Abstract

The increase in sales of tour packages for travel agents is inseparable from the important role of the salesman. Salesmen present tour packages offered by the company and influence prospective customers to buy them. This requires the salesman to have salesmanship. The salesmanship of a salesman includes product knowledge, price policy and human relations, which are taken from the combined theories of Richard Sihite (2000: 142) and Ni Luh Henny Andayani (2014: 3). The current study aims to determine consumers? responses to a salesman from PT. Diva Ikhlas Tour & Travel in Pekanbaru. The researcher focused on the 142 consumers who had used the travel services of PT. Diva Ikhlas Tour & Travel in Pekanbaru in 2018. A sample was taken from this number, constituting 35% of the population, or 50 consumers. The sampling technique used in this study was the accidental sampling technique. Data was collected using online questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The measurement technique for the research data employed a Likert scale with five criteria, and descriptive quantitative methods were used for the data analysis. Based on the information obtained from the consumers? responses to this salesman of PT. Diva Ikhlas Tour & Travel in Pekanbaru, his salesmanship is very good. This is evidenced by the results of table recapitulation, with a total score of 1,936 in the score range of 1,890 - 2,250, which concludes that the salesman is skilled at product knowledge, price policy and human relations. If the salesman maintains his salesmanship and presents the tour packages to more prospective customers, the sales of PT. Diva Ikhlas Tour & Travel in Pekanbaru should increase in the years to come. Keywords: salesman, product knowledge, price policy, human relations

Abstract

Pekanbaru City’s Investment and Integrated Services Office is a supporter of the mayor’s task in the field of integrated licensing services and investment which has a goal to create exxellent service by making various efforts to improve the succes of its services. This can be seen from the Pekanbaru City DPMPTSP which always gets various kinds of awards each year. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of licensing services of the Company Register (TDP) in Pekanbaru City to find out the barriers to licensing service quality in Pekanbaru’s One Stop Investment and Services Office (Case Study of Licensing Services for Company Registration Signs. Theory used in research This is Public Service, Public Service Quality, after the research was found that the Quality Indicators of Licensig Services at Pekanbaru City’s Integrated One-Stop Investment and Services Office (Case Study of Licensing Services for Company Registration) are Service Procedures, time of Settlement, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Competence of Service Provider Officers As for the inhibiting factors of Quality of Licensing Services in Pekanbaru City’s One Stop Investment and Services Office (Case Study of Licensing Services for Company Registration) Cnclusion of Quality of Licensing Services at the Investment and Pelay Services The One Stop Inttegrated City of Pekanbaru (Case Study of Licensing Services for Company Registratoin) is the Pekanbaru City One Stop Investment and Services Office which has been said to be successful and acceptable to the community as service users.  Keywords : Services

Abstract

This research is motivated by a problem in the preparation of the PasirPutih Village Medium Term Development Plan. This study aims to describe the dynamics that occur in the process of preparing the White Sand Village RPJM. This study uses development planning theory, village development planning, and village government. Data sources used were research informants and documents. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. To describe problems in this study qualitative data analysis was used.The results of this study indicate that in the seven stages of the village RPJM preparation process, five stages occur dynamics, namely: the stages of forming the village RPJM drafting team, the stage of assessing the situation of the Village, the stages of compilation of village development plans through village deliberations, the stages of compilation of village development plans through village musrembang, and the stages of determining and changing the village medium term development plan. Two stages that did not occur were dynamics, namely the alignment of the direction of the district development planning policy, and the stage of drafting the village medium term development plan. Keywords: Compilation, Village RPJM, Dynamics

Abstract

Under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2007 on limited liability company Chapter I Article 1 point 3 States that social and environmental responsibility is a commitment of the company to participate in sustainable economic development in order to improve the quality of life and the environment is beneficial, both for the company itself, the local community as well as society in General. The purpose of this study was to analyse responsibility PT. Eka Dura Indonesia Sei Manding Riau through programs of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Subdistrict Kunto Darussalam District Rokan Hulu with factors that affected it. CSR concept used is from the aspect of economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility and the responsibility of the diskresi. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to defermine how the implementation mix promotion package at PT. Urbanity Tour and Travel Pekanbaru Riau.The study was used qualitative metodhe with descriptif approach to describe the real condition by collecting the information data in the field. The informan keys in the study were 1 chief excecutive officer and 3 other employees at PT. Urbanity Tour and Travel Pekanbaru Riau. The technique collecting the data in the study used interview, vation and documentation.Based on the result of the study, it is determined that mix promotion conducted in PT. Urbanity Tour and Travel Pekanbaru Riau are advertising via printed media such as newspaper and banner, website media, Personal selling Comonication directly with certain customers, Sales Promotion by giving kickers, Public relation sponsore some events, words of mouth consumers to consumers, Direct marketing using direct contacts, telephones and emails.Key Words : Mix Promotion, Tour Packaget PT. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the influence of price and product diversification towards customer satisfaction. The sample in this research consist of 100 respondents and used Incidental Sampling technique. The data obtained in this study used the survey method through questionnaire that was filled by the consumer. Data obtained used multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed that diversification of products and prices have an partial effect towards customer satisfaction at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Metropolitan City of Pekanbaru. Then simultaneously diversification of products and prices has a positive and significant influence towards customer satisfaction at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Metropolitan City of Pekanbaru. Abstract

Essay submitted to fulfill requirement sociology deagree. The study was conducted in kabupaten kuantan singing whit the aim of obtaining the impormation of the social impact of illegal gold mining. Several problem in this study are (1) who the perpetrators of gold mining without permission in the village sungai sorik (2) what are the social impact of illegal gold mining in the village sungai sorik (3) whether there is a relationship of social mobility of livelihood to social mobility. The title of this study “The Social Impact Of Illegal Gold Mining In The Village Sungai Sorik Kecamatan Kuanta Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi”. This research aimed to find out who the perpetrator gpld mining without permission in sungai sorik. To know the social impact that result gold mining without permission in sungai sorik. To know the relationship of livelihood change to social mobility. This reseach is a quantitative research because is natre is shapecase. After doing this research, the result of the study note the social impact of illegal gold mining in sungai sorik is a miner, social impact, and livelihood change relationship of social mobility. Perpretators of this social impact of wokers which has an individual or grup get a fropit. Or a lot of mining product and to achieve its ob actives. Abstract

In the legislative general election which took place in Kuantan Singingi Regency in the period 2019-2023 the Regional Representative Council of the Kuantan Singingi District conducted a new legislative election, where the election was held at the constituency. Of the many party factions that participated in the legislative elections, the Golkar faction received the most votes. The Golkar faction won the most votes with 6 seats in the legislature. Likewise, the legislative election in the 2014-2019 period, the Golkar faction also won the legislative election by successfully sending 9 cadres to the legislative seats. This study aims to determine the political communication strategy of the Golkar Party in Kuantan Singingi Regency in winning the 2019 legislative elections, and also to find out what political marketing programs are being run.This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are grouped into three parts, namely: Observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of 6 research subjects, consisting of 3 people representing the Golkar DPD secretariat in Kuantan Singingi Regency as informants through purposive sampling techniques, and 3 people from the community representing voter segmentation. The data analysis techniques in this study use the Miles and Huberman interactive data models. Checking the validity of the data using the technique of extending participation and triangulation.From the results of this study it was found that the political communication strategy undertaken by the Golkar Party DPD in Kuantan Singingi Regency to win the 2019 legislative election was to determine Planning (planning), starting from determining the communicator, the message to be conveyed, the use of the media, determining the audience, and the effect is expected. Implementation (action), and Assessment (evaluation). Political marketing of Golkar includes (1) Party products, namely a platform as a party that continues to support the ideology of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia, (2) Promotion through various mass media and direct selling, (3) Places that follow the KPU's direction (4) Price consisting of economic and psychological prices. Then the targets of political marketing are housewives, students, and farmers.  Keyword: Strategy, Communication Strategy of  Political, legislative 2019

Abstract

In the era of communication technology development, the presence of the internet has an impact on the emergence of online consumption as a new style of consumption after previously people are more familiar with conventional transactions. This online consumption activity is a new form of communication that does not require direct face-to-face communication, but can be done separately from and to the rest of the world through the media of notebooks, computers, or mobile phones that are connected with internet access services. One of them happened to BRI Pekanbaru employees as people who were actively following technological developments, so that online consumption became an alternative consumption preferred by them. This study aims to determine how rationality of online consumption in the city of Pekanbaru, especially BRI Pekanbaru employees. The data of this study were collected through observation and documentation interview methods. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The theory used in this research is the theory of rationality and personalization. The results of this study are that there is an online consumption phenomenon that occurs in urban communities, especially BRI Pekanbaru employees. Online shopping has now become a shopping style trend with the urban people's online consumption behavior taking place through the purchase decision process and can be seen with elements of consumer behavior analysis. Online consumption transactions are carried out by urban communities because they are based on rational motives that emphasize efficiency and effectiveness in achieving certain goals such as meeting needs and lifestyles. Abstract

Student savings (SimPel) are savings intended for schoolchildren from Paud level to Junior High School level and bank bjb Pekanbaru branch focuses this program at the junior high school level (SMP) focusing on SMPN13 Pekanbaru. This program is implemented in collaboration with SMPN13. Bank bjb Pekanbaru branch chose SMPN13 because SMPN13 is a favorite school in Pekanbaru. Bank bjb Pekanbaru branch is a bank from the Java region that can stand even growing rapidly in the city of Pekabaru . Proven from the data obtained that in 2016 bank bjb Pekanbaru Branch recorded has increased the profit by 60% compared to achievements made in 2015. By Therefore, the writer decided to choose bank bjb as the object of research, because although bank bjb is a bank from Java area but this bank can grow rapidly and even have the above profit from this bank area that is Bank Riau and also have many achievement.This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach, with research location at SMPN13 Pekanbaru and bank bjb Pekanbaru branch. Subject of research consist of 9 informant chosen by purposive and accidental technique. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation. To determine the falidity test of the author data using the method of extension of participation and trinagulasi.The results of this study indicate the credibility of the bank bjb Pekanbaru branch as a communicator, they have expertise (expertness) and trustworthiness (trust wortness). Dalan convey the message bank bjb Pekanbaru branch deliver verbal messages that include clarity, kelugasan and accuracy and nonverbal messages in the form of use of devices in the form of savings books and ATM SimPel. Bank bjb Pekanbaru uses personal channels in the form of direct, non-personal communication in the form of cooperation with the mass media. Pesuasif communication effect from bank bjb Pekanbaru branch to students of SMPN 13 Pekanbaru is an increase and understanding of saving on student self and action follow program of SimPel by bank bjb branch Pekanbaru.Key words : Bank, bjb, Persuasive
