Abstract

This study aims to show the problem of tourism in Indonesia. Tourism is one of many sectors which can provide benefits to a country both in economic and cultural aspects. France is one of the countries with the highest tourist visit rates in the world, a possibility to Indonesia to have advantages cooperate with France. This research theoretically has built using the perspective of pluralism in Internasional Relations and supported by International cooperation theory. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoretical frameworks in this study using the method of qualitative explanation. This research also use nation-states as a level of analysis.This study aims to describe the collaborative efforts of Indonesia and France that have strategic partnership relationship within the frameworks of the joint working group on tourism cooperation can improve tourism in Indonesia. France is a developed country in the field of tourism, for that Indonesia needs to learn from tourism management in France. Furthermore, the biggest foreign tourists coming to Indonesia come from France. Through this Joint Working Group On Tourism, effort to improve tourism in Indonesia can be realized. Abstract

Ease, speed, and accuracy in providing a service into service demands in the tax sector, as a concrete step to improve the service quality of the Tax Office Pratama Pekanbaru Charming to make an innovation service tax payment electronically or called e-Billing. However, based on field observations, researchers look at the implementation of this innovation is still a lot of taxpayers who do not understand its use because of the inability to use information technology.The purpose of this research is to find out how innovation of tax service with e-Billing innovation and what factors influencing e-Billing innovation. Theoretical concept used by the researcher is innovation using five indicators that is Relative Advantage, Compability, Complexity, Triability, and Observability This research uses qualitative research method, with descriptive data assessment. In data collection, researchers used interview techniques, observation, documentation, and literature study.The results of this study indicate that the innovation of tax payment with e-billing is done in the Office of Tax Service Pratama Pekanbaru Charming is optimal in accordance with the expected by the taxpayer. Factors affecting the innovation of tax payment with e-billing is the first human resources (apparatus) is the lack of employees in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Charming, the second Taxpayers who still do not have the willingness to learn to use information technology and still lack understanding of the use of e-billing And the third means (network) Taxpayers are still reluctant to use their own facilities due to the absence of internet network or networking disorders often occur in the gadget so it is feared there will be an error when the data entry taxation.Keywords: Service Innovation, e-Billing

Abstract

This study discusses how to evaluation the performance of the Pekanbaru City Government in managing the ground water tax in this case the Pekanbaru City Revenue Agency as a revenue support function. The purpose of this study is to find out how to evaluation the performance of the Pekanbaru City Government in managing ground water taxation and inhibiting factors evaluation the performance of the Pekanbaru City Government in managing groundwater tax.The theoretical concept used in the study is performance evaluation with input, output and outcome indicators. This study uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive data review. In collecting data, researchers used interview, observation, and documentation techniques.The study showed that the evaluation of the performance of the Pekanbaru City Government in managing ground water tax was not optimal. This is evidenced by the unachievement of the ground water tax target each year and is caused by the lack of seriousness of the Pekanbaru City Government in managing this ground water tax. However, there are also inhibiting factors that affect the performance of local governments in managing ground water taxes, namely the lack of staff, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of community participation. Keywords: Performance Evaluation, Groundwater Tax

Abstract

Unlicensed gold mining is still a big problem in Kuantan Singingi district. Kuantan Singingi Regency Government has established an Integrated Team for the implementation of illegal mining supervision and control (PETI). Despite having a special team to deal with the problem, unauthorized gold mining still exists today.The research is done to know how the implementation of unauthorized gold mining supervision and to know what factors affect the supervision of gold mining without permission in Kuantan Singingi Regency. According to the theory there are several types and supervision techniques that need to be applied in the implementation of surveillance, which researchers use is refresive supervision with indicators set the measuring tool (standard), perform assessment actions, and take corrective action. This research uses descriptive qualitative method that is analysis which try to give detailed description based on reality found in field.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of unauthorized gold mining supervision in Kuantan Singingi regency conducted by the Integrated enforcement team of PETI Kuantan Singingi has not been successful. There are some shortcomings such as the adoption of standards, taking assessment actions, and remedial actions have not run maximally. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity and Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty in Waroeng Steak and Shake Melati Pekanbaru. Where two independent variables and one dependent variable, brand equity and customer experience as independent variable and customer loyalty act as dependent variable. The population in this research is consumers Waroeng Steak and Shake Melati Pekanbaru with sampling amounted to 100 people calculated by using Slovin formula. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. Collecting research data in the form of primary data by using questionnaires as research instruments, data analysis used is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. From the results of tests conducted show that brand equity and customer experience have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Where the value of coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the variable brand equity and customer experience contribute to customer loyalty variable of 50.7% while the rest of 49.3% influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: brand equity, customer experience, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Restaurants are increasingly growing in Pekanbaru City. The restaurant is a place to eat food and drinks provided with chargeable. The restaurant have adequate tax potential should be able to increase the local revenue from the tax sector ie restaurant tax. The occurrence of problems such as the number of dishonest restaurants reported taxes and the gap between the target and the realization, of course can not be separated from the supervision of the regional income agency in terms of tax revenue restaurant.The concept of the theory that researchers use is Management, Supervision, and Tax. This research type is qualitative research with descriptive method. Selection of informants of this study using the technique "purposive sampling", which this informant is predetermined and the determination of informants based on the consideration that the selected informant is the people who know and involved. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and observation.The results of this study, Supervision of Restaurant Tax Collection by Pekanbaru City Revenue Board considered not maximal. By looking at the number of restaurants that violate the contents of the provisions of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2011 on Restaurant Tax. Factors affecting the Supervision of Restaurant Tax Collection by Pekanbaru City Revenue Board are lack of human resources, inadequate infrastructure, lack of awareness of restaurant owner affecting the supervision of restaurant tax collection in Pekanbaru City.Keyword : Supervision, Tax, Restaurant

Abstract

Evolving an area make the business including increased. This is mareked with theestablishment of a luxury hotel, especially in Sumatra Riau in Pekanbaru. To provideaccommodation for tourist, many hotels are standing here like a five star hotels, one of thegrand jatra hotel Pekanbaru. This study aims to find out the job design and suitability of jobdesign laundry section Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive qualitativemethod to analyze problems based on data collection techniques of interview, observation, anddocumentation which then draw conclusion. Job design includes the division of labor and jobvariation to all staff. Sources of data from this research is obtained from the interview with allstaff of Laundry section Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research was motivated by the government of Kampar regency very aggressively to achieve zero unemployment namely Kampar free from unemployment. But the realization condition after four years running from 2011 to 2014 unchanged improved. The unemployment rate in Kampar regency is still very high and even the highest ranks second in Riau. There are two formulation of the problem in this research is "How Kampar regency government's efforts in realizing zero unemployment in 2013-2014 and what are the barriers and obstacles encountered in achieving zero unemployment in 2013-2014". The research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collected by the author using interview techniques and documentation. The data used are primary data obtained from informants and further research was supported by secondary data obtained from various government agencies associated with this research.The results showed that in the effort to achieve zero unemployment Kampar regency government has issued a policy regarding the use of local labor that local regulation No. 5 of 2009 on employment, but in the implementation of the policy is not going well. Department of Social Welfare and Labor as the leading sector has been carrying out activities that support these policies such as socialization policy, compulsory reporting of vacancies, job canvassing, online job market, as well as job training. For the long term the government seeks to increase the Vocational High School in Kampar regency. Kampar District Government is faced with various obstacles such as the clarity of the policy itself, job seekers public educational background and do not have the skill. In addition to internal factors such as inadequate infrastructure and instructors who have professional work. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on consumer purchase intention of motorcyle honda Scoopy (Consumer Survey At PT.Capella Dinamika Nusantara Duri). The Brand Image as a variabel (X1), Product Quality as variabel (X2) and Consumer purchase intention as variabel (Y). This research was conducted at PT.Capella Dinamik Nusantara Duri, and took the number of respondents is 100 people. The data from the questiommaire id further processed using statitical analysis that is simple linier analysis, multiple linier analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial), F (simultaneous) test. The results showed that the test results of the first test hypotesis that is brand image to consumer purchase intention is tcount (8,992) > t table (1,984) means brand image significant effect on consumer purchase intention. Both product quality of consumer purchase intention is tcount (8,798) > t table (1,984) meaning there is significant influence between product quality to consumer purcahse intention. F test result of brand image and product quality of consumer purchase intention are F arithmetic (73,464) > F table (3,090). This means that the brand image ad product quality simultaneously significantly influence consumer buying intention.Keywords : Brand Image, Product Quality, Consumer Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Case Gold Mining Without Permission (PETI) which are prevalent in the province of Riau, one along the river Cerenti Cerenti Subdistrict Regency Kuantan Singingi. In addition to mining activities that are not equipped with a permit, also the gold mining activities destroy nature and ecosystems and devastating the lives of people who live along the river. The problem in this research is how the government law enforcement against Gold Mining Without Permission (PETI) in District Kuantan District Cerenti Singingi the Year 2015? The purpose of this study is to investigate to determine the law enforcement government against Gold Mining Without Permission (PETI) in District Cerenti Regency Kuantan Singingi 2015 and barriers in law enforcement government against Gold Mining Without Permission (PETI) in District Cerenti Regency Kuantan Singingi 2015. in this study, researchers used a descriptive research with a qualitative method approach. This research is located in the district of Kuantan District Cerenti Singingi. For the research informants using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. To examine the issues raised in this study, the authors analyze the data using descriptive methods.The results of this study can be concluded that the government's handling of law enforcement against Gold Mining Without Permission (PETI) in District Kuantan District Cerenti Singingi 2015 is running as it should. In the framework of the rule of law, the general handling procedures together with other common criminal case. Kuantan district police Singingi inhibiting factor in dealing with criminal assault Gold Mining Without Permission include: (1) lack of public awareness (2) of miners in the back-up by oknumyang not responsible (3) the suspect fled.Keywords: Law Enforcement, Gold Mining Without Permission (Peti)
