearch. concluded that the Public Service is still not optimal given employeehealth centers. Can be seen from the standard indicators of public servicesaccording to kepmenpan No. 63 of 2003, service procedures are difficult, longturnaround time of service, limited service products, facilities and infrastructureis not yet complete, and then the employee competence of Health Centre, who donot show a friendly attitude to patients.Keywords : Public Services, Obstruction Factors, Public Health Center (PHC)

Abstract

The objective of this research is finding the role of the United Nations in the elimination of the Lord’s Resistance Army in Africa, and to help address the humanitarian crisis that occurred because of the civil conflict caused by the LRA armed forces in Uganda.The motive of the LRA and the horrid human rights abuse conducted, have led United Nations to engage on several engagements to eliminate the group. In other words, the United Nations has succeed to help address the humanitarian crisis by the help of Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and kick the armed forces from Uganda.Challenges though are still faced, like the complication of the Security Council priorities, Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights’s tasks to help the humanitarian crisis, access towards LRA affected areas, and the limited mandate of the peacekeeping forces.Key Words: Role, Conflict, UN, OHCHR, Uganda, LRA, Humanitarian Crisis

Abstract

Health is one of the basic needs of society and the state is obliged to guarantee all OF theirpeoples, the government as the highest institution in charge of the health care must alsofulfill the obligations in the provision of health care facilities. This research aims toinvestigate the characteristics of college student who seek treatment in center healthservices of university of riau. This research was conducted in october, november anddecember 2013 by conducting interviews and direct observation in clinic university of riau.Furthermore, the data obtained from the field were analyzed descriptively. The resultsshowed that the characteristics of college student who seek treatment in health centerservices is dominated by respondents aged 20-22 years which is as much as 49.23% or 65respondents and dominated by female respondents ie 48 respondents or 69.23%.Characteristics of college student who seek treatment in center health services is dominatedby them who have a parent with an income of Rp. 2.000.000, - s / d Rp. 5.000.000, - permonth or middle economic status as much as 47.69%. The response of college students tohealth center services in university of Riau overall is good. Many as 43 respondents or66.15% of respondents who chose treatment because it is free give a good assessment. Thenin terms of the care of doctors and health workers also was considered quite good by therespondents.Keywords: Health Care, College Student, Health Center of University of Riau

Abstract

The presence of the informal sector is very memgang important role in urbanlife, particularly to show a potential source of income for the residents of the city. Theinformal sector in addition to the provision of employment, the informal sector is alsoits existence towns survive without help even even with dai obstacles because theyadministration in the need of products and services produced by the sector.The problem is in this research is (1) Why hawkers (street vendors) selling onthe road? and (2) How does the government's attitude towards street vendors (PKL) whosell on the road?The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of hawkers (street vendors)selling on the road and to determine the government's attitude towards street vendors(PKL) who sell on the road.Subjects in this study were the street vendors (PKL) who sell at marketsSenapelan Pekanbaru totaling 42 merchants. The approach used in this study is to usequalitative descriptive method, the process of collecting data using interviews,observation and questionnaires. The technique of taking subjects in this study was acensus method.The advice is expected that the author wants to convey to the government to bemore concerned about the street vendors (PKL) in Pekanbaru Senapelan market butespecially the street vendors (PKL) in Pekanbaru Senapelan market that does not haveits own stall. Abstract

For Kuantan Singingi District, Local Elections has been started since 2006, when it was followed by four pairs of candidates. The second Elections was conducted by the Commission Elections Kuantan Singingi District in 2011. For the technical implementation of the Commission District Regency based on the Act, Government Regulation, Presidential Regulation, Regulation of the Minister, and the Commission Elections Regulation of Republic of Indonesia. The candidates contesting on the serial number is a pair H.Sukarmis and Drs.H.Zulkifli, M.Si while the number two is pair Drs.H.Mursini and Gumpita, SP, M.Sc.The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Regional Elections Commission in process determination of the Permanent Voters List on the implementation of Local Elections in Kuantan Singingi District in 2011 in Pasar Baru Baserah Village and determine the factors that hinder performance of Regional Elections Commission in process determination of the Permanent Voters List on the implementation of Local Elections in Kuantan Singingi District in 2011 in Pasar Baru Baserah Village.Based on the research results can be some conclusions as follows: (1) Determination of the Permanent Voters List in Pasar Baru Baserah Village completely not going well, where the Regional Elections Commission as the organizers are not professional in perform activities of determining the Permanent Voters List, so disadvantaged communities, (2) Lack of socialization Regional Election Commission about the Election schedule, Election procedures, requirements to become voters and easiness choose if it is not listed in the Permanent Voters List, it adds to the complex issues in the Pasar Baru Baserah Village. (3) Problems muddle Permanent Voters List in the Pasar Baru Baserah Village is due to inputting errors defined by their weak human resources and computer technology used many heavily damaged.In order to improve the quality of Elections or Local Elections in Indonesia in the future, system uses Identity Card, Family Card as evidence for the use the right to vote of citizen voters was not enough, and should be fixed or addressed. Therefore, under the circumstances and conditions of the administration management of population is weak as it is today, issue or problem is how and who should be responsible and able to provide assurances that the person will not have more than one Identity Card or Family Card, or Identity Card and Family Card is authentic and valid.Keywords: Performance, Commission Elections Kuantan Singingi District, the Permanent Voters List.

Abstract

Research conducted from June to August 2013, in the Village Housing Jondul Lama Rejosari District of Tenayan Kingdom Pekanbaru aims to determine how the client Patron history between pimps with prostitutes in the Old Village Housing Jondul Rejosari District of Tenayan Kingdom, the relationship between the prostitute and pimp how roles reciprocal basis between the procurer (patron) with PSK (client) in the Old Village Housing Jondul Rejosari District of Tenayan Kingdom. The method used is a qualitative method (Descriptive Research). Informants used is seven prostitutes and two pimps were there in the Old Jondul Housing and community leaders. Data was collected through in-depth interviews ( indepth interviews ) and observations , then the data that has been obtained qualitatively analyzed .The results showed that the Client Patron relationship between pimps and prostitutes is motivated by the need to make life as a pimp and prostitute patron needs workers also need work. The relationship between them begins with a relationship without a written agreement, but based on mutual trust of each party. As a patron, the pimp has a function as an intermediary or dealer to the customer , arrange the working systems and as head of the family , accompanied by PSK function as a facilitator in the business world of prostitution. The relationship anatara pimps and prostitutes in the Jondul Lama urban residential districts Rejosari Tenayan Kingdom is progressing well and the positive lead to the kinship between the two. Pimps have a role to PSK ( client ) both at work and in daily life to direct, control, and protect prostitutes. Likewise with sex workers who have worked in accordance with the role that pimps command, perform its obligations as workers, serve and delight customers. So the relationship that exists in the world of covert peostitusi between pimps and prostitutes who were in the Village Housing Jondul Lama Rejosari Tenayan District of Pekanbaru 's Kingdom can be said are good and positive.Keywords : Patron - Client, Panti Massage Plus, PSK.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is very important in the interaction of a goodrelationship between the nurse with the elderly in a nursing home. Through interpersonalcommunication can nurses know how to build a good relationship with the elderly, causing asense of comfort for the elderly in old spends his days in a nursing home. The purpose of thisstudy is to explain how the effectiveness of interpersonal communication with the elderly andnurses know what interpersonal communication disorders among nurses with elderly in anursing home. The usefulness of this study are expected to contribute significantly to thedevelopment of science communication and serve as an input for further research.This research was conducted in a nursing home UPT PSTW Khusnul Khotimah Riauprovince, located on the road Kaharudin Nasution Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptivequalitative research methods that describe and interpret the data. Informants in this studywere nurses, the elderly, and the head of a nursing home by using techniques aimedinformants, purposiv. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, anddocumentation.The results of this study indicate that braided interpersonal communication by thenurse with the elderly has been operating effectively in a nursing home UPT PSTW KhusnulKhotimah. The problems faced by elderly nursing elderly is a condition that is affected byvarious factors such as the elderly who are old age, the presence of the illness, the elderlywho are already emotionally unstable, elderly and their families feel left out so it is placed ina nursing home, which causes the elderly feel comfortable in his old days spent in a nursinghome. The effectiveness of interpersonal communication conducted with elderly nurse is ableto evoke the spirit, motivation, self-confidence and the elderly, in order to feel comfortable inelderly nursing home by considering five aspects, namely openness, empathy, positiveattitude, being supportive, and equality. Impaired interpersonal communication betweennurses with elderly include three things: physical disorders, psychological disorders, andsemantic disorders.Keywords : Interpersonal, Communication, Nursing Home
