Abstract

Law No. 40 of 2007 on Persereon Limited has mandated for every company to implement Corporate Social Responsibility program which affirmed again by Kampar Regency Regulation No. 3 of 2012 on Corporate Social Responsibility. This program is a form of corporate accountability to the people that are around the company to meet the needs of a truly very be required by community.However fact Corporate social Responsibility program conducted by PT. Agro Eternal ineffective marked with many needs of the community that are not met and the implementation of activities that are not programmed according to existing regulations.The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility program in the village of Siak Hulu Kepau Jaya District of Kampar district has not done well. In collecting the data obtained from the documentation and documentation-depth interviews with informants. Once the data is collected and then analyzed with descriptive qualitative analysis menggunankan.After doing research, the application of corporate social responsibility are implemented Pt. Agro immortal not in accordance with the mandate of the existing regulations, in which the company is not programmed CSR activities in their annual work. Then supervision undertaken by the Department of Plantation is not running. Suggestions for this problem the government should be more active in monitoring and firmly in the regulations.Keywords : Implementation, Responsibility, Corporate.

Abstract

Cooperation begins with the first European settlement residents in Australian who rely on food supplies. Food supplies which are often brought from java. The first ship to arrive in Sydney from Indonesian is Waaksamheyd ship in 1790. Ship was carrying food supplies from Batavia ( Jakarta name at the time ). Food supplies that include: 171 tons of beef, 172 tons of pork, 39 tons of flour, 4,500 pounds of sugar, 31,000 kg of rice. Trade and commerce between Australian and Indonesian are growing. Two-way trade has increased to 25.2% during 2000-2002. More than 400 Australian companies are doing trade in Indonesian, ranging from mining to telecommunications. These companies work as a trading partner with the company and the Indonesian government.This research method is descriptive research, a descriptive study is provide an overview of the problems, circumstances, symptoms, and the actions or policies. In case after Indonesian restrict beef imports from Australian. In 2013 estimated the total national needs as much as 521,000 tons of meat, 441,000 tons of meat from within the country, while 80,000 tonnes Imported. Beef import quota of 80,000 tonnes comprised of 32,000 tonnes of frozen beef cows and 276 thousand equivalent to 48 thousand tons of meat. Public policy is not easy, depending on the political will of the government ( political will ) are realized on economic policy adopted. The only yardstick is how a puublic policy, trade policy can welfare of society in general. In general, the reduction of quota beef imports by the Indonesian government does not affect the political relations of both countries, but the political climate in the country is volatile due to the scarcity of meat in the market, as well as the Australian government is under pressure from the farmers.Keyword : Policy Impact Indonesian, Beef Import Quota Limit of Australian

Abstract

The problems that arise in this study assumed are the low employee’s satisfaction at the Center Office PT. PTPN V (Persero) Pekanbaru showed the turnover absenteeism that fluktuatif. The problems be important because could become threat to objectif of vision and mission of PTPN V. It should be solved immediately.This research aims to know how is the description about performance appraisal and the description of employee’s satisfaction and how is the impact of performance appraisal towards employee satisfaction at the office PT. PTPN V (Persero) Pekanbaru.This research uses survey method with the population number is 78 employees. And then, the sample that as many as 78 respondents from the population. The questionnaire taken is likert scale questionnaire model. And analysis model applied is a simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and test T.The results showed that the performance appraisal has an impact an employee satisfaction by 34.6%. Therefore, author suggest is the best implementation of the assesment focuses more on work achievement values objectiveness so employees will feel satisfaction with the result that match their accomplishment, because the performance appraisal has a fairly strong influence on employee satisfaction.Keywords : Performance Appraisal, Employee’s Satisfaction

Abstract

Compensation is one of the important functions of Human Resource Management. Because compensation is the most sensitive aspects of the employment relationship. Cases occurring in the employment relationship and the compensation issue contains a variety of related terms, such as benefits, compensation increases, compensation structure, and the scale of compensation. Compensation system is helpful in strengthening the key values of the organization and facilitate the achievement of organizational goals.This research was conducted at PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. Located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta 50. The purpose of this research was conducted to analyze the implementation of compensation kryawan PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. In this research methodology used is descriptive analysis where the sample used is an employee of PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires and interviews.Implementation and Analysis of the results of Employee Compensation in PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch which includes salary, benefits and incentives, stating that compensation has been applied are in either category.Keyword: salaries, benefits, incentive.

Abstract

This research concluded in communication, indicators that the policy has been issued to do the re-election BPHTB in Pekanbaru was according to the author has yet to show a good policy, In bureaucratic structures indicators are pretty good with formed by power that deal with problems BPHTB so it needs internal coordination in all fields. On the sub resources indicators, the ability to officials in system implementation Perda No. 4 in 2010 was still not and it is very necessary to promote motivation and working spirit from the officials of Regional income Pekanbaru . In this appointment or indicators tendencies members who are found in tax collection fees for acquisition of rights to land and building (BPHTB of Regional income) in Pekanbaru have not yet been held in accordance with the procedure. This can be seen from procedure or The initial Regional Taxes (SSPD BPHTB), and payment procedure BPHTB that in stages the procedure is not in accordance with the rule that is determined. While for the procedure Billing BPHTB did not walk because during in 2011 there was no error in calculating tax, a mistake in writing, or tax that touches interest/fines and tax that has not been fully pay taxes terutangnya. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction of employees in Lancang Kuning Hospital Pekanbaru. Work environment as an independent variable (X) has been formulated by the company service employees, working condition, employee relationship with the company. While job satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). study was conducted on all employees Pekanbaru Lancang Kuning Hospital by 51 people. Data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed and then tested using statistical analysis such as a simple linear regression analysis, test, and correlation analysis and determiniasi using SPSS17. The results showed that the test results of hypothesis testing. tcount 5,25 >ttable 2,010. This suggests that the working environment affect the level of job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of environment on job satisfaction in Hospital amounted to 36%Keyword : work environment, job satisfaction, hospital

Abstract

This study wanted to see the level of participation on Election tenatgn Riau first round in 2013 in District Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The problem is the background of this study is why many people Pagaran Tapah Darussalam District of Rokan Hulu no participation in Riau Province in 2013 Election? This study is a qualitative research, the data collection techniques in this study is a descriptive analysis. This study uses interviews with key informants as information objects that aim to achieve the goal in order to get information in this study, and supported also by questionnaire. Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews with key informants. Based on the results of such research are dipaparpakan before, it can be deduced that the number of people in the District Pagaran Tapah Darussalam who did not participate in Riau Province Election Year 2013 First Round in the District Pagaran Tapah Darussalam was due to a lack of political socialization of the candidates who competed in the Provincial Election Videos First Round in 2013 and the lack of public trust in government, so people assume that anyone elected leaders will not be able to bring a good change to the community.Keyword : Partisipasi Politik, Pemilukada, Pemilu

Abstract

Execution Of Duty Lead In Desq River of Jalau District OfCamphor North of Kabupaaten Camphor. Target of this research is to knowexecution of duty lead countryside in river countryside of jalau district of northcamphor of camphor sub-province and also factors what is is resistor of execution ofduty lead countryside [in] river countryside of jalau district of north camphor ofcamphor sub-province. To analyse phenomenon in this research of writer use theoryof Winardi with indicator exploiting of right time, amount of output, readiness towork along, quality of work. Metedologi which is used in this research is research ofresearch qualitative. Result of this research show Pelaksnaan duty lead countryside inCountryside River of Jalau District Of Camphor North Sub-Province Camphor stillnot yet is optimal. This essay brought upon bythe high level of land and forest fires in the Rokan Hilir. This is an essay thatwas taken based on the performance problems of coordination of ForestryAgency of Rokan Hilir (Dinas Kehutanan Rokan Hilir) in forest fireprevention efforts and land. The result of coordination that runs less than themaximum. This can be seen by the increasing number of land and forest thatburned from year to year.The concept of the theory is the theory that researcher use A. F. Abstract

The high traffic violations and accidents motorcycle drivers in particular underage junior high schoolstudents should not happen given the Law No. Article 77, paragraph 1 and Article 81 paragraph 1 (a)of Law Number 22 Year 2009 on Traffic and Transportation, and Section 24 (a ) and 25 1 (a) thePolice Regulation No. 9 of 2012 on a driver's license that driving a motorcycle under the age of 17years are not allowed. Lack of knowledge of traffic education and awareness in order, security andsafety in driving has led to the rise of motorcycle drivers under age. This study aims to determine howto control the motorcycle driver under age by the Traffic Unit Pekanbaru and determine the factorsthat hinder surveillance motorcycle driver under the age of junior high school students in particular.This study used a qualitative approach to data collection techniques of observation and interviewswith informants obtained from studies that have determined the snowball sampling technique. Wheresupervision motorcycles drivers under age by Traffic Police Unit Pekanbaru is not maximized. This isproven by the many motorcycle drivers were caught underage raids, and the high number of accidentsand violations committed by minors special junior high school studentsKeywords: Monitoring, Motorcycle driver, a minor.
