Abstract

Problem in this research was not to achieve the realization of production in the last 4 years, the number of employees of the production are absent due to illness as well as high employee turnover akngka. As for the purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the stress of work and the performance of the production section and the employee knowing the effect of work stress on performance of employees part production at PT. Cider fertile valley Ganduang Pelalawan District. Data collection through the kusioner of 78 employees part production. Results of the study to stress employee part production has not been so good or has a fairly high level of stress in the work. For the performance of the production employees judged already, but there is still a shortage-keurangan-especially in terms of the work which is not good. Results of the analysis with SPSS programme, obtained the results that the free variables that work stress (X) have a very strong relationship to Employee Performance is variable (Y)Keywords: job stress, employee performance, PT Sari fertile valley Ganduang Pelalawan District

Abstract

In this research Issue is the decline in the number of outpatients in the last 3 years, especially for the old outpatients. This indicates patient loyalty to decline medical treatment to hospitals Early Bros Pekanbaru. As for the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the marketing mix and knowing the loyalty of outpatients at the hospital Beginning Bros Pekanbaru. In addition to knowing the influence of marketing mix to the loyalty of patients in hospitals Early Bros Pekanbaru. Data collection through the kusioner of 100 outpatients. Results of research on the marketing mix implemented Early Bros Hospital Soweto rated it good. So too with the loyalty of outpatients at the hospital Beginning Bros Pekanbaru. votes have been good. However there are still shortcomings in the process and the price problem including outpatient medical treatment procedures. Results of calculation with the SPSS program, obtained as a result of that marketing mix (X) have a very strong relationship to patient loyalty (Y). Abstract

This research describes educational cooperation Indonesia - australia case study:sister school SMPN1 tasikmalaya with glenunga International High School in 2012.Indonesia is a nation that has a fundamental problem in education. Then, efforts to improvethe quality of education is not negotiable in order to improve the quality of human resourcesin Indonesia. To solve the problems, Indonesia has the initiative to cooperate with the State,one of which Australia.The research method used is a descriptive of qualitative research method about thefacts. This research is an explanatory that describe about problem, indication, policies,cooperation. In writing techniques, the author’s collect and collate data through libraryresearch from several sources like books, journals, articles, websites, the media and others.The author’s also use the concept of national interest in view the case in this study.The direct impact is the increased economic value of the activity of educationalservices in both countries. Indirect impacts are from increased trading activities in bothcountries Australia is working closely with its partners in developing countries to support thedevelopment priorities of each country. Abstract

Control team in the supervision of financial activities of the District a special grant for rural community groups that aim to increase community participation in accelerated development, rehabilitation and improvement of public facilities and social facilities. The programs and grants in the District Bungaraya, Siak, community participation correlation before implementation, during implementation, and after implementation. development should Siak regent meet the requirements of Regulation No. 17 Year 2010.The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision carried out by the District Steering Committee for the supervision and constraints menajadi Control Team Siak Regency Regent Regulation No. 17 Year 2010 on Guidelines Special Grant For Community Groups / District Village.Types and methods of research used in this study is descriptive. Once the data is collected peneelitian finished then compiled and classified the data and create a list of tables that have been defined by categories. Data were analyzed qualitatively described, and especially the public met with questionnaires to 50 variables related to community participation and development of environmental infrastructure is measured in Likert scale.The results showed District Monitoring Control Team Implementation Using Special Grant for Rural Communities Village On subdistrict Bungaraya Siak 2012 in category quite well. It is based on the responses of respondents who stated that districts Control Team can not fully supervise properly. despite the passage of the implementation of the development of this field. Public participation in the development environment most affect infrastructure development. Public participation during implementation has less effect in accordance with program planning. The development of the infrastructure environment through grant programs in the district through the monitoring team Bungaraya Control District has done quite well and have met regulatory requirements Siak regent No. 7 of 2010, Determination of Standards, personal review, monitoring through oral reports, surveillance through a written report, a deviation that is true.Keywords: monitoring, community participation, environmental infrastructure

Where foreign ship activity which steal fish have entered 12 mile Indonesia often found in territorial water of West Aceh, North Sulawesi, territorial ocean of Arafuru, and some area which gristle to the happening of trespasser at least 1 million in a year ton result of Indonesia sea fisher have been taken by a number of foreign ship, from that case Indonesian have cooperation with Thailand fishery area specially in the case of resource development ocean of Indonesia and its bearing with problem of theft ilegal fishing. And the effort from fishery cooperation between Indonesia and Thailand in overcoming theft illegal fish and also its bearing with sea resources development, hence writer use framework idea of International Relations concept, International Maritime Law concept, Regional concept of Territorial Water, and also conception Reality Development of Oceanic and Fishery.To facilitate analysis and also get clarity pursuant to existing problems, hence writer use major premis for example : concept of Internasional Relation, Internatsional Law, concept of Internasional Cooperation, concept of International Agreement, while minor premis consist of : Region Territorial Water of Indonesia, Reality Development Oceanic of Indonesia. Abstract

The culture is a heritage activity that has own characters which transform asocial life in implementation. The Culture is one of a communication way to eachother which use signs and symbols that have some meanings, and also ManganIndahan Sipaet-paet’s tradition (eat bitter rice) in Mangapuli event (solace) ofToba Bataknese, have the symbols which must be protected and covered becauseit simbolizing hope for new life. This phenomena make a researcher interests inthis research. It goals to know the process of handing out means in “ManganIndahan Sipaet-paet”, symbolic meaning of “Mangan Indahan Sipaet-paet”, andthe values on it.This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with the informan byaccidental sampling technique. Informan was choosen by incidentally moment.The informan in this research are cultural personal figure and family who had in asorrow moment. The accumulation data technique uses an observation, interview,and documentation.The result of this research means from “Mangan Indahan Sipaet-paet”(eat bitter rice) is a love to regret of sorrow. Abstract

Tortor is one of the art cultural of Batak dance which is moving entire body with therhythm by gondang, with the center of the movement of the hands and fingers, feet and legs,back and shoulders. Tortor dances are preserverd the existency which is always used inBatak Toba traditionals events including the wedding party. The research purposes is todetermine symbol meaning of tortor dance sign in a wedding party, to know how tounderstanding of the meaning of symbol meaning of tortor dance sign in a wedding party andto know the movements symbol meaning of tortor dance sign in a wedding party of batak tobasub-ethnic in balige district.This research uses qualitative descriptive method based on the fact in the field throughobservations, interviews and documentations. Location of the research took place in theBalige district with research schedule in May 2014 until July 2014. Informants in this studyamounted to 7 peoples. Data analysis technique is used interactive analysis model by datavalidity checking techniquesThe result of this research shows that tortor dance in a wedding party is art of Batakculture that has its own benefits, in spite of having unique to tell the meaning in dance, alsobecome a process of giving and receiving Batak custom in Dalihan Na tolu system throughnonverbal communication that uses of symbols. The the meaning was contained in themessage symbol of tortor dance in a wedding party is not only describeb by every movements,but also for music of tortor dance in wedding party which is called gondang. Understandingof the meaning of the message symbol is very important to understand instead of just simplyenjoy the aesthetic beauty of this dance but as Batak toba society should stil preserve theBatak culture which is hereditary. The survey results revealed that many people do not knowthe meaning of tortor dance in wedding party. The movements for women’s clothing havebeen wearing kebaya inside and the outside of clothing wrapped by ulos. Ulos that used havebeen modified be modern. In a wedding party in Balige district not using gondang music, butreplaced with a keyboard music, keyboard music selected which the reasons are morepractical and also more modern.Kata Kunci : Tortor, Simbol, dan Budaya Batak

Abstract

The extent of government territory Indragiri Hilir in scalability problems of localgovernment into its own in terms of equity of service to the community. Government activitiesare concentrated in a particular region tends to make access to services neglected in certain areas,and even tend to be injustice in terms of development of infrastructure, both physical andcommunity education. Indragiri Selatan feasibility area administratively constrained in differentnames and area coverage of candidates Regency / City based Decision Regent Indragiri Hilir No.177 / IV / HK-2010 with Council Decision No. Indragiri Hilir 26 / Parliament / 2008 and No. 33/ Parliament / 2008.Theoretical concepts used in this research is the development of administrative theory byTjokrowinoto, the indicators are formulated in the theory of functions of planning,implementation and monitoring. Key informants in this study is the Indragiri Hilir RegencySecretary, Assistant Secretary Governance Indragiri Hilir Regency, Head of Regional AutonomySub Part, the Islamic University Academics Indragiri, Observers, Non-governmentalOrganizations, Community Leaders. This research is a qualitative descriptive study.The research concludes that the process of formation of the South Indragiri administrativedistrict in the unfavorable category. This is evidenced inconsistency in the interpretation ofGovernment Regulation No. 78 of 2007 related responses between people's aspirations Decree ofDistrict / City with a decree Indragiri Hilir which indicates lack of a common vision of the planto form the South Indragiri. This has led to the completion of the process of the formation of thedistrict administrative requirements Southern Indragiri takes much longer than it should. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment on employee productivity Department of Making Pulp-2 PT.Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Perawang. Work environment as an independent variable (X) and labor productivity as the dependent variable (Y), and this study takes the number of respondents as many as 53 people. Data obtained through the questionnaire and then further processed to be tested through statistical analysis such as a simple regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSS 16 for windows. The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t test, t (11,136)  t table (2.040). This suggests that the work environment have a significant effect on employee productivity. The amount of work environment on employee productivity Department of Making Pulp-2 PT.Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper is equal to 70.9%.
