Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Investment on Corporate Value in Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The ratio used to measure capital structure as independent variable is Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Longterm Debt to Assets Ratio (LDAR), and Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER). The ratio used to measure investment is Price Earning Rasio (PER). Meanwhile, the ratio used to measure Company Value is Price Book Value (PBV). The method used to observe the effect of capital structure, investment on corporate value is by using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Data used in this research are secondary data, financial report and annual report annual report. The data listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for 5 years from 2011 to 2015. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, which is used is 7 companies. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21. The result of the analysis shows that capital structure variable only Debt to Assets ratio (DAR) which affects the value of pharmaceutical companies of research sample that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, and investmens variable does not affect the value of pahrmaceutical companies of research sample that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of simultaneous research shows there is influence from capital stucture variable, investments on the value of Pharmaceutical company of research sample listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Abstract

Akit community of the tribe in the village of Bantan Timur, majority of elementary education, because the background of primitive Akit tribe to education coupled with the socio economic conditions of Akit tribal people who livelihood as fisherman Gumbang. So the people of Akit tribe are not too concerned with their children’s education. The formulation of the problem in this study looked at the socio-ekonomic conditions in the community of Akit and knowing how the meaning of education in the comunity akit village Bantan Timur. Researchers by use seven subjects, six informans and one key informant are taken purposively (purposive sampling) with criteria that have been determined by the researcher. This researcher usus the theory of social action according to Max Weber. Where akit society is currently meaning education of their children, Akit tribe families meaning their children’s education higher so that life is better than now. Howebert, there are still families who interpret assume that if children are not interested in school and continue to be forced in the and will be in vain, so drop out of school then prefer to work. The results of this study show that of community members Akit Bantan Timur village is still relatively low viewed from social conditions the not willing to accept new things from the outside including formal education. House and income conditions are around five hundred thousand to one million permonth. The educational significance of the tribe community has been a shift from irrational acts to rationality, from no school to school.Keywords: Educational Meaning, Akit Tribe, Bantan timur Village

Abstract

Pekanbaru city regulation number 12 in 2008, CHAPTER 3 Prohibition is a rule made by the Pekanbaru city government which regulates the prohibition of begging activities to create social order for the entire population of Pekanbaru. In addition to the prohibition for beggars, this PERDA also provides information for the people of Pekanbaru themselves so as not to provide assistance in any form to beggars. This research was carried out at the Office of the Satpol PP, the Department of Social Affairs and the Cemetery of the City of Pekanbaru. This research was conducted with the aim of : (1) To find out the Communication Strategy of the Social Service, the team chose to socialize Pekanbaru City Regulation number 12 in 2008 about social order in policing, fostering homelessness and beggars in Pekanbaru City (2) To find out the Social Service Communication Strategy in determining the target of socialization of Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation number 12 of 2008 concerning social order in order, coaching homeless people and beggars in Pekanbaru City , (3) To find out the Social Service Communication Strategy, do a socialization plan on Pekanbaru City Regulation number 12 of 2008, (4) To find out the Social Service Communication Strategy in choosing messages and communication media in socializing Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation number 12 of 2008, (5) To find out the Social Service Communication Strategy in determining the time to conduct a socialization of Pekanbaru City Regulation number 12 of 2008.2.3.1 Data collection techniques that I use in this study are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. With informants as many as one person from the social service as a PERDA implementer, one person of Pekanbaru’s public as audiences and one beggar as an actor in this policy. Then the data analysis technique that the writer uses in this research is qualitative descriptive, that is the data collected is processed and analyzed by describing and linking with the theory in accordance with the existing problems, and tabulated in accordance with the composition of the data needed to answer each problem then give an interpretation of the relevant results, then draw conclusions and suggestions.Based on the results of research conducted by the author, the Social Service Communication Strategy in socializing Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2008 concerning Social Order in the City Pekanbaru has not gone well, because there are several problems namely the lack of use of communication media to disseminate PERDA information to the community, the need for more oversight from the Social Service Office homeless and beggars who roam the city of Pekanbaru, lack of cooperation provided by the community regarding the implementation of PERDA number 12 in 2008, CHAPTER 3 prohibition in the City of Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research aimed to know the analys of barista’s product quality amd service quality at Krema Koffie PekanbaruIn this research, the writer was using the qualitative method tp analyze the problem taken. The data were gotten from 10 (ten) infomants, they were 2 (two) owners of Krema Koffie, 2 (two) Barista of Krema, 3 (three) reguler customers and 3 (three) irreguler customer. The techniques which have been used in this research, were observation, interview and document.Based on the interview result has shown the barista’s product quality and service quality were still needed the improvement.Key words: Product Quality, Service Quality, Barista

Abstract

The title of this research is Kubu Sub Formation Strategy BabussalamRokan Hilir Year 2002-2011 Based on the discovery of the phenomenon thatoccurred in the field, namely lack of response from the Regent of Rokan Hilir indoing or making division in the district of Kubu Kubu district is divided intoBabussalam In 2002, after the Kubu district communities bargaining andconsultation with district head, headman, and community leaders to discuss themulti-purpose halls on the division of Kubu district into Babussalam Kubudistrict. Where the results of its deliberations were submitted to the Regent ofRokan Hilir Kaputen in 2002. This is because the village in the district of KubuBabussalam not enough to qualify bloomed. The type used in this research isdescriptive qualitative survey techniques. Data collection techniques used in thisstudy was the observation, field notes, documentation and interviews withinformants research. The research location is in the district of Kubu BabussalamRokan Hilir.Based on results of the analysis of the data of research to uncover andanswer research questions can be concluded that the action strategies undertakenin the District Formation Babussalam Kubu Rokan Hilir Year 2002-2011 is an actof deliberation which in the deliberations dilibat parties instrumental in theexpansion Kubu Sub Babussalam Rokan Hilir as Member of parliament RokanHilir in 2002 and 2011 Mr Amansyah Mr Bukhoiri, Chairman of the SpecialCommittee V, Head Kubu, Community Leaders and Community Kubu KubuBabussalam from 2002 to 2011. in the meeting it was concluded that Kubu districtBabussalam bloomed. Redistricting Babussalam Kubu district governmentproposed to Parliament Rokan Hilir discussion has been done three times. Abstract

This research describes how the Turkish state's role in tackling the Syrian refugees residing in Turkey in 2014-2016. The conflict in Syria that began in 2011, when there was a protests to depose the regime in Syria and the cause of violence and the number of casualties in these conflicts make the country syria become unstable and safe so that citizens syria opt out of the country and entry into the country of Turkey as refugees. In this respect, Turkey needs help from countries and international organizations in addressing this issue.This research theoretically has built with pluralism perspectives on International Relations and supported by the International Organization, and also the concept of human security. Formulation of all the arguments, facts and theoretical framework in this research was guided by qualitative descriptive explanation methods. Scope of this research is the Turkish efforts in tackling the refugees from Syria.This research also proves that Turkish efforts in tackling the problem of Syrian refugees in cooperation with countries and international organizations is good.Cooperation undertaken by Turkey such as by country, united nations and the European Union. Includes involvement of UNHCR, UNICEF, UNDP, IOM, WHO and WFP. Abstract

The research was conducted at Zanafa Bookstore located on Jl HR. Subrantas Metropolitan City Complex (MTC) / GIANT. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of Differentiation Strategies on Customer Loyalty in Zanafa Bookstore.In this research the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS program, where the population in this research is the customer in Zanafa Bookstore. For sampling using slovin formula, the sampling method with accidental sampling is as many as 100 people. The research data are primary data and secondary data, with questionnaire as research instrument.From the results of data analysis that includes test validity, reliability, simple linear regression, test determination (R2) and t-test. The results showed that differentiation strategy significantly influence customer loyalty. This can be seen from the value of tcount (4.201)> ttabel (1,984). So that the number obtained R. Square (R2) of 0.153. This shows that the percentage of contribution of independent variable (Differentiation Strategy) to the bonded variable (Customer Loyalty) is 15.3% and the relationship given is weak by 0.15. While the remaining percentage of 84.7% (100% - 15.3%) is influenced by other variables that are not included or not observed in this research.Keywords: Differentiation Strategy, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effort made by ECPAT in dealing with the issues of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) in Cambodia. As one of the countries with low economic levels in Southeast Asia. Many Children fall into CSEC and Cambodia is a sex tourism destination by foreign tourists. To address this issue, Cambodia government take actions by cooperating with ECPAT which is International Organization non-governmental whose focus is to eliminate CSEC. ECPAT has several effort made in CSEC cases. This research use a pluralism perspective which believe that states are not the only actor in international world and Role theory, The research method used in this study is a Qualitative method, the data collection technique used is the Library research technique.The result of this research is ECPAT have been doing some efforts to eliminate CSEC. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and determine the effect of liquidity and capital structure on profitability. Where the independent variable in this study is the liquidity (current assets) and capital structure (debt to asset ratio) the dependent variable is an indicator of profitability with a return on assets (ROA).The sample used is secondary data devired from the financial statments of pulp and paper listed in the indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples taken by purposive sampling and sample that met the selection criteria. The samples used were as much as 7 industry. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with statistical test of hypothesis testing and statistical tests f t – assisted software SPSS 21.These results indicate that management of liquidity and capital structure simultaneously no significant effect on profitability. And partially liquidity and capital strukture also has no significant effect on profitability. This indicates that the variable X does not affect the Y either simultaneously of partially.Keywords : Liquidity, Capital Structure and Profitability

Abstract

World Glamor or Dugem for teenagers became a phenomenon that became a trend in the past. The perpetrators Dugem many from various circles, especially the yatiu students. Until now dugem trend is so growing with ditandainya the increasing number of nightspots in Pekanbaru City which was established from the center of the city to the remote areas. The glittering world, of course, is very close to alcohol and drugs so they get negative awareness by the people. This study aims to determine the motives, meaning and experience of student communication in Pekanbaru Pekanbaru dugem.This study uses a qualitative study method with a phenomenological approach. Informant investigation consisted of six students dugem players in the city of Pekanbaru selected using snowball technique. Techniques of data collection methods of attention, in-depth interviews, and investigation documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, investigators use continued triangulation participation, and the adequacy of referrals.The result of the study shows that first, the dugem motive for the students of the dugem in Pekanbaru City consists of the motive because of the hobby of music, the trend of dugem, the influence of the friend, and the job networking, while the motive for (in order to motive) ie stop to do dugem, became a life experience and changed the negative outlook on the dugem. Second, the meaning of dugem yes by Student actors dugem iaitu dugem as life experience, dugem as a place to add relations, and dugem as a breakout problem and relieving stress. Third, the communication experience of dugem actors are categorized into two namely verbal pleasant communication experience in the form of support of parents to their children to follow dugem and the invitation and support from friends and friends to do dugem, and not verbalnya in the form of entertaining friends dugem there in clubs with rocking, and the presence of symbols and sign language to pick up dugem. uncomfortable communication experience verbal in the form of blasphemy from the surrounding environment against the perpetrators of dugem and in the form of a loud reprimand with the words of the parents and punishment of the perpetrators dugem, and not verbnya in the form of rape in the club because the drunken clubbers.
