Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand what is the national interest of Indonesia to join RPOA in 2016. As an archipelago county, Indonesia has a huge potential of natural resources in particulary maritime sector. In addition, Indonesia consist of 30% land capacity and 70% sea wider. Therefore, Indonesia has always been an object of illegal fishing through their maritime land. Apparently, Indonesia isnt the only one that concern into maritime security, ASEAN or regional countries have put their attention to solve those problems such Illegal fishing that reducing their own fish stock. So, 11 countries in regional made a cooperation under RPOA to combating illegal fishing. Thus researcher question is what is Indonesia National Interest In A Cooperation With Regional Plan Of Action To Promote Responsible Fishing Practices Including Combating Iuu Fishing In The Southeast Asia Region” (Rpoa – Iuu) In 2016.This research theoretically has built with realism perspectives on International Relations and supported by Foreign Policy theory K.J. Holsty. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that Indonesia national interest to join RPOA is caused Indonesia wants to guard and secure their own of maritime land particularly in ALKI (Alur Laut Kepulauan Indonesia) whic Indonesia as archipelago country has been loss on profit towards illegal fishing.Keywords : National Interest, Indonesia, Cooperation, Illegal Fishing, RPOA, ALKI

Abstract

Pulau Panjang Village Beach Tourism Object, since it began to be developed in 2012, has experienced various developments carried out by related agencies in seeking improvement in Pulau Panjang Beach Tourism Object. The development carried out has the aim to increase attractiveness and improve the socio economic economy of the community. Community involvement in the development of tourist objects is very necessary in the course of the course of a development, community involvement in the development of tourist objects affects the socio-economic and cultural life of Pulau Panjang village communities. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach in which the data that has been obtained in the field will be processed in the form of tables and do a picture. The results in this study indicate the level of community involvement in the development of Pulau Panjang beach  attractions in the moderate category with a rate of 62.3% based on field data. While the impact caused by the development of tourism on Pulau Panjang tends to have a positive effect with the benefit of increased income increases, provide business opportunities and side jobs, broaden horizons, perspectives, understandings, interactions, and introduce the area to the public outside, enough to cover all the shortcomings caused by tourism activities.  Keywords: Participation, Tourism Objects, Impact

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of employee placement and compensation on employee job satisfaction on employees of the BPJS Employment Branch of Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were permanent employees of the BPJS Employment Office in the Pekanbaru City Branch. Sampling using saturated or census samples with a sample of 41 employees. Research data collection in the form of primary data, with the distribution of questionnaires as research instruments and secondary data in the form of company archives. Analysis of the data used is to use simple and multiple linear regression, determination test, t test, f test with the help of SPSS program. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear analysis methods and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that employee placement and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the BPJS Employment Branch in Pekanbaru City. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) the effect of employee placement on job satisfaction obtained a square value of 0.399 or 39.9% and the effect of compensation on job satisfaction obtained a square value of 0.793 or 79.3% and the calculation of determination (R2) multiple the effect of employee placement and compensation on job satisfaction obtained a square value of 0.822 or 82.2%. This shows that employee placement and compensation have an effect of 82.2% on job satisfaction, while the remaining 17.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study Keywords: Employee Placement, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on company of basic industry and chemical sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Profitability ratios were used as independent variables is Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), the ratio of liquidity are used ad independent variable is Current Ratio (CR) and Leverage ratio were use as independent variables is Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). While being used as the dependent variables is Dividend Policy measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Data used in this study is a secondary data, financial reports (annual report). As for data listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 5 years from 2010 to 2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, used are 7 companies. Analysis data using multiple linear regressions analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Analysis data using multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS 21.The analysis showed that the variable profitability does not effect on dividend policy on company of basic industry and chemical sectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity variable does not affect on dividend policy on company of basic industry and chemical sectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Whereas leverage variables has effect on dividend policy of basic industry and chemical company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous research results showed has effect of variable profitability, liquidity and leverage on dividend policy on company of basic industry and chemical sectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Dividend Policy

Abstract

The Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) forbids the use of non-Muslim attributes forMuslim employees, including inviting or ordering the use of non-Muslim attributes is haram. Thefatwa issued by the MUI sparked various speculations, meanings and opinions amongIndonesians. Some big sales promotion girl companies are also tied to a number of conduct code(regulation of appearance) where SPG must follow the rules like wearing christmas attributes.Regulations made by companies usually do not see whether employees are Muslim or non-Muslim. This study aimed to find out how the meaning of christmas attributes for Muslim salespromotion girl in Pekanbaru City and how the meaning of fatwa haram MUI related to the use ofchristmas attribute for Muslim sales promotion girl in the city of Pekanbaru.This research used qualitative research method with phenomenology approach. Researchsubjects consisted of fife sales promotion girl in Pekanbaru selected by using purposivetechnique. This study used interview data collection techniques, observation, and researchdocumentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension ofthe following and triangulation.The results showed that the meaning of the Christmas attribute was divided into two, namely thetrue meaning and meaning of use. The true meaning of the natal attribute is as a symbol ofChristianity, the meaning of culture, and the meaning of colors and cypress trees. Furthermorethe meaning of the use of the natal attribute by spg is a profession demands and as a compulsion.Meaning of fatwa haram MUI related to the meaning of use of attribute natal for spg muslimdivided two that is appraised is right and too excessive. Abstract

The past few years tourist destination become familiar and be an indicator of community economic development. Almost in every region be extract and expand natural tourism  especially, by show various beauty and preservation which be the magnet, like mangrove port. Mangrove port is conservation place which saved from development planning for harbor’s expansion. With every effort to save, finally mangrove port can be maintained. Later the headway directed be tourism destination, which very worthwhile for society’s life around. But, the things make society’s perception, positive perception as well as negative perception. The perception appear be adapted with phenomenon and impact which arise in society’s environment. This research is quantitative research with descriptive type. Population and sample from this research is people from RT.05 in Kelurahan Pangkalan Sesai with taking sample  by Slovin and get 74 respondent. Data collected by field observation, interview with make questionnaire first, and documentation. Analysis is done by processing data in groups in every indicator and cross tabulation. Conclusion from this research is society’s perception with tourism attraction mangrove port which in postive way make positive response from respondent. While negative perception appear from negative response from respondent. As is mangrove port impact to social’s life and economic growth in society. Various changes occur like increase economic people because increased income. Create collaboration between society, manager, and government agency because mangrove port. Key words: Mangrove port, Perception, Impact.

Abstract

At this time, in modern times and the increasing emancipation of women who have an influence on the changing mindsets of women today.  The change in mindset can be seen and proven from the high number of divorce today which is very much different from in the past.  When divorce used to be bad luck for women, now women have the courage to ask for divorce.  These changes do not just happen, awareness of the rights that are owned and that should be obtained, making women today more rational thinking.  From the rationality of these thoughts the women finally realized that there were discrepancies in their domestic life and chose to make divorce.  However, is the act of divorce always based on rationality?  Do not rule out the possibility of such actions based on non-rational.  So in this study, it will be seen how the household situation of women who do divorce, what causes the problem and the triggers of the problem, to make it a reason to sue for divorce, and whether the problems that are the reasons are rational, or maybe even non-rational. The research will involve 5 informants, and located in Tapung sub-district, Kampar Regency.  The method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting observations and in-depth interviews with 5 informants.  The results of this study indicate that the rational choice of suing for divorce is not always rational, because of the S informants in this study there are 2 informants who have a background problem that is the reason for traditional divorce and affection.   Keywords: Divorce, Rationality.

Abstract

The research begins with the author's interest in the number of viewers of Atta Halilintar video which has the highest number of subcriber in Southeast Asia on the YouTube platform that is able to compete with other YouTubers only in YouTube or in the form of videos. Ateam is Atta Halilintar's fanbase who idolizes Atta as a YouTuber. Atb Halilintar or Ateam Fanbase members as subjects in the study have their own reasons for wanting to watch the Atta Halilintar YouTube channel. Researchers can convert to un missatge causat per motius and per motivar el canal by watching YouTube Atta Halilintar on Ateam Members.          This research uses the theory of phenomenology of Alfred Schutz which is because of motive and in order to motive from the actions of atheam members who want to watch YouTube channel Atta Halilintar. By using qualitative methods with a phenomenological tradition. Data collection techniques carried out by means of participant observation and in-depth interviews. This study uses subject-based taking techniques based on the objectives. Data analysis in this research is a descriptive analysis technique.          The results of the study revealed that because of motive A-team members wanting to watch Atta Halilintar's YouTube channel was due to the personality and creative factors of Atta Halilintar. Whereas the objectives to be achieved or in order to motive A-team members to watch YouTube channel Atta Halilintar are related to motivation and entertainment. The four motives above that answer the question what are the motives for watching YouTube channel Atta Halilintar to A-team members.

Abstract

This research was held in the district Buru district of Karimun. The purpose of this study is to know to know and describe the factors that cause premarital sex behavior by teenagers in Buru district. Topic of focus of this research is the view of society in premarital sex behavior among youth district Buru. The author uses qualitative methods and uses the snowball sampling technique technique. Data instruments are observations, interviews, polls and documentation. Research finds there are three factors that encourage the occurrence of premarital sex by teenagers, as follows: Family factor, research finds that families are less considerate and do not control how children's lives outside the home. So the child feels freed by his parents to establish a relationship with anyone. Social environmental factors, research finds that research subjects often gather to stay in their friends for days. To facilitate premarital sex irregularities by the child. The factors of information technology, the research conducted found that generally young children are researched to know their spouse from social media. Then the factor of information technology has a crucial role in child-free sex irregularities.  Research conducted there are some forms of premarital sex by teens is embracing, hugging and kissing.Keywords: Premarital, Teenage, Social Deviations

Abstract

Promotion is a way of communicating that is usually done in an organization whose purpose is to attract potential customers to buy products and services that are sold or offered. This study aims to determine the implementation of the promotion of Guruh Gemurai Waterfall Attraction by the Tourism and Culture Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency and analyze what are the inhibiting and supporting factors of the promotion. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the subject of this study is the Head of Department, Head of Marketing, Head of the Tourism and Culture Office of the Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis conducted in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the implementation of promotions carried out through 4 (four) techniques which include Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, and Public Relations. But until now the results are still not good because there are still many promotions that have not been implemented and have not utilized the promotional media to the full. The supporting factors are usually done such as the presence of entertainment programs and attractions. And the inhibiting factors encountered in the implementation of this promotion are funds that are still very limited to carry out large-scale promotions and infrastructure problems and supporting facilities that are still lacking in Kuantan Singingi Regency. For this reason, in carrying out the promotion of Guruh Gemurai Waterfall Tourism Objects, it is expected to make maximum use of promotional media.Keyword : travel promotion, promotion techniques, waterfall
