Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment  and organizational commitment of employee turnover intention Alpha Hotel pekanbaru. Loyalty is one of the factors that makes company’s goals run in accordance with applicable rules and norms. To reduce the turnover of intent on to subject of what affects the turn of intent. For that organization’s commitment factor has a role to direct the individual. In addition, work environment also have a bearing on one’s behavior. The population of this study is employee Alpha hotel pekanbaru with 66 people calculated using samples census. Data retrieval methods in the research of primary and secondary with using questionnaires, interviews and documents that are on company. The analysis of data is use the application of SPSS ver 25 for windows.            The study suggests that the result of the t indicates that the work environment has a negative impact on the Alpha Hotel employee turnover. The result t suggest that the organizational commitment has a negative impact on the position of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru employee turnover. The results indicate that the work environment and organizational commitment simultaneously have a negative impact turnover intenton.  Keywords: work environment, organizational commitment, turnover intention

Abstract

                To enforce the Government Law against the game arena government permit in Pekanbaru City, the Civil Service Police Unit plays its role as an enforcer of regional regulations. Government law enforcement is also expected to have an orderly, safe and peaceful and harmonious atmosphere within the framework of community, nation and state life. The formulation of the problem taken is how to enforce government law on game arena permits in Pekanbaru City in 2018 - 2019 and what are the inhibiting factors on the enforcement of Government Law on game arena government permits in Pekanbaru City in 2018 - 2019.               The purpose of this study is to first find out how the Pekanbaru City government law enforcement against the abuse of the authority of Game Customers. To find out what are the obstacles that occur against the enforcement of government law against the permission of the government playing games in the city of Pekanbaru. The research method used is qualitative research. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The location of this research is Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit and DPMPTSP Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and study documentation. Data analysis techniques by data reduction, data presentation and data verification.               The results of the study show that for the enforcement of government law against the permits of the Games Arena in Pekanbaru, the city uses several types of sanctions that are used: Governmental Coercion (Bestuuesdwang), Withdrawal of Decision (Stipulation), Imposing Forced Money (Dwangsom) and Imposing Administrative Fines. Barriers that occur against law enforcement Misuse of licensing game interference in the city of Pekanbaru is a regulation that has been used for too long. Deceiving law enforcement officers with the Rink Arena children's games to test dexterity. The existence of law enforcers involved as guards in the Games which indicated gambling. Lack of Legal Awareness for Game Arena and Community Business owners. Factors for some people who still consider gambling to be a normal thing.

Abstract

The current research was conducted based on the phenomenon of the new program run by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) at Land Office in Pekanbaru. It showed that the program called as Independent Registration of Land Title Deed (PERMATA) is very beneficial for Land Deed Official (PPAT) in accelerating the clearance of land certificate checking. Moreover, this research aims to find out the program service of Independent Registration of Land Title Deed (PERMATA) by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) at Land Office in Pekanbaru, as well as to find out the obstacle factors. The concept of the theory used in the research is purposed by Widodo, which lay in the indicators of service procedures in the research, the time of completion, the cost of services, product services, infrastructures, and subject competencies. Additionally, this research was carried out under qualitative descriptive design. In collecting the data, it was done through observations, interviews, as well as documentations. Then, after all of this information were collected, they would be analyzed, and studied so that it became a unity. The results of the current research showed that the PERMATA Program has been running very well. This program was a form of service which was done in order to check the land certificates by using online application. Furthermore, this PERMATA program was very helpful for the Land Deed Official (PPAT) in the managing matters related to land certificate checking. However, it was found that there were some obstacles, such as it was difficult to log into the server occasionally and the need of some developments toward this program.Keywords : Service, PERMATA, ATR/BPN

Abstract

The number of radical groups such as terrorism in the name of Islam makes the face of Islam is getting tarnished, in fact Islam is a moderate religion which is moderate among extreme understandings, to convey the message of moderate Islam is one of them through the movie. The aims of the study to determine the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth in the film of the Split Moon in the Sky of America, and to know the Representation of Islam Moderate in the Split Moon in the Sky of America. This research used qualitative method through semiotics analysis Roland Barthes, data collection techniques used in this research is through technique observation, documentation and literature study. The data used in the form of primary data sourced from the Split Moon Movie in the Sky of America , and secondary data obtained from library books, notes and documentation of the Split Moon in the Sky America, information from the internet and others concerned with the Split Moon movie in the Sky of America. The Results of this research focused on dialogue and visuals using analysis semiotics of Roland Barthes, found the denoted meaning of moderate Islam described in the film The Moon Splits in the sky of America is a form of moderate Islamic behavior in daily life in American society after the bombing in the building WTC, the meaning of moderate Islamic connotation in this film are the behaviors that should be done by moderate Islam in the face of various problems that occur in society, and the myths represented in this film are characteristic or moderate Islamic traits of them, adjust to the environment, friendly, patient, friendly with anyone, defending his faith, help, forgiveness and can coexist with non-Muslims and equally maintain harmony. Representation The moderate Islam in Split the Moon in the Sky is a moderate Islam is a religion that can adapt to the environment and culture certain, friendly and friendly, patient and forgiving, please help and be alive side by side and maintain harmony among religious people. Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of many steps of implementation activities of Nutrition Conscious Family Program (Kadarzi) not running optimally in Pekanbaru City. Implementation of Kadarzi program at Pekanbaru Regency/City level is coordinated and become the responsibility of Pekanbaru Municipal Health Department, and is implemented by all Community Health Center and nutrition cadres in all subdistricts in Pekanbaru City. This research aims to know how Implementation of Nutrition Family Program (Kadarzi) in Pekanbaru City and to know what factors affect the Implementation of Nutrition Family Program (Kadarzi) in Pekanbaru City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, documentation,and literature techniques and all information is collected , analyzed , and studied to become a unified whole. The location of research in this study is Health Office of Pekanbaru City, Pekanbaru City Health Office is the agency which responsible for Implementation of Nutrition Conscious Family Program (Kadarzi) in Pekanbaru City. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that Implementation of Nutrition Family Conscious Program (Kadarzi) in Pekanbaru City is not optimal. This can be seen from several steps of activity as follows: Arranging activity planning for achievement of target Kadarzi either through APBN, APBD and other source is not maximal yet, Implementation of advocacy, dissemination of information continuously not implemented maximally, Implementing dissemination of information through various media not yet optimal and not sustainable, Implement monitoring, coaching and technical guidance and evaluation still need to be improved. Factors influencing the Implementation of Nutrition Conscious Family Program (Kadarzi) in Pekanbaru City are Dissemination of information by the Public Health Service to the community related to Nutrition Awareness Program (Kadarzi) are still very less and not maximal, Quantity or amount of Human Resources in Kadarzi program exactly nutrition executive and nutrient cadres still need tob added due to lack of nutrition experts both in the Health Office, Community Health Centre and Cadres. Abstract

This research was conducted in Cik Puan traditional market in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to characterize booth traders in traditional market Cik Puan Pekanbaru City. The focus of this research is the impact of the market revitalization process on the merchant economy at Pasar Cik Puan Market of Pekanbaru. The technique of determining the sample in simple random sampling and set the number of samples as many as 9 people. The writer uses quantitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, questionnaire and documentation. The research found there are some revitalization of Cik Puan Pekanbaru market, which are as follows: The builder's socialization, as evidenced by the respondents' responses (61.7%) revealed that the government never regularly review the Cik Puan market development. Deliberation, respondents justify (78.3%) the absence of sustainable development on market Cik Puan Pekanbaru. The emergence of Interpersonal Conflict, the expected response from the government traders is very poor (76.7%). Some Impacts of the Cik Puan Traditional Market Revitalization Process are as follows: The Household Traders' Economic Deficit, starting from the Cik Puan Market development plan until now traders are not reaping any changes in their trading activities except the drastic reduction in income. Many Merchants Business Roll Mats, 93.3% of respondents feel and get a bad impact of market revitalization on sale and purchase transactions. Customers who used to be many, now half did not appear since the process of market development took place. Keywords: Social Change, Development, Traditional Traders

Abstract

Cocaine become one of the highest demand of illegal drugs in the world. Cocaine development began from Andean Mountain which include Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. The biggest market for this type of drugs are in East Europe, Latin America, and South East Asia. The people like buying cocaine because it is easy to consume. The consumer also does not need much time to feel the effect. Cocaine can destroy the human body such as lung, liver, brain tissue, and panchreas.This research uses International Organization theory of Umar S. Bakhri. Qualitative method and library research are applied in this research. The sources of information that used in this research are taken from book, journal, news, and internet.This research explains the efforts of UNODC as international organization to reduce cocaine’s development particulary in Peru. There are some hypothesis’ to describe the efforts which implemented by UNODC. This research also describes the development of cocaine growth year per year after the intervention from UNODC. The results of this research indicate that UNODC’s efforts can reduce the cocaine growth in Peru.Keywords: UNODC, cocaine, Peru, efforts, eradication

Abstract

The Shopee application relies on content and services in e-commerce that are used and many carry out promotions in the form of advertisements and use of brand ambassadors. This brand ambassador is intended to provide a stimulus for consumers to attract consumers so that consumers have a positive opinion of company shopee's image. The theory used in this study is S-R. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the BLACKPINK  Brand Ambassador had on Company Citra Shopee on female students at Uin Suska Riau.The quantitative approach was applyed in this research to 100 female student respondents who use Shopee application with a judgemental  sampling technique and then formula slovin. This reseacrh used questionnaire for collecting data in Brand Ambassador (X) and Brand Image(Y). questionnaires and documentation were distributed in 8 facultiesat UIN Suska Riau. While Data analysis techniques use descriptive and inferential statistics to prove the hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that the value of tcount (4.476)> t table (1.98) with the significance value of 0,000 is still below 0.05, then the hypothesis in this study is accepted. This explains that there is the influence of the BLACKPINK Brand Ambassador (variable X) on the Shopee Image (variable Y) at the Student at UIN Suska Riau. Meanwhile, the influence of the BLACKPINK Brand Ambassador (variable X) on the Shopee Image (variable Y) on female students at UIN Suska Riau is 17.0%. While the remaining 83.0% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the result , this research suggested the company to use BLACKPINK as Brand Ambassador for improving shopee image. In from to improve trusted and product sale.

Abstract

Tourism is something done by someone or more with the aim among others to get kenikamatan and meet the desire to know something. Based on field observation there are some problems concerning the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung tourist object in Tanah Datar regency which is management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung tourism object is not good, human resources are still minimal, and lack of promotion of tourism object. It deserves the attention of the government to be more active in the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung tourist attraction in Tanah Datar regency. The purpose of this research is to know the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung tourism object in Tanah Datar regency and factors influencing the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung tourism object in Tanah Datar regency.The concept of theory used is the management theory by George R. Terry which starts fromplanning, organizing, moving, and supervision. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. In the data collecting researchers using observation techniques, interviews, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with informants namely Head of Tourism, Head of UPT, and cashier of tourism promotion.The results of this study resulted in the conclusion that the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung tourist attraction in Tanah Datar Regency has not been maximized. Then there are still lack of factors that influence in the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung tourist attraction in Tanah Datar regency that is budget, human resources, facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Management, Tourist Attraction
