Abstract

The reclamation project in Jakarta Gulf that keeps on being controvertion in the middle of the society at this time doesn’t get yet the certain determination, whether it will be kept on, ot stopped, or there is advantageous solution for all people. Green peace Indonesia is one of international organization non-government that focuses on solving various problems of environment, reveals consistent to refuse the beach reclamation plan in Jakarta Gulf because the problem and ecology disaster will come and don’t respect the law norm and prevailed regulation.The method of data collecting is done by collecting secunder data, then analyzed in qualitative to obtain the draft about the main problem by using deductive method. The method of this research is the method of qualitative descriptive. The data is obtained through secunder data such as, book, journal, magazine, newspaper and website. From the result of research, that Greenpeace Indonesia observes all intelectual discussions, and the impact of ecology social that are already and will happen toward the society of the coastal area of Jakarta gulf. The government of Special Capital District of Jakarta needs to do the moratorium toward the blooming development of multistoried buildings, and more pay attention the sustainable means of livelihood for the people around Jakarta Gulf.Keywords: Greenpeace Indonesia, Reclamation, Jakarta Gulf

Abstract

The development of technology is not only found in the industry, transportation, information and communication areas, but nowadays there are already many types of technologies developing in the entertainment sector. Game industry has entered Indonesia and it becomes attraction for some people, especially the youth who have good potential and ability in that sector. Not just playing for fun, lately young people are starting to compete and make a match in the world of electronic games or commonly called esports. In this study, the authors used a purposive technique and selected 5 informants who were joined into 4 different teams by using type of descriptive qualitative study. The existence of an esports competition surely makes them have various kinds of achievement motivation and goals such as becoming a professional player, gaining popularity and making money, so that they build a team in that sector which can be called an esports team. In the esports team, there is a reciprocal relationship between members, there are norms in the esports team, and it is a real unity so that in this study was found that members had various patterns of activities in them such as training activities, tournaments and other social activities within the group by the form of organic social solidarity that they applied in team games.Keywords:Esports Team, Social Solidarity, Achievement Motivation

Abstract

The distribution of drug abuse is at an alarming level. In Pekanbaru City itself, drug abusers not only as consumers but also as transit of drug. In addition, drug is not used by businessmen and older people only, but has become a prima donna among the younger generation such as students that potentially the occurrence of lost generation. As a state of qpparatus which of maintaining security and public order, guard, protector and servant to the community of Pekanbaru City. Police Resort with its Unit Anti Drug is required to be able to improve its performance in eradicate drugs in Pekanbaru Police area. This research examines how the performance of the organization of Pekanbaru Police Anti Drug Unit and analyze the factors that influenced both internal and external problem, so as to achieve better performance. This research uses qualitative descriptive type, that is problem solving procedure by exposing data, then analyzed and interpreted by giving conclusion. The collection of data using interviews, observations, and literature study that aims to describe (descriptive) and explain (explanatory or confirmatory) the phenomenon that occurs. Based on the research, the result shows that the performance of Police Anti Drug Unit of Pekanbaru in eradicating of drugs among students in general has been well realized, but not really optimal due to the lack of initiative to conduct coaching and counseling (preventive) of this organization itself. In general, the performance of this organization has been able to perform its duties and functions well, and certainly not apart from the ability of the organization to recognize the needs of the community responses (responsiveness), able to explain in every implementation of the duties that are charged to each unit (responsibility), and the organization is also able to have consistency in performing the duties that are charged (accountability). Factors that influence the performance of Police Anti Drug Unit Pekanbaru in Eradicating of Drug among students is human resources, budget, infrastructure, and community participation. Of the four factors that most dominantly affect to the performance of the organization is the factor of community participation. Keywords: Organizational Performance, Eradication, Drug Abuse.

Abstract

Simple habitable Home Support Program RLH is a program aimed at eradicating poverty through the development of habitable homes for poor people who still have uninhabitable houses intended to improve and provide basic community infrastructure needs in kepenghuluan / kelurahan, implemented through empowerment patterns the community of the downstream rokan district program which is poured into regent 19 of 2014 as a guideline in the implementation of development, the local community is an important actor in the implementation of this program.The purpose of this study is to understand Imaplementasi Simple humble home support program in sub-district of Babusallam district rokan hilir district. Theoretical concepts used by researchers are the factors that influence the implementation of policies used by George Edward III where the indicators used are communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, using interview technique, observation and documentation.the results showed implementation of housing programs habitable home has not run well, the implementation of the do still many that are not in accordance with existing guidelines such as community involvement in this program is not maximal. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Simple Habitable Home subsidy program are the inaccuracy of the target, the lack of community participation and the sustainability of the programKeywords: Policy Implementation, community-based self-development, Simple Habitable House

Abstract

This thesis discusses the interests of Indonesia sever the relationship of cooperation with jp morgan chase bank. Indonesia terminated the cooperative relationship with jp morgan chase bank because jp morgan made a detrimental research for Indonesia. The jp morgan's research made Indonesia's downgrade rating from overweight to underweight. Indonesia did not accept the results of jp morgan research, because the research was not in accordance with the Indonesia situation at the time and jp morgan could not explain why it coul Indonesia’s downgrade from overweight to underweight, So Indonesia broke off cooperation with jp morgan on 1st january 2017 .The termination of this cooperative relationship uses the theory of foreign policy because the foreign policy Theory considers that policies used by other countries will help the country to achieve national interest. The national interest is aimed at maintaining the security of the political economy of Indonesia. This foreign policy theory breaks the relationship between Indonesia and jp morgan chase bank which is the reason of harm Indonesia and this disconnection is directed to the national interest.Indonesia terminated the relationship with jp morgan chase bank due to the inaccurate research of jp morgan and the disadvantage of Indonesia. the research entitled "Trump forces tactical changes" made by jp morgan on 13 November 2016. In the end Indonesia gave the letter of termination cooperation to jp morgan chase bank.From research jp morgan, the funds out of Indonesia amounted to 16 trillion. Abstract

Club motors are different from those of bende motorcycle that currently troubling the community. The community considers the club motor and bende motor is the same. In this case researchers want to explain that the motor club is different, if it is more deeply reviewed there is a negative view of the community, they consider the existence of the club motor unsettling. Club motors are more likely to be the directional activities of the Organization and have the rules in the club. Club Motors are more of a way on sports and their craze towards motors. Easy to characterize the motor club, one of which is not distracted in the street and orderly traffic. And bende motor tends to be free and undirected associations are not rules that bind someone in the assembly to obey them.This method of study is qualitative descriptive. Data analysis measures include observation, interviews, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The subject involved in this study was determined based on the porposive technique that is the core manager of club motor include Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the strategy of Club motor include Pekanbaru in the formation of positive imagery.The results showed that club motor include Pekanbaru using communication strategy with the approach of strategic communication model is through the communicators strategy, where the Communicator Club motor include Pekanbaru in the delivery Information by conducting positive activities, such as conducting social service, not being distracted on the highway and appreciating highway riders in general. The target Audience club motor include Pekanbaru is the community around Basecamp and society generally. The media used is social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Abstract

This study describe Indonesia's economic cooperation in coal exports to Japan in 2014-2017, which was written in the Joint Statement of the Indonesia Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA) on August 20, 2007.             The sources of this research were obtained through literature reviews, books, websites, and others. The source of analysis is qualitative methods. This study uses the level of analysis of the nation state, liberalism perspective considers that war is only a small part of existing reality. The liberalists hope international relation are understood throughly and not forget thatcooperation between countries is one of themain things.             Indonesia is one of the biggest coal producing countries, and Japan is an industrial country that needs energy to run its industry. This economic cooperation is a Japanese soft power strategy that has helped the Indonesian economy. Seeing the condition of Japan that really needs energy, one of which is coal. Indonesian coal exports are very instrumental in increasing the country's foreign exchange, with the existence of economic cooperation, especially in the energy sector, Japan as a partner also helps in the development of Indonesian coal.Keywords: Coal, Energy, Export, Import, Economic Cooperation, IJEPA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the visitor's response to Product design Souvenir in the Bono Tourism Area of Teluk Meranti District. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method. There are 50 samples taken by accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Likert scale is used to measure intervals in quantitative data. This research uses Sugiyono's Theory. The results of the study show that the Visitor Response to Souvenirs in the Bono Attractions area is included in the Very Good category.

Abstract

Kuantan Singingi District Government supervises permits that apply to permit holders in carrying out activities carried out for licenses owned. The supervision of the oil palm plantation businnes by thr Agriculture Office of Kuantan Singingi  Regency was carried out in the benthic administration of plantation business licenses. The phenomenon that arises in this supervision is still weak supervision by the Agriculture Sevice and there are still many problems encountered in the licensing of oil palm plantation businesses. The purpose of this study is to find out how the supervision by the Agriculture Service on oil palm plantation business permits and what are the inhibiting factors in the supervision of business permits for oil palm plantations. The theoritical concept used in this research is Stoner’s concept of supervision which consist of determining standards and methods of perfomance assessment, perfomance appraisal, comparing performance with standars and taking corrective actions. The selection of this informant uses purposive sampling. The result of this study indicate that supervision of the Department of Agriculture has not been optimal, the lack of time standars in conducting direct supervision to the field which is not yet effective, and also the inhibiting factors in conducting supervision are human resource and funds or cost.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept or action taken by the company as a sense of corporate responsibility towards the social and the environment around the company is located. The company that is the object of the author's research is PT. Development of Investment Responsibility (PIR) of Indragiri Hulu District, Peranap District. Which local communities have not felt the benefits of the existence of PT. Increased Investment in Riau (PIR) in their area, namely Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out how to empower local communities through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. At PT. Riau Investment Increase (PIR) in the role of the upstream Indragiri district. The theory used in this research is CSR Implementation theory according to Untung, namely: Accountability, Openness, Fairness, The responsibility of this research method uses a qualitative approach with a purposive sampling technique by interview (interview) , observation (direct observation), study of literature and documentation as a source of information and data analysis. The results of this study found that the empowerment of Indigenous Peoples Empowerment through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program has not been implemented optimally. Inhibiting Factors in Empowering Indigenous Peoples Through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs at PT. Riau Investment Development is the lack of a relationship approach between the company and the community so that the distribution of aid does not match what is needed by the community, the lack of quality human resources of the local community so that it cannot recruit in large numbers from the local community, and the lack of response from the community can be concluded that the program empowerment of local communities through CSR has not yet been carried out to the maximum. Keywords:  Empowerment of Local Communities, Corporate Social Responsibility
