Abstract

This research describes the effort of WHO (World Health Organization) within overcome cancer in Republic of Korea through it’s programme, Cancer Control Programme. Cancer main health problem in Republic of Korea. The cancer incidence and mortality number in Republic of Korea every year has been increasing. The annual number of cancer deaths has been increasing, it lead cause of death in Korea since 1983, and steadily as Korea becomes an aged society. The purpose of this study to find out the role of WHO within controlling cancer in Republic of Korea.This research is using descriptive and library research methods.The data and information obtained from books, journals and websites. This research uses pluralism perspective and international organization theory to explain effort of WHO in Republic of Korea.The result of this research shows that cancer as a world health problem makes WHO try to reduced the cancer incidence and mortality through it's program, Cancer Control Programme.This program promotes national cancer control policies plans and programmes, integrated to noncommunicable diseases and other related problems. National Cancer Control Programme is part of Cancer Control Programme which a public health programme designed to reduce the number of cancer cases and deaths. By using implementation plan, the 5-year survival rate of cancer patients in Korea has improved to 62%.Keyword : WHO, Cancer in Republic of Korea, Cancer Control Programme

Abstract

Teachers are human elements that determine the success of education. Profession asa teacher relates to students, who naturally have similarities and differences. Serve thediverse task requires patience and diligence are very high, especially when dealing withyoung learners. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance ofteachers in performing their duties in SDN 001 Teratak subdistrict Rumbio Jaya. This studywas conducted in April 2014 by an interview of the entire teaching staff at the SDN 001Teratak. Moreover, the authors also observed the teaching and learning process as well asliterature on the results of previous studies are considered relevant. The results showed thatthe factors that affect the performance of teachers at SDN 001 Teratak is teachermotivation in work, workplace atmosphere, discipline and welfare of teachers. Having donepartial test (t test) against these four factors, the variables of teacher motivation has asignificant influence on the performance of the teacher about 2,799 (279,9%) . While theother variables are not significant. But when done simultaneously testing (test f) thevariable of teacher motivation in work, workplace atmosphere, discipline and welfare ofteachers working together to have significant influence on the performance of teachers atSDN 001Teratak about 57,3%.

Abstract

This study, entitled Supervision Camats Against Disadvantaged Rural DevelopmentRural District of Fullness Ulak Patian Rokan Hulu in 2012. Research is motivated by RokanHulu Regency Regulation No. 39 Year 2011 on the transfer of part of the authority to theregent Rokan Hulu District Head for performance of Local Government, which where camatdituntuk participate actively in monitoring the development of the village, sub-district andvillage as required in order to run in running the village administration tasks,synchronization between the village and district governments can influence the motion of thegrowth of rural development.Problems in this sekripsi that control sub-districts, rural development tertinggalanPatian Ulak village and village government administrative services. For this study aims todetermine how the monitoring of the progress of the village sub-district head, the constraintsin rural villages as well as the supervision of village administrative services. The methodused in this study is a qualitative method that describes the data descriptively. Datacollection techniques used were dokumentasidan field study by interviewing while the sourcedata used is primary data collected from the study site and supported by secondary data.From the research conducted hasi, camat supervision in rural development is notmaximized, it is influenced by several factors, namely: its lack of synchronization between thevillage government districts, villages lack proper policies, as well as the physical condition ofthe road is inadequate. However, the village government to do some role to support theeconomic growth of the community one of which is to improve the quality of education.Keywords: Delegation of authority, development, underdeveloped villages.

Abstract

Effective communication is delivering idea, message, and feeling in a best way and reaching its purpose. Plasa Telkom is a place established by PT TELKOM as a media to serve customer’s needs or soon to be customer’s personally and face to face. The purpose of this research is to know how the communication of Customer Service Representative in appreciating their customers in plasa Telkom sudirman pekanbaru and also to know the obstacles and supportive factors of Customer Service Representative in delivering information in plasa Telkom sudirmana pekanbaru.This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data gathering technique used was in accordance to the fact shown in field by observing, interviewing, and documenting. It used 6 informants based on the purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. Data analysis technique used was organizational information theory and analysis data interactive model. While for the data validity, researcher used long term participation technique and triangulation.The results shown, there are four main points that needed to be looked at in delivering information, which are language, media, communication duration, and communication method. Those points are really important in the communication of Customer Service Representation (CSR) in delivering information to customers in plasa Telkom sudirman pekanbaru. The obstacle factors are lack of coordination between CSR and field staffs, customer education background, and customer emotion. While thesupportive factor are support facilities, backroom’s support, and understandable CSR supportive application.Keyword: Communication, Customer Service Representative, Information

Abstract

A company performance was mirrored by performance employee. But how to gauge the performance employees are doing performance evaluation. Performance evaluation process is an organization in to assess performance that is done by the aim is to give feedback to the employees in efforts to improve display its work and effort to increase productivity organization, and in particular carried out in relation to various wisdom to employees such as for the purpose, the salary increase promotion, education and training and others. The aim of this research is to know their performance PT. BPR Earth Riau Insani Kampar Regency in the service to the customers and to know these factors that support and hamper performance. PT. BPR Bumi Riau Insani Kampar Regency in the service to the customers.Research method uses qualitative research method of research. This research will be done in . BPR Earth Riau Insani Kampar Regency. While in the collection data that is by using interview technique to informers competent in direct observation and field.This research concluded performance in personnel services to customers in rural banks Earth. Kampar Regency in Riau Insani indicators quality of work has been done with good this. BPR Earth Riau Insani Kampar Regency to improve performance employees apply unique culture is one of them to give knowledge and skills to improve employee regularly is 2 times a day in a week so that civil servants to form a number of competencies that one officer that includes loyalty, discipline, cooperation and responsibility to provide excellent service to the customers. While quantity employee work that I see based on financial report that continues to increase every year. And the implementation supervision at PT BPR Kampar Regency, Riau Insani, including work agenda that was established in work culture. BPR Kampar Regency, Riau Insani and teaching at a time when hours before and after services to customers.while performance based on the presence, . Abstract

People assume that if the government really wants to help the middle and lower economic communities, the government should not have to pay interest loans to lower middle economic people and this will cause problems in achieving the goals of the program pemberan rural banks in one trust fund the customer is in arrears. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing non optimal implementation of economic empowerment programs through program lending trust fund BPR (Rural Bank) Pelalawan. In this study, the concept is derived from the theoretical evaluation of the implementation of Edward III declared that there are 4 (four) variables are crucial in the implementation of communication, resources, character or attitude and bureaucratic structures. The location of this study are in BPR (Rural Bank) Trust Fund Pelalawan. This study used qualitative research methods to the study of descriptive data. In collecting data the researcher used interview techniques and documentation. The results of this study it can be concluded that the implementation of the loan program BPR (Rural Bank) Pelalawan Trust Fund in 2012, can not be said to be effective, it can be proved from the 5 indicator variables are used as benchmarks in this study, almost all of the indicators are in the category less effective. For that expected in implementing these programs should be the implementing agency should consider that the effective lending strategies and efficient, BPR should conduct in-depth analysis of the internal condition of the RB.Keywords: Implementation, Program Lending, Trust Fund

Abstract

The problem in this study is still a lack of advertising and sales promotion undertaken and in the last five years, only in 2011 the realization of achieving the target number of customers that have been set can be achieved. In addition to a decrease in the achievement of the target customers in 2012 compared to 2011. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of promotional strategies implemented by AJB Bumiputera 1912 Pekanbaru region in the face of competition. The results of the overall study respondents regarding the implementation of promotional strategies on AJB Bumiputera 1912 Regional Pekanbaru. Overall the respondents to the implementation of the promotion of good enough. However for advertising and sales promotion indicator is still not good. Not good indicators of advertising because the ads from insurance products AJB Bumiputera 1912 Pekanbaru region is still lacking and only limited to the offices of AJB Bumiputera 1912 alone. Besides advertising done only in the form of brochures, banners and flags in the office, so the scope is very limited. As for sales promotion, it is still very rare and almost never even AJB Bumiputera 1912 Regional Pekanbaru sales promotion by organizing exhibitions in the center of the crowd as well as to sponsor entertainment events. Entertainment events conducted only from the company itself as well as launching new products the company birthday celebration. Abstract

Conducive working climate is important in determining the performance of employees.High or absence of organizational commitment in self- employees are also caused by the working climate in the company.If the employment is climate conducive companies can make employees comfortable, and ultimately the commitment of employees in the company formed to even increased. And so the goal can be achieved with good company . The purpose of this research study is to know how existing work on climate PT. TELKOM Pekanbaru, to know how commitment the organization to the staff of PT. TELKOM Pekanbaru and to determine the relationship of working climate and organizational commitment staff of PT. TELKOM Pekanbaru. In analyzing this study used a statistical technique and model used in this study is the Product Moment Correlation .Based on the results of the questionnaire data processing obtained results show that there is a strong relationship between working climate and organizational commitment on the staff of PT.TELKOM Pekanbaru, where the calculation results obtained from the correlation coefficient of 0,699 and hypotheses obtained by calculating t table value of 1,995 with df : 69, and α = 0.05, and t value of 8,1225 . Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted , this means working climate has a significant relationship with organizational commitment on staff of PT . TELKOM Pekanbaru.Thus it can be seen that the working climate has sizable relations with the organization's commitment to the staff of PT. TELKOM Pekanbaru. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of trategy Department of Cleanness an Gardens in solving cleanes problems at Pekanbaru City. Pekanbaru City won a competiton as the cleaness city in Indonesia. Pekanbaru also got trophies seven times continuosly. But in this few years, it couldn’t be gotten anymore. Base on the result of this research, it found some factors that influence the implementing the Department of Cleanness an Dardens. Those are the highest number of society, work motivation, lowest of awareness society, the lowest society motivation, loweat control, in last the tools and medium. This research was done in Pekanbaru city. It in Department of Cleanness an Gardens exactly. The population and sample in this research are personnel or employee of Department of Cleanness an Dardens the technique of collecting sample used snowball sampling. The technique of collecting datas used the method of observation, interview and documentation after the data was collected. After coleecting the datas, it is analyzed by using descriptive qualitative analyzed. After doing this research, it found that the implementation strategy of Department of Cleanness an Gardens in solving cleaness problem in Pekanbaru City still did not maximal yet. The strategy of controlling the cleaness is still did not do well. Abstract

Africa is the poorest continent with economic growth is relatively slow compared to other countries. This is because since the beginning of its independence from western colonialism, Africa was hit by the prolonged conflict. Due to poverty and security, Western nations are reluctant to invest and provide economic assistance to African countries. Western countries saw Africa as a field of conflict and human rights violations. In contrast to Western countries, India actually investing heavily in Africa. Indian direct investment in Africa is growing as cooperation occurs.This study analyzed the motivation of India to cooperate with African countries, why India is interested to cooperate, while on the other side of the western countries are reluctant to cooperate with African countries. This study uses the theory of international cooperation by KJ.Holsti, which explains the factors that encourage a state of international cooperation.Keywords: State, international cooperation, motivation, national interest
