Abstract

NasDem Party is the only party that qualify as new participants in the election of 2014. NasDem That means the party is entitled to vote for the first time in 2014. Expansion is carried out by the party structure NasDem Pekanbaru regarding structuring the management of the party NasDem Pekanbaru an effort to achieve party verification politics in the city of Pekanbaru.This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach as a tool of analysis. This research was conducted in Ujung Batu sub-district, Rokan Hulu. This research was using interviews with key informants as information objects that aim to achieve the goal in order to get information in this research. Data used of this research is primary data and secondary data obtained through observation and interviews with key informants in this research.NasDem Party of Pekanbaru in expanding the network as attempts to institutionalize political party or effort, there are some efforts that do include: 1) Systemic Dimension: O250 is an information technology-based systems carried out by the NasDem Party of Pekanbaru in expanding his political network in this case as well as a tool recruiting members. O250 is an abbreviation of Operation 250. 2) Dimensions of Identity Value: Performance of the Governing Council of the Regional Leadership NasDem Party Pekanbaru also contribute to the expansion of the network, as well as to the candidates also sought in terms of activities, among others, by socializing NasDem Party Pekanbaru coupled with campaign himself as a political candidate. 3) Dimensions of Autonomy: wing party or organization supporting the existence of the party as a party that aims to support the dissemination of even recruiting Party members NasDem Pekanbaru. 4) Dimension Reification: The mass media as a supporting party or as a means of reinforcing NasDem identity Nasdem Party Pekanbaru. Abstract

Problems that occur on Ro-Ro ferry ports of Dumai ie lack warships in the harbor, so that every day many crossings that can not take across in because the capacity of passengers or goods that have been filled. Supposedly with the applicable provisions fleet on Ro-Ro port of Dumai it consists of 3 (three) fleet, but now only amounts to 1 (one) fleet. It is certainly not in accordance with existing regulations. With so activity on Ro-Ro ferry ports Dumai ineffective and the practice of extortion committed by unscrupulous Riau Provincial Transport Department staff to passenger ferry ports. The purpose of this study is to find out to find out the supervision of the Riau Provincial Transport Department Operations City Harbour Crossing in Dumai and to determine the factors that influence the control of the Riau Provincial Transport DepartmentinDumai.Methods This study uses qualitative research methods research types. This research was conducted in the city of Dumai in this area where there are several ferry ports which many passengers crowded. But there are still many shortcomings that exist in some of its ports as less fleet and lack of safety for passenger ships. While the data collection by using the technique of interviewing informants who are competent in their field as well as by direct observation of the authors in the field. The results of this study conclude In monitoring indicators funds / costs, weak oversight made Riau Provincial Transport Department for the operation of ferry ports, especially on the operational budget problems in department transport. Crossing the harbor must pay for their own purposes any crossing port operations so that they do not know the practice of extortion (extortion) against unscrupulous Riau Provincial Transport Department. So here authorized agency Riau Provincial Transport Department should work hard to improve oversight of the operation of ferry ports and monitoring should be performed continuously so that no more Riau Provincial Transport Department officers who conduct illegal charges against the passenger Ro-Ro ferry ports of Dumai.Keywords: Monitoring, Ro-Ro Ferry Port.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision on employee productivity foreman parts production process at PT. Surisenia Plasmataruna Rokan Hulu. Supervision as an independent variable (X) and produktiviitas work as the dependent variable (Y), and this study takes the number of respondents 49 people. Data was collected by questionnaire and interview techniques. Analysis of the data used is a simple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS.The results showed that there was a foreman supervision influence on employee productivity. From the analysis of data obtained value of t> t table is 3.777> 1.678 means that there is a significant effect between the foreman supervision on employee productivity. Value of determination R2 = 0.233 or 23.3 percent of this means that the variable foreman supervision has contributed in explaining the variable labor productivity by 23.3 percent. A percentage of 76.7 percent is contributed by other variables outside of this study.Keywords: Human Resource Management, Supervision, Work Productivity.

Abstract

This research describes the effort of United States of America in doing Propaganda toChina through Contagion 2011. The rise of China become a security dilemma for United States.Contagion tells a virus disaster spread all around the world. China is actually the first countryfound the MEV-1, a fiction Virus created By Soderbergh the director of Contagion. China also acountry that the mostly shown up after United State. The purpose of this study is to find outweather America do such propaganda to China or not.This research is using descriptive andlibrary research methods.The data and information obtained from books, journals and websites.This research uses Constructivism perspective and propaganda Theory. The result of thisresearch shows that United state of America try to defend the hegemonic power from the rise ofChina. By using a movie, United state run a kind of soft diplomacy. Even China didn’t give asignificant respond of this movie. But United State was trying create an international publicopinion about terror and Chinese since the movie was released in 9 September 2011, the day ofWorld Trade Center tragedy. Abstract

This research was carried out on the public street vendors (PKL) who relocated to the area MTC Giant Panam. Problems studied in this research is how the impact of the relocation of street vendors to MTC Giant Markets Squatting on the socio-economic life of the merchant.The purpose of this study is to find out who the vendors who sell at area Giant Panam MTC, to determine the response to the relocation of street vendors to market MTC Giant Panam area, and to determine the impact of the relocation of street vendors (PKL) Squatting Market area to MTC Giant Panam towards the socio-economic life of the merchant. The population in this study are street vendors who relocated to the area MTC Giant Panam 250 people, 25 people were taken as samples by using random sampling techniques.In the authors use data collection methods of interviews and observations, and analyzed using quantitative descriptive method, that is by depicting or describing phenomena problems studied in the form of numbers, then processed using the percentage tables, so it can be clearly understood conclusion.Based on the results of the study authors note that the street vendors who sell at area Giant Panam MTC is a street vendor who initially conduct trading activities along Jl. HR. Soebrantas Panam, relocation of the market to get a good response from vendors who sell in the area MTC Giant Panam, and relolasi market impact or influence both the social and economic life of street vendors, among which a good trade competition among fellow traders in develop business for goods and services traded, social interactions are good, and the high level of earned income traders in buying and selling activities.Keywords: street vendors, social, and economic life of a trader

Abstract

The research present describe the efecitivity use of income and outcome budgeting of Bengkalis Regency in 2011. Bengkalis Regency are one of Regency that have a highest income and outcome budgeting in Riau Province. Income of bengkalis still 2007-2011 has increase from Rp.112.355.796.050 be a Rp. 214.155.303.000. Composition income Bengkalis Regency still 6 years ago dominated from income transfer from central government Rp. 1.681.885.529.187 in 2007 and increase in 2012 be Rp. 3.210.456.010.424The research use the methode are qualitative methodes that analyze problem research by describe the subject and object conditions based on real fact. This research use location in Bengkalis Regency and researcher collect data from books, government regulation, jurnal, mass media, website and deep interview with informan likes Head of Regencu Bengkalis, Chief of Social Bengkalis Regency, and House of Representatives Bengkalis Regency.The conclution of this research are income and outcome budgeting of Bengkalis Regency in 2011 to poverty programme have done in some unit society, likes: educations, healths, social protects, public facility. And effectivity of use income and outcome budgeting of Bengkalis Regency untill now not effectively. Its cause income and outcome budgeting of Bengkalis Regency untill 2013 most of used to outcome government and capital outcome.Keywords: effectivity, budget, income and poverty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to find out how about the implementation promotion strategy (advertising, personal selling, public relation, sales promotion, and direct marketing) for achieve the room and to find out how the consumes’ interest about (liking, preference, and conviction)The population of this research is the consumers of Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. The number of this samples are 100 people. It is taken by slovin’s formula. The search procedure of respondents performed by accidental – sampling. The research data is primary data whom uses questionnaires as the research instrument. The data analysis of the research is statistical analysis whom supported by SPSS program.Based on the result of this research that conducted by the researcher, she takes a conclusion that promotion effect (advertising, personal selling, public relation, sales promotion and direct marketing) towards consumer’s interest (liking, preference, and conviction) in Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru are agree, but some of the respondents answered disagree. Some of them disagree with public relation such as sponsoring, populist activities, and over coming problem that known by media, and some of the others disagree with consumers interest such as preference (red: discount or bonus )Key word : Promotion (Advertising, Personal Selling, Public Relation, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing) and Consumer’s Interest (Liking, Preference, Conviction)

Abstract

Mangrove deforestation in Riau province, especially in the District of High Cliff from 2005 until 2013 every year or penguranga damaged mangrove forest area of 1.35% per year (Department of Fisheries Riau, 2014). It can be seen from some of the phenomena which states that: mangrove forest cover in the district of High Cliff Bengkalis decreases. According to the report Riau Provincial Forestry Office (2014), estimated the damage rate will continue to grow each year. This is due to the internal and external pressures on the mangrove forests, the lack of regulations or policies Bengkalis area of the Regional Forest Service Bengkalis itself to the protection of mangrove forests in Bengkalis to date, geophysical changes in recent decades have encouraged onset of abrasion in areas that threaten Bengkalis mangrove forests. Reduced extensive mangrove provide a very important influence for the community and also life, especially in Bengkalis ecosystem, where the coastal areas until the last decade continues to experience a serious abrasion, especially in the northern part of the island. Abrasion that occurred on this island every year, reaching 5-10 m in length abrasion-hit areas reaching 100 km more.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the policy conducted by the Department of Forestry and Plantation Bengkalis safeguard Mangrove forest in the district of High Cliff Bengkalis.The result showed that the responses of informants according to the interview, observation and documentation available from the Forest Service concluded that Bengkalis not maximal preservation of mangrove forests in the District High Cliff Bengkalis due to the low resources (resources) in particular Bengkalis Forest Service , people in the District High Cliff and also entrepreneurs who average panglong not understand forestry legislation, and the risk of sanctions imposed on perpetrators of mangrove forest destruction. Besides the lack of government policies and the Forest Service Bengkalis Bengkalis towards conservation of mangrove forests lead to many critical land and also the ineffectiveness of mangrove reforestation on forest land. Abstract

This research is the political economy of the country of Iran in the Middle East region areexperiencing economic-political dynamics of interest in the era of Mahmud Ahmadnejad leadership.Under his leadership, Iran is trying to not be dragged into the political hegemony of internationalmainstrem dominated by the United States and its Allies.
