Abstract

How they wearing dress which categorized as sexy (short), striking facial makeup, often met in the night for promoting or selling the product to the consumers and the graceful attitude of some cigarettes sales promotion girl when trying to attract the attention of consumers make a negative perceptions of this profession . Cigarettes Sales promotion girl values only rely on the elegance of the body and the face. The aims of study are to determine the factors affected student perceptions of cigarettes sales promotion girl at the city of Pekanbaru and the process of forming student perceptions of cigarettes sales promotion girl at the city of Pekanbaru.This study uses descriptive data analysis with qualitative research and taking informants by using five accidental sampling. With the participant data collection techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. As for the technique to checking the validity of the data, the researcher uses the extension technique of participation. The obtained data are then processed for reduction, presented until a general conclusion is produced.The results of this study indicate that the factors affected the perception of students to cigarettes sales promotion girl at the city of Pekanbaru is (a) the object perceived, which depends on each individual looking in the different side where and how to responds to their existence. They are seem like that because the demands of working not of their own accord, (b) attention, not apart from the beautiful face, soft tone, easy to smile, how to look by using clothes which categorized as sexy (like skirt above the knees and as well as short sleeves) and Proficient in dressing up. The process of establishing the student perception of cigarettes sales promotion girl at Pekanbaru city is (a) registration where the cigarettes sales promotion girl are selling the cigarettes and matches according to the product they offered with relatively cheap price, (b) the interpretation where the students get the better understanding in detail about the product offered by them and unrarely of them buy and trying the cigarettes products.Keywords: Perception, Student, Cigarettes Sales Promotion Gi

Abstract

This study aims to describe a general overview of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Japan, provide a description of the Japan Foundation in Indonesia, and explained . Abstract

This research was conducted at the Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru, located in the heart of Pekanbaru precisely located on the street No. Kuantan Raya. 120 Pekanbaru. The rapid development of the number of hotels is a serious problem for the hotel business. Increasingly high business competition causes a shift in marketing patterns in expanding its market share. The tight business competition greatly affects the sales of hotel room services. This has an impact on Pekanbaru New Hollywood Hotels in the sale of hotel room services.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer satisfaction at Pekanbaru New Hollywood Hotel. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this study were consumers at the New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru 32,046. Samples taken using the Slovin formula, amounting to 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear analysis and multiple linear analysis by showing the results that service quality and pricing have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru. By calculating the coefficient of determination (R 2 ) simple quality of service to customer satisfaction R-square values obtained for 0308, or 30.8%, and the quality of service to customer satisfaction obtained value of R square of 0360 or 36%. Calculation of multiple determinations of service quality and price determination of customer satisfaction obtained an R square value of 0.409. This shows that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of service quality and pricing variables on customer satisfaction by 40.9% while the remaining 59.1% is influenced by other variables that the researchers did not mention in this study. Keywords: Service Quality, Pricing and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Based on economic development in the village has long been run by the government. Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) is an economic institutions at the village level aims to manage the potential welfare villages and rural communities that are managed by the village government and the community. The establishment of the village-Owned Enterprises carried out by aspiration of the people and the government village through village consultation. The purpose of this research is to know the Implementation Of Development Policy Of UED-SP Into BUMDes In Rokan Hulu District (Case Study BUMDes Mekar Sari Rambah Baru Village Rambah Samo Subdistrict). Theoretical concepts used by the researchers are the factors that influence the implementation of policies used by George Edward III where the indicators used are communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, using interview technique, observation and documentation. The result of this research shows that the implementation of development policy of UED-SP into BUMDes in Rokan Hulu District has not been run in accordance with the purpose of forming BUMDes and not yet able to help improve the village economy. There are still some obstacles in the implementation of policies and management of BUMDes such as the limited human resources to be a companion team to oversee BUMDes in every village, the type of business that is run is still limited and coordination between the BUMDes and the village government is less than be maximum because the village head is less supportive with the BUMDes program. Abstract

This research was conducted in Jorong Sikaladi Nagari Pariangan Tanah Datar Regency West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this research is to know the process of the implementation of the tradition of mandoa katunc and tagak rat on rayo anam day, and to know how the impact of the tradition of mandoa katunc and tagak on rayo anam day on the social and economic aspect masyarat Jorong Sikaladi Nagari Pariangan. Purposive Sampling sampling technique because the author has set some criteria subject to be used as a source of information in research that will be done as many as 16 people. The author uses Qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as observation, interview, literature study and documentation. The results found that rayo anam was the same as the grave pilgrimage. On the day of rayo anam there are two traditions of the mandoa katompat (grave pilgrimage) and ratik tagak (dhikr while standing). The process of execution of this tradition can be grouped into three stages of the net phase of the grave, the second stage of implementation and stage after the implementation of eating together. This tradition was held on the eighth day of Shawwal, which coincided on Thursday after performing a six-day fast during the month of Shawwal, which is from the 2nd to the 7th Shawwal. This tradition is carried out in purnam purnam pasukuan by all Jorong Sikaladi community except for traditions of rat tagak which may only be done by men only. The meaning of rayo anam in terms of religion for pilgrimage and mendo'akan soul of the deceased family, increase confidence and increase the faith to Allah SWT, as a field of charity worship, reminiscent of death and as tranquility of the soul for people who carry out the tradition. In terms of culture to establish silaturrahmi, strengthen unity and also unity, as well as the establishment of a sense of togetherness in the principles of mutual life and mutual sharing among peoples. Community response about rayo anam in social aspect that is tied silaturrahmi rope among fellow citizens. In the economic aspect of this tradition has a considerable impact on the outside community but has no impact on the Jorong Sikaladi community itself.The Key word: Implementation, Impact, Mandoa katompat, Ratik Tagak, Rayo Anam

Abstract

Social Rehabilitation is a refunctionalization and development for people with social problems to allow them for doing their social function reasonably in daily life. Person with disabilities is a person that has limitation on physical, intellectual, mental, and sensory in long-term period and have an obstacle when interact in the circle. Based on observation in the field, problem that occur in the implementation on social rehabilitation for person with disabilities is most of the families of persons with disabilities have economic condition on middle to lower class, so they don’t have an education, which make them role in working is low and they got exiled from society. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of social rehabilitation for person with disabilities di Pekanbaru City and factor that affect the implementation. The Theory concept used is Implementing Policy Theory by Edward III. This research also used qualitative research methods by analyzing the data descriptively. Source data that used is primary and secondary, with data collection techniques : interviews, observations, documentation. Result of this research shows that the implementation of social rehabilitation for person with disability is not effectively, this is proven by still many of these persons of disabilities not yet get social rehabilitation from government. The factors that affect the implementation is there are resource that not enough and lack of awareness of society to contribute in the process of implementation of social rehabilitation for persons with disabilities.Keyword : Social Rehabilitation, Implementation, Persons with Disabillities, Social Welfare

Abstract

This study aims to look at, how should puncture Mamak against Kemanakan in Tanjung Village community, and to see what factors caused the Contradiction Between Mamak With the nephew. To analyze the data of this study is done qualitatively, data collected later in the mentioned descriptively that depicts or communicating the results of research with a description of logical sentences that can be understood and easy to understand. This research was conducted in the village of Tanjung Hulu subdistrict Koto Kampar Kampar regency. 8 (eight) informans, 4 status as mamak and 4 as kemakan. The results of this study show the contradictions and changes Sosil Between Mamak With a nephew in various fields such as economics, education, inheritance, and of marriage. This occurs by some cause them. In Education: Mamak no longer determines nephew education, because mamak not want to help the nephew of both enlightening and deri financing. In the economic field: the limited scope for a Mamak in the economy, thus making the Mamak forget nephew. Abstract

The village administration is spearheading national development which is led by a village chief as the holder helm of the highest in the country, as the main determinant for success in rural development. As supreme leader, village head should perform well in the governance process stipulated in Law No. 6 2014. Implementation of Rural Infrastructure Development is the development of village infrastructure such as public facilities and infrastructure. Implementation of village infrastructure development such as public facilities and infrastructure aims to improve the welfare of people and improve human resources, expected in order to improve a better life, which is implemented through a pattern of community empowerment. However, irregularities in implementation of rural infrastructure development, this was due to lack of supervision in the implementation of rural infrastructure development. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of infrastructure development in the village of Desa Nusantara Jaya subdistrict Keritang Indragiri Hilir. The concept of the theory used is the management which includes planning, organizing, implementation and supervision. To analyze the implementation of rural infrastructure development in the Village Nusantara Jaya subdistrict Keritang Indragiri Hilir, researchers used the theory of George R.Terry in Manullang (2012: 8), this study uses qualitative research methods to study descriptively. In collecting the data, the authors use the technique of interview, observation and documentation. By using key informen as a source of information and as a source triangulation techniques in testing the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of rural infrastructure development are not fully implemented in accordance with existing regulations. In the implementation of rural infrastructure development is still the occurrence of irregularities in the process of development of rural infrastructure. Meanwhile inhibiting factors in the implementation of rural infrastructure development is the budget or the perceived costs less. In this study, researchers used a descriptive research with a qualitative method approach. This research is located at the Technical Implementation Unit of the District Education Office Handsome Pekanbaru. For the research informants using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. To examine the issues raised in this study, the authors analyze the data using descriptive methodsThe results of this study can be concluded that in the supervision of the Department of Education and Culture Against an operating license for Early Childhood Education (ECD) in the District Charming 2015 has not terlaksa effective, since the scope of the UPTD Handsome very spacious consisting of 60 institutions ECD while labor inspectors only 1 person. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of customer relationship marketing and customer value towards the loyalty of banking customer (case study PT.  BNI branch Tembilahan in Tembilahan City).  Customer relationship marketing as variable x1, customer value as variable x2 and the loyalty of banking customer as variable y. The research method in this research is quantitative method with SPSS programme, which the sample is the banking customers as much as 50 respondents.  As (Roscoe, 2009) stated that the decent size in a research is between 30 to 500. The sample in this research is 50 customers of PT.  BNI branch Tembilahan which is enough to represent the population. The data is collected through the questionnaires.The results of this research concludes that the variable of customer relationship marketing is significantly influential to the banking customer and the customer value is significantly influential to the loyalty of banking customerKeywords: Customer Relationship Marketing, Customer Value and Customer Loyalty Banking
