Abstract

 The research analyze social fundalmental at Cipta Karya Bird Club in Pekanbaru. To get the appropriate and relevance data as per research purpose, the writer use qualitative descriptive approach by choosing the informants with purposive sampling. Based on the observation result and identification determine about five persons as subject of the research with their considerations as the active community members then often involved in various events. The result research shows Cipta Karya Bird Club formed because of the concern with the nearly extinct wild birds, especially Murai Batu, Kacer, and Cucak Ijo. The other reason is to strenghten friendship betwween members, society and bussines. Besides the samples has high level of trust between members, because they believe that things could make the club more advanced. Cipta Karya Bird Club actively involved in social events, like gotong royong and helping the poor community members, and building birds conservation. The good social relationship also with all the members of the same kinds of club. They often share information about health and growth of the birds. If there is a member who is got disfortune, usually Cipta Karya Bird Club members will help them, by donating some money and others.Keywords: Cipta Karya Bird Club, Community, Kicau Mania, Social Capital

Abstract

Tourism in Solok Regency is very large and can be said to be famous but the development of tourism itself in Solok Regency is very slow and the vision and mission contained in the Solok District Regulation No. 4 of 2013 therefore by looking at the implementation of the policy direction in the Solok District Regulation No. 4 of 2013 (study of tourism master plans for 2016-2017).            The purpose of this study was to look at the implementation of the policy direction in the Solok District Regulation No. 4 of 2013 (study of tourism master plans for 2016-2017). The research approach is qualitative by describing or writing down the symptoms and conditions in the field by looking at how the implementation of the policy direction in the Solok District Regulation No. 4 of 2013 (study of tourism master plans for 2016-2017).            Primary data is obtained by in-depth interviews with informants, while secondary data from documentation, statistics bureau, and official website of Solok Regency. The data that researchers have collected can be processed and researchers draw conclusions from the data.            The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the policy direction in the Solok District Regulation No. 4 of 2013 (study of the tourism master plan for 2016-2017) the first policy direction of tourism attraction development has been carried out well and in accordance with the strategy of the direction of the policy of empowering tourist attractions contained in the Regional Regulation of Solok No. 4 of 2013 but an insufficient budget has hampered the implementation of the direction of development of tourist attraction policies. Both directions of community empowerment policies have also been implemented well in accordance with the direction of the community empowerment policy, but a lack of public awareness has hampered the direction of community empowerment policies. Keywords: Implementation, Local regulation, Tourism Master Plan

Abstract

 E-Government gives the opportunity recently to improve the quality of government, by way of increased efficiency, new services, an increase in participation of citizens and their an increase of the global information infrastructure. One of the implementation of e-government systems through the use of information and communication technology is the procurement process government goods/ services, one of which is an e-catalog system. E-catalog aims to be the creation process of the selection of goods / services are directly so that all officers can choose the goods/ services in the selection of the best, and that efisiensi the cost and time of the election of the goods/ services from the providers of goods/services and users. In the study 's authors discuss about the actuating of procurement of goods/services through government e-catalog in the province of Riau. The purpose of the study this is to find out how the actuating of procurement of goods/services through the e-catalog of research is using the method of qualitative that is descriptive. Research is using the theory of actuating Nawawi with indicators of the direction and guidance as well as communication. Results of the study showed that the actuating of procurement of goods/services through government e-catalog in the province of Riau has not been effective because still there are some things that still have to be increased again, namely in the amount and type of product that is contained in the e- catalog and also still lack a source of power human which has a certification in management of procurement of goods the government, and the required increase in the quality of the e-catalog because technology is always experiencing growth that is rapid. Keywords : Actuating, E-Government, E-Catalog

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work experience on nurses' work performance in the Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that was distributed to 61 respondents at the Tampan Mental Hospital of Riau Province. The data are then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous ).               The results showed that the first hypothesis testing is work discipline on nurse work performance that is tcount (6.436)> t table (2.001) meaning that work discipline has a significant effect on nurse work performance. The second work experience on nurse work performance is tcount (7.879)> t table (2.001) meaning that work experience has a significant effect on nurse work performance. F test results (33.666)> F table (3.16), meaning that work discipline and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on nurses' work performance. Keywords: Work discipline, work experience, work performance

Abstract

This study was conducted at Nagari Sabu Kecamatan Batipuh Kabupaten Tanah Datar. The purpose of this research is to know the fuel incenses function for the community at Nagari Sabu Kecamatan Batipuh Kabupaten Tanah Datar. The focus of this research is the implementation of the incense burning tradition in the rituals of community life at Nagari Sabu Kecamatan Batipuh Kabupaten Tanah Datar. The technique of determining samples by Purposive Sampling and determine the number of samples as many as 10 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation.Research conducted, the authors found that As a tradition, burning incense also consists of several things that must be provided. All it takes is incense and embers. Coals as a medium to burn incense are provided by the host. After the incense and embers are available, the prayer event begins. In the incense burning prayer is done after the prayer is offered in Minang or Bahasa Indonesia. Then proceed with a prayer reading by the cleric. Function of burning incense is as a spirit invite, prayer accompanist in the event selametan include aqikah prayer, death prayer, marriage prayer, prayer maulid nabi, prayer circumcision, and prayer idul fitri / idul adha and ritual treatment. Efforts to deliver and inherit the values of tradition of fuel inceses that is by passing on to the younger generation and teach it, hold studies in mosques or in mushalla. The meaning of the burning of this kemenya is to run the sunna of the Prophet. It is said sunna because the prophet and the angels are very fond of smells. Abstract

IPJKS online application is one of the new social media in Indonesia. IPJKS online application is not only effectively used as one of communication tool, but also effectively used as media of information dissemination either general or special information. One of the users who use IPJKS online application is the people who download IPJKS application which this application is used as a medium of information dissemination of tourism on the path of Kuantan Singingi. Theory used is New Media Theory. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the level of effectiveness of onlie tourism applications on the pathway Kuantan Singingi (IPJKS) as an online information media for the community.This study uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques that is through the distribution of questionnaires directly to the public who download the online application IPJKS with the number of samples 100 determined by sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistical techniques.The results of this study show that the level of effectiveness of online tourism application communication oacu line Kuantan Singingi (IPJKS) as an online information media for the community is very effective. This is seen from the results of data processing based on six indicators, each indicator reached the scale of 3.43 on the receiver indicator, 3.43 on the indicator of content content, 3.48 scale on the channel indicator (media) , 3.45 scale on the indicator format, 3.47 scale on the source code indicator, and 3.48 scale on the timing indicator, so the conclusion obtained by using the average formula of all indicators is 3, 45 which are included in the effective scale range. This shows that the online application of tourism runway Kuantan Singingi (IPJKS) is a very effective medium as an online informai media for the community.

Abstract

This research was carried out in the Simpang Empat Area, Arengka Morning Market, Handsome District. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of socio culture life of children who work as beggars in the Simpang Empat Lampu Merah area of the Arengka Morning Market, Handsome District. The focus of this research is the social impact of children who as beggars in the Simpang Empat area of the Arengka Morning Market, Handsome District. The technique of determining samples by purposive sampling and determining the number of samples as many as 4 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive methods and data instruments are observation, interviews and documentation. The study found that the social and economy conditions of child laborers as scavengers in the Handsome District of Pekanbaru City are as follows: Circumstances of Beggar Families of Children, From the research conducted it was known that children who work as beggars come from disadvantaged families. Beggars Association Children, most of the children who work as beggars, are children who are ostracized from their peers, because they think that the children who work as beggars are poor people, so they feel it is inappropriate to be friends with him. The Environment of Child Labor Residence, The recognition given by the child who worked as a beggar interviewed found that most of them lived in very simple homes. Abstract

On May 23, 2016, in district tampan of Pekanbaru unrest among Jemaah salafi with locals on Jl. Manyar Sakti, Panam. The conflict arising from the community's displeasure towards the construction of a new mosque in do jemaah salafi. In fact the early emergence of a conflict between the people with the community it's not hot from the construction of the mosque was only, but there are also previous issues or slanted view of society against Jemaah salafi: Jemaah salafi doesn't like the weekly activities of the community such as yasinan, according to yasinan it's not that they are in demand by the Prophet, but that in the recommend is reading surah al kahfi, then open a curtain dividing men and women at a time when religious discourses , its not doing or tahlilan finished prayers, should not be held to celebrate Maulid Nabi Saw and isra ' mihraj, should not do tahlilan after someone had died, according to those who have not done Nabi Saw antiquity then it should not be done or is called bid’ah. This research uses qualitative approach method of the theory of Phenomenology. Data obtained based on the fact that occurred in field through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants are chosen using a purposive sampling technique, the informants consisted of (religious figures, community leaders, people who live on Jl. Manyar Sakti). Data analysis techniques with the reduction of data, collecting data, presenting data, draw conclusions and evaluation by using the technique of examination validity data that is the extension of participation and triangulation. The results of this research explains that the opinions and attitudes of society towards the issue evolved from the Jemaah Salafi in Jl. Manyar Sakti. The authors conclude that society says the existence of ideology-ideology that evolved but the community does not fully accept, agree and some disagree, then in terms of a conflict that it occurs due to lack of communication so that innocuous actions from the Jemaah Salafi is not acceptable in society. But society is not hating at all of Jemaah Salafi. because fellow Muslims forbidden to mutually hostile.Keywords : Jemaah salafi, Issue, Opinion, Attitude, conflict, Community

Abstract

SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru has made gender responsive schools one of the school's flagship programs shown through the vision and mission of SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Creating a gender responsive school environment is not an easy thing, teachers must implement gender responsiveness in learning activities so that the growth of character between students to respect gender differences. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning methods used, school facilities that are gender responsive and the obstacles that occur in learning communication in realizing gender responsive schools in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru.This study used qualitative research methods. Determination of informants using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis according to Huberman and Miles. The data validity checking technique used in this study is the extension of participation, triangulation.The results showed that the application of gender responsiveness in learning communication was seen in 5 methods namely lecture method, question and answer method, practice or demonstration method, discussion and presentation method, and assignment method. Meanwhile school facilities that are gender responsive are learning communication media consisting of audio media, visual media and audiovisual media. Other gender-responsive school facilities, namely, the arrangement of classrooms that pay attention to the special needs of male and female students in the classroom, school toilets that are designed to be safe to avoid breakdowns and sexual harassment in toilets, and the number of female toilets is greater than male toilets in which there are clothes hangers, trash cans and mirrors, and there are special spaces that are separated in order to create comfort in the school environment such as counseling booths, UKS rooms, parking lots, worship spaces and places of ablution. During running this program there are several obstacles that occur in communication of gender responsive learning. These are the obstacles of lack of community participation, psychological barriers and barriers to communicators. Keyword: Learning Communication, Gender Responsive, Critical Pedagogy.

Abstract

Pekanbaru is one of the of the big cities in Indonesia is the center of economic, social and cultural activity. However, with the development of newborn city. The emerging problem is the growing inequality or inequality of rights in the distribution of income between different opinion groups, between urban and rular areas. This also means that the rapid economic growth has not been successful in overcoming poverty problems such as underage labor as laborers. The problem in this research is how the Implementation of law Number 23 2002 on Regardi Child Protection (Study On Exploitation of Underage Child in Effort of Brick Making if Sub District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru) and What factors that hinder the implementation of the policy. As for the purpose of this research is to know and analyze the the Implementation of law Number 23 2002 on Regardi Child Protection (Study On Exploitation of Underage Child in Effort of Brick Making if Sub District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru) and know and analyze the implementation of the policy.The concept of the theory that that the writer uses is the policy and the policy implementation. And the theory used is the theory of Grindle with two variables: the contents of policy and implementation environment. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive data assessment. In collecting the data, the writer uses interview, observation and documentation. Using the key informants as the source of information.The results of this study showed that the the Implementation of law Number 23 2002 on Regardi Child Protection (Study On Exploitation of Underage Child in Effort of Brick Making if Sub District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru) has not run optimally. The impeding factors in the implementation of child protection policies are human resources of policy actors, lack of compliance and responsiveness of the community regarding child protection policies.Keywords: Implementation of policy and Child Protection
